761  Economy / Economics / Re: Can stablecoins be able to prevent de-dollarization? on: October 13, 2023, 03:03:05 PM
I do not think so, the connection between them is not really that tight and I do not think that it would be enough to make that move go reverse. However, I also do not think that de-dollarization is as big as people think, dollar is still dollar and even if there are some "enemies" of USA that doesn't want to hold those dollars anymore, there will be other nations that would be glad to get it as well.

So this will happen a slight bit maybe, but it will not be as big of a deal as people think. Not that it will be a small deal because of stablecoins though, that has nothing to do with it, the amount between them is not all that tiny and the result will not be close to each other at all, we are going to see a huge difference. While one of them is near trillions, the other is not even a single trillion, it is a few hundred billion in total, most of it from within so it is not really a big deal. I think we should just let it happen and see what we can position ourselves towards.
762  Economy / Economics / Re: Germany has become the world 3rd largest economy on: October 13, 2023, 02:06:59 PM
Interesting, I would have expected UK to be the third but evidently they are not the third, in fact they are not fourth or fifth, Japan is fourth now after being passed by Germany for the third position and India is the fifth, which makes UK the sixth nation.

I think that is based on what has happened in the last 3-6 years there, all those brexit problems they had and all those presidents that they changed constantly made their gdp weaker and that caused a lot of trouble for them. They shouldn't have gotten out of EU, that wasn't a smart deal and now it is costing them a lot. China being second doesn't really benefit them all that much lately, they are having some financial trouble and could go on for a while longer if they do not find a fix for it.
763  Economy / Speculation / Re: Hal Finney: each coin a value of about $10 million prophecy on: October 12, 2023, 02:28:42 AM
And once again, this will not happen. This was talked about during the early days as well, and people said that it won't happen, and the bigger the price got the more people started to believe it but it still is not anywhere near that level and I am assuming that it will stay away from it as well.

We are talking about a 400x increase in the price, I am not saying that it is "impossible" but it is quite difficult and in fact it's unlikely for sure. That type of increases could happen with a small cap thing, but we already have a huge marketcap with bitcoin, just look at how much the marketcap would be if we went 400x higher. I believe that the highest we could be anytime soon would be 500k, and by soon I mean like next 10 years, that's all I can see it happening, rest are just guesses and FOMO and nothing more. He was a good dude, I am sure that he did all he could, and may he rest in peace, but that doesn't mean that he was right, it is probably wrong.
764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How big whale play game of sentiments with short investors and put them in FOMO on: October 11, 2023, 06:23:51 PM
Trying to understand what these whales are doing and how they are doing it is not really the way to go if you ask me. I think it is quite obvious that we are not going to end up with anything that is a bit clearer, it is going to keep being different each time and they will get to decide on some board meeting and that's it.

These are the people who have so much money that they literally make their money work, they do not go to work to produce something or manufacture something, they use their money to make money that's it, and as long as the yare that rich, today they can short, tomorrow they can long, another day crash it, another day accumulate it, and you would know have an idea what they are doing. This is why we should try to stay away from it.
765  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade only Bitcoin on: October 11, 2023, 02:48:16 PM
This makes sense to be fair, it is not a move that gets any risk and you could totally do it if you like to.
I understand that some people do not like this type of risk and they would like to do something that would be a bit riskier and want to make more profit and it is very true that you "could" make more profit with other things but that doesn't change the fact that you are not going to start making profit all that quickly just because you did this, you need to make sure that you are going to be getting some income as well and most people do not make that kind of income.

It should be considered that you are going to lose most probably and that is not a smart move, you should not be doing that. I believe that we are going to end up with something that should be hurting your chances most probably.
766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is there any safe ways out there to get 10-15 % ANY return rate ? on: October 11, 2023, 01:54:42 PM
I would guess if you hold it long enough then you are going to end up with something good anyway. Bitcoin holding may not bring you 10-15% in a single year, but if you hold it for 10 years, the averages for yearly will be more than 10-15% without a doubt. That is of course for fiat, not bitcoin and you should be guessing something like that for sure.

I think the best thing to do in this case would be making sure that you end up with something that would  benefit you on the long term and I know that it will be something that could get to a level where it would be smart to handle it. I am not sure how long you can hold, but if you can hold it for a long term then you are going to end up with some great returns. That is why we are in the crypto world anyway, we are here because we want to make sure that we could hold it for as long as possible, and if we could hold it for as long as possible then we are going to end up with a greater return without a doubt.
767  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could Bitcoin Hit $1 Million by 2026? Arthur Hayes Makes Exciting Forecast on: October 11, 2023, 02:55:40 AM
I wouldn't be bold enough to say that it won't happen, because I do not have some talent to guess the future price and if I did then I would be a millionaire by now. However, I can say that about 750k to 1 million range should be reserved for at least one more halving if you ask me, like I said I can't guarantee anything but it sounds like it would make a lot more sense that way. Obviously it is not going to be easy to make that decision, but we should be careful about it one way or another.

