1141  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: May 14, 2022, 08:18:09 PM
If you look closely in my post #ryzaadit ..you will see that I used the word "Feel" on purpose....because I know the RTP cannot be easily determined and you have to "guess" what the RTP is at any given time.

You might also notice that I am an advocate for transparency in the gambling world ...See ==> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5397220.0 ...because I feel that the guess work should be taken out of the relationship between the gambler and the Online casino operators.

So without the information ...we can only give our opinion based on our own experience.... and from my 3 hour experience, I concluded that the lowest RTP was used during my session. (Go to the review of the specific Slot and you will see 3 different RTP options being advertised for this Slot) ...so I am not just thumb sucking my statements... I actually do some research first.  Wink
Then what are we really discussing? How it feels? For it to be a discussion you need to provide a bit of a proof for it to be like that, if you are not providing any proof then how could we ever know what the RTP is?

I do agree that it is not as low as you say it is , I believe that it is quite good, and if I am wrong then I would need to be proven otherwise, if you can't provide otherwise then we could wait for Stake to claim what the situation and RTP is, if none of that happens then I "feel" that it is quite good because I get good returns from it, and you say you are getting low so you feel otherwise and none of this discussion means anything.
1142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: He Lost His Investment. See what Happened! on: May 14, 2022, 07:44:34 PM
Do not ever trust your money to anyone or anything other than yourself. All those telegram/youtube/tiktok/whatever traders are all scammers. They rent lambos to take pictures in order to dupe people into believing that they somehow made a lot of money trading when in reality, they are just scamming people out of their money. Do not listen to them and do not buy their courses or any subscriptions to trading groups.

I really do not understand how people keep falling for those scammers.
There are too many gullible people who end up trusting their money to others, or invest according to what others are saying as well. We talk about people who invest by giving it to others and we do not talk about the situation at hand all that much, reality is that most of the people who lose money in crypto are not the people who just give their money to others, but also people who end up investing themselves but to things others have said.

If you are doing that then you are going to end up losing money most of the time as well. Just invest into long term good projects that you trust that will go on for a long time, otherwise it makes no sense.
1143  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I think its time to start my crypto trading lessons on: May 14, 2022, 06:48:21 PM
The good thing is to be consistent in learning because not everyone has that,
actually there are several platforms that we can use to learn to trade,
indeed most people are more interested in learning on youtube because it is presented in the form of videos and it is interesting
Too many videos will teach you how to trade but if it's about the strategy, not all of them will teach you their secrets. They might come to bait you that for more strategies and better ones, they'll give you a link to sign up that leads you to their trading group.
Like a pump and dump group for which they'll be sending signals, this is where the likely scam goes. They'll take your payments and membership fees for so-called signals.
Thanks to online world being a big one, there are a lot less people who end up doing the thing that you say they do because there are a lot better competitions that get attention. I follow a few of them, both in trading and also mining, and in both sectors there are some who do it correctly and there is nothing to worry about because they are legit people and they share every knowledge they can get their hands on.

I personally follow them because they do not say that the coins they trade are the good ones, they say that the best way to invest is the "method" they invest and trade, not the thing they trade on, and there are plenty like that.
1144  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Easiest Way For New Traders To Profit From The Crypto Market on: May 13, 2022, 09:54:18 PM
Personally the biggest method that I have found has been dividing your money into 10 different pieces, and buying once each Wednesday. If you do that it will take about 2.5 months to do it, and the price will average itself out in that span. Meanwhile, try to put 10% of your salary aside and buy bitcoin with it if you can afford it, consider yourself like getting paid less, and I know it may hurt some people because they already barely survive, but it would be great for most people.

So by that 2.5 month is over, you will have 2 more investments to make, and then that will take 2 weeks, which will get you to third month so one more. That's 13 times you invested, over period of 13 weeks, a little over 3 months. If you do this, you will be able to average it out.
1145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Terra Luna bringing the whole market down? on: May 13, 2022, 07:22:55 PM
I tried to warn people but then I started to not care... Stable coins are a huge risk for the crypto space. The bigger they get, the riskier crypto becomes. TerraUSD was relatively a smaller stable coin when compared with USDT. If UST can cause that much pain, imagine what would happen if USDT was going down. I hope that day never comes but when or if it does, it will be much worse than this.
They never listen, you always try to tell people what they should avoid, I can't tell you how you could make money because if I knew it then I would be wealthy right now, but I can teach you how to avoid losing money and they never listen. They are always focused on how they could make money and rarely ever focus on how they could avoid losing.

