you stake your coins the annual rate is 15% ... this keeps the blockchain chugging along. min. hold time is 1 day to stake so that's 15%/365days = small but fun amount of daily reward all coins ... are tangential ponzi schemes ... bitcoin and LTC more than any .... since this is a pure stake coin there is little necessity (although it be nice) to drive more capital (money) into the system to pay off the mining network since you are the mining network. keep in mind TALK is 15% ... and other POS coins reward 200% (see HYP, MINT, CAP, t3K)

1. p3yot33at3r's point, I've said much the same, you want my details then i want yours also, as far as I know no one is verified as a real legal person at camp Cryptsy.
2. RDDRocket's point, crypto for crypto does not need and was designed to not need personal info attached. it defeats the very point of crypto. And there are no legal grounds for it being regulated. Now if you want to trade fiat, okay I get it, KYC federales have some jurisdiction, cuz you touch upon there scared cow called fiat/banking system. i will not deal with exchanges that require KYC, and if they are 2 dumb to split their operations into fiat vs crypto sectors, then so long and thanks for the stinking fish.
3. Cryptsy is assuming the right to withhold your property from you ... that's theft.
4. Cryptsy is moving the goal post with no notice ... that's a scam ... and shows utter disregard for their clients ... or dupes.
5. Don't trust exchanges. My opinion is moving towards never leave more than you can afford to loose and for as little amount of time on the order books ... if it doesn't move in hours return to priv key wallet. Here's food for thought why not an exchange that holds your coins but swaps out for their coins ... and you rebalane on withdraw ... this is not much different than brokerage that require you to cover shorts if it hits the margin.
6. What's the point of 'anon' if your KYC'd? lol.
7. Digital money is programmable money... who and how are they going to KYC for bots?

QR Code support - a must so glad to see that. - messaging / irc stuff not real important (memory hogs) but if it is in there leave it, i like payment 'memo' option that both parties can see ... so it is a toss up on resource usage vs. features. - colors are pretty random request/suggestion: public address directory, so like a seed node coded in (or some kind of conf file edit), that lists all community members addies/names. reason fun & convenience ... will aid in tipping down the road too.

hello. outsider stopping in for random suggestion. why doesn't FTC consider side-chain / merge mine tech? i believe VTC has established MM side chain options. no fork needed. but will require coding a new code base for Neo that can launch new coins that MM.

@Crypto_Lobbyist i feel your pain this guy is right there is a landscape shaping up but i don't follow the logic start with his random sort between 'brokerage' & 'exchange' also have no clue on 'capital markets' vs 'trading' vs 'investments' (this is what overstock wants to get into shifting wall st. to the chain) PS ... there ought be a "Lobbyist" coin too!

1216 is quite low, the current total is running at 2100+. Here's a list of the first 100 coins in “release“ (only the blockchain is definitive) order. There are probably some discrepancies amongst the dates, I haven't checked each and every one against its btctalk page counterpart yet. Cheers Graham Edit: added best guess as to status

Cryptsy needs to install their own system of block explorers with 'peer' addnode feature.
This will help with the vitality of the shiite coins.
They can do it on their website or dedicate another web property to do it. It is a simple solution.
That said, there are also some super shitte coins listed, dev abandoned right from the start and have been locked up since the start. Cuz the code is crap. For those they need to think of a process of porting them onto Crypto 2.0 platforms.
Last, yeah set some standards on new coin additions from here on out. No more BobSurplus CIRC, 007, or other ninja mine flash in the pans.