In the end, we are going to end up with something that would be higher, and as long as it is higher that should make us happy. If you get caught up with expectations that are way too high like this then you may not feel happy even if it goes up.
768  Economy / Economics / Re: It doesn't increase purchasing power on: October 10, 2023, 06:18:31 PM
It is such a funny idea that people may want free money lol. There is nothing like that, you can't possibly keep doing that, and you will run out of money and the growth will not be as good as you think, it would be mostly debt that doesn't get paid back, the default rate would skyrocket like crazy.

There are a million other things that people could talk about other than me, there are economists who would help you on why this can't happen for many reasons a lot better than I can do, but even I as a person who did not study economy ended up figuring out at least half a dozen, so that means it makes sense that something like this doesn't happen. Life is not all free candy, you can2t just liver your life thinking that what you are thinking is the best idea, there is a reason why what you think is not the right way, you should always research why it doesn't happen, and if you can't find any, find the experts who says no, they will explain.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance almost cost me some TRX fortune on: October 10, 2023, 05:56:32 PM
It is definitely annoying to have these type of changes, but as long as they have sent an email and they have put an announce on the website, that is all that they need to do. This doesn't mean that you can't be annoyed by it, you can very well be annoyed by it, and it is definitely something we do not want to see, but that doesn't change the fact that we are going to end up with something that would be a bit different on the long run, we just need to end up with something that would be a bit different in the end and couldn't be all that weird.

I get that sometimes we want things to be done differently, but we can't force binance to change it, they did what the yare suppose to do, and they are not responsible for anything more than that. If they didn't notified people via email regarding this or put any announce on their website then we would be able to say that they are the wrong ones here, but they probably did, and that means we can't put any blame on them no matter how annoying this could be.
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: October 10, 2023, 05:32:11 PM
I would guess that when you build a team that is 200+ million euro worth, it is going to be better than everyone else in a league where there are barely any other team above 50 million euro value. Galatasaray has the highest value, Besiktas and Trabson has value but aside from that everyone else looks like tiny teams compared to top two. This means that there is a good chance that Fenerbahce could finish the league with record points, so can Galatasaray as well.

I wouldn't be shocked if both teams ended the season with 2.50+ points, and whoever ends up losing the title will be pretty upset about it. They have spent way too much money to finish second, they will want to end up finishing it as comfortable margin as they can while winning to make sure that the money they spent didn't go to waste. Galatasaray preferred to get players that are a bit more known, the names are not small names, they are famous, not regarding talent, they are as talented as it gets but Fenerbahce got talented players too, but Galatasaray may have spent a bit more than they should for the names as well.
771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: October 10, 2023, 04:05:20 PM
I would guess that it is going to be not so hard for Bayern to win, just because Galatasaray may have gotten some lucky positions and beaten a very terrible United doesn't mean that they will be capable of beating Bayern, don't get me wrong they could be second and go out of the group stages, but they are not beating Bayern, not even getting a tie. Kane and Sane and all the other players will make sure that they end up with a good group stage where they end up beating everyone, a 18 point group stages carry some of itself into the later stages because the team will have some amazing morale and belief in themselves to push through any difficult team to win.

I believe that last 16 will not be that hard for them, they are better than almost ever second team out there, but then quarter finals will be hard, it is going to end up having some sort of situation where other groups first places will be playing with each other mostly and Bayern could draw someone very strong there.
772  Economy / Speculation / Re: Even Seasoned Analysts Can Get it Wrong on: October 10, 2023, 03:03:54 PM
It is not a shocking thing, the market is not a known thing and should not be considered as a shocking thing in the end. We need to realize that it is going to take a while before we could do something about it. The thing is that there are way too many people who think that there is a secret way of finding out what the price will be, but there is none at all.

The greatest thing about this is that it gives you a chance to be right when an expect is wrong, that is a feeling you can't find anywhere else because you can't just go play basketball and beat Michael Jordan, or play football with Ronaldo and beat him. This however is a place where you can actually be better than the best if you hit it right and they do not guess right.
773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Price Increasing? on: October 10, 2023, 04:31:32 AM
It is still a bit above 27k as we can see, plenty of people assumed that it would go up a lot but we have seen it not do that and we are still around the same prices. I understand that going from 25kish to above 27k made people hopeful and they got some FOMO, but that doesn't really mean that it would go up a lot just because it went up a bit. I believe that just because we are doing what we are doing doesn't mean that we are going to be continuing to do so. I think it is better to just have something that will benefit us all which would be just realizing that it is a steady growth and not a quick one.

