vampire has responded that:
Usgai deleted the agreements and all statements. Vampire claims to prove that the financial statements are fraudulent. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=113708.msg1228703#msg1228703
This is evidence of a "Cover Up"
However it is not clear if Vampire is a creditor.
I think we have to have compelling evidence from creditors who were defrauded to consider a scammer tag.
Waiting for more evidence.....this has been refuted in post #17 below.

+1 for this.
I think Tangible Cryptology had a good post requesting standardizing or at least clarifying some of the bitcoind api calls as well.
I strongly fee the the term for a bitcoin public key - "bitcoin address" is very misleading. It belies the fact that you require a private key to control the bitcoin which has been the bane for more then a few newbies.

Did you use Address Verification when making the transaction? That is the only way you could prevent a charge back. Unfortunately the AVS usually only works on American Cards.
Did he provide you with an address or any photos or screen shots as evidence.
If so please post them here.
Thank you.

Honesty and full transparency are your only assets right now with the community and your creditors in this recovery process.
Please keep us posted.
Good luck.
Disclosure: I am not an investor or creditor.

Usgai was the first to answer any questions and posted many links to thinks already posted elsewhere. I'm trying to avoid hearsay and hyperbole. One piece of evidence I find interesting is this. http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=usagias opposed to this http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=pirateat40and this: http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=nefarioAlso it will be noted that both Usgai and I are VIP members. This means we both independently make a financial contribution to bitcointalk.org. I made a contribution because I feel that Bitcointalk.org and it's administrators and moderators are an asset to our community. They and the site have been extremely helpful and beneficial to me as I've found my way in the bitcoin world (I actively buy and sell bitcoins) so I chose to make a contribution. There is no club or secret hand shake (though there is a very lightly trafficked private "Donators" thread which I rarely use. I've never met nor invested with Usagi and frankly didn't know who he was or what he did until recently. This thread is an attempt to settle any dispute with Usnagi. Whether or not he gets a scammer thread is up the theymos the bitcointalk.org administrator.

To avoid the puppet and thread spamming by usgai and his haters please pm accusations and proof and i will post evidence for and against these claims.

I would gladly apologize and praise him if here were able to turn this around but that won't happen until he publicly outlines a clear plan of action and publically states who these mysterious "investors" are or the very least proves he is actually receiving investor funds. And if it is indeed such a good site or service maybe he should sell it to a more prudent operator and use the funds to repay creditors.

Of course he has a plan. 1. Post here telling everyone what and honest and upstanding member of the community he is because he decided to tell you, one year after the fact, that he lost all your money because he gambles with it on Bitcoinica. 2. He is now seeking "investors" who he believes will give him additional funds because he did such a great job "investing" your money. 3. And if all else fails he assumes some benefactors will contribute funds to keep his business going because he is such a fine upstanding guy and obviously talented investor. http://blockchain.info/address/1Km5GFMat1DXcbvMTeH9ZvLGKvFCLBA9dMWhen you click the link to see how the donations are flowing you will also have a pretty good idea of how the other options are working out for him.

Have just come to an agreement with BCB to purchase more Bitcoin via exchange of a MoneyPak... Going to do this trade publicly so that we both have some reputation accountability for the outcome of this trade. Here is the trade specifics:
This trade is for a $150 MoneyPak in exchange for 10.85 BTC
1) I will give BCB the MoneyPak info so he may deposit the funds; the MP is funded with $150 USD 2) BCB will then send me 10.85 BTC in exchange for the MoneyPak 3) We will both confirm receipt of the funds -- he the MP and me the BTC
BCB, will you please confirm that these are the terms of the trade and you have 10.85 BTC ready to go?
Thanks,
--ATC--
