i doubt some guy posting in this forum can move the price with some ade up story. There must be something behind it or its just a correction in price. Lets not forget LTC/BTC pair has gone up 10 fold in last few months. |

I've read a lot of articles about people claiming bitcoin will be worth millions in the future, for example John mcAfee recently said bitcoin will be 500K in 3 years.
Now, imagine if this was true, and it was in fact 500K/BTC. The total market cap would then be 10.500.000.000.000, or about 10 trillion dollars. This is an unbelievable and unachievable amount of money. Even if we ignore the market caps, imagine how many people would become rich? Millions would become millionairs, hundreds would become billionaires, all in a matter of 3 years. This would cripple the global economy as we know it.
My best guess is that, in 10 years, bitcoin might be around it's absolute peak of 30K, giving it a total market cap of about 630.000.000.000$, or 630 billion. The total market cap of cryptos would then be around 2 trillion if the some of the better alts gain more traction. I believe this is fairly realistic. This means BTC would have to rise with around 7 - 8$ a day.

Why should we assume the economy or USD can remain stable for 10 years at this point in history where everything is becoming digital. We could easy hit them numbers but perhaps the dollar will be worth 10 times less at that point. |

Initially less, but eventually more than of Segwit Bitcoin because of much higher grade of scalability We already have tons of alt coins with all different features and nothing has ever taken over the original bitcoin. Nobody is interested in supporting roger, CW or jihan at this time. I dont see anything different from the BU alt that finex traded and its volume is dead. |

i want to invest some money into Bitcoin but don't know if i should invest now or after August 1st.
Might the price for one btc drop after August 1st and would it be a good decision to wait a couple days?
What could be a benefit of investing now?

It might be the best time to invest because 1.) you get all potential split coins by default 2.)you get in before any pump after aug 1st due to things going very smooth. Always could go half now and half after. |

Dear everyone, im holding atleast 500,000$ in my btc-e wallet what looks like gone for now. im holding like 1700 ETH, 35k coins of NVC and 100k coins of NMC. I heard good and bad news from the Russian side, but i dont know what to believe. If there another peoples who control the BTC-e website the best for him is to go live back instead of stealing our money what will bring them to a criminal case. I've also made a verification to BTC-E into XBTCE but they dont take any responsibility for now. Anyone here also have more then 100K$ into the exchange please inform me so we can act together in any cases. I hope to get a good news soon.  Ignore the doom-mongering ghouls. BTC-e will be back up and fully functional within the week BTC-e at worst has a fine to pay that it can easily do so. The site is a fucking money printing machine, those guys are working flat out to get it back online I hope you are right but why are they down if its just a fine to pay is what i wonder? The other problem is they were a money printing machine, now can people use them ? At least we know more who they are now ha. |

I dont think the gov can take money of customer but there are other problems like... what happenes if the mtgox customers want some of the money back also - how much do BTC-e owners have to cover all this. The legal mess could mean huge amount of time also. OP you need to relax for now, i have had money stuck in gox for years i know how bad you feel but please relax until we know more details. |

Why would i want to use this decentralized trading platform over openbazaar?
the problem with openbazaar is that nobody uses it. if you have a platform that everyone adopts then it can become the next amazon, ebay, etc. I was all for using OB at the start but it wasn't user friendly, not tried out current versions since. Simple non tech user friendly is what you need + adoption  . People would love to not sell on ebay but it is a pretty decent place to buy things still so the sellers stay for the volume. |

I'm sorry this signature campaign is for Jr. Members and higher only. This campaign is very suspicious same with their ICO, Lacks of information about devs and legality of their project. There is no assurance that participants will be paid because the devs used all newbie account and no fund being held in escrow. I suggest to keep away unless they put funds in an escrow.
Depending on the results of Pre-ICO we may switch to weekly payouts and pay everyone owed at that time. Im going to have to pull out of this campaign for now, unless you can put some funds in escrow, even if 1 week of pay etc. Anyway please remove me or PM with campaign changes ty. |
