521  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase Debit Card is now available in EU on: June 16, 2019, 09:25:39 PM
While EU is going hard on all the mixers and other Crypto related services, they seem very okay with Coinbase since it's backed by the FBI. It ensures smooth functioning of the service as every user and their payments are tracked which leaves no chance for anonymity or decentralization. Going Good my Young Padawan, keep buying those anti-crypto debit cards.
522  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - 🎲 Crypto Casino 🎰 Multi-Currency | Rainbot | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: June 16, 2019, 09:15:37 PM
@Boxxob: Any plans ahead to integrate the lightning network payments? Bitcoin prices are peeking and the transactions are taking too long to get confirmed due to the busy network. I've seen a couple of gambling websites already making plans to integrate it. Just wanted to know if the case is same with BitDice.
523  Other / Meta / Re: Why doesnt this forum have adsense? on: June 16, 2019, 08:57:11 PM
Im confused on why this forum does not have adsense, With this sites traffic it would generate around 1 million a year.
I'm not sure where you get that magical number 1 million from. The forum does have its own advertising program which gives more control over the ads that are displayed here. I'm pretty sure forum generates a good amount of money from that. If you want to do the math, here are the relevant links :

524  Other / Meta / Re: about Trust Flags - suggestions on: June 12, 2019, 05:04:05 PM
BUt as you are so rude, childish and delusional (attacking me without any reason) I decided to leave you a negative feedback. One more for your collection. Congrats.
Welp, that escalated quickly!

Like theymos said,

I think that several of the problems with Trust were because three different goals were being jammed into one system:
 1. Getting a general idea of someone's trade history and trustworthiness in one convenient location, sort of like reviews on sites like EBay.
 2. Warning newbies/guests who don't know how to research properly about high-risk people.
 3. Deterring scams by creating a cost to scamming (ie. you'll "lose" a veteran account).

To improve this, I've split up these use-cases:

Use-case #1 is the old trust system, but I made the descriptions on the rating types a bit more general and removed the concept of a trust score. The numbers are now "distinct positive raters / distinct neutral raters / distinct negative raters". You should give these ratings for anything which you think would impact someone's willingness to trade with the person, but you should not use trust ratings to attack a person's opinions or otherwise talk about things which would not be relevant to reasonable prospective traders.

Use-cases 2 and 3 will be handled by a new system of flags. You can create a flag using a link on a person's trust page.
Your case somehow fits in the "Case-1" of the above quote and you shouldn't be leaving negative feedback for general opinions. Use flags instead maybe? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
525  Economy / Services / Re: CryptoFans Escrow Service on: June 12, 2019, 03:39:13 PM
I will always charge LESS rates than the competitor.
That is exactly why people shouldn't trusting/using your service. You've zero reputation on the forum and no history of being trusted with money. Just because you're providing a cheap service, members will use it. Lock this thread to avoid getting negative tags flags.

This guy has done a few positive trades, true, but his trades do not justify him wanting to be an escrow for amounts of $5000.
In fact, none of his trades have any valid references to verify he's to be trusted with money.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which one is preferred to launch ICO? on: June 12, 2019, 01:25:42 PM
Readymade ICO script or customizable ICO script?Huh?  Can you provide me the brief solutions.
If you use any of that, I will automatically assume your ICO is a scam and you are just another scammer who will run a scam funding operation. I will keep an eye on your profile and your ICO so I can tag raise flags about your ICO. No real project development company will ever buy such crap scripts, they will have a team of competent developers who can write code.
527  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Flag Request] YoBit Exchange on: June 12, 2019, 01:08:10 PM
Supported your flag.

They have shady practices, and I have lost funds to them due that I sent some alts to Yobit but their altcoin wallet was on a different chain.
I never received my coins, and they never replied.

Yobit is a deceitful operation to my eye.
Which flag did you choose? If they have personally scammed you, you should be going for that contractual flag (which is ideally responsible for the scammer tag on their profile.)

Needless to say,  I also backed up your flag without any hesitation, largely because of the numerous scam accusation topics opened against them and their recent ultra-spam encouraging signature campaign (which ended being banned).

