1321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 World Cup qualifications, UEFA zone, discussion and information thread on: October 06, 2017, 09:28:44 AM
England, in his best years, World Championships have not shown good results. Not sure she will be able to achieve something at this World Cup 2018. Although in football anything is possible.

England are now just an average team in the world probably top 20 maybe top 15 at best.  The problem is the home grown talent doesn't get a chance at top flight football due to all the foreign imports.  We suffer because our league is the most competative high level league in the world.
1322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 7000 HOT OCTOBER on: October 06, 2017, 09:19:25 AM
If China and jp. morgan did not speak negatively about Bitcoin, the price of Bitcoin would be above the level of $ 5,000. I also think that 2018 will bring luck to Bitcoin. Maybe we can see the $ 7000 level in 2018.

I think that was just a natural pull back that had to happen anyway regardless of the news.  Any kind of bad news would have started a little dip.  Since we have survived and are going back up the next levels are $7-$8k.  Breaking 5k wil be super easy as there is no resistance.
1323  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: October 05, 2017, 11:34:05 AM
There are only two options for a steady income:
You have to work continuously to get a payment on a regulary base. That needs skills and knowledge.
Or you need money that gives you profit when you invest it. When your earnings shall be small & secure, maybe the stock market could be something for you.
The companies there are well analyzed and rated by experts. The safer the investment in the corporation is, the lower is the dividend that they pay.

Even if you have money and invest it you have to work to find the right investments - when to go in, when to pull out.  There are no totally free lunches even for the super rich, it sees like its a free lunch but does still require some work even if 4 hours per week etc.
1324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 04, 2017, 11:39:59 AM
Breaking.Morata is out for six weeks becouse of injury

That puts him out of potential top goal scorer then.  The list of players going for top goal scorer is so competative it might just be the player who doesn't get injured all season who wins it.  Also a massive loss for chelsea, could cost them a title chance.

Hi guys.

Bitjoin: The video in your post is not avaliable (for me at least). Can it be still watched somehow? I am very-very interested in learning trading, and joining in a trader group.
Thank you very much, if you can help me. I would be very glad.

You can just check out the other videos on that channel, they run live streams daily or just search them out in bitcoin world, known as whalepool trading community.  Probably best place to go if you want to trade professionally. Just ask people in there to help you.
1327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: 0.15.0.1 vs. 14.2 on: October 02, 2017, 12:17:24 PM

0.15 is faster confirmed.
1328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Very early adopters (early 2009) and how much they made on: October 02, 2017, 08:29:49 AM
Millions of percent! And also, "IT'S OVER 9000!" just for the exaggeration.
Back when it started the price was about $0.0001 and now it's $4,400 as of today. So that mean it has grew by 44,000,000 times or 4,400,000,000%!
If you were an early adopted and bought a few dollars or even just a dollar, then you're already a millionaire by now.

Its pretty insane, but from what i saw there wasn't much trading taking place when the price was well under $1, mostly peer to peer stuff. As soon as we got some decent exchanges the price started going mental.  Would have been nice to mine a few k coin back then though.
1329  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is there nowhere to play NL Holdem tournaments anymore regularly? on: October 01, 2017, 03:50:24 PM
I am just getting back to playing and I cannot find a site that has regular tournaments. I used to use Seals With Clubs back when they had Apple and web browser support. Betcoin was my alternative and that seems dead. What is the most popular place to play these days?

I used to use seals also, was great 2-3 years ago with the in browser option but did still lack numbers back then.  Not sure on current options pokerstars seems to dominate the poker market so much, you can use neteller to effectively get your bitcoin there if you have no luck with finding bitcoin only sites.
1330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: October 01, 2017, 03:46:14 PM
Hey, I'd like to sell 2,5 GBB. Actually I wanted to held them but I need ETH, so I'd sell them if anyone is interested. PM please

Using an exchange is probably your fastest and safest way.  Or a converter like shapeshift or changelly.

Good idea, if blackbytes would be on exchanges  Cheesy

There is www.beeb-bot.com
How about a bot capable of exchanging Bytes and Blackbytes for Fiat? How this works can be seen in BISQ (https://bisq.network).

