221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: April 20, 2024, 10:03:45 PM

Real Madrid has again proven that they are the top of European football, they have succeeded in winning various competitions and in several competitions they have succeeded in conquering them by becoming the most successful team in winning the title.
Real Madrid extended their contract with Ancelotti and this season they have proven by having several opportunities that they are the strongest candidates to win titles in several competitions.
This season has really been really great season for Real Madrid, this is clearly revenge from last season where they didn't get anything from every important competition they took part in.

Only team that is able to compete with Real Madrid is Barcelona for La Liga and their rivalry has really been an eternal rival for long time, I remember when Barcelona still had Messi and Real Madrid with Ronaldo, this was an epic rivalry momentum.
In the past I remember how successful Barcelona was when Carles Puyol was still one of Barcelona best captains.
Real Madrid is the most successful club in Europe as far as football is concerned and even if they end this season without winning any trophy which is very unlikely to happen, they'll still remain as the best club in Europe. Their result against Manchester City on Wednesday night in their last leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter final tie again proves how dominant the Real Madrid team have been over the years and how they'll continue to be a very strong force in the competition in years to come.
In the Spanish La Liga, I think Real Madrid will likely win the title at the expense of their biggest rivals Barcelona. Real Madrid will host the reigning Spanish champions tomorrow at the Santiago Bernabeu and a win in the game will increase their chances of winning winning the league title

You sound a little funny but that is the fact. Juventus is not fighting to see how they can add more points to their points, because they feel that no club will be able to push them out of the top four position this season. I don't know why they feel very comfortable in their weak performance or is this the best that they can display.

Assuming Cagliari was able to play the way that they ayed in the first half, and they were careful enough not to cause that own goal, Juventus would have lost all three points. Bologna is five points behind Juventus, and Bologna is not putting pressure on winning their games to threaten Juventus of their position. It seems Allegri have done his calculations, and noticed that it will be impossible for Juventus not to be in the Champions League next season, and that is why they are reluctant in winning their matches.

Calm and confident, Juventus doesn’t feel an urgent need to pick up more points in the top four. They trust that no other club will be able to take their place this season. Juventus feels there is no cause for worry since they can still make it to the Champions League next year even if a strong competitor like Cagliari plays well in the first half. They feel very sure of themselves even though they aren’t very strong.

Having a lead of five points ahead of Bologna and no considerable pressure from their opponents, Juventus seems to be in no hurry to secure a win. Coach Allegri is known for being a tactical mastermind  and it appears that he has carefully weighed the risks and opportunities on the table, thus concluding that the probability of advancing to the Champions League is quite promising for them, so they didn’t put everything at stake.
Juventus recent performances and results has been very poor this season which I think many people never predicted at the start of the season because of how impressive they were. I was watching their game against Cagliari last night but had to switch chanel when the host team went 2 goals up in the first half because that wasn't what I expected. Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri was looking like a man who doesn't know what to do to improve his team's performance in the game but when I checked the final scoreline of the game, I was surprised to see that the Old Ladies of Turin were able to get a draw from the game.
With the result, the battle for who finishes in the top four of the Italian Serie A is now open for third placed Juventus, fourth place Bologna and fifth placed Roma and if Juventus continues with their poor results, they might finish the season out of the top four zone
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 20, 2024, 09:38:10 PM

personally, I actually want PSG to qualify for the final round and the reason for this is because I just want to see how PSG will play against the strongest team in the UCL at the moment and whether PSG can match Real Madrid performance.
PSG's chances are still very big now even though their opponent is Dortmund, which is a new club just like PSG, which has just stepped into the semi-finals after all this time competing in the Champions League.

