Same alphabet farmer. Group of 3 accunts again. Posting in rota.
4000 posts. Super spammers.
342  Other / Meta / Re: Account farming. Allowed? on: October 13, 2016, 08:59:04 PM
These ignore lists include most accounts with a paid signature ...

I've mentioned Danny's list in the earlier pages. (1,2,3,4)
His list does not pick up pre sig farmed accounts in the process of ranking up.
It probably includes some real people who are not really spamming.
Using the list is like wearing a blindfold. It is not addressing the bigger picture.

Genuine newbies will not be using Danny's list.

343  Other / Meta / Re: Account farming. Allowed? on: October 13, 2016, 08:41:04 PM
I am wondering on this accounts why they are still on sign campaigns or some of this accounts are being sold to other users.
What will happen on them ?

Sure you are.

So, how do you fit in?

Lets look at your post history,

Viyamore   nov 30,  dec 10, 21,  jan 2, 14, 27,  feb 8,

Exactly the same as Bepesand and Fatanut.
Farmed in 3's, accounts created same time consecutive days, posted in rota.

Looks to me I may have missed some accounts here. Alphabet list missing a few letters?
Viyamore - you are a part of this mass farming.

I had these pointed out to me tonight:
snip..
The first one I flagged more than three months ago:
snip..
The second one has an interesting Red Paint TM:
snip..
The third yields nothing of interest so far...
Then the fourth one ayesha98211 ... has an uncanny link to the fifth one ... sana9826

What's truly shocking is that in ten days in 2011 from the 5th to 15th of June 2011, five thousand UID's were registered - that's a lot of Zombie UID's.

Took me a while to see the uncanny connection, 982...!
I would like to presume these are almost all zombie accounts, as it seems a bit pointless and silly to create many accounts with the same name if the farmer actually wanted to use or sell these. I would expect zero post accounts.

Many have been in use at some point though, and are not zero post. I see some on your list post this year, after 2 years absence.
without thoroughly checking, they do appear to be owned by 1 farmer.

I've seen thousands of zombie accounts similar to above - almost same name (60,000 new members in 1 month)
Lauda told me many of the zombie accounts I found were banned. (see bbc reporter post a spammer thread previously linked)
However, it was probably a very small insignificant percentage.  We are not allowed see who is or is not banned.

I would suggest theymos locked all these obvious zombie farmed accounts. But there would be no response. Not interested.
While all other admin/mods run around saying they are fighting spam and low quality. No help here.

345  Other / Meta / Re: I want to unban my account on: October 12, 2016, 09:28:51 PM
People are typically warned for unknowingly making low quality posts. Copy and pasting exactly what someone said can't really be considered a mistake. Bitcointalk doesn't really have that many rules, creating your own thoughts for discussion is however one.

Yeah sure, your a funny guy, just like every other mod spouting these pretend "rules".

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1586378.0 Completely ignored by mods, 2 copy pasters (out of 5 listed) still posting.
206086 kahir
49360 twa
No explanation as to why action (ban) was not taken.
Are these 2 your (or some other mod/admin) accounts friends or what?

Btw. Have you warned the 300+ farmed accounts I have listed about their low quality posts?
Such low quality, even copy paste would be an improvement.

Continuing where we left off from the other thread. Regarding the user:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=836341 emezh10.

No not everything is in my thread. emezh10 is not in my thread, yet. But I can see his other accounts. let me know if you want to know about them.
Could you list the other accounts so that they can be looked into?

Also I have two thoughts for this thread:
1) Could you compile all the links into one post somehow? From what I see they're spread out depending on when you find them.
2) What's up with some of those broken links starting with "#ttps"?

I am only listing 4 accounts to start, I will add more to this at some point.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=836340  jam1nut0 (80)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=836341  emezh10 (116)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=836345  whimusbante1 (50)

Would you let me know your thoughts or actions please.

My complete list of farmed accounts is on the previous page, big long list over 300 accounts, you cant miss it! I update it from time to time, and move it forward.

I broke the links to highlight the new names I added to an old list, but also I break the link on previously mentioned accounts so that it is less confusing!
If the link is not broken, it is the first mention of that account and therefore the explanation of reasons why it is listed.
If you wanted to click the broken links, they should be live in the original post I quoted?

Take https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=836341 emezh10.
It is so clear to see. So easy to find.
Of course, emezh10 has other accounts doing exactly the same thing, I can see them!

Thanks for the report. This one is obvious and will be dealt with swiftly.

