Todd doesn't understand that at all. I have been saying this since he took over at Chelsea. He thinks getting players is all it takes. He's just spending money, buying every available players and youngster, but it's obvious that strategy is not working.
What he should have done is get board members that know what they're doing. Get the right sporting directors and let them put their heads together and hire a good coach. A coach that can handle a rebuilding project. That coach should be able to pick the players he wants the club to sign and the clubs do whatever they can to sign the coach's choice. The coach will choose players who can work with him, and players who understand his style. This should have been the first step for Chelsea. Instead, they just went ahead and bought a player for a coach that hoat has not proved himself at the top level.
To make everything worse they hired Lampard after sacking Potter and they hired Pochettino. These are decisions that show they don't know what they're doing up there.

Mbappe is used to receiving a high salary at PSG, and it's understandable that he might expect a similar sum from Madrid. However, it's important for Madrid to offer what they can afford, without repeating PSG's mistake of offering excessive salaries.
If Mbappe prioritizes money, he may be better off staying at PSG. But if he seeks recognition, then Real Madrid would welcome him.
Negotiations between Real Madrid and Mbappe are natural, and I believe this deal will likely happen at the end of the season.
I think Mbappe is now motivated by trophies and personal glory. He would have won the Ballon d'Or if he was in Real Madrid and he knows that. He should also be driven by the desire to win the Champions League. There are greater tendencies that Real would lift the UCL than Paris Saint-Germain F.C. The French superstar desires the glamour and glory that football brings to a player apart from money. I think he should consider taking a pay cut to play in Real Madrid because they have the right players that will make Mbappe shine. For a player of Kylian Mbappe's status, joining Real Madrid at this time of his illustrious football career wouldn't be a bad idea in other for him to start winning personal accolades like the Balon D'or and so many others he's yet to win. I've seen a lot of people who are saying that he's not loyal to Paris Saint Germaine after they signed him from Monaco when he was still a teenager but the truth is that he can't continue to play for a club who's never won the UEFA Champions League trophy and still doesn't look like a team who's ready to win one. Joining Real Madrid at the end of the current season will benefit Kylian Mbappe a lot and that's why I don't think there's anything that's gonna stop him from completing the move |

There is a piece of good news for PSG and it seems their player is finally getting back in the good form. Ousmane Dembélé was mostly injured and not in the good form since he joined PSG and even during the time then he was playing for Barcelona. If Ousmane Dembélé continues the good performance we saw from him during his recovery gets good progress, there's even the chance for Ousmane Dembélé to play for PSG against Brest.  My knowledge about Ousmane Dembele started when he was still at Borussia Dortmund and I can categorically say that he's one of the most talented footballers I've ever seen but his biggest problem as a footballer is that he's always suffering injuries and that has limited him from achieving everything he was supposed to achieve as a footballer. I was happy to see him move to Paris Saint Germaine last summer and was optimistic he was gonna make great impacts at the club but unfortunately for him, he's been limited by injuries. Now that he's back to fitness, I hope he doesn't pick injury anytime soon |