The chance is still quite large now for PSG, only their mentality must be tested whether in the end they are able or not to do that because in the end for the current semi-finals apart from the strength of the players and performance, of course, there is an important mentality that must be maintained.
As long as Enrique can improve the mentality of the PSG players well then the final is not a big problem but if their mentality falters because of playing in the semi-finals then surely it will be difficult even Dortmund could win in the semi-finals later.
When it comes to the UEFA Champions League competition, Borussia Dortmund isn't the kind of club that can be easily beaten as most of their players aren't new to the competition. They know how to pull up big surprises in the competition and will also be putting their best when they face Paris Saint Germaine in their two-legged semi final encounter. However, I think the French champions are more formidable and star-studded than their German champions and that's why I'll be backing Paris Saint Germaine to win the tie and progress to the final of the competition.
This will be Kylian Mbappe's last season as a Paris Saint Germaine player and the France national team captain is trying to make sure he leaves the club in a grand style which winning the UEFA Champions title will be the best way to achieve that.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: April 20, 2024, 09:31:38 PM
Arsenal game vs Wolves have ended in a 2:0 in favour of Arsenal, who played a massive defence and a massive attack game against Wolves.Wolves were very good at this game, but they couldn't break through Arsenal's defence to get a goal.Odegard's late goals sealed it for the gunners who are now on top of the league with one point ahead of City who haven't played their premier league game yet because they played a semi final with Chelsea today, winning 1:0 to qualify to the final of the tournament.
This is another opportunity for Arsenal to remain on top, but I do not think it will be possible because Manchester city will do all their best to male sure that they do not lose any of their upcoming matches for them to be able to win the title.

Wolves should not be disappointed with the result because they were unable to pass through Arsenal's defense. If Liverpool wins Fulham tomorrow they will move up to the second position, and Arsenal will still be leading them with goals. It is only City that can push down Arsenal to the second position.
Arsenal's win tonight at the Molineux Stadium against Wolves is a good way to respond to the club's exit from the UEFA Champions League competition during the week at Bayern Munich. Mikel Arteta's team I think still have a good chance of winning the English Premier League title if they continue to get good results till the end of the season.
In the game against Wolves, the home team proved to be a difficult team to play against but Arsenal made sure they took all three points from the game by giving their best as well as stoping Wolves from scoring in the game. If Arsenal wins again in the league in next midweek, they will remain at the top till when Manchester City completes the number of games the Gunners have played this season.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏆 The Emirates FA Cup - Season 2023/2024 on: April 20, 2024, 09:23:41 PM
Personally, I don't see Jackson as a striker because he use to be on the be8in his former club before he was brought to Chelsea. A wrong substitute can make the game messy, amd aright sub can turn the game around. This was what happened in the changes that was made by Pocchitino and Pep.

Pep saw that Grelish was finding it difficult to penetrate Chelsea's defense which was giving them a problem from that wing, and he brought in Doku, who is fast and smart to penetrate through. If you look at the way City scored the winning goal, it was a connection from Doku to De Bruyne and finally to Silva, who did a good finish. Chelsea was in the game but brought themselves out of the game when those changes was made.
For a player like Nicholas Jackson, I think it was a bad job by the Chelsea scouting team to recommend him to the club's management in the first place because his performance since the start of the season doesn't suggest that he deserves to play for the first team club of Chelsea. In a crucial game like the semi final of the English FA Cup, a striker isn't expected to miss those clear chances the Senegalese striker wasted today against Manchester City which at the end cost his team the opportunity of playing in the final of the competition.
On the other hand, Jack Grealish haven't been impressive for Manchester City this season like he was like season and if you ask me, I think his lack of impact is caused by the club manager's decision to play him in the flank rather than in the no.10 role which he was playing at Aston Villa
226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: April 20, 2024, 09:15:53 PM
Leverkusen are seriously looking forward to winning the trebble this season, and their recent victory of the Bundesliga tittle will really have something to do with their moral  in the final third of the Europa league competition. They are really eying that trophy, and I don't see any team that can win them and claim that trophy from them. This momentum and spirit that Xabi have built in these players is really good ,and will push them towards achieving many tittles in years to come.
If Xavi does not switch club,I see him winning many tittle and even the champions league with these boys in few years from now.
In my own opinion, I think Bayer Leverkusen's biggest rivals in this season's UEFA Europa League competition was Liverpool before they were eliminated from the competition and now that they'll not be facing any team that's as strong as Liverpool, winning the competition shouldn't be as difficult as many people thinks it'll be for Bayer Leverkusen. Xabi Alonso whose team have reached the final of the DFB-Pokal is trying to make sure his team gets to the final of the UEFA Europa League competition so the hopes of finishing the season with three trophies will be actualized.
Despite Bayer Leverkusen's incredible performance this season, I think they're less likely to get the chance to achieve what they've achieved this season and likely to achieve at the end of the season season anytime soon so the best thing to do at the moment is to make sure they seize the moment and make good use of it.
227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: April 19, 2024, 11:56:49 PM
Exactly. Because if we go by how the four teams have performed in the Europa League and their various Leagues, we will not forget to mention Atalanta and Bayern Leverkusen to reach the finals. Maybe the better team would win the Europa League Cup at the end of play.
For that season alone, I will pick Bayern Leverkusen to win because of how they have stayed unbeaten in their Bundesliga League and they are topping their league without a loss.
I will be giving my support to them to win the Europa because of how they have proven to be formidable since the start of this season.

