Little question for you FM: why don't you just add an e-mailcheck on the same page so users should verify their existing e-mail or add one. This way you lower user-error and hassle on your site in case of mistakes? I second the idea of being able to add a second email (maybe requiring the password to do so) and/or email verification and/or changing email addresses (again, requiring the password to do so). Any account info change requiring the password should of course require the Google Authenticator as well if it is enabled. This would make transferring chips slower, but more secure -- that way no one can break into your account, transfer themselves all your chips, and cash out. GA is required for logins, transfers and cashouts now. We will add GA to the edit account details page for accounts where it is activated. Changing email does require password currently. |

3) Just got off the phone w/Freemo. Server side improvements continue at a furious pace, including fractionalizing the chips to once again spread microlimit cash games. This is going to take some time, but the boys are cooking it up. So would this be a temporary downtime while 1 BTC gets changed to, say, 10,000 chips instead of 1,000 and all the existing users get a zero added to their account balance? No, it means you will be able to buy in for say 50 chips to a ring game and make have blinds of .25 and .50 and bets in increments of .50. |

Seals won't support LTC. Besides being confusing and more work and potential extra problems and splitting the player pools, it is trivial for LTC holders to get BTC. |

question on MGR. affiliate page Terms and Conditions say : We pay our affiliates 20% of MGR (managed gross revenue) for life. im not so sure what they mean by that. lets say a player at 50% RB pays 100 rake, he gts 50 back, do i get 20 and the site gets 30 or just 10 for me and 40 for the site? also, do ther costs like overlays and other promotion costs like when they used to offer high hands, do they count as deductions to an affiliate's MGR? thanks all.
in that above example 40-10 for the site. MGR is simply player rake - rakeback & other promotions (like krill rakeback, tablestarter rakeback, high hands if we ever turn them back on) just the actual amount SwC made off the player, the affiliate gets a 20% cut. micon@ sealwithclubs if you ever have any affiliate questions. This is all correct. But we currently only deduct for the various rakebacks. Freerolls, overlays and any other promos we've run have not been deducted, but we reserve the right, since without it theoretically we could lose money on play otherwise. |

At any price? Essentially. The more you pay for my first coins the less I'll be motivated to sell you the next 1% and so on. That is compounded by anyone realizing what you are trying to do. Considering that even if you can get 99% we'll have more than enough units, it's a pretty terrible 'attack'. |

I'm getting no other reports of that now. Which client? Internet good otherwise? When did it start? Ongoing? Yesterday after the 60BTC started, had more than 10 tables open on windows 7 64bit, latest pc client. I closed down some tables and processes on my PC and it got better over time, but not sure what the cause was. Restarting the client should help. New versions should also get better about that. Everyone's going crazy about "bet" being down, you talk to ender at all? We can try to reach him. |

micon plays not so common, besides usually not more than 2 tables. You just sit at a different table if you do not want to play with him. Someone interesting to play with micon.
He plays tournaments too. And so does ender, who's also an admin. At the minimum they should be playing on non-admin usernames Neither micon or ender have any meaningful admin privileges. Ender is helpful and micon is a pro and representative. There is no problem with either of them playing. |

Someone I know needs help from a trusted member with recovering a wallet. The wallet contains a substantial amount of coin. It may be easy, hard, or impossible, I can't be sure. The fee would probably be contingent. If you think I might trust you, PM me and I'll choose who to put in contact with him.
The jist of the problem is this. He had some system problems (Windows Vista) and a tech installed Windows 7 telling him all of his programs would be fine. Bitcoin was still installed, but the wallet is empty.

Freemoney is going to press the reset button on the server in ~ 15 minutes. it will be down for ~10 minutes then should come right back.
Daily bitcoin is cancelled for today.
Why now? Did it have to do with the overlay?? It had nothing to do with any possible overlay. Turning the server off to delay a tournament is far from profitable. We lost a lot of functionality that could only be recovered with a restart so it had to be done right away. |

Do you mean your account is not working (wrong password or account locked?) or that you cannot reach the sever (maybe you are getting filtered by DDoS protection by mistake)? |

New client version is insanely smooth.
Excellent. If it falters after a few hours just close and restart it when you can and it should be fresh again. Soon even that won't be necessary. Is there an ETA on when the client will support Windows 8? No, it may be a simple fix, but we won't know until it is actually fixed. |

So, you told him they could go up or down and now you are going to tell him you were right? You didn't need to wait a year really, you could be fairly sure to be right even back then with predictions that specific.