You did not ask for further information about the other obvious accounts that I mentioned emezh10 is spamming from, just as obviously, but untroubled by mods?
What further information? Isn't everything in your thread?

No not everything is in my thread. emezh10 is not in my thread, yet.
But I can see his other accounts. let me know if you want to know about them.

feel free to bring something to my thread. No spamming Grin

351  Other / Meta / Re: Account farming. Allowed? on: October 04, 2016, 07:45:54 PM
Yes, it is allowed.

As I suspected!

However there are other "rules and vague rumour, open to individual moderators to enforce" that could cover this situation?
Like vague rule number 1, "1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads."
(from the "somewhat complete, unofficial list" at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

I'm not looking for someone with 2 alts. This is different.

@rizzlarolla:

Are you able to post a list of the UID's that match the pattern of Alt's of Quickseller that I identified in my post just now that cross matches your own research?

How are you scraping this information from BCT?  Surely you're not reading every post?

Have you seen this thread: Quickseller escrowing for himself https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1171059.0 which outlines how to scrape information from BCT to compare writing styles of various sample UID's?

i looked at accounts from 19 july 2014. Not much going on, only these accounts.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357261  redskins49
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357262  hibr3d
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357263  ACCTseller
1hr 10 min later,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357282  deluxeCITY
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=357283  RobertDJ

I think the post history shows connections.
But they are all inactive at present. Banned or not?

I have seen other account selling accounts previously but not included on my lists. I will include in future, for reference.
(i will have a quick look back at my notes too. usually where a robert is involved, red ink is also present)

I'm not sure that is what you wanted. If it is I will check the other alts.
Or did you want me to connect QS to my listed farmed accounts?
(which i cannot do atm, as i have not looked that closely at QS)

We should cross reference where possible. If any account you identify as connected is already on my farmer list, it could prove through "probabilities" (equalling certainty) many more accounts in same connected control.

click above

The above post connects accounts (on alt thread) that I have also connected to others in separate lists. To my mind, this connects my lists together. The accounts connected to quoted post are the more valuable type, more personal ones, being ranked up for premium sale or trust scam. imo.
If I remember, there was a lot of red ink just before jambolb/jambola joined which I omitted from my list for simplicity - checking.

Why is satmas "helping" in the alt thread. He is on my farmed list?
352  Other / Meta / Re: Shouldn't non productive topics be moved from Bitcoin Discussion to Off-Topic? on: October 04, 2016, 05:36:01 PM
Thing is, there is little point closing/moving threads, but allowing farmed accounts. They gotta post somewhere.
Nobody is allowing farmed accounts that are used for spam. Your list is being looked into among.

Locking threads in the beginner and help is ok, but these accounts are still lurking.
As I've already told you this before, the moderation *hierarchy* doesn't give us a lot of options (unless one is global moderator, or admin).

Thanks for the report. This one is obvious and will be dealt with swiftly.

Every farmed account I have listed is spamming or acting to gain community confidence to scam or sell.
I have shown time and again how they spam, not noticed anything happen, no one has communicated with me.
That is the first I have heard that my list is of any interest to any admin/global mod, after 5 weeks.
I've had no help. No communication. No encouragement. Nothing.
These farmed accounts are totally different to someone owning 2 or 3 accounts.
Probably 1 or 2 (certainly very few) people/groups own many hundreds of farmed accounts.

Ok, I understand you do not have the authority to act here. I've not seen any interest from anyone who could do something.

You are welcome to the report above. It is obvious. Had you seen it already?
You did not ask for further information about the other obvious accounts that I mentioned emezh10 is spamming from, just as obviously, but untroubled by mods?

Any chance of banned accounts being marked so all can see?  Smiley

353  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known alts of anyone: User generated on: October 04, 2016, 04:55:11 PM

I can't recall where I read it, but the entire 100,000 almost without a single UID are all manufactured by bots.
I can't recall if it were the 500,000 600,000 or 700,000's.
Judging by what you've uncovered it's probably the 600,000's that were affected.

Have a look at the UID's being created about ten days ago, almost all created and logged out practically immediately (some as low as two seconds after registering they log out)

you may have read it here? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1591598.0
This is also useful to see variation in monthly accounts created. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=stats

Many accounts are created, never used, with very similar names. I wonder if these are just cover for accounts that will be used.
There are other zero post accounts that are coming back to life. These have more unique names.
It is impossible to know if an account is inactive or banned. Ridiculous really.
Lauda had said that there were "mass bannings" but we are not privy to know which accounts. Banned accounts need to be marked for all to see.
Without such info, we can only guess if they are likely to be activated in the future, or if they are dead accounts due to banning.