Honestly I wouldn't pick Atalanta and their victory against Liverpool was very surprising. Atalanta best achievement was exactly this, eliminating Liverpool and giving Bayer Leverkusen an opportunity to win this league.
The funny part is Atalanta facing Marseille which isn't that top this season so an easy access for the finals for Atalanta. Bayer Leverkusen will have a hard match against Roma and the main advantage for Bayer Leverkusen is the fact that they won Bundesliga title so they are more concentrated on winning Europa League than Roma which is trying its best in Serie A too.
Atalanta's ability to beat Liverpool and and progress to the next stage of the UEFA Europa League competition is without doubt the biggest surprise of all the results in the knockout stages of the competition. Liverpool were considered as one of the two best favorites teams alongside Bayer Leverkusen to reach the final of the competition this season but unfortunately for Jurgen Klopp's team, they were ousted from the competition by an average team like Atlanta.
228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: April 19, 2024, 11:47:44 PM
I think Liverpool players are some how feeling bad when Salah made that decision of leaving the side and they're making it look as if without him the team won't move forward, ok at the end of this season Klopp will be leaving so how are they going to make things work without him? Klopp's announcement made some of the players to delay their contract signing like Van Dijk and Alexander-Arnold who are waiting to see how or what the future will look like, and now Salah on the mix, is not going to be easy for Liverpool next season.
I agree with you on what you said about good players come and go with the man Salah as a selfish player. Mo easily get frustrated whenever he's not on the score sheet or having an assist, when it happens that's when he start acting up, being selfish to his own teammates, sometimes it even cost them the game like when Mane was with the team. I'd say he should go after all he has already won everything, let him try elsewhere like the SAUDI PRO LEAGUE.

Klopp leaving has nothing to do with the current situation at the Liverpool club because I could remember when he made the announcement they were pretty doing well and also went on to win the EFL/Carabao competition and bragged that they will do the quadruple for his departure. The main reason why Liverpool at the last moment collapse is because of the injury crisis presently hampering the squad. The club had Almost all of his first time players out injured with few teenagers been introduced into the team and as a time they were doing well but we all know consistency demands character and the young lads do not just have it yet. This is the reason why Klopp is facing this decline and not him announcing he will leave.

Sallah move is still just a speculation and hasn’t been confirmed yet so it shouldn’t be causing this fuse. Also I do not agree with the opinion that Salah is stingy in front of goal rather I will say he is hungry to score more, if it is selfishness you can see how many assists he has ranked up and compare maybe a stingy player will rack up that number of assists
When Jurgen Klopp announced that he's going to leave Liverpool at the end of the season, I think his main reason of saying that was to lift the spirit of his team and notify them of the need to be at their best so they can at least win the English Premier League title for him to present to the club fans as his farewell gift. That decision I think have paid off to an extent but in recent games Liverpool have been a shadow of the team that's been very competitive since start of the season and if they don't improve the club's performance in their last few games of the season, Liverpool will likely not win the league at the end if tbe current English Premier League season.
Mohammed Salah I don't think will continue to be a Liverpool player beyond the current season because he's already shown strong interest in joining the Saudi league and would most likely complete that move in the summer
229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: April 19, 2024, 11:37:37 PM
In my opinion, Al-Nassr's match against Al-Feiha was a tense moment and I thought Al-Nassr would not win against Al-Feiha because I saw Al-Nassr's performance had a slight decline and I think the reason was because Cristiano Ronaldo not playing and I didn't expect that either If I'm not mistaken, in the 41:30 minute Sadio Mane wasn't able to take advantage of the penalty kick, even though if for example Mane could take advantage of the kick it would will made Al-Nassr's score bigger at the end of the match.

