I've been looking for a place to start this - I'd like to generate some trust as escrow, and/or start buying/selling BTC in order to gain some trust around here!
You're not trusted at present sono one on their right mind is going to use you as an escrow. Maybe when you're a hero member with green trust from trades and so forth. That's what I mean, just because I'm a hero member doesn't make me appear any more trustworthy & it's not like I'll get green trust if I never make any successful trades due to lack thereof. This is like trying to land an entry-level job, where every job requires ten years of experience in the field. How are you going to get experience when everyone's asking for it already :\ |

Almost every thread in the Altcoin Discussion board is along the lines of "what altcoins are there?" and filled with people trying to promote a certain coin. The other board in the 'Alternate cryptocurrencies' parent directory is called 'Altcoin Announcements'  If you click there, everyone can see...you guessed it...Altcoins.  |

You're pretty much just going to end up with a thread filled with people trying to suck you in to something they're affiliated with...that's what happened when I first joined go here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0then click this:  You'll get emails every time a new thread is created, so you can judge for yourself if it's worth investing in. Always be skeptical of another's advice, and do your research with scrutiny; always cross-check your sources! I'd check, but they're pretty slow when it comes to adding new coins. Have fun  |

My plan is to get rich by simply just use the bitcoin as a investment and make money with it on that way.
I think this is easily possible if we have enough patient for it.
Yes treat bitcoin as an long term investment, buy now and hold it for the future, and sell when price reaches to the moon, you will surely become rich in future. Will it reach the moon though? Will you sell when you THINK it has mooned? What if it goes twice as high? Will you buy back in, thinking it'll keep rising? While I hold as well, I never know when the right time will be to sell - especially if bitcoin actually dies one day. (these are all just hypotheticals, nothing based on my beliefs ) |

I'm mining with cpu [2016-05-09 19:57:41] accepted: 5/5 (100.00%), I was mining with CPU as well; the site won't even open up in my browser though...? Looks fine to me.