I have not looked yet at accounts created 10 days ago, but accounts created and immediately logged out sound like the throwaway accounts I spoke of. (if you give me a # i will see exactly what you are looking at)
The 300+ farmed accounts I have listed, almost without exception, post immediately. That is the most efficient way to start the ranking up process.
Login - post - logout - repeat.
Of course, the farmer may have to change his strategy since my thread highlights his flaws, so these accounts maybe of a new class.

But again, as we cannot see the status of an account ban, without checking, rechecking and later checking again, we cannot know if they will or have become active. An impossible task for us members. Admin and global mods can see all this easily.
Theymos even deactivated the member search around the time of the last farmed account issue, (may?) as it was "too slow".

Therefore, I have ignored (nearly) all zero post accounts. They hold little or no value without posts/rank.
When they post, if they ever decide to post if they are not banned already, then they will become exposed.

With the connections made on this thread, in conjunction with my thread, it looks a lot like very few people/groups are behind these many hundreds of accounts. Is that how you are seeing this?
(i cannot see a way that theymos/global mods did not/do not know all this already and could have just told us or interacted..)

All member # missing between cdmacrunk  and gentledan a zero post accounts.
Only 1 account without red trust above, and that is clearly being farmed.
7 or 8 minutes timescale to create all above accounts.

I have looked at a lot of accounts, and account regestration patterns.
I have never seen so many uninterupted red trust accounts.

Any use?

edit, added first post history's. As can be seen, impossible to be anything other than the same owner.
355  Other / Meta / Re: Shouldn't non productive topics be moved from Bitcoin Discussion to Off-Topic? on: October 03, 2016, 07:02:01 PM
Thing is, there is little point closing/moving threads, but allowing farmed accounts. They gotta post somewhere.
Locking threads in the beginner and help is ok, but these accounts are still lurking.

Take https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=836341 emezh10.
If you look in beginner and help now, emezh10 is the most recent poster in 5 6 threads in a row. You can see that took him 6 minutes.

Look at his post history, bingo. Spam. Farmed account.
Those 5 posts in beginner and help were only part of 10 posts today. all in beginner and help. All 10 posts took 8 minute.
To call them 1 line spam is being generous. They are only half a line.

It is so clear to see. So easy to find.
Of course, emezh10 has other accounts doing exactly the same thing, I can see them!
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: September 30, 2016, 10:02:59 PM
yes in one sense it can help poor people, but poor have no facilities of computer and internet, therefore bitcoin is not so much profitable to them as they have no access to bitcoin,
thats true, mainly it can help people in my opinion though anything is possible to be honest

You are not really adding something to this topic to be honest, Bitcoin can really help poor country's if such country's gain bitcoin accepted stores it can help there economy and give it a little boost to a stable currency.

Thanks Sandroxa. Think I have just found more farmed accounts. (you being 1 of them)

Found this,

Please exclude from your campaign this signature spammers:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=854926 Kvazimoda
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=854900 Leprikon
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=849161 eminem90
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=855169 varyspro

Reason is copy-pasting, low value posts. Also they will be banned on forum.

(xandry - Staff - Hero Member)

No sign of any bans from forum or campaign.
All four accounts are still posting in wings sig campaign. (2 on my list above, the other 2 will be listed, with others, soon)

Well spotted Mr. Green. Notice how they ALL have Wings signature ad?
All are Russian. Not our regular farmer?

Kvazimoda preferred France!
Original post history's almost identical.

By far the newest accounts listed so far. First time the account doesn't speak Philippine. (i am now looking at a some Chinese "wings" accounts)
Does anyone know anything relevant about the wings campaign?

The farmers are nicely lining up in this topic: Moscow - an enemy or a friend?. All the same signature, (about) the same number of posts, and (about) the same registration date.

lol, first 3 posters "talking to each other" are on my list above. 2 of 3 on mr green list. (they quote each other a lot!)
Then wings, wings, wings, wings, wings, wings, wings, ...   looks like more of the same! Looking!

After a 2 minute look, I can now see 2 more from my list, and the 3rd from Mr Green list. And I think 4 more as yet unlisted, but same farmer.
That will be 9 out of 13 posters so far. (they got gentlemand surrounded)

Yes, they are all the same farmer. Enrolling sessions on June 4, (5,6 above) another session on 6th, June 8 and June 10.
I bet there are other sessions yet to find. Could be a few days before I post all these.
Keep me posted!