Until the end of the first half, Al-Nassr had not been able to score a goal against Al Feiha, but Al Feiha had already scored a goal through Sakala in the 6th minute.

but in the second half Alamri was able to score the first goal for Al-nassr and this was followed by a goal scored by Mane and of course Mane and Alamri were the heroes for Al-nassr in that match. and in the next match Al-Nassr will face Al Khaleej in the SPL and in the semifinals of the Saudi Arabian King's Cup, it's really very unique, but in that match I'm sure Al-Nassr will win

without Cristiano Ronaldo playing it feels empty, do you also think that?
Majority of the people that watched the Al Nassr game against Al Feiha I think didn't fancy Al Nassr to win the game because of their poor start the game. They definitely missed the presence of Cristiano Ronaldo who was match tied because of the red card he picked in Al Nassr's defeat to Al Hilal. The away team were the better team in the first half of the game and that was why they finished the first half in in front foot. It was in the second half of the game that the hosts played good football which helped them to score three goals in 10 minutes to grab all three points from the game. Cristiano Ronaldo will be back soon to the club but I don't think his contribution will help his team win the league title this season because Al Hilal are almost certain of lifting the league title

Bayern Munich player Jamal Musiala is becoming Manchester City's target for next season, to counter this Bayern are proposing a new contract and a new higher offer for the player.

Lukaku will most likely leave Roma and Italy again at the end of the season and return to Chelsea which is still the player's home team.
He will probably leave the club on loan again this summer.

Jamal Musiala is such an amazing talent that I think Manchester city right now is the perfect place for him to flourish, he can play as a winger and also playmaker. Looking at this current Manchester City squad the position he will fit in perfectly is the playmaker role which is currently occupied by Kelvin DeBruyne. With DeBruyne getting injured this days easily and also gradually coming of age with speculations around of him moving to the Saudi Pro league, this is the perfect time for Manchester city to get his replacement.
Now do I think Musiala would come to Manchester City, I will say it will be very difficult decision for him, except if the current decline of Bayern Munich continues. My reason why I don’t think he will be leaving the Bundesliga is the fact that not too many German players actually to play their football in other countries. There is as sayin before that it even causes one their National team call up, so Musiala might be very much looking towards this.

Lukaku case is just different, I don’t understand why the Italian club can have him and not make his move permanent. Maybe the wages is a big load on them. But aside that Chelsea his parent club are not Also having that great time in that position and would be in search again this summer. To me Lukaku is experienced and should be tried out in that position.
Jamal Musiala is one of the hottest properties in Europe at the moment because of how fast he risen to stardom in the last two seasons and for club like Bayern Munich, I don't think they'll ever want to let go of the German international anytime soon. Bayern Munich without doubt is one of the biggest clubs in Europe not just because of their past record but also for the current quality players in the team so you don't expect the club to let go of the Musiala. I think they'll likely extend the contract of the young star instead of getting rid of him.
On the other hand, Romelu Lukaku who'll return to Chelsea after the end of the current season I don't think will get playing time in the club. The Belgian is probably not in the future plans of Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochentino which is why he was loaned out this season and I don't think he'll change his mind come next season

West Ham are preparing to sell Lucas Paquetá this summer.
Manchester City is his preferred destination but they are not the only club in for the midfielder.
Source: https://x.com/DeadlineDayLive/status/1780995287705702639

Well, I think Manchester City is going to be very interested in him because Manchester City needs to get midfielders right now. Because some of the midfielders that they have are aging and are not going to be able to give the service for a long period of time anymore. So I think it makes sense if Manchester city goes for him. But of course, as he is not very old at this point, I think he is going to be pursued by a lot of clubs. He is only 26. Arguably entering his prime. Of course, West Ham are also going to get quite a good amount of money for him as well in my opinion. And as more and more teams get involved to get him, the money that West Ham is going to make is only going to increase.

