The arrows: I see what you were trying to do by making the outline lighter from bottom to top, but it clashes when coming too close with other edges & appears shoddy.  Maybe darken it a bit, or make those areas more similar in color?

Or just cover them all up with sparkles, everybody loves shiny cubes
