i'm into two cahoots! re: a good POS coin ... TALK https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=864994.new#newokay admittedly not the best code ... an OG of shite coins and yet the damn thing still works ... plus the community is focused on trying to discover the best POS coins out there ... so TALK is your gateway to good/better/best POS coins TALK is my favourite PoS 'peoples' coin ==== http://letsgetstaking.com/digital-currency-wallet-links/Are the devs aware that the split threshold is set to 50% of the coins total supply? This high split threshold is also why the coin is seeing only 100 or so blocks/day versus the 1440/day it should be.
I would suggest either lowering the threshold to 500 or implementing the custom threshold code from other coins like hyperstake.

25kg of NYAN/UNO traded ... that's a mile stone!

GRC falls short of qualifying because it is only listed on 3 exchanges on your list. (Holytransactions, the 4th, is not on your list for consideration.) It will be around 5 years from now. Its tie in with BOINC makes it pretty strong.
okay Holytransactions added to points variable for fuzzy math calculation GRC is a dusty old sleeper it can hang with XEM at maybe

I'm more a fan of Qora, and my comment was more directed towards coins on Poloniex, which is remarkably loyal about not delisting shitty coins with low volume (see execoin and hirocoin), but, come on, Paycoin seems to be an outright scam that may or may not bring Cryptsy to its knees (see coinfire.io investigation). How can you expect Paycoin to be around in five years? And are Zeit and Pandacoin even listed on five exchanges? Or is this just a rule that you're making up for coins that you don't actually hold?
Or is just a rule that i'm making up for coins that I don't actually have full faith in just yet. But this is a debate ... I am willing to scratch my "shitcoins" if other better coins are found. XPY ... yes scam ... But does it work? Infamous is nearly famous.

PoS doesn't have any floor value because they have no cost of production unlike PoW coins.
The sole value PoS coins have is coming from people convincing others that they're actually worth something but in reality they are just literally magic internet money with imaginary value and nothing to back them up.
And the way in which staking works is both just an illusionary increase in value since everyone holding gets more coins and both detrimental to distribution which should be the main goal of a coin.
It's an unbelievably silly system and I have no idea why anyone would take any PoS coin even remotely seriously.
some true some false 1. a fair POW converted into full POS is a solid launch model 2. POS save energy, but still require work, the inflation is payment for work done now the counter argumentPOW mining was fun. Until my $2,000 mining system only pulled in $700 worth of bitcoin. I took it offline after the electricity was costing more than I was making. You know what I have to say about POW? Fuck POW.
POS is for people who don't plan on spending thousands of dollars buying ASICs/Miners AKA Paper Weights.
This could be easily marketed as the green alternative to the global warming causing electricity dumps people call bitcoin mines.

"Do you think Unobtanium will rise or fall?"
Well it had price surge in Feb2015, too hot, by Summer2015 0.011 BTC looked to be the bottom, then some fool chucked about 3 years worth of mining on the market, DUMP, flood
so now UNO is testing a 0.006 floor but if someone goes to market with 5 BTC in hand the price can hit 0.015
cool feature of rare count coins ... under 200k ... and only 15% seem to move/float
happy genesis mining worked out for you ... uno moved from 22TH/s to 2000TH/s after forking to merge mine tech uno can be co-mined by any and all SHA256 coins/pools
so scoring more than a fraction of the 7 coins produced/day is a cool feat
right now the hash is down to under 1000TH/s so keep mining it, but once UNO gets more bitcoin pools to merge mine it (like namecoin status) it might be better for most to mine Zeta on Genesis

I don't think Bittrex will add a coin labelled for drug use as that's what it states in Bittrex's Terms & Conditions.
weed is no drug.. its a plant If I used the same logic, that would mean coca, opium and tobacco are not drugs either. your logic is correct pharm vs. farm so coca leaves a-o-kay poppy resin a-o-kay organic tobacco a-o-kay --- Bittrex's Terms & Conditions for listing Coins? WAT? lol ... kickback city of Vegas wheels turn on grease i like jahvinci ... but no gusta ico never have never will ... will it work? ... if you got the faith brothers anything is possible ... but a little late in the game to launch a POS ico coin ... i don't know of many happy customers who've gone down that lane. if there is a solid revenue model / cool case use ... why not?

well now that there is a website ... cryptopia provides a solution to mining ... getting listed there might be the best priority ... give a little more time if/when switching to NXT i forget the numbers but FRAC has a heavy TX fee ... that should bring on some hash power ... and the effect is that the coins don't move often ... akin to real estate ... you sit on it until need to sell ... driven in part by cost to transfer title ... FRAC kinda is the same concept. "burn their coins for the new coin" explain more pls

1. please list all markets you know of (must be on at least 5 of 12 exchanges cry, rex, polo, cryptopia, ccex, btc38, bter, bleu, bx.in.th, all, yobit, shapeshift) NEM and Qora and XST ... short on exchange listings ... else please prove me wrong NXT ... likely goes on the list but i like to see camp NXT whine

Opened a ticket with Cryptsy support, pointing out that they've had the coin under maint for a year, even though a new version was released ages ago. Received a fairly standard reply saying there is no ETA. I've asked for the issue to be escalated.
ETA ... June 17 2039 1pm EST