Lucas Paqueta without doubt is a good midfielder that can do well in any of the top clubs in Europe but I doubt if he's the kind of midfielder Manchester City will want to sign at the moment. If the Brazilian really wants to go to a bigger club than his current club West Ham, I think there are other better options where he can go to and get more playing time than what he'll get at Manchester City where the competition is very high.
Pep Guardiola is one manager that will always bring out the best from a player he likes so if for any reason he likes and wants to work with Lucas Paqueta succeeding at Manchester City, that's the only factor that can help the Brazilian succeed at the club
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 19, 2024, 04:51:33 PM
PSG are lucky indeed, they were lucky by facing the weakest teams among those present and even in the semifinals they won't face the hardest teams like Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.
PSG should now hope to see Real Madrid eliminated by Bayern Munich because Bayern are easier for them than Real and for once they could hope to get the Champions League title. Obviously they should not underestimate Borussia Dortmund Roll Eyes
I thought it would be impossible to happen. Madrid was able to beat City, which was said to be the strongest candidate to win the UCL. I never thought that they would be knocked out by Munich in the semifinals. Madrid could lose to Munich in the first leg but we know Madrid has an extraordinary winning mentality and the team is able to play solidly under pressure. PSG is motivated to get the UCL title this season and I think Dortmund is not a difficult opponent for them. my prediction is that PSG will go to the final but they will lose to Madrid in the final.
Yes, Real Madrid has a chance ahead of Bayern Munich, but have you forgotten that this is the Champions League which can give us unexpected surprises? In the quarter-finals alone, the club which was the favorite actually lost and was eliminated from the Champions League, and that just happened to Real Madrid in this semifinal round. Apart from that, I also make Real Madrid the biggest favorite in this round.

Paris Saint Germain is lucky enough to face Borussia Dortmund, but there is still no guarantee that they can win this match. They must be able to work hard to win. If they win then they will be in the final and that is what they have been waiting for. However, in the final they will be faced with clubs that are better than them in my opinion, both Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are opponents that will be very difficult for them to beat in the final. They must have a very good mentality to be able to beat the 2 clubs I mentioned.
Real Madrid without doubt is a better team when compared to the Bayern Munich when you consider their general performances since the start of the season which is why they're already favorite team to progress to the final of the UEFA Champions League at the expense of Thomas Tuchel's Bayern Munich. However, I don't think Real Madrid's form this season will make them to underestimate their semi final opponent Bayern because they definitely know that such action will be at their detriment. Madrid is definitely going to put in their best in the two-legged tie and I expect them to come out victorious.
In the other semi final tie between Paris Saint Germaine and Borussia Dortmund, I think the French champions will eliminate their German counterparts and reach the final of the competition. I'll love to see a UCL final between Real Madrid vs Paris Saint Germaine

Arsenal will be playing against Wolves this weekend, and they will be looking forward to bouncing back from their back to back defeat at Both Emirates in the hands of Villa and the Allianz Arena at Bayern. Those two games where two important games the gunners needed to win to ensure they maintain the lead in the premier league, and as well be in the champions league competition, but they lost the two,and as it stance, there is now hope for the this season, except Mancity drops point, and they go on to win all the rest of their games, which is impossible because I think they have dropped in form recently, and also lacks the ability to finish when they've gotten good scoring chances.
Seriously Arsenal are beginning to piss me off because because of there carelessness we were kicked out of the Champions league and the Premier League, we can no longer archive our dream of winning the premier League. And that keep repeating we keep falling from the top. Gunners were unable to keep up with bayern and the game was actually important for the both of them and what annoyed me the most was the fact that the rest people were able to win there second leg but Arsenal was unable to win. It does not look like Manchester City will want to loose any point now so Arsenal really wasted lot of good opportunity. As it is we don't have a choice but to try again next time. I don't think there will be any trophy this time around possibly next season we are going to win something.
Arsenal's near success syndrome that always kicks in the last 10 weeks of every season they're doing exceptionally well have started again if you ask me and it might take them further few defeats before they can recover from their recent poor form. They've lost their last two games in all competitions and will be out of the race for the English Premier League title this season if they should lose this weekend. Mikel Arteta must do his best to bring back his team to their best again if he really wants them to keep fighting for the league title. They can't continue with their current performance unless they simply want to lose out from the league title chase
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 19, 2024, 04:35:27 PM

