Asic-Miner auction and escrow contract.
Please read the following carefully and please ask any questions BEFORE sending any bitcoin. Sending bitcoin means you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms please do NOT send bitcoin and message me that you no longer wish to have the shares. There is no punishment for rejecting this contract other than not having the ability to claim shares.
You will need to send BTC to your address found at the lower part of the contract. This address is the escrow address and it is being held by John(JohntheDong). If you do not trust John and do not wish to use him as escrow we can make the trade without escrow.
You are buying my claimed ASICMiner shares.
Once I have the shares I will send them to John and he will thus send them to you. This will be done because it is hard to prove to John that I did send out the shares if I send them directly.
Assuming this can not happen Friedcat will have to directly and publicly hand out the shares to the buyer.
Once John has the shares the BTC must be released to me to one of the following address. I will tell John what address I wish the coins sent to at the time. Using more than one address lets me have a wallet destroyed with out losing the coins.

Because you are buying the claimed shares, if something unfortunate should happen and the shares are never sent to me BTC can not be refunded. You can not get a refund for acts of God or something outside of my control. If friedcat was hit by a bus, or if the Internet in China goes off line forever this is not in my control. If friedcat sends out the shares later than 19th April for any reason, I reserve the right to request and obtain the escrowed Bitcoins from John. I will still be obligated to send to john if I ever receive them in the future.
John only has the option to return BTC to the buyers if and only if I refuse to send the shares I have received to John.
To avoid coins being locked in escrow forever at anytime and for any reason a buyer or myself can give permission to release the funds to the other party. John will have to make sure you are the true owner so please only send funds from an address you hold. Do not send funds from a Mt. Gox address for example.
If John feels the need for a 3rd party to assist him in making a decision John, Myself and the buyers must agree on who that third party is. We must have 100% consent from all involved if there is any variation from this contract.
Even if the coins are lost or destroyed even by an act of God John has the obligation to pay in full. John by participating in this escrow agrees to receive a scammers tag if he does not pay the coins back 100% with in 2 weeks after the criteria for the transfer of the BTC has been met.
Because it is your option to use escrow I will not send the shares if it is public knowledge that John is unable to release the BTC. If John is hit by a bus or whatever you must take that risk when you take the option to use escrow.