Yeah but that wouldn't really make a big difference because we can't give them a scammer tag. Thanks for supporting the flag anyway. Smiley

Hi guys, I've only been reading up on flags for the last ten minutes.
Shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes to understand it lol  Wink

Your flag link wants me to start a flag whereas other flag requests have asked me to support their flags.

Which would you prefer?
I wouldn't want you to start a flag since I did do that on my own. I want you to support my flag if you think it's appropriate. You can choose the Flag type as your individual choice.
528  Other / Meta / Re: Let me be the first to start a bitching thread about the flags on: June 12, 2019, 12:38:21 PM
You're a bit late for that  Cheesy

I don't want to be the party stopper, and believe me, I want to see the scammers flagged once again, just make sure you do it right / valid.
I've read this and, while I'd like to see it widened (under certain limits/rules), currently it's a big "hmmm"...
It's just dumb. Anyone who was scammed, e.g. by an exchange has no direct contract and the third option can never be used. Also if no victim speaks out / creates a flag = no scam occurred. Astounding logic. Look at this request: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5153493.msg51440061#msg51440061. Nobody who got scammed by YoBit as a exchange user can rightfully make this flag.

Support this (weakest-flag type): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=47.
^^ which is quite logical to be honest. According to the flag system, no one is scammer unless they have personally scammed you.
529  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Flag Request] YoBit Exchange on: June 12, 2019, 12:04:55 PM
Can someone tell me why when Avirus commented that he support the idea, his comments was not deleted while mine was just a one sentence but the gist was same as Avirus was deleted 😡
Because your post is trashy and doesn't add anything constructive to the conversation like @Avirunes post. "I like the idea", "Nice project", "Very Interesting" are some of the examples of shit-posts that get deleted and in the long run you might get a ban if you keep on creating such posts. Avoid them. Support your "Very nice, I like the idea" with - Why do you think it's a nice idea.
530  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Flag Request] YoBit Exchange on: June 12, 2019, 11:56:13 AM
I will definitely support that. Go ahead and create a flag and report it here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5153445.0
Why? I have my own thread to request flags. This will also serve as one place for me to create all my flags instead of creating a new topic every time I have to flag someone. I've already flagged them and you can see it in the profile linked above.

Given the changes, there will be many request as such but I think using a common thread to report will be much more helpful.
That's true and hence, my own dedicated thread. Smiley
531  Economy / Reputation / [Flag Request] YoBit Exchange on: June 12, 2019, 11:41:19 AM
Flag Type Requested: Negative

Related Account: YoBit

Flag Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;addflag=406594

Relevant Message: YoBit has been known as one of the shady exchanges out there. From waves of unsolved scam accusations, spreading spam on the forum and pumping coins to deceive investors the list goes on when it comes to the reliability of an exchange. I believe they deserved to flagged if it does any good of making newbies aware to avoid using them.

532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram's Gram token finally going on Public sale from July 10 on: June 11, 2019, 11:21:34 PM
So the most abused platform by the crypto-community is set out to create a token for themselves? I bet those bounty groups must have been really impressive to motivate them. I could definitely see this coming. Wouldn't be surprised if the entire ICO is carried out on telegram itself.
533  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐁🐁MiceRace.com - Combo Betting - Fixed Odds - Track 11 Live Race Cameras🐁🐁 on: June 11, 2019, 11:09:26 PM
Thanks for the great feedback Ladies and gentleman!
The races are live, come watch and bet on micerace.com
Please follow the forum's bump rules that are bumping your thread once every 24 hours avoid sequential posting.

@Flagship : I don't understand what are you whining about, the fact that the gerbil check-up matter was faked or you are against the entire animal cruelty in this game?  Two different things really..
534  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for IT and blockchain expert on: June 11, 2019, 11:02:59 PM
Hi, i am looking for an enthusiastic dev and IT expert with experience in the blockchain tech. e.g. You should know how to use the rpc interface of a coin-daemon and what a private key is. Tasks that i need support with: testing, devops,... Please DM me if you are interested.
You will be bestowed upon with offers from newbies or so-called service board spammers who will have zero skills as expected from your thread. Make sure you don't pay anyone upfront and use an escrow. I don't mind doing the Devops part for you since I'm not too busy these days but again depends on your requirement. Send me a PM.
535  Other / Meta / Re: @theymos, what to do with the account farms of Brand New users with 0 posts?? on: June 11, 2019, 10:55:37 PM
Maybe more general solution can be made. Restrict the creation of new accounts from a specific IP allowing only one account per 24 hours.
That is literally the most illogical solution to the problem. I'm assuming there is already some sort of IP based restrictions on accounts which have a history of being accessed from "evil ips". These are the most commonly abused VPN's and free proxies I guess. It's not very hard to find other such VPN's and create an account from a new IP address. Tor even better and if the ISP is known to assign dynamic IP addresses then account creation becomes easier. Theymos can't certainly keep an eye on every IPV4/IPV5 address generated.