Bayern Munich's dream of bringing in its former coach, Julian Nagelsmann, seems to have disappeared considering that he has extended his contract with the German national team until 2026. This news has circulated widely and it seems that Bayern Munich has failed to convince Julian Nagelsmann. Surely this is the punishment that Bayern Munich must pay after firing him without reason last season when he managed Bayern Munich well.

Now Bayern Munich is definitely confused considering the season is coming to an end and they still haven't found a replacement coach for Tuchel and I think if Bayern Munich doesn't get a better coach then they won't be able to compete with Leverkusen who will still be managed by Leverkusen. It is very likely that Bayern Munich will not be able to stop Leverkusen's dominance in the Bundesliga and they must really do the right planning before that day arrives.
Nagelsman will coach Germany until 2026 and the contract extension received by Nagelsman is of course a form of trust of the German national team to Nagelsman, besides that I think Nagelsman did not have the intention to coach Bayern Munich after he was fired and made unemployed by Bayern Munich even though at that time Bayern Munich was still undergoing three competitions that Bayern Munich participated in,  But unfortunately Bayern Munich was too rash by sacking Nagelsman to be replaced by Tuchel who actually could not improve Bayern Munich's performance in the league this season, in my opinion Nagelsman is certainly hurt by Bayern Munich at this time so he rejected the offer to return to the Allianz Arena next season.

After losing Alonso and Nagelsman as targets for Bayern Munich next season, of course at this time Bayern Munich must be really selective and work hard to be able to find another coach who can indeed bring Munich back to compete in the Bundesliga next season, currently  there are only a few coaches available so surely Bayern Munich will have a little difficulty getting the right coach.

First it was Xabi Alonso on the front radar for who'll replace Thomas Tuchel when he leaves Bayern Munich at the end of the season but after the Spanish manager confirmed that he's going to remain at Bayer Leverkusen at least till the end of next season, Bayern Munich switched their interest to Germany national team coach Julian Nagelsmann. I know the Julian Nagelsmann deal isn't going to work because of the embarrassing manner at which Bayern Munich management sacked him from the club last season. Nagelsmann was sacked even when Bayern Munich was still in the UEFA Champions League competition as well as in the top of the German Bundesliga and replaced with the current manager. Bayern Munich should go and find another replacement for Thomas Tuchel because Nagelsmamm will continue to manage the German national team till 2026 summer

Obviusly Real Madrid is right now the main contender to the title but in this stances we can expect some shaking results also someones for PSG or Bayern side, they have the players to do that, but need the teamwork and recover the faith in themselves in the case of Bayern for example, and Tuchel knews this.
As a Real Madrid fan they've always been my favorite team to win the UEFA Champions League title this season and my belief was backed by the signing of Jude Bellingham which I think will bring solution to the problem of Real Madrid last season that they were embarrassingly eliminated from the competition by Manchester City. Now that they were able to eliminate Manchester City and progress to the semi finals of the competition, they'll have to beat Bayern Munich in a two legged tie to reach the final of the competition which I think is very possible but difficult as well.
Bayern Munich last weekend lost their German title defense as Bayer Leverkusen were crowned German champions for the first time in their history and that I think will make them put in their best energy to win the UCL this season. So for Real Madrid to reach the final they must be at their best

