Glad to see the issue has been resolved but 26 days is indeed a pretty long time. Maybe the complaints on this forum helped to expidite their investigations also.
On a side note, is anybody actively participating in the promo? I am trying but wagerin 1500$ to get a 5$ is far from easy for me lol.

I believe so. Issues here need to be resolved especially if the complainant has a strong evidence and the casino has a strong marketing and reputation here. Though I believe that the problem is not hard enough to be resolved for 26 days, Too much can happen in those 26 days and I hope that they can improve their customer problem handling to have a faster problem resolving. Imagine how much potential profit could BC game can make in that days. Though It's pretty ok that it is resolved with the gamblers satisfaction.

Lol, I don't have that amount of money in my account and will never place bets anymore on such a low odds as there is always a risk involved. 30x-40 is not easy... and I am not sure about the $1-$5 rewards you are talking about, to be honest. A 100% deposit bonus is x2 your deposited amount, most common is 100%, but it can be higher or lower... some casinos add that to your balance immediately after the deposit, but you can't withdraw before you complete the wagering requirement. While in some (like at BC) your bonus is locked and you are unlocking it with wagering, but you can withdraw/deposit again without problems.

Maybe you are talking about some different casino perks and the prizes that come from leveling up and tasks... they are indeed low sometimes (most of the time in most casinos). But it is what it is...

Maybe BC.Game has high enough requirements for the bonuses they give because they want customers to make more deposits so that customers will use the deposited money to continue playing and spending money in BC.Game.
Things like this have happened a lot where casinos will provide unreasonable requirements or requirements that are difficult to fulfill so that customers are willing to spend even more money.
But what they don't understand is that there are lots of gamblers out there, ranging from small gamblers to rich gamblers, and almost all the little gamblers cannot get the bonuses that casinos give because the requirements are high enough so that little gamblers prefer other casinos. which can provide bonuses with easier conditions.
