One of my Dragon 1T miner only show 30-40 GHash at Betarigs, while it is funtioning at my side as normal.
The other 3 rigs show the full 1THash at Betarigs.
I add a support ticket at their site, but I get FUCKING UNREADABLE Base 64 encoded email from their support back.
This is the first day I rent out some rigs to try and I won't let my customers down.

It's only a small detail, but one works better than the other.

The modules are rock solid.
The older models have 1000 watt PSU, the newer models have 1200 watt PSU.

The S2 is underclock and don't need to use a big heatsink.
You can overclock them, but FIRST you have to change the heatsink and probably other smaller details.
If you forget to that, don't blame BITMAIN.

The shipping cost varies between 2000 till 3800 renminbi (Yuan) depending on which company you used to ship a 1T miner
based on the A1 chip.
The first models are heavy, about 20 kilo.
The latest models are about 14.8 kilo.

ik zit al 2 weken in China, ik blijf hier tot 28 juni en dan ga ik weer terug naar Nederland om een zakelijke Visa te regelen.
Er zijn verschillende redenen dat ik in China zit.
1.) Ik betaal me blauw aan import kosten zoals jullie allemaal.
2.) Ik betaal me scheel aan transport kosten, vaak staat er "Free shipping", maar niks is minder waar, die kosten zijn verekend in de totale prijs.
3.) Elektriciteit kosten zijn gewoon te hoog in Nederland om een kans te maken tegen miners uit Amerika en Canada en landen met extreem lage
     elektriciteit kosten.
4.) Ik zit een half uur met de auto verwijderd van Shenzhen en Dongguan waar alle belangrijke fabrikanten zitten.
     Bij defect ga ik er persoonlijk naar toe om de boel te regelen. Werkt erg goed als je een goede klant bent en vooral als je de taal spreekt.
     Ik spreek zelf verschillende dialecten Chinees.

Ik heb hier al een nieuwe farm opgezet dat gedeeltelijk klaar is met Dragon 1T miners in een leegstaande villa van mijn schoon familie.
Nieuwe elektriciteit leidingen zijn sinds zaterdag klaar om genoeg stroom te kunnen leveren voor nog meer miners.

Hosting fee per 1T Dragon miner is 200 US dollar per maand, mocht er veel belangstelling zijn, dan kan dat lager zijn.
Contract is in tegenstelling tot de concurentie niet meer dan 2 maanden en daarna elk maand opzegbaar, alleen dan hebben jullie nog een kans.
Mocht jullie de miner willen verkopen, dan verzend ik de miner na betaling verzendkosten naar de koper en scheelt het jullie ook import kosten. De import kosten zal tegen die tijd ook lager zijn in verband met de waarde daling van de miner.
Mocht jullie geen koper kunnen vinden en het toch willen verkopen, dan kan ik het eventueel overnemen tegen de dan geldende fabrieks prijs.

Bijna alle Dragon 1T miner komen uit de fabriek uit Dongguan. Sommige kleine fabriekjes kopen printplaten van de fabriek uit Dongguan en bouwen
hun eigen kast en plaatsen hun eigen PSU erin om kosten te besparen.
Alle Chinese resellers op dit forum plaatsen hun koopwaar als pre-order terwijl alles uit stock te leveren is.
Ze kunnen in principe op de dag van betaling leveren.
Er wordt gewoon op kosten van de koper gemined. Vaak hebben die miners al maanden gemined, vandaar dat er zoveel stof in de heatsink zitten.
De gewoonte is oud spul eruit en nieuw spul zelf gebruiken, de miners is vaak met elke nieuwe batch verbeterd ten opzichte van de vorige batch.
De chip in de Dragon 1T miner is de A1 chip van Innosilicon en Bitmine.

Met deze opzet geef ik jullie een kans en verlaag ik mijn eigen risico.

The error in your calculation is, difficulty don't increase 20% per month.
Difficulty increase every 2016 blocks, if 6 blocks are solved every hour than difficulty increase every 2 week.
But the reality is that more blocks are solved per hour, so difficulty increase every 11-12 days.

Yes, I am 30 minutes away from Shenzhen.
I will be here until 28 june, then I will flight back to The Netherlands and immediately flight back to China after I get a new Visa.

There are a lot of small workshops making the Dragon 1T miners in the area Shenzhen and Dongguan.
Not all of them deliver a product with good build quality.
It's safe to buy from the bigger manufaturers and it also depends who you are.
I don't know how they treat the small guys, but if you consider to buy anything, make sure you got
the contact info from the people who are in charge, don't deal with the lower staff.

The PSU that come with the new Dragon 1T miners from the factory in Dongguan is 1200 watt 80 gold plus
instead of the 1000 watt PSU that comes with the older versions of the Dragon 1T miners.
The PSU is from a Taiwanese factory that operates in the budget catagory.
When the PSU runs, it runs smooth and reliable. Don't turn it off instantly, pull out the ethernet cable first
to let the miner become idle and then turn off the PSU can safe you a lot of headdache.
These cheap ass PSU are not like Seasonic or Be Quiet build quality with a lot of build in protection that
you can switch on and off whenever you like it.
These cheap Taiwanese PSU are like old men, when they run, they run smooth, but don't ask them to stop
immediately, because they will fall.

The mining boards themself are rock solid.

I call him today and will visit him next week, it's only a half hour by car from where I am located to downtown Shenzhen.
I am not sure I will goto Beijing where the headquarter of BITMAIN is, after reading some horrible story about the S2 here on the forum.

I was today at the factory of the Dragon 1T miner.
One of my miners I ordered to test had a faulty PSU.
The boards themself are mining with no problems with a new PSU.
Nancy the manager had it replaced with a brand new miner.

Outside at the factory gate I came in contact with Thomas, who was there for an American consortium.
He was also visiting Asic manufaturers like me.
We had a nice chat.

I once had 3 Antminers S1 stuck in Mumbai because of mechanical problems of UPS plain according to UPS themself.
BITMAIN compensate every one of that shipment with coupons which I have used all of them  them with pleasure.
It wasn't BITMAIN fault but UPS, it was a good sign from BITMAIN to compensate people.

I sold every S1 I had in the Netherlands, I still have KnC Jupiters running in The Netherlands.
I am in China at the moment setting up a farm with Dragon 1T miners.
No import tax and shipping costs and low electricity rates.
I am planning to host other people miners as well if there is interests.