I would suggest to add an evil fee to all Brand New accounts if they haven't posted in the first month after they were created.
Every punishment doesn't have to end with an evil fee. Maybe disable the accounts or send them a warning email that if they don't post by a particular date, their account will be perma-banned by the system?
536  Economy / Securities / Re: Looking for investors for a poker website on: June 11, 2019, 10:49:15 PM
I actually enjoy programming. I think it's a lot of fun. In addition, I am learning. Just because it's a paid job doesn't mean you can't have fun doing it.
Why you sound like you're desperately looking for an investor then? lol Ofcourse, you can enjoy coding as much as you want but I just prefer to get paid for what I love doing.

Have you have any idea , how much it will roughly cost?

I heard to be successful casino, you need bankroll of 100 BTC.
Highly subjective. Depends on the number of games you have, participants and obviously the types of bets you accept. 100 BTC wouldn't be a bad start but not a great start either.
537  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: (Caution) Askgamblers taking money and not keeping up their words on: June 11, 2019, 10:45:22 PM
I don't believe in any gambling blogs or websites reviewing casinos apart from their official threads on bitcointalk. Meanwhile, askgamblers seems like a good SEO optimized blog but that doesn't mean they're not shilling for some of the casinos reviewed on their website. They literally are leading newbie gamblers to the websites which have a history of scamming. I don't know if you asked for a fake review for your website but I'd like to hear their part of the story as well. They shouldn't have any problem giving you  a fake positive review since they're already done that to other scammy casinos.
538  Economy / Reputation / Re: @Lauda you are a piece of shit on: June 11, 2019, 10:36:27 PM
Or do you claim that people who have not x amount of merit earned are automatically scammers and spammers who shouldn't be accepted into campaigns?
They're not. There are members with zero merits earned in other campaigns as well but no one has a problem with that since they're not flooding the forum with spam like Stake's signature campaign. Just go through any thread in the Gambling discussion board you'll be annoyed to see the threads are just filled with posts one after other from Stake's participants.
539  Other / Meta / Re: Scammers enforcing their inside rules on bitcointalk ? on: June 11, 2019, 12:30:46 AM
Not to go too off topic here but how many reports have you done?

Quote
You have reported 655 posts with 95% accuracy (558 good, 34 bad, 63 unhandled). Do not worry about your accuracy too much; one accurate report is worth many inaccurate reports.

I have not been very active on the forum since about last 8 months or would have crossed 1200 +

What he made a thread about is no different then the report to moderator button. I'm not taking Steves side i'm just saying, everyone who reports a post or thread to the moderator is doing the exact same thing for free.
Reporting a post is different from reporting a campaign spammer. A post can be on-topic, not spam but yet not upto the standard of the campaign. That, in summary, is, people just posting to get paid from the signature and not actually contributing to the forum. So reporting a campaign spammer will involve going through their previous posts and see if they are doing quality contribution on the thread or just repeating the same crap said in other 10 pages of it.
540  Economy / Goods / [BUY] Looking to buy an used PS4 Pro/Slim 1 TB on: June 10, 2019, 11:59:09 PM
Hi, I'm getting too bored with summer these days and want to buy a used PS4  to kill time. I already have a PS4 Pro 1Tb but can't access it at the moment. I don't want it to be super old or in a bad condition. Payment will be in BTC and of course, a reputed escrow will be used. I don't really care what games you have or what accessories you give me because everything else is pretty cheap to buy. You must be willing to Ship to US/Europe region. Send me a PM or drop a message below.