I thought Liverpool would have more goals but what we thought was wrong, the substitutions did not change the situation.
Atalanta just need to get past Marseille into the final, it's even I guess.
Yeah, we are have same expectations to see Liverpool can create at least  3 goals on this match to give them hope. but the only 1 goal from Liverpool can't change anything. Something bad look like happens to Liverpool  in the last 2 matches. They are favorite, but they are must be go out from UEL. Will see, maybe Atalanta come for title for the first time, or they are stopped. Their motivation maybe can bring them to the final. interesting match if UEL become all Italian final.
After Liverpool lost the first leg of their UEFA Europa League against Atalanta last week Thursday with a three goal margin, I knew they're definitely going to fight to come back in the second leg of the tie. However, I was also of the opinion that Atalanta will be solid enough to resist them from winning the tie at the end of the day. A friend of mine before the match staked that Atalanta will still beat Liverpool in the second leg but I told him not to waste his money and advised him to stake on Liverpool win or Atalanta to go through to the semi finals.
I strongly believe that Liverpool will win the the second leg at Atalanta but will not be able to win with a margin that'll guarantee them qualification to the next stage of the competition

It is quite risky to bet on Juventus' victory in this match because Juventus' very inconsistent performance and also Cagliari's quite good performance in the last few matches make the possibility of Cagliari being able to win this match in front of their own supporters much greater.
Each of us may have our own predictions by measuring the strength of the two teams from different points of view, and I think that's only natural.
Juventus are favorites in today's away game, even if you doubt their ability to win the game. Gambling is certainly risky, but Juventus is a better team than Cagliari, who is currently ranked 14th in the standings. Juventus, which is in 3rd place in the standings with a gap of 4 points from Bologna in 4th place, will try its best to maintain its position. Victory is clearly Juventus' target in this match, but you have to be wise enough to bet money on this match.

I don't hesitate to say that Juventus has a high chance of winning 3 points in their away match. This is the result of my brief analysis of today's match, but maybe the match did not go according to plan and in the end your worries came true.
Juventus I don't have any doubt is the favorite to win their Italian Serie A game away at Cagliari tonight because they've easily been the better team when compared to Cagliari as far as this season is concerned. Juventus started the season on a very good form and was even at the top of the Italian Serie A sometime in December but after a run of poor results, the Old Ladies of Turin now occupy the third position in the Italian Serie A standings.
Their recent poor results in the league is the reason why many people are of the opinion that Cagliari stands a good chance of getting a good result when they host Juventus tonight. In my own opinion, I think Juventus will get a good result in the game by either winning or drawing the game. If I'm to bet on the game, I'll go for a 2+ goals in the game

This week will be a very interesting week because this week we will witness the match between two eternal rivals, Real Madrid vs Barcelona. Yes, it is the El Clasico match that is awaited every season. This match is one of the biggest matches in La LIga, and always provides a very hot atmosphere when they meet.

Real Madrid is in very good condition after they successfully advanced to the semifinals of the Champions League after beating Manchester City. On the other hand, Barcelona is not in a good condition after they lost to Paris Saint Germain with a landslide score too.

This match will take place at Real Madrid's headquarters, Santiago Bernabeu. This is an advantage for them to play in front of their own supporters. Real Madrid is the favorite to win this match, but Barcelona still has a chance. I hope I can see a very hot game from these two teams.

In my personal view, it looks like Barcelona is still in a chaotic condition and or situation eventhough indeed, the fact Barcelona managedto be in second place in the La Liga standings now. But still, I think thequality of Barcelona at thismoment does not seem to be able to beat Real Madrid in the El Clasico match. Indeed, I also realize that when this El Clasico match takes place, of course any result is still possible to happen, whether Real Madrid wins or Barcelona wins or may also end in a draw.Butyes, basically Real Madrid still seems to have betterquality than Barcelona at this moment andthus, I personally still quite confident that Real Madrid will win in this el clasico match.
Barcelona defeat to Paris Saint Germaine on Tuesday that ensured their exit from the UEFA Champions League competition came as a huge shock to them as a club and because of the effects of the shock coupled with how they claimed the defeat was aided by the referees harsh decisions, I don't think they've fully recovered from the result of the game so I think it'll definitely affect them when they travel to the Santiago Bernabeu to face league leaders Real Madrid on Sunday.
Real Madrid on the other hand played over 120 minutes in their game against Manchester City on Wednesday but came out victorious in their own game and have progressed to the semi finals of the competition. Against Barcelona on Sunday, I expect Real Madrid to get all maximum three points from that game or at least get a draw. I don't think it'll be possible for Barcelona to get a draw in that game.

