Looks like this scamcoin will go under $1 soon.
Go fuck yourself. well BTX already fucked us all. we don't need to fuck ourselves. It didn't fuck anybody until the blockchain dies. Be patient and let things run their course. All coins are down now. It is the nature of crypto. It is super high risk. If you cannot handle the risk then get out of crypto.

What happened to the volume of this coin we need to see it on top exchanges to make this one more attractive. If it will continue with current trend than it lose so high and it will become hard to get recover.
The coin is a scam. It was born as a scam. It lived its life as a scam and is dying a scam's death.

When is actual mining going to start? Mining for free costs a lot of money for no return.
|
|
|
....
What is the total cost to get into a masternode and what is your payoff every two hours?
Do you have to mine the coins to get a masternode or this there an exchange where the coins can be purchased?
theres this exchange: https://coinstock.me/markets/rpwnbtc?markets=btc&column=name&order=asc&unit=volume&pinned=falseuse at your own risk, its new and therefore should be used with caution. I'm just holding til it gets somewhere decent. I mined mine at launch, difficulties low so mining a nodes probably the way forward https://pool.respawn.rocks/ Masternode Collateral: 3000 RPWN MasterNode Rewards: 2 RPWN for first year and 3 RPWN after first year
I just broke all my mining rigs down. If I mined with Nvidia (lets say 4 to 6 GTX 1060 cards) how long would it take me to mine the 3000 RPWN do you estimate? Don't bother to mine, 3000 rpwn is more or less 10 dolars @ coinstock this coin is useless.. almost no comunity / developmet activity.. no fud but this is reality. I also mined a lot of this coin but they are just standing in my wallet for nothing now.. Thanks. What I needed to know. Mining would just be a waste of power then.

Thanks Hhampuz payment received. @Hhampuz how about for those who used coinomi wallet I generate a new bitcore wallet but it looks still generate the same public address format.
How about the Electrum portable wallet? I would like to use the new format before the update.
All services will most likely upgrade their systems prior to any immediate effects taking place, however, running a QT-wallet is always recommended I will wait for the upgrade coinomi will do if not I'll use the electrum version. I can't download now due to unstable connection. Q: If I send BTX(coinomi) with a wallet start "1" to an upgraded wallet that ends with "2xxx" or "sxxx" will there be problems? if someone tried it share your exp. It won't work. You have to use the address converter tool to do that. If you just send it without converting the coins will be lost.

This weeks payments have been sent out! Sorry for the delay, I was travelling back home from Denmark.
One new spot has opened up, first comes first served!
@Hhampuz - Will the spreadsheet be updated soon for the payment period that ended on June 30, 2018? Thanks again for running a good campaign.
We already got the payments of that period of time, but don't know why the posts counts were changed yet.But you no need to worry about that the post count will be done by timestap not on the start and end posts. Yeah I was on a roadtrip and had to make payments from my laptop, didn't bother to update the spreadsheet but I did check up on everyone and noted it down. Everything is up to date now though
Below you can find a message from the BTX Dev team regarding the address format changes: "Dear Bitcore community, Due to potential roadblocks with many hardware and service providers, we have come to the conclusion that it is necessary for us to change the public key prefix. Since we use the same prefix as bitcoin ("1", "3" and "bc1"), we decided that Bitcore BTX should use the following new prefixes: Wallets 1xxx -> 2xxx Wallets 3xxx -> sxxx Wallets bc1 -> btxWe would like to ask all Bitcore users to slowly but surely upgrade to the new system. To do so, please follow these steps:1. Open your Bitcore core / Bitcore-QT wallet. 2. Create a backup of your wallet.dat and store it in a safe place. For example a USB-Stick that you later put in a safe-deposit box. 3. Download the latest wallet and replace the wallet.dat that will be created on startup with your old wallet.dat 4. Bitcore-QT will automatically create new public keys for your private keys, starting with 2xxx instead of 1xxx. 5. It is important to note, that you can only use your old public keys to send to other old addresses and vis versa - you can send only to the new format from the new format. The address formats are not interchangeable. Please note that the private keys are in no way affected by this change. Any private key is fully compatible with both the old formatting as well as the new one. The new wallet, supporting the new format only, is still in beta mode but can be download and tested via the official github: https://github.com/LIMXTEC/BitCore/releasesNote: There will be an official release soon. Meanwhile here is a basic tool, to convert old addresses to the new 2xxx format: https://limxtec.github.io/btx-convert/We also want to inform you that there's no rush to update, we set a timeframe of 3 months in which we want to complete the transition. After this period bitcore core 0.16 will be released which will only use the new public keys. If you have any questions feel free to ask here in the forum or on our numerous social media and telegram channels. See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1883902.msg40724430#msg40724430 for a full link list. Thank you for your support and for your understanding. - Your Bitcore team" Do we need to send you a new payment address in the new public key format or will the campaign continue to pay to the original format public keys?

Can I run the legacy wallet and the new format wallet on the same computer side by side?
Yes. You need to change the P2P Port and the RPC Port for one of your wallets in the bitcore.conf file, like: #bitcore.conf 1 port=8555 rpcport=18555
#bitcore.conf 2 port=8556 rpcport=19555
Also, while starting those wallets you want to specify what the Data Directory for those wallet has to be, like: #Wallet one: $ bitcore-qt -datadir=/home/user/.bitcoredata1
#Wallet two: $ bitcore-qt -datadir=/home/user/.bitcoredata2
You can save the custom configure files in those Data Directories, when you launch those wallets it will read the bitcore.conf from the custom Data Directories. felco ** HODLing !! ** Thanks. That was what I needed to know.