We can keep doing what we are doing right now and I believe that it could be done but it has to be something that will take some time. I hope that we could end up with something that would be amazing and it should not be all that shocking when you are looking at what you are doing, and because of that we should not be really surprising it all that much when it goes up more in the future but stays same for now.
774  Economy / Economics / Re: The economics of war. How does this affect us all especially us in crypto? on: October 10, 2023, 04:14:23 AM
I can't speak about the politics or the war because it is a two sided thing and there will be a lot of people from both sides that will attack me if I pick one side. I do not want that, I do not care about your ideas, there is one thing I care about and that is death. This type of war or all wars basically, result in death and that is always unreasonable.

If there are people killing each other, then I do not care about ANY reason that you are giving, whichever side ends up killing someone is doing something wrong. I do not care who started it, all I care is who ends it and I want it to end. I want this one to end, I want Ukraine vs Russia to end, I want all wars and all killings to end in the world. Financially speaking this is beyond something we can calculate, it is just doesn't have a value attached to it, a human life can't worth anything put to fiat terms.
775  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance Launches UK Domain in Compliance with New Financial Promotions Rules on: October 10, 2023, 03:10:05 AM
I think this is good, I also would love to see binance.us to prosper and they find a way to deal with BUSD once again. That was a good stablecoin and they did alright, if USDT can stay and nobody cares about it, then it is weird that BUSD can't stay. USA didn't do anything about USDT or stopped them, they could have if they wanted to and they did an investigation as well but at the end of the day they didn't do it, I do not understand why that was.

I think it's quite important to realize that you are going to end up with something that is a bit biased. If you bow down to USA then they let you exist, if you do not do it and put your company headquarters there or pay your full taxes there, then they will ban you like they did to Binance. UK is a good step, we need it everywhere else.
776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: October 09, 2023, 08:44:51 PM
I agree that Leverkusen is doing great and with Jude gone they may have some harder time to win because we are seeing now at Real Madrid how great Jude is and how important he must have been for them. But that doesn't change the fact that Dortmund is till the latest runner up, so it should be important to notice that they are going to do well enough as well. I personally believe that the best thing to do would be a good return, and shouldn't really make any big changes.

This means that we are going to end up with something that should be considered a bit of a tough deal and shouldn't really be all that increasingly hard to handle. Leverkusen is recently good, and they may not sustain it, being great for a season long is not an easy thing and most teams that does it for the first time like Leverkusen is doing ends up getting worse results eventually and I assume that they are going to end up with a result that will not be all that easy for them to keep this streak going.
777  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is regulation of cryptocurrency exchanges essential for mass adoption? on: October 09, 2023, 07:48:40 PM
Regulation is not the thing that is a "must" or essential, it's that being legal is the thing we are going for here. When you are talking about regulations, it looks like without hardcore regulation we can't have mass adoption, that is not the case, yes that is how it will probably be and we will see a ton of people end up with something that will be crazy to handle, but that doesn't mean that it will be the way to go.

We could also have a world where it is not as hard regulations as we think and it could still end up with a good result and shouldn't shock anyone. I think low level regulations that leave it be and still be legal is the greatest thing that could happen for bitcoin and it will definitely lead to a huge adoption numbers.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: October 09, 2023, 07:12:55 PM
Sometimes it doesn't matter if you do not play well enough, Barcelona got quite terrible 1 point but it is still one point. They played terribly but got the point they wanted and now they are only 1 win away from Real Madrid. Sure that's not what they hoped, but just one win difference is fine enough and could be going the way they want. They were losing by the half time and they got back, that is good enough for them.

I understand that not everyone feels the same or the results are the same for them but that doesn't change the fact that they are going to end up with something that would be a lot worse. I hope that the best thing we could do regarding this would be making sure that they are going to try it as much as they possibly could, and that is very important. I hope that the best thing to do right now would be trying to keep their head down and keep working hard, it will lead to them getting more wins and not have too many games like this one they had.
779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good fundamentals don't ensure a great investment. on: October 09, 2023, 06:42:42 PM
It doesn't ensure it, but what does? People keep saying one thing bad without putting any alternatives which is the biggest issue, I believe that we are going to end up with something that would be a bit different if we are not careful, and that is why I believe that we are going to be having some trouble.

Hopefully it will get  to a point where we could end up with a good return one way or another, and that should be important, we could definitely see it happen one way or another. I believe that we are going to end up with something that would be better than good fundamentals before we give that up, if there is nothing better than that, no matter how it is not great, it is still better than any other alternative to it.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 7 ways to earn free cryptocurrency on: October 09, 2023, 03:38:11 PM
These are a great list for a newbie to come in and start earning something. Maybe you may not be interested in them and I am not interested in them but that doesn't change the fact that there are a lot of people who are interested in them. None of these are zero user things, they all have some users, some of the more than the others but they all do.

This proves the point that they have enough people being interested in them without us being involved with any of them. So, a newbie coming into the crypto and not start off with spending their own money to buy, could take a look at these and think if they would like to be part of them or not and give them all a look which could result with them picking one.
