Hey, Send me a PM! I'm not super proficient in Rust but I can give it a try depending on how difficult your use case is.
22  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: We are working on an API for Bitcoin! on: March 17, 2023, 11:46:26 AM
First thing for an online service is a front end complete website.
Who said that? If you're smart enough you'd know you can access the API endpoints and figure out the rest. And there is an API documentation: https://btc.merapi.io/swagger what else do you need?

Yahoo, you're one of the guys that have been around for a very long time. I have interacted with you on multiple occasions over the past few years and this is indeed very sad to hear. I wish you the best of luck with the surgery and a speedy recovery also. Take care man.

You'll probably need more images too just as a suggestion as 500 sounds like it'll give a low accuracy (most machine learning algorithms detect and save patterns so they'll likely not need the images once they've been passed through and described).
What OP actually wants (i think) is a classification based on 500 items that are 500 categories. So in 500 images if one of the images is a chair, our model needs to be trained to classify chairs. For that, we need to feed the model a training set comprising of 10-20 images of a chair so it classifies a newly uploaded item like a chair with a relevant confidence score. So potentially, training model based off 500 categories which is huge!

Hello, I work in AI/ML Domain. Image classification/generating confidence score based on the similarities is something I've worked in the past with. Send me a PM to discuss further. Flexible with doing this in Python/Node whatever you prefer.

27  Economy / Reputation / Re: Promoting potential scam site on multiple threads on: June 27, 2022, 11:47:09 PM
He is promoting a website (likely a scam)
Can you back this up with any relevant information? An account spamming the link doesn't prove much.

I am pretty sure markvin is involved with that potential scam site. Still, I haven't tag him. I will see the community response.
Don't think it is okay to tag just for spamming I suppose. You can report the posts as spam for sure. Unless there is concrete information that the site is a scam, a tag will be too harsh. Having said that, the site does look a bit dodgy and I wouldn't trust them with a penny but that's just my personal opinion.
28  Economy / Services / Re: Hiring Frontend Developer for a defi lab on: June 27, 2022, 11:39:48 PM
What happened here? Seems like the user account and the Reddit thread got deleted? It's understandable if you've hired a person for the said position but that seems a bit impossible since this was posted only a day ago. Possibly lock this thread too if you've hired someone or not hiring at the moment. Saves time for applicants.
29  Economy / Services / [HIRING] Character Designer/Artist/Illustrator for a NFT Project on: June 27, 2022, 03:32:04 PM
As the title reads, I'm hiring a graphic designer who specializes in character design using tools like Photoshop/Illustrator, etc. You'll be developing a character off given details and in way that can be further utilized for generative art. Don't worry if you're not much acquainted with NFT's or generative art. Your job primarily will be to create the character based on the details given to you. Creativity is the king here.

Payment: BTC/ETH
Escrow: Yes.

Please send me PM or the message below. It would be great if you can send links to your previous work. If you're experienced with creating banners or web design layouts, you might not be a good fit here as this is more of a character design job than a 'graphic design'. Thank You!
30  Economy / Reputation / Re: Royse777, Bitlucy and long story in brief on: June 24, 2022, 07:26:58 AM
What are the options for Royse777 now? He has a business in this forum. Looks like he won't get any more business now.

If I needed a campaign manager I think I would still consider Royse777. Nothing in this debacle indicates that he wouldn't be capable of doing this kind of job.

If I wanted to join a campaign managed by Royse777 I'd probably want to make sure that the funds are in escrow.
This.

I applied for my first signature campaign after ages and saw people withdrawing their applications in the thread because of the said accusations against the campaign manager and I was skeptical too. The funds were in escrow, and the project being promoted didn't come across as a scam to me. It would have made sense to tag the participants or the campaign manager should they still keep promoting the project knowing it turned out to be dodgy which isn't the case. This thread further clarifies it.

The rule of the thumb is: Stop participating in his campaigns if you don't trust him or do your own due diligence before putting a signature on your profile.

Nothing against you OP but the irony is you're feeding one such necro-posters lol I saw them necroposting and I instantly reported the post and it got deleted (while your post is still there)

The good part is, the author of the lib already knows it and is mentioned on the ReadMe. This is like a blueprint to create a more secure system based on the analogy here

The image to hash function is probably more secure than a single word, however, that doesn't mean that this is overall more secure than traditional seed phrases, in fact, it probably is less secure. There are other ways someone could try and steal another user's seeds.

How about we use mp4/video files and process random timestamps to create a more secure way of storing seeds?  </unfunnny joke>

Is this the time to get more paid ranks for those who don't want to access BTT using Cloudflare host? a subdomain for them or https://protonmail.com/blog/ddos-protection-guide/
That would only imply making a DDOS attack will be possible using paid accounts. Although highly unlikely but leaves that 1% chance of forum getting DDOSd by using accounts that bypass the CloudFlaire's firewall. The paid membership also will be an automated process making it easier.
35  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: www.playcrash.com SCAM on: April 12, 2022, 09:56:23 PM
Hello sir,
We have taken full responsibility for our mistakes and realise we definitely launched a little to soon without making sure the Casino was free from all vulnerabilities. We are happy to refund you your initial deposit PLUS winnings straight to your litecoin wallet,  or credit your account with 100% bonus which will total .8 LTC. Please check your inbox. We are by no means a scam.
This is actually nice of you (that if you actually give their money back). The fact that a simple mistake like this can put your entire project at stake should tell you about the seriousness in pen-testing/manual-testing involved in launching a casino that intends to be in the game for the long run.