Leading Payments Solution Provider UTRUST Announces Implementation with Global Blockchain DigiByte
The integration between UTRUST and DigiByte offers users a secure payments solution through which they can safely use multiple cryptocurrencies. This will help build an offline cryptocurrency payment platform for mainstream adoption.
UTRUST is a leading cryptocurrency payments gateway built to facilitate the secure use of cryptocurrencies, for universal, every-day payments. The integration will result in the mass adoption of the everyday use of cryptocurrency in e-commerce, through the implementation of blockchain technology.
UTRUST will add DigiByte cryptocurrency to its payment options, and just last month did a similar implementation with fellow payments solution Pundi X. UTRUST is now starting to make big waves in the cryptosphere, as it looks to assert itself as one of the leading payments solutions providers for global cryptocurrency payments.
DigiByte Awareness Team Marketing Manager Rudy Bouwman voiced his excitement at the proposed integration, stating;
“We are excited by the prospect of working with UTRUST and getting DigiByte to be your payment processing solution; this would allow us to grow organically and attract more interest as an open source solution. We hope not only to create a robust decentralized public blockchain, but to change the world for the better.”
Both UTRUST and DigiByte are blessed with a very strong community, who recognize the huge benefits each provides with their extremely secure, fast, and efficient cryptocurrency transactions. Fees are substantially cheaper than all comparable UTXO chains, and notably cheaper than most other crypto assets overall.
DigiByte has a team of highly dedicated developers, who have spent the last 4 years not only pioneering DigiByte, but assisting other cryptocurrencies in implementing their blockchain technology.
Secure DigiByte has no central server securing the system, and is secured by a world-wide distributed node protocol – with no single point of failure.
A combination of the two technologies will enable UTRUST to transfer value internationally on behalf of its users, through a highly secure network. The two technologies are each revolutionary in their respective field and bring something unprecedented to the e-commerce industry.

The roadmap and mission of this project is really awesome. Their features are also great. What is the token price?
Yes but when will it be on an exchange so the coins have some value? I think AVE was sold at about .4 euros each during the ICO. You might still be able to buy them through the wallet, havent tried personally (all my AVE has been mined). I think the aim was an exchange listing at the end of 2018. Personally I'd be happy for that to be delayed a little if the roadmap slips. Would really like to see the debit card launch before an exchange listing. I think the debit card will have a big impact on the demand for AVE. BTW is anyone else still having issues mining? I've pretty much given up. Mining against the EU node while in the UK, using fast broadband with really low latency on Ethernet, and running an overclocked Ryzen 1800x @4.1Ghz yet still get 30 rejections for every accept. Yes, mining is kind of a joke. Difficulty has gone up a lot so takes longer to find blocks. Then when you do find blocks the majority (about 80% at present) are rejected. I might stop mining this coin also if things do not improve.

You have two options: A) Download the latest wallet 0.15.1.0 and follow the steps we mentioned in the previous posts. Then send to Electrum. B) Use our converter tool and put the public keys from your Electrum wallet in it, this way you can send from your old Bitcore core. https://limxtec.github.io/btx-convert/Important: Always send a tiny amount first, to test if everything works the way it should. Please note: The private keys did not change. Only the public keys. Ok, got it now. Thanks for the explanation. I will probably move it to Electrum wallet soon.

Electrum 3.1.0 for BitcoreDear Bitcore community, We are proud to present to you the Electrum wallet (portable version) for Bitcore BTX. Please note that this wallet only supports the new public key format: Addresses 1xxx -> 2xxx Addresses 3xxx -> sxxx Addresses bc1 -> btxDownload from the official LIMXTEC GitHub: https://github.com/LIMXTEC/electrum-bitcore/releases- Your Bitcore team I have the BTX core wallet. If I want to switch to the Electrum wallet how do I move my coins from the core wallet with the old private key format to the new Electrum wallet with the new private key format?

Been a healthy steady growth for DGB the last 10 or so days. It appears the awareness team is making a difference with their advertising campaign. Seems to be a lot of buzz surrounding Digibyte as of late. Hopefully this momentum continues, that would be really cool.
I've not been aware that there is an advertising campaign. Something that they may wish to consider could be of benefit to DGB is this: https://aircoins.co/Aircoins seem keen to add new coins, so perhaps an approach from the Digi-team is is order?? They asked people to donate money to hire a PR firm. They collected quite a bit of donations. I have seen nothing from this supposed PR push and advertising. What happened and where did the money go?

I find there a new version of Firmware. So, after updating, device memory will be cleared and I need to reactivate device with seed? Right? Can't it be updated without clearing memory?
The latest update worked this way for me. Trezor T - updated with no issues Trezor One (two units) - both units the upate completely wiped memory and warned me first that I had to have my recovery words or move coins to another wallet first. I recovered both units after the update with their 24 words seeds. I have Trezor One and updated and thank goodness on that prompt message about transferring funds into other wallet. If not then i might lose and together been wiped out on such update. You don't have your seed words backed up? There should be an offline, hand written copy put somewhere in a safe place. If you use a device like a Trezor or Ledger there is always a chance it can go bad. If you do not have your seed words all your coins would be lost. Not a very good practice. Yes, I have backed up my seed, of course, just have not enough time if something went wrong. I never tried my seed, and I don't want to experiment with funds on them. There is now a recovery trial run to make sure your seed is valid. If you have a Trezor T the words are input on the device itself so never exposed to a computer. Also, now the Trezor One has an advanced recovery with a T9 style keyboard displayed on the device that changes every word so again the key is not exposed to the real world. You can do a trial run with advanced recovery to confirm your seed words are correct.
