However, I think Real Madrid can also focus on their younger player and ignore Mbappe forever.

Yep. Talking about the potential of Madrid's young players makes more sense than spending €1 billion just on Mbappe.
And I think Madrid is now focused on regeneration. They have no interest in creating Galacticos Volume III and the like.
Currently, 11 young players will replace Luka Modric's generation.
Arda Guler, Rodriguez, Bellingham, Camavinga, Vinni, Rodrygo, and Brahim Diaz are the Next dream team and  Madrid's future projects.

.
Real Madrid for a fact have a young, talented and promising generation of players who all possess the potentials of becoming another golden generation that'll win so many trophies for the club in the nearest future and that's why some people are of the opinion that the Spanish giants shouldn't be putting much efforts in signing French star Kylian Mbappe. But none of the current Real Madrid are top 9 strikers a position that Mbappe can perfectly play in and that's why the club's management are seriously trying to make sure they sign the France international to the club.

Mbappe is one player who have all the qualities that are expected of a modern day striker and it is clear that he currently ranks among the best players in that position in world football. It's been long that Real Madrid president have wanted to sign the France national team captain to Real Madrid and spending any amount of money to get him now would not be a big decision to make for Fiorentino Perez.
1142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 10, 2024, 10:32:40 AM
I did not expect Juventus to pull out this great performance in Serie A this season, because Juventus had a very bad performance last season in Serie A, they didn't qualify for the UEFA Champions League. But this season Juventus is challenging Inter Milan for the Serie A title and when the Champions League round of 16 starts, Juventus might enter the top of the Serie A table, because Inter Milan will have a busy schedule.
It is because of the fact that Juventus didn't perform well in the Italian Serie A last season and was also unable to qualify for the UEFA champions league competition this season that has made them to be as impressive as they've been this season. The Old Ladies of Turin are currently trying to make up for their shortcomings of last season by making sure they finish this season with a major trophy and I wouldn't be surprised if they achieve their aim of winning the Italian Serie A at the end of the season.

The only club in the league that's been more consistent than Juventus this season is Inter Milan but the league leaders are competing in Europe and that's why I expect some kind of fatigue to affect some of their players when the knockout stages of the UCL kicks off next month and if that should happen, Juventus might just take full advantage and overtake them in the league table
1143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 10, 2024, 10:26:02 AM
Real will host Atletico at home in the semi-final of the Super Cup.Real have a long-standing streak and this streak is not going to be broken easily. This match may be a bit difficult for them, but I expect Real Madrid to win again because they have home advantage. In the match between them, there is an advantage because Real Madrid usually wins anyway. I don't know if Arda güler will play in this match, but I would definitely like him to play. His appearance in such high stress and high tension matches will show us how he makes decisions and what he does in risky matches.I think Ancelotti will play him according to the course of the match.

On paper, Real are the clear favorites and should beat Atletico. Atletico are showing a questionable performance with a lot of goals they are conceding and at the moment they are not even in the top 4 in La Liga. On the other hand, derbies are always games where the underdog has increased chances, plus this season Atletico have already beaten Real once. I hope they can't do it a second time because I want Real Madrid to make the treble.
Real Madrid for a fact was unable to sign a striker last summer that should've replaced their former captain and striker Karim Benzema which to an extent have affected the prolificity in front of goal this season but because they have a well experienced manager in Carlo Ancelotti, it have not stopped them from being the most impressive Spanish team this season and playing  against Atletico Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu for their Super Cup semi final game, I'm also optimistic that the Spanish La Liga table leaders are gonna come out victorious in that particular encounter.

Atletico Madrid for a fact is currently one of the strongest teams in Spain but the way they were beaten by Girona last week I think tells that they're very beatable and against a better team like Real Madrid, I don't think they stand a chance to get a result in that game

Breaking News!

Bad news has come for Leverkusen because their mainstay striker this season, Victor Boniface, is reportedly injured and will be out for 6 weeks. The player from Nigeria also had to miss AFCON and I think this is a loss experienced by Nigeria and Leverkusen because they have to lose a very important figure in the competition. Victor Boniface has a right muscle-tendon injury and will undergo surgery in the next few days.

It seems that the intensity of the existing competition meant he had to step aside early before AFCON and the Bundesliga at the start of this year. Once again, Victor Boniface is a victim of the national competition he has to play for and previously we knew at Leverkusen he had no injury problems at all. Obviously this will be the biggest loss for Leverkusen because they lost the spearhead of their attack while currently topping the standings.