Your love for Manchester City and Pep Guardiola shouldn't block you from making proper analysis because that's all you're doing. They're always finding it difficult to beat Tottenham Hotspur and this is not something new, you can go do the checks yourself.
With the draw or should I say lose tonight, Manchester City would still go onto the next game and repeat the same results against Brighton.
Roberto De Zebri since he got knocked out of the UEFA European Europa League Competition has been poor but he would surely get a positive results against Manchester City.

Against all odds, I would still love to see Arsenal winning the Premier League Competition, it's not over as I still have faith that they could make and turn things around.
It has always been my plan for them to leave the Champions League Competition so they can focus on the Premier League Competition alone
I never thought that someone would deliberately leave the Champions League competition to be able to focus on the Premier League, that's not a logo in my opinion.
Arsenal is a team that doesn't have a good mentality, so when they are pressed, like at the end of the season, when the pressure is heavy, this team will lose concentration, which will have a negative impact on the team's performance.

I see that Man City and Tottenham are two very different teams now, regardless of what happened in the past, but in my opinion everything is different now and it must be admitted that this season Man City is much stronger so Man City's motivation is greater. To be able to win the Premier League title this season, I have no doubt that Man City will be able to beat Tottenham so that they can maintain their position at the top of the Premier League standings.
The UEFA Champions League is Europe's biggest and most prestigious club competition and every club in the continent will always prefer winning it than winning their domestic league so it's absolutely illogical for anyone to think that Arsenal decided to get eliminated from the UEFA Champions League because they want to focus on the English Premier League. Arsenal gave their best but unfortunately for them, their best wasn't just enough to help them progress to the next round of the competition and would now turn their full attention to the English Premier League.
The bad news for Arsenal is that English Premier League leaders Manchester City have also been eliminated from the UEFA Champions League competition which means that they'll still be very focused in making sure they win the league title this season

I wasn't expecting both of them to be eliminated honestly. Instead my expectation was like they would advance but Real Madrid would stay out.  Grin  The quarter finals were really full of surprises.

Real Madrid are in comfortable condition in the La Liga now. The point gap with Barcelona is eight now and there is an El Clasico at Santiago Bernabeu in three days as well. If Real Madrid win this crucial game they are obviously the champions which is what I expect to happen. Even if it ends up with a draw they should still be okay with winning the title. Barcelona just woke up very late in the league and it is too difficult for them to re-enter the race.  Sad

You're right, I thought the same thing about Barcelona and Atletico, and was almost sure that City would be able to beat them. But it’s not for nothing that Real are leading in La Liga, they show that the team is now very strong and deserves the semi-finals of the Champions League and deserves to be the leader in La Liga.

For Barcelona, all that remains is to simply play out the remaining matches and wait for a change of coach, for Atletico, the task is a little more difficult, but now that they can fully concentrate on La Liga, I think that it will not be difficult for them to stay in the top 4. So unexpectedly, out of three Spanish teams, only one reached the semi-finals.
After the results of the first leg of the UEFA  Champions League quarter finals were played, two out of three Spanish teams were leading in their ties while tye other was only able to secure a home draw in their own tie. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid were the two teams that were leading in their ties and because of their results, many people fancied them to reach the semi finals of the competition by either winning the second leg their ties or ay least get a draw which at the end they weren't able to accomplish.
Real Madrid who will play at the home of the reigning champions of Europe Manchester City for the second leg of their tie were the least most expected Spanish team to progress to the semi finals according to bookmakers but surprisingly, they did beat Manchester City on penalties to progress to the semi finals while Barcelona and Atletico Madrid were ousted from the competition. Football is regarded as the best sport because of the surprises that comes with it and I'm very happy Real Madrid did go through to the semis