Defo more options for blackbytes needed. Monero has done very well due to its anonymity features. Blackbytes could do well also given more options for people to trade. From what i see we dont yet have byteballs anywhere but bittrex and couple other small exchanges.
1331  Other / Meta / Re: If a user deletes their entire posting history on: October 01, 2017, 03:33:58 PM
Is that account MagicalTux? Last online today, last post in 2013. Is the account banned, and if so, can banned users still delete posts?

His post history is only 31 pages, that wouldn't be too much work to add to archive.is (which unfortunately doesn't work at the moment) to conserve it for future reference. But if he deletes his posts, it'll be much harder to find back archived data than just reading a thread here.

Yeah thats him and i've got all his posts logged now, his reddit stuff is gone forever though since he probably edited posts before deleting so means reddit stuff gone forever i heard.
1332  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Here is a summary of what happened to Bitcoin this September. on: October 01, 2017, 01:44:53 PM

Also just happened in the last few days in the mtgox creditors meeting which everyone waited 6 months for. The results = money has still not been paid out and we now have to wait until march 2018 for another meeting. Mark K have been active on reddit about the case but has now told everyone he will no longer contribute.
Haha really? I didn't know about that. So in short Mark's stance is like: I'm responsible for the loss of your money, but I'm done with working on getting them back. I have my cat to take care of and some prostitutes to visit, you're on your own! Cheesy What a jerk.

Yeah, his excuse is hes getting death threats again which he might be but hes using it as an excuse. In some strange way in his head i think he thinks he is helping everyone but he still withholds information and puts blame eslewhere but him when its clear he was wrong on many occasions.

1334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: September 29, 2017, 01:55:54 PM

City haven't had a big test yet and its usually where they come undone.  Chelsea are just the kind of team to frustrate city and take a 1-0 win on a counter attack etc.  United should win vs palace no problem, roy struggles with tactics and united are only missing pogba.
1335  Economy / Speculation / Re: I See bitcoin at $10,000 before end of this year. on: September 29, 2017, 01:51:16 PM
Its not a dream but i can say 7000$ is a more realistic price for end of 2017. But who knows what Kim Jong gonna do with his nuke bombs.
If he get crazy then we will see 40k$ end of this year.

That guy is going to get invaded by everyone around him in under 5 years imo.  China/Russia/USA only need a temporary agreement to unite.  North korea is only 1 of a few countries to actually have nukes, the super powers wont have this.  Anyway yeah any kind of war could pump btc.
1336  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Where can I buy 50 Bitcoins below market value? on: September 29, 2017, 01:41:05 PM
You can try to make contact on localbitcoins.com and negotiate to buy at undervaluated price.

I agree, only localbitcoins also what I know where you can transact person to person and you can negotiate. Also you can buy from person you know but not to any starnger where scamming and fraud is common now. Be careful.

From what i've seen on local bitcoisn the prices are usually above. Anyone selling 50 BTC below market value would seem suspect to me.  Whats stopping them from deposit 50 btc into exchange and cashing out.  Its not like 50 btc will crash market.
1337  Other / Meta / Re: If a user deletes their entire posting history on: September 29, 2017, 12:56:10 PM
Well here on bitcointalk I guess the only method would be to either quote that post or reply when you see it and think you need it later.
Or use one of the services on the internet which saves the whole page as a reference for future use.

Like this one for example : https://archive.org/web/

I've used it a couple of times here when I gave some spammers/useless posters red trust and I was sure that the thread was going to be deleted so I saved it and included it for everyone to see after it.

Ok thanks, that site does archive a few posts but not all which is a shame.  I have taken screenshots of his entire post history at bitcointalk now anyway so he can do what he likes.  Its whats been said recent on reddit which was more important though.
1338  Other / Meta / If a user deletes their entire posting history on: September 29, 2017, 11:39:23 AM
If a user deletes their entire posting history can it be retrived in anyway? just wondering because karpeles magicaltux has just deleted his whole reddit history in the last 24 hours.  If he does the same at bitcointalk is it gone forever ?

I know this isn't help for reddit either but anyone know how to get his deleted post history on reddit?

1340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you think bitcoin will be wiped out? on: September 27, 2017, 08:28:25 AM

They would need to turn off the internet forever, so basicaly impossible now.  If they were to crack  down on any particular coins new ones would be created within hours.  Just like what you saw with silk road only its even easier to create crypto coins. Pandora's box is open nothing can stop the crypto idea.
