741  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Bitoker giveaway (0.006 BTC) everyday on: November 01, 2017, 03:47:16 PM
Hey OP. My 80 chips (rest of the given 100) disappeared. What going on?
742  Other / Meta / Re: Newbie?? on: November 01, 2017, 03:28:04 PM
How did I go from JR Member back to Newbie?

Because the council of elders sat and decide you are not worth Jr. Status  Cheesy

Now seriously. Some of your posts has been deleted thus reducing your activity ( reasons could be off topics, useless posts ... and it also includes crappy topics to which you have replied and which were completely removed later)

EDIT: and thats exactly what I'm talking about. Why did you made another post instead of editing the previous?
743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can ETH match the BTC? on: November 01, 2017, 03:11:22 PM
I'm in this crypto world about two months, I've been observing the power of ETH!

IMO it can't because of unlimited ETH supply. Though it's a great coin with great features the total cap is major price mover for BTC.
744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Sent ETH to OMG wallet on Bittrex are they recoverable? on: November 01, 2017, 01:48:39 PM
Wow thats not a negligible amount but true is their support is the only one who can help you.

Just got a silly idea to play big businessman.
If you have significant amount of some other coins you can sign a message and send it with your request (make a note you are going to use another exchange ... dunno, maybe they will change their attitude).
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Help with Tx - MEW and MetaMask on: November 01, 2017, 01:36:57 PM
Hi welcome among us.
Not sure if I undestand correctly. You CAN'T SEND ETH TO NEO ADDRESS ( ETH can be send to ETH address only, NEO to NEO address only ....)

As a side note wanted to say I love:
...
HALP so I can HODL
Hilarious ( but HEPL would be even better Cheesy )
746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin following forks on: November 01, 2017, 01:17:56 PM
You have all three  Wink
Try to check your BCH balace use e.g. https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin%20cash (enter your addy to see the balance). BTG is not yet fully ready as far as I know.

All are completely different coins (you can sell each of them individually) ... but problem is all coins are in the same address (so you need to extract them).
There is lot of guides how to extract BCH from your wallet (not yet proper guide how to do it with BTG). I used coinomi to get my BCH (sweep private key).

Just a hint: extraction ( in most cases) involves private key sweep so you should first send your BTC to new address and stop using the old one (it  becomes compromised).
747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin following forks on: November 01, 2017, 12:16:52 PM
Yes, your bitcoins are and will be valid. In addition your wallets now contain also BTG-bitcoingold and BCH-bitcoincash (if you held BTC at time of forks).
748  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Investing advice on: November 01, 2017, 07:53:16 AM
Mining contracts are crap. Thats for sure.

The 0.01 BTC is quite small amount for investing (just the transfer to invest site will costs you 1%  Grin)
If you really want to try minig then go bw.com or hashnest.com where you can buy the hashrate, but most importantly also sell it (but again your amount is too small).

My advice is try casino bankrolls and let your BTC growing (not a bad investment in combination with increasing price). You can leverage invested amount up to 10x but its risky and I do not recommend ( though 3x or 5x is quite safe). I have very good experience with crypto-games. (min. invest is 0.01 BTC so you need a little more to cover tx fee)
Feel free to find more details in my signature.

Alternatively you can lend them on exchanges like poloniex, bitfinex.

Your last option is to just  keep them in wallet as BTC istself is pretty nice investment Smiley (I bet you already notice that)
I have definitely noticed the simplicity in just keeping it Tongue
I have more then .01, but that's how much i want to start with in terms of investing. But i can for sure cover the fee.
When I send btc for some of the suggestions you made, is it okay to use low miners fees because it doesn't need to be extremely fast?

Yes it's ok. They will wait for tx confirmation (just takes more time to credit funds to your account).
Blockchain is pretty full at the moment (40k unconf. tx so it might take long). Also be aware the extremely low fee can result in never confirmed transaction (returning funds to sending address).

750  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is there legit mining site? on: November 01, 2017, 04:59:59 AM
I just wanna know if have a mining site legit. thanks
BW.com, hashnest.com and bixin.com
These offer realtime hash exchange. Thats how you can make a profit ( buy low sell high) ... mining revenue is just bonus.
751  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Have you tried Poker-mining.com? on: November 01, 2017, 04:46:45 AM

C'mon stop promoting them. It's obvious scam.

752  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips/picks/predictions are flooding the gambling discussion section on: October 31, 2017, 05:05:47 AM
Probably now is the time to create a new subsection for these topics. Since I think they are a class of their own and should be grouped into their own place.
I agree with you, a new subsection for gambling related tips will be good and make gambling discussion clean.

