does anyone know when they will start shipping the 30mh asic scrypt miner?
I was told personally, and it's viewable at least 2 other places in this thread that the 30Mh miners ship within 3 days after payment.

As you can see from my earlier post with TX ID I paid Wednesday for 3 x 30 M/hash.
I was promised shipping within 3 days without any doubt.
It is now day 5 and I have sent 3 messages to AsisaBTC without any reply, so I have no choice but to put this out here in public.
So far I have lost 2 days of 90 M/hash mining beyond what I was definitely promised and had no response to any of my messages.

LA15MB - 1899 USD <including all accessories + DHL express shipping, PSU NOT INCLUDE> LA30MB - 3500 USD <including all accessories + DHL express shipping, PSU NOT INCLUDE> On front page it still says there is a 15 Mhash miner, maybe you want to change it then. the 30 Mhash miner is a bit expensive Do you have anything else for +/- 2k USD with a good hashrate and power efficiency?

Buy from Lee. All your messages will be answered within 24 hours. If there are any significant delays, he will also compensate you. Had the same problem with AsisaBTC before, but they ship and eventually reach your door. Just poor communication and therefore customer service. No need to worry

I've been workign on a purchase but communication is difficult being there's a 15 hour time difference.

Rodeo did u use skype or Jacks website to place order? If u used skype then post the id and txid for all to see... there is a scammer using lightningasic as username so its possible u got scammed man.. the skype ids on the website are confusing.. legit: "live:lightningasic" scammer:"lightningasic" these subtle differences are what making scammers successfull.. Jack take note of this and make skype ids more distinctive or put a note not to use it for sales since people are getting scammed... imho buying goods via skype is just silly.. Rodeoclownicp, okay, message received— you don't need to repeat it a zillion times.

To put everyone at ease, i contacted Innosilicon directly and Lightningasic are indeed re-sellers.
Just slow at communicating.
Which i can't complain because there's a 17 hour time zome difference which makes it rather difficult.

i have no interest in defending them but you have to give credit where it's due... i called Jack the other day to verify regarding the scammer and a new product so we had a long conversation, he was friendly and willing to help so i don't think he will sacrifice reputation his business built over the months for some measly no of coins... people get fucked over due to their own mistakes and resort to extortionist tactics... They probably are the other account too. Blaming it on someone else when in reality that someone is them all along. I'd avoid them, seems very shady.