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1744726883022045341
This is like what happened to Sadio Mane when he played for Bayern Munich and was injured so he couldn't play for Senegal in the Qatar World Cup, and both of them were quite disadvantaged by what Mane experienced, but the case is a little bit different.
Bayer Leverkusen certainly does not expect this because the club really hopes that he will always be fit to continue to help his team achieve victory in league matches, and when it comes to plays against Leipzig and Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga match and the DFB Cup quarter-final against Stuttgart it will be very difficult for Leverkusen without Boniface.
When I heard the news of Victor Boniface injury that'll rule him out for the next six weeks, I felt very bad about it because the Nigeria international was supposed to already in the list of players that'll play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the CAF African Cup Of Nations which will kick off later this month. His injury has ruled him out of the tournament and that news has been a big blow to the national team coach of Nigeria but more disturbing to Xabi Alonso who's the manager of Victor Boniface at Bayer Leverkusen.

Boniface have been absolutely clinical for his club Bayer Leverkusen since the start of the season and his very impressive performances is the reason why the club is still at the top of the German Bundesliga table till date. His temporary absence I think will affect his team's performance in the few games they'll play without him.

Well, what do we expect? They are addicts. But indeed that optimism seems not a right word to use there, since there is no point on why they continue doing it. They are like a cool guy when they say that being addicted is only just a minor thing for them. But for us, even a small loss is already a big deal. They look so confident when they say that, but deep inside there must also be a despair, regret and other negativities that they can feel.

We shouldn't blame or hate them but instead, we can do much better like trying to talk to them seriously about their problem. Once they get comfortable. That's the time they can confess and start trying to change their lives.
Getting addicted in gambling is one thing that we don't wish to anybody including our enemies because the consequences that comes with it isn't just gonna affect the concerned person but also people around hence the need to try stay accessible to them and ask help talk them out of it. But that being said, there are some gambling addicts whose level of addiction is too chronic for mere talks to help them out of it and that's why it's very important to know how to manage those kind of addicts especially when they're family members, friends or other close relatives.

So gambling addicts aren't as cool as they appear and would even draw someone into their addiction if the person isn't careful enough. In cases like this, I wouldn't advise anyone to go close to them as it might not end well.

1146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: January 10, 2024, 06:39:05 AM
If I am rich, I will do the things that I like on an everyday basis but I know for a fact that even if I want to gamble everyday, it's going to be one of the reasons why I am going to lose that fortune that I have. While it makes sense for the people think that luck might find them a day or two that has passed and they just don't want to miss it. There are too many factors to think of when you are gambling on daily basis. If you're able to do so, why not? as long as you know that you're still on the ground and there's a need for you to discipline yourself as you do so. But for me, honestly, I won't do it. I might do it on some unexpected times but not gonna do it on a day to day time.
Different persons especially rich people have their different ways of reasoning and that's why when some people get rich, it doesn't take so much time for them to become broke again. The decisions that an individual take when he becomes rich goes a long way to determine how long he'll stay rich or become broke again. Like I've always said, Gambling isn't a bad engagement when one does it for fun and plays it responsibly but also one of the worst involvement anyone can think of when it's not played responsibly. Personally, I don't think there's anyway someone will keep gambling on daily basis and still be in control of his gambling activities. Daily gambling engagements will easily make someone become addicted to gambling and that's one of the worst things that can happen to anyone.
1147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 10, 2024, 06:27:23 AM
Overall Chelsea was better in this match but they cannot score a goal against a team that is a league lower then them. This is worrying because how can you expect from them to do anything big in the premier league. I think they will even struggle in the second leg aswell, because their opponent will probobly park the bus.
Chelsea had to acknowledge Middlesbrough superiority even though they created more opportunities, they also appeared to dominate by controlling Ball Possession by 72 percent, but that was not enough to give them victory. Chelsea recorded 18 shots throughout the match, five of which were on target, while Middlesbrough only fired 8 shots, two of which were on target.
Chelsea still has a chance to make up for their mistakes in the second leg, they need to increase their attacks by creating opportunities to catch up from the first leg. It must be admitted that Chelsea's attack in the first leg was very ineffective, they played like they were not coordinated which resulted in many goal scoring opportunities being wasted.
Undoubtedly, Chelsea were the best team on the pitch their EFL semi final game at Middlesbrough and I don't think there's anyone who watched that game that's gonna argue that fact but it still didn't stop them from losing because in the most important statistics which was the scoreline, they were weren't better than the home team. Chelsea's failure to find the back of the net yesterday despite having 18 shots but five on target in that very particular game was the sixth time this season that the Blues have failed to score in a game.