I try my best to tell them what to avoid, and how they can spot a situation that could go south, and they ignore it for the sake of making profit. I have so many friends who bought a ton of Luna today for example, anywhere between 2 to even 10 dollars, because they believe it will recover, why take the risk though?
1146  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: May 13, 2022, 04:34:14 PM
Until now I still can't play pragmatic games especially roulette when using altcoins especially TRX and BNB. My last bet too that result in to "zero" don't refund half of my bet which is what happening before. I'm currently using Plinko and In-house BJ to farm wager in a safe manner. BTW does the automatic bet is already available on in-house BJ? I think I saw some comments here about this suggestion but I don't know if this is already implemented. I'm currently playing via manual bet in fast phase.  Cheesy
I agree that when we are talking about progressive games, it is not cup of anyone, I hate it myself as well but my wife loves them, which means that there is this situation where you "figure it out" and gamble that way and earn a lot or even if you do not, you at least have fun with it. Whereas if you do not understand it, or do not enjoy it then there is no reason why you should be investing into it.

Best thing to do in this case is to make sure that you do not lose money to things that do not entertain you, if pragmatic games do not give you any entertainment, then the result doesn't mean anything for you, and you should be staying away.
1147  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin fall below $30k on: May 13, 2022, 04:02:44 PM
No one will know where the price goes now as we can hope that the price will not go down further because this already made many people panic and perhaps, they have already sold their bitcoin because of fear. Perhaps, we can wait for a while and check the trend so we can prepare for buying some satoshi but still, we don't know how low the price will be.

But some people say that the price can touch $25k or even lower than that so we need to be ready if the price jumps deeper than now. Just make sure you have more money to buy at the dip.
You can sort of guess what it's going to do. Nobody knows if it will go down or up, but you can guess that it won't really go down "that" much could it? I cannot say that it won't go down, but the up seems a lot better than the down.

It means that we could do 2x easily, that wouldn't be really that hard, but going down 50% would be pretty difficult. That is what the risk reward ratio means, you have to calculate how easy it is to do 2x, and that's about 50-55k right now, which is something we did, and actually got pretty close like only a month ago or so when we reached 48k, whereas going 50% would mean under 15k, which is something we haven't reached since 2020.
1148  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time for me to buy on: May 12, 2022, 09:59:56 PM
I do agree that it is perfect time to get into crypto right now, I am not sure if it will stay this low for a long time, it rarely ever does and it is hard for it to stay low unless something major happens. One big thing happened (fed rate deal) and another huge deal happened (lena), I am not expecting another third big deal to happen right now neither. I am expecting it to go up soon, or at least stay around these levels.

It means that if you get in right now, you will most probably profit from it as much as you could. Doesn't mean that you will profit right away, but there is a good chance you can, if you know what you are doing.
1149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin continue to have the same effect on alts? on: May 12, 2022, 09:26:50 PM
The decline in bitcoin did have a big impact on altcoins, almost all altcoins, especially those at the top, experienced a decline as well. this is proof of bitcoin's might as a leader of the altcoins. Let's just wait for the bitcoin season to arrive until the altcoin season will continue to rise. although it has a greater increase than bitcoin but if there is a decrease, the altcoin will also decrease by a larger percentage as well, By being seen as the safest coin in cryptocurrency, bitcoin is one of the mandatory investments if we want to diversify into altcoins
I would guess that the reason for it wasn't "just" bitcoin. I mean of course when bitcoin drops then all other altcoins drop as well and that makes sense and majority of the reason why this happened. But, at the same time there is a whole situation where people and Tera all got together and selling all they have and buying up Tera as well. If you believe that Tera will be pegged to 1 dollar again and their token will be close to 10 dollars again or even more, then you are going to end up with buying more of it.

I mean they say their ust is pegged to 1 dollar and it was under 30 cents for a while I saw that, which means you could 3x quickly if they recover. Hence why there are so many who are selling their alts and buying UST from tera right now.
1150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UST Stable coin depegs from dollar USD may Crash BTC,cause crypto death spiral on: May 12, 2022, 06:12:43 PM
I do agree that this is a "test" for crypto for sure. I am not saying that it means anything substantial but it is a test. Because, there is one project that has so much money from everyone and they are claiming that they were pegged to 1 dollar, now we are seeing it not so much.

This means that if you end up trusting so much money on some projects, even if they claim they are stable, maybe they are not as stable as you think they are. This could cause people to lose a lot of money if it spreads to other projects, like if USDT suddenly starts to go down and BUSD does as well then it is not going to be that easy to recover as whole of crypto. This should pass too, and we will be fine, but it will take a good chunk with it.

