How are you selling these so cheap, especially if you dont even have them on hand to prove legitimacy?

Agree with above, that is, or could be, suicide. People thought WAVES was going to the moon but that didn't happen, and you could have lost a lot of bitcoin on that one. A lot of these others have much less going for them in terms of community and dev support, and there's no way in hell a rational person would put everything into an ICO. That is pure gambling and is definitely high risk. WAVES didn't moon...but now it's up ~150% in the past 24 hours...sometimes holding indefinitely pays off. I bought NIRO at 600sat...sold at a loss a few weeks later out of desperation. Now the price is 6000sat... not the first coin I regret selling off. When you can afford to lose the money, just invest it in a new, cheap coin and forget about it - sometimes it'll take months or years, sometimes never - but it just might give you returns of 10000x

Can you explain why someone would risk getting scammed when they could just buy cat from the official seller for .5 btc?

Our beloved CIA and State-Dept-run Pentagon give massive amounts of weapons and funding to groups in the middle east, where are all the TOW missiles being fired in Milwaukee?
I'm waiting for Russia to drop in Red Dawn-style and claim these groups of blacks are being oppressed, as we claim the moderate Sunnis are being oppressed in Syria. Extreme example, but this sort of scenario is the ignition fuse for 'rebellions' and 'revolutions' in other countries - why not here?

Why a new thread? I remember seeing this coin being traded on Cryptopia at least a year ago - and even then, it had been around for a while. Something about a 'not serious coin, meant for tipping for fun' something along those lines? Either way, placed a new order

Thanks to OP, for spreading awareness of this. Too many coins these days are simply a veiled intrusion attempt - not only does this weaken trust in one another on this forum (as if it could get any worse!) but it makes the entire crypto currency community look bad in the eyes of possible newcomers. We need more alternative threads to official coin ANNs, like this one!

Hi bro, can you link for me some examples of your past work, or just explain how this game is played - I would join, but 99% of 'gambling' here in this board is scams, the other .5% are lies, and the .5% remaining are legitimate games. I've been around longer than a 'Sr. Member' to know not to take anyone's word as truth before seeing some proof No offense, I would gladly play once confident enough in your legitimacy! Cheers & good luck to you & the rest

I have been registered for steemit and received ESP. Thanks I think that you have much free time and you don't know what to do with it. Dude, what are you even trying to say right now? I really hope you aren't trying to be as big an asshole as you're coming off as - but if so, are you targeting this guy specifically, or do you just randomly fire off insults at people? If the latter: we all have free time, hence why we're posting on a forum that focuses on a currency built by people with free time...and obviously he does know what to do with it - he posts on forums which revolve around cryptocurrency - just like you....do you know what to do with all your free time? Yes, yes you do.....

I have a lot of opinions on faucet sites and how a new site would be vastly improved over current faucets - one that would not only attract a larger crowd, but would be worth their time (instead of spending hours solving captchas and evading ads). Only issue is that I don't want to just give away ideas for free - I just don't have the expertise or time to create my own faucet :/

Can someone fill me in on what everyone is crying about, and if it matters in the grand scheme of things (or are a few people just really butthurt)

Picked up more at 800 sat.. back to 3.7k
You actually got some at 800 sat? Nice. That's me at 3777, but nobody is selling. You're picking up quite a few...cant believe I missed buying some earlier, never confirmed my btc withdrawal from another exchange & forgot about it until today

I don't understand, why are people shouting 'scam!' when nobody looses anything? But at the same time, how is this even a real coin - the dev just gives away html pages with 2000000 peep written on them...not like these numbers are tied to anything but a database entry.... Very curious to see where all of this leads, to say the least!

Why is this getting such little attention, compared to other similar swaps? That's basically what this is, right? I can't imagine why people would continue to use Vericoin, considering the benefits that come with using VRM as opposed to VRC. Either way, I'm sad that I can't participate now that phase 1 has ended - 'proportional' ICO distributions have never worked out in the past

You can buy gold as an investment and have it stored no problem, doesnt need to be in a swiss account. The fee for storage is reasonable.
In order to store some amount of metals we need to have secure storage and i this case better to store it in a secure bank vault. A bank vault is not a secure place. In case of bankruptcy you lose legal ownership of the metal. You should store it in a vault outside the banking system. Cheers! For example....? Like the doomsday seed vault? Any 'vault' that is outside the banking system, which is held responsible by someone related to the cryptocurrency community, would NEVER be trusted with my money...

HOW DOES IT HAPPEN? When you buy a BOT (shop) you enable it, and as soon as a customer comes, you serve him and you get the money. Now it is NEXT BOT's turn, and when a new customer comes the NEXT BOT will serve the customer and get the money.
So...its a customized ponzi scheme? Can anyone explain how this differs from the traditional, say, cloud-mining ponzi process? (edit: I mean no disrespect, I am truly interested in this projecy)

How is the staking, by the way? Is it constant or does it change depending on block #? Surprised at how small this thread is, with all the developments this coin has been through. Shame it was dropped from c-cex & bittrex, though... ...hopefully my buy orders fill @ 95sat...would love to get in now Hello Arrakeen, the staking is constant and it's 2% annually. My experience is, that you have to wait until the coins have 7000-10000 confirmations, then you get your stake. The thread is so small, because we have opened a new one some time ago. If you want to see the old one, you can spend some time by looking here (there are 640 pages from the beginning until we have switched to this moderated thread ): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=568517.0And we are still on Bittrex with a current volume of 37btc : https://www.bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-XWCBanger Thank you so much for the introduction & information! If you ever need help with this project, I can lend a hand as a content writer. Feel free to PM me if you ever need my assistance! Until then, I'll be catching up with everyone as I read through the old thread Take care!

How is mining, low difficulty? good rewards? I might hop in with you guys
|
|
|
For solo mining: does this just control how many cores are used, or is core control done with a different command - and if so, is this line of code unnecessary? Also, using the new wallet - only one active connection? Any updated node lists? Are you behind firewall? Main node have 48 active connections on VPS I am, but I've allowed the wallet & ports through. Any other ideas?