I have also seen many tipster thread in gambling discussion section lately but most of them end up after 1-2 tips. Which is just useless, there are not any reliable tipster here who keep posting picks everyday with good results for free.

Not sure why the mods have not yet implemented this recommendation. I think it's pretty much logical to do it. The gambling discussion section is littered with these threads and a lot of times you would only see these threads and not anything else.

My exact same question, I think this is getting out of hand and the number of active tipster and prediction threads are flooding the gambling discussion. Which I think should not be the case. The thing is, if this continues, then we'll likely to see two pages full of them and nothing else to read about. So I am proposing to really have these threads moved to their own sub-section here on the gambling section.

I guess you should go to META section with similar proposals.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to use the Myetherwallet? Please need help Iam confuse on using this walllet on: October 30, 2017, 11:03:50 PM
In need of help about the wallet my ether wallet

•How can I convert my altcoin hometoken (in the future) at this wallet my ether wallet?

Can you guys explain it to me here or give sources that is updated and up to the point where I can Convert eth to BTC.

Got to search at youtube and its just explaining the process of typing the the add customs button.

There is no convert. You need to sell them.
Once established they should be listed on some exchanges ( this means you need to transfer them to exchange)
Or you can find some person who will buy them from you directly ... in which case you just sent them to him (in exchange for his BTC transaction).

PS. You are in wrong section, move this topic to Altcoin discussion (find move link at bottom left)
754  Economy / Speculation / Re: Investing without Programming Skills on: October 30, 2017, 10:04:13 PM
I'm afraid to invest cause I don't have any programming background. Some say that I need it, some just advise to try and figure out if it's crucial.

So, I decided to try to invest. Maybe some of you know platform/project which requires no programming skills or at least has super simple interface and other stuff?

Simple investments are into casino bankrolls.
No coding skills required ... all you need to know is how to sign up, log in, set up 2fa and how to deposit cryptocurrency.
755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling ends on: October 30, 2017, 01:44:12 PM
can this world stop in gambling?
someone who like to gamble hard to escape from the gambling trap. almost like a drug addict. Even after they went bankrupt still struggling to gamble by borrowing money for gambling. Actually what do they expect?

I guess not. Gambling always was and always will be. I dare to say it's one of the human innate properties (combination of greed and fun) ... the diference is some can controll it but some can't. It's pretty good adrenalin/fun and I have nothing agains people who can afford it but borrowing money just to gamble them is really bad approach (as you said it's kind of illness/drug and serious cases should definitely be treated).
My personal opinion is such people are not very smart (or well educated) thus we can't expect them to fully consider the consequences (they realize it when it's too late).
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Masternode Question on: October 30, 2017, 12:17:40 PM
If no one actually uses the coin, and only buys it so they can earn masternode rewards, where are the rewards coming from?  Masternodes help to verify transactions, but if no one is actually using the coin, how can masternodes generate income?

The reward is coming out of thin air. Transactions fees are just small part of income (same as BTC where mining reward is 12.5 BTC and tx fee reward around 2 BTC)

758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do they accept fiat for ICO? on: October 29, 2017, 07:23:29 PM
Suppose some investors are only with visa, mastercard, unionpay, and american express cards. And they are eager to make some more internet money like those Canadians from South Park...

What is the right way to accept fiat from those old dudes ?

Thanks

Let those old dudes to convert their fiat into crypto (using any exhcange accepting CC ... like coinbase). At least they will get some real experience how these crypto-things works.

Sounds promising. Can you please advice a proper exchange then, Bitfort? Thank you.

If you are looking for CC payments. I have used coinbase and cex.io in the past and was satisfied.
For wire transfers you can go kraken or bitstamp.

Interesting is also localbitcoins where you can find nerby trader to meet in person (trade for cash) or traders using the same bank as yours (then the transfers are quick).
759  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Increase my BTC value on: October 29, 2017, 11:03:32 AM

I want to learn some technics to increse my btc value. Please help me to win my dreams  Smiley Smiley
Thank u

Cheesy  Your BTC have the very same value as everyone else BTC (and this value is fluctuate a lot  ... following the demand/supply flow )
What you need is to increase the number of BTC you have ( but if your aim is to increase their value then it's enough to just hold them in your wallet and wait till price grows)
760  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do's and Don'ts here in Bitcoin Forum on: October 29, 2017, 04:03:26 AM
There is set of things called RULES:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0
My other general advice is: Don't do things you don't want others to do to you.

some hints:
Don'ts
no spam, no reflinks, no useless posts, no double post (search before making own), don't try to scam others, do not promote scam schemes, don't try to buy trust, when making a deal use escrow, don't beg ...

Do's
help others (if you can), contribute to community, be polite, watch and learn, ...

Enjoy your stay.