Thats a very lucky 72 spins, I need luck that asap.   I used up hundreds recently didnt get that result, the moons were aligned  in your favor clearly nice timing Cheesy
I think it was really luck as I did another 77 spins yesterday because the base prices are also good now with the massive price crash of Bitcoin but yesterday I only got like the base prizes only and not even one medium prize.I am starting to believe now that everything is aligned to luck, when lady luck wants to favor you she will just do it.I am trying again today to spin like near 70 spins and see the results, who knows maybe some good prize is on the way from lady luck.
It's lottery and it's spins so I do believe it because people could get lucky. Kudos to you for getting lucky and I hope that you will get lucky many more times in your life (not too much because we wouldn't want freebitco.in to go bankrupt would we lol).

Yes, it looks like unlikely and the odds of winning something like that seems low, and I agree with that but just because the odds are low doesn't mean that it is impossible, it is not impossible at all, it is quite possible. I still believe that people should be hopeful about these spins, if nothing else you get some satoshi, if you are lucky then you will get something decent for sure.
1152  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🥳 €120 000 Booongo Tournament|⛵OpenSea BF NFT Giveaway on: May 12, 2022, 01:59:56 PM
Gambling with tokens can sometimes have problems with the actual value, for example when I'm playing at other casinos using tokens, I thought the value of 1x bet was 1 token but it turned out to be 20 tokens, luckily I was able to get a win and make the balance 9x the deposit value. Greedy is always a problem when gambling.
Well when you are gambling with a token then you should be realizing the value of it as well, otherwise you are not just gambling with the game itself, but you are basically gambling with the valuation of your bet as well. You may believe you are betting one dollar but you end up betting 20 dollars and if you are not checking then you are gambling with that knowledge as well and I do not see that as a smart thing.

I get gambling with your money and maybe winning or possibly losing in casinos, but not knowing how much you are betting makes no sense to me since it's a simple check on the price and you will be seeing the value of it, takes nothing but 1 minute at most.
1153  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc ath february 2022 on: May 11, 2022, 07:45:22 PM
Just because we are not back at 68k already, there are plenty of people who call this period a "bear market" and for some reason that just annoys me a lot. To me this period is a stable period and a calm period and I am totally fine with it. We have been around 40k-39k levels for so so long that we could literally end up not even buying a single bitcoin anymore and we could be profiting, because we should have done that long long time ago.

If you kept on buying bitcoin since last December, we would have been here since then and you could have profited when it reached 48k. If you didn't, you can't just call it a bear market for your own mistakes.
Since last December I have been buying bitcoins again and until now I still hold them. Although the price of bitcoin has not yet reached $48k even the price of bitcoin has continued to weaken in recent times but I did not sell it because I believe the price of bitcoin will rise above $50k and even bitcoin has the potential to set a new ATH record.
I do agree with this, the price of bitcoin could be low right now, but I do agree that the price will hit 50k+, that is not a situation that we could avoid and we will 100% definitely reach those levels for sure and I have zero doubts about it in my mind. I believe that we should be focusing on how long we could hold and how we could get some more of it as well.

I doubt that we would create any money at all but I will probably try to find some extra work like side income if I had the time, like do UBER or something (I do not have drivers license, I am just giving example for others, I do not have any time neither) and use that to buy bitcoin at this price.
1154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders Stop Being Greedy. on: May 11, 2022, 06:41:38 PM
Reaching to a certain profit and leaving it there doesn't make sense to me. Why do you stop when you are in profit? I mean if you are in profit then you invested into something that makes you money, why stop making money from it just because you do not want to be greedy?

I remember Gordon Gekko's "greed is good" speech when I see these type of stuff, I mean it means that there is something that gives you money the longer you hold it and you do not want to hold it anymore? I personally like to hold long term, but when I trade and it goes up a lot, I usually end up turning that trade into a long term holding as well in order to make a lot more money.
1155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your take of NFTs? on: May 11, 2022, 08:31:27 AM
Even I am not interested in NFT at all. I did have, but it was a gift from One exchange. I am more confident in coin tokens that have a clear utility of use. If you observe they are holding better than NFT. NFT are indeed a new idea, it seems like this will be of great use on awards for art people. Their work will have more value or price. But if NFT is used as a means of making money with Trade I don't think it will last long. Because images, songs, have a different appreciation pattern to their value. In fact, I had heard the image of nfts that used to be very expensive to be sold by the last buyer experienced a price decrease of more than 90% from when he bought. So be careful with NFT.
Yeah we all got a few as a gift from a few places. Between the payments as signature campaign for a while, and also some other stuff, I ended up getting apid with NFT from couple places as well, and played some racing game NFT as well because I wanted to play the game and wasn't interested in the NFT part of it, just wanted to race.

