663  Other / Off-topic / Re: what do you think about electric cars? on: February 17, 2019, 02:47:39 PM
I don't know its good or not cause this cars are more smart, but cars on gasoline are more faster, so what do you think about this? Undecided

For me it is good thing because that is what innovation do. Makes our lives easier and faster using machines to make everyday lives to be convenient but still it does the same thing. It just makes everything faster in a complex-simple manner. Just like the traditional gambling we usually do on physical casinos or let us just say casino establishments can now be accessible into electronics nowadays using laptop, desktops, even mobile phones because existence of online casinos are now in a hit. Currently, I am up into an online casino which have varieties of games that we usually play on casino establishments. Same gamee, same rules but with lots of bonuses specially on your first deposit. Added by the fact that it is more convenient because you can evenly play whenever you want.

Innovation was a real thing that our world needs. The traditional things we usually do in a daily basis do also need an upgrade making it more convenient for us people to do certain task in a much easier way as possible. The one you were saying about online casino that is an innovated version of the usual casino we play on establishments was pretty awesome and interesting because usually I am into going to casinos just to play but with this, it will be more convenient for me to play whenever I want so it sounds interesting for me.

Innovation is exactly what the electric car lacks.
Battery technology is thousand of years old.
First electric car drove over hundred years ago.

XRP misses the point of crypto to start with, that junk is done. JPM want be the last bank to have its own xrp copy operating.
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP market cap manipulation? on: February 16, 2019, 08:45:18 PM
I can't really see why XRP market cap should be manipulated, its a blockchain, you can see how many coins that are active on the blockchain. The real circulations of XRP might be manipulated, but most coins seems to be holding back a lot of coins,  they claim to be on the free market, to keep the price up, so this don't make XRP worse than many other coins.

Oh really, well then show me the particulars of block, Ledger number, say 2000
Blockchains are nuke prove, data does not get lost like in databases.
The real circulating xrp is  manipulated to inflate marketcap = fraud.

All-Star Panel: Ed Moy, Joseph VaughnPerling, Trace Mayer, Nick Szabo, Dr. Craig Wright
 Bitcoin Investor Conference - Las Vegas, NV Oct. 29 - 30, 2015

Quote
"One of the most fundamental rights of being human is the ability to own and trade property. Every other thing that we do, other than trade, is done by animals, plants, or combinations of the above. There are tool building animals, there are all sorts of things. But what we do that is really unique is we trade. To do that fairly needs property. We need to be able to control our own freedoms and the only way to do that is to basically have the right to property, to ownership, to transfer -- to decide what we want to do. That also means not telling people what we have. If we don't want to go out there and say I am a billionaire or I am running xyz or this is my life... I shouldn't have to tell people that. I should have the right to live frugally if I want to and to invest in business without telling people I am a billionaire... or that I am whatever -- like some people have to these days because governments try to make us. We should be able to choose how we live and that is the fundamental right of property. That means being able to dispose of property as we want; to be able to share it, to take it -- and that is what it is all about. Once we get things to where we have redeemable contracts and we link them to the blockchain. Where we can link money, and goods, digital rights and ownership into something that can't be changed. A fundamental open, honest, truthful asset -- the blockchain. That's when we are going to see real freedom in the world."

669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: JP morgan on GAME. 'JPM Coin' on: February 16, 2019, 05:20:24 PM
I feel like the majority of other commentators before me fail to grasp that this coin will be ony for internal transfers. It won't promote the usage of cryptocoins, it won't help us in any means. It just uses the blockchain technology, so those big fiat whales could exchange even faster to make even more money. JPMcoin could have a negative effect on XRP, though but we can't know for sure right now.

JPM token is just the beginning.
Other banks will follow and also corporations Apple, Facebook..... or the Japanese IT giant, https://www.blockchain24.co/stablecoin-in-japan/

Several countries (Russia, Saudia Arabia, Venezuela, UAE...) also said they will create the own mathematical (crypto) currency.

If you only can pay with Amazon tokens at Amazon so be it.

One thing is certain, NO COUNTY OR CORPORATION WILL HAVE A MINEABLE COIN all they will ever have is no-cost coins.
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the end near for ripple ? on: February 16, 2019, 01:07:52 PM
No not yet because there are lot of people who believes in ripple and investing in it and more over the team of ripple is excellent so there is no end for ripple.

For the millionth time Ripple is a company selling near worthless xrp tokens.

There is a reason Ripple investors did not invest in xrp.
xrp gamblers is the cow which is milked.

671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: JP morgan on GAME. 'JPM Coin' on: February 16, 2019, 12:11:15 PM
The JPM coin is pointless, it's just an internal token for use on their own network. No idea why they need blockchain for this. It just seems like a bit of a publicity stunt. But if JPM feel that crypto is the next big thing, and they need to show that they're keeping up with trends, then that is a good sign for the future of genuine crypto.

JPM coins is as pointless as the xrp token.

Other pointless tokens coming. Every large corporation will have own no-cost, non-mineable token.

GMO Internet, a Japanese IT giant, has revealed that it plans to develop its stablecoin based on yen (JPY).

It probably is a good start to a cleaner, greener environment!
How is that because more losses along the way?
Ah, thats right power comes form power points, forgot all about.
Imagining every car with electric batteries, scraping would cost halve of new price and be an environmental disaster of unprecedented scale.

Since I came on this forum, I have tried to read and understand the top 10 tokens on coinmarketcap
But today I want to talk about ripple

I have believed ripple to be a banks token, and they have couple of agreements with banks too
Making good progress.

But with JPMorgan creating a stable coin to be used internally for banking purposes and faster transactions; what happens to ripple ?

Anyone can enlighten me further the consequences of banks creating their own Blockchain, ignoring ripple??
No one knows what will happen to ripple but we know that ripple are one of the solid coins in coinmarketcap. I also heard that news that JP morgan will create a stable coins that can be used in bank purposes just like what ripple do. I think no banks can ignore ripple.

What to you talk about? Banks are in the Business of collecting fees not pay them.

The avalanche of no-cost tokens is just starting.
First several countries (Russia, Saudi, Venezuela, Iran, UAE...) then JPM and now Japan IT giant releasing coins.
Every Bank large corporation Facebook, Apple.........will have its own non-mineable coin.
It will even extend to private individuals as status symbol or whatever other reason like attempted money grab.

JPMcoin is not the only coin, IT giants also want a slice of the pie.
GMO Internet, a Japanese IT giant, has revealed that it plans to develop its stablecoin based on yen (JPY).
The stablecoin called GYEN will be released this year

https://www.blockchain24.co/stablecoin-in-japan/ .

Be prepared.

To maintain marketcap position currently almost 9 million xrp added to supply, this time last year was 2 Million, average for 2018 5.6 Million.

I think this competition is not healthy on the long term in contrast with smart contract bitcoin spinoff are competing for the money not for the tech at least for me

Haha ETH just flipped XRP

Ripples shenanigans with xrp is not to be underestimated. Last year this time 1% or even less xrp added to circulating, currently over 3%

Forbes version of  market-capitalization becomes clear with the emergence of JPMjunk and others to follow all closed source. (Total coins times price).