So, I had some as well but none of them really worth anything, most of them were around 10 bucks at max, some didn't even worth anything at all. Thankfully I never spent a lot to lose 90%+ and then be out of so much money, I just a few small things gifted, and either sold them, or even failed to sell them, and that was it.
I got NFT as well but I never really even checked it, it doesn't really feel like it worths it to be fair, if you look at it this way, you should be able to forget all that happened and you should be able to avoid making any losses from the NFT world as well.

I didn't see it even worth the transaction fee required to sell it, that much worthless these things became. If someone is giving you free NFT, that means they couldn't find any buyers, that's all that it means. Nobody who could sell and make money from NFT would be willing to share it freely to you, it would be quite a difficult decision to just give "some" of it and hope the ones in your hand would go up in value a lot to justify it.
1156  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoins and Influential Social Networks on: May 11, 2022, 06:40:08 AM
Mass “maneuver” networks or current social networks can be used to boost or defame a currency (crypto). Overall, is it beneficial to use monetary investment in social media to increase the value of a cryptocurrency? Even at the risk of defamation by the network itself?
Social networks shouldn't have any impact on crypto, the ones that does have some sort of impact are mainly twitter, and a small portion at instagram but not so much. I am guessing that if twitter was closed for like even a week, there would be even a bigger fall in crypto than what FED did.

Let's wait and see what this price situation will be, but the influence isn't based on twitter or any social media, it was basically just FED getting some money, they printed a ton of money so far, and want to just get some of it back, and that's all this fuss is about, hence social media doesn't really have impact as much as we think it does, even one report would change much easier.
1157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Few Steps To Avoid Losses In Trading. on: May 10, 2022, 09:38:04 PM
All the reasons you have listed above are right but the solution you gave isn't the solution to the actual problem but just to satisfy your financial needs. Roll Eyes

Signal groups will make you lose more, don't pay attention to so called expert predictions because there is no expert in cryptocurrencies, just do your own analysis and make money.
Signal groups will end up making you lose so much money and many people do not realize this unfortunately. I personally believe that we should not be focusing on others to make us rich, most of the time it should be something that is we personally find that will make us get rich. Why would anything that others say get us rich when they could keep it to themselves and get rich that way?

Realize that signal groups buy themselves first, then hope that with enough hype on their group, they could make it pumped, and sell, and then they will tell you to sell, and dump. That is why you should always stay away from those type of places at all times.
1158  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: May 10, 2022, 08:59:05 PM
Having an aggressive kind of marketing but having a bad product is simply not really that giving out assurance for a business to sustain. They might get that kind of attention but it would really be just temporal and not long lasting because one of the main factors for you to maintain userbase is on the service/product that you do have aside from having that aggressive market or decent one.
Its true that there a places which did really get some attention or consideration due to their marketing but once it do stops then people would be stopping on dealing with them
and look for something which is more better.
That is what I am trying to say, I mean if you spend a ton of money on marketing but the product is not good at all then you are not going to really get anything big out of it at all. I am not saying that you will get zero, but if your company is not great then you are going to end up with a big loss most probably.

This is why you need to spend majority of the money on building the product, if you do that then you are going to end up with a good result that will make you a lot of money, because you have a great product. I had a friend who did the opposite for 3D printing business for example, spent useless amount of money on marketing, but his products were not that great and he lost all his money, why would it be any different for casinos?
1159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horse Racing and Gambling on it should be banned on: May 10, 2022, 07:08:51 PM
There are too many hyperbole in this topic, I mean I get that we are talking about something that is regarding life, maybe not human but still life and that is very important but at the same time I have to say that we are talking about a situation where it is not like a serial killer or pandemic, or nuclear war.

People are defending horse races like it would cure cancer, or they are attacking like it is the root of all things going bad in the world, neither is true. If it's banned then we would save many horses and I would be happy about it, but if it is not banned then some horses will have to live a bad life and that is upsetting but world will continue to go around. I doubt it would be anything more than that.

Haaland in Barcelona could happen only if Haaland takes a huge pay cut to whatever he could be paid in City, I mean 500k per week is not a small amount, I do not know how they do it, like is it 52 weeks, or is it just playing weeks, but in the end, it’s going to be plenty of money, 20 million at the very least, probably a lot more than that with incentives as well.

He does deserve that to be fair to him, but he never played in a major team before and that is why he is getting this money, after 3-4 years of playing in Barcelona or city, he could get offers as high as Mbappe does. For the time being, he should get the biggest payer and just be there.