Chelsea's manager Mauricio Pochentino needs to step up his game and improve his tactical approaches to games if he truly wants to remain at the club. With all the quality players at his disposal, I didn't expect Chelsea to draw that particular game talk more of losing it. Considering their standard, that was a very poor result for Chelsea

KDB is definitely a great addition, and so is Doku as well of course. The fact that KDB assisted to Doku in this game is lovely, it wasn't a shock that they won, and they were playing a much simpler opponent, and KDB or Doku scoring or assisting wouldn't be a shock, but them contributing together was the icing on the cake, a great welcome back for both of them.

I think it should be pointed out that we are talking about something that would be lovely to see, and we should consider that as the most important part. I believe that we are going to end up with some trouble one way or another if we are not careful with their health, so Pep should put them in slow by slow, and not start them right away, give them some fitness first.
The English FA Cup game between Manchester City and Huddersfield saw the return of the important players of Manchester City namely Kelvin De Bruyne and Jeremy Doku. The full return of the Belgian compatriots will without doubt increase Manchester City's chances of finishing the season with at least major trophy.

Kelvin De Bruyne was the club's second best player last season and was very instrumental to their success of winning treble but was injured in the their first league game of the season while Jeremy Doku was injured in the beginning of last month. Their return now increases Pep Guardiola's options as I expect them to be help the Spanish manager finish the season on a very good note

Timo Werner is going to Tottenham Hotspur. He leaves Germany and gets a chance until the end of the season. If he does well, Tottenham have an option to buy him for around 15 - 20 million euros. Timo Werner has already been in the Premier League, at Chelsea FC for two years 2020-2022. He hasnt play well in this years and returned to RB Leipzig. Now a new chance and I think he will do better.

https://twitter.com/SpursOfficial/status/1744797039194419450
Tottenham Hotspur management I think have done exceptionally well to sign Timo Werner especially now that the club seriously in need of forward players. James Maddison have been out injured for over two months now and the club captain Son Heung-Min recently left the club to join his country South Korea and prepare for the Asian Cup. The deal I think came very timely for the North London club and looks like a deal that's gonna profit the club because Timo Werner is one player who knows how the English Premier League works as he's previously played in the league for two seasons with Chelsea.

Timo Werner who won the UEFA champions league trophy with Chelsea in the 2020/21 season will surely want to put in his best work and help Tottenham Hotspur finish the season at least in the top four position
1150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 09, 2024, 09:06:14 PM
PSG's weakness is an attraction that cannot be fully resolved because it is not easy to be in a situation where every season you are only motivated by chasing the Ligue 1 title or other domestic titles and that is the reason PSG always lags behind other top European clubs. They only rule in France and when they leave their comfort zone they are no doubt like prey that must be hunted by other great predators.

Using a new strategy in a match such as against a weak Revel team in the Coupe De France competition is not wrong, but of course the results will be different when this strategy is applied against a team that is quite strong or equal. So I think it's not a matter of strategy but more about having fun because a typical big team like PSG only looks great when it's like this and when playing against other strong teams in Ligue 1 they aren't necessarily able to do that.
This is not an easy job for PSG because we have seen in several seasons that they have had great difficulty when facing teams from other leagues, especially in the Champions League where PSG have to admit the greatness of other teams compared to them. And also in the previous few seasons, PSG always changed coaching, which may also be a strong reference that the players must always adapt to various new strategies from the coach. so that the players find it very difficult to show consistency in their performance from season to season.

However, in Ligue 1, of course PSG is still the strongest compared to other teams, making them easily champions every season. If PSG wants to be the strongest in the European league, especially in the Champions League, then they have to learn from Manchester City, namely giving their coach time to build a squad so that it is well organized from season to season. If that happens I think they will be ready to bring the UCL trophy home to Ligue 1.
Paris Saint Germaine in the past few years have been one of the most consistent teams in Europe but never have they lifted the trophy instead they were able to reach the final of the UEFA champions league competition in the 2019/20 season which they narrowly lost to Bayern Munich. The club's management have done well to sign top quality footballers over the years to help the club win the UEFA champions league trophy but despite all their efforts, they've not been able to actualize their dream.

It's been reported in the media that the club's best player Kylian Mbappe will be leaving the club in the summer next summer to join Real Madrid which means that this might potentially be his last season with the French champions. With the quality of players in the PSG squad this season, I think they're capable of finally winning the UEFA champions trophy

Both Juventus and Inter Milan are putting in a lot of effort to ensure that they continue to play well. Both teams are capable of winning the league title, but Inter Milan is the clear favourite because no team has defeated them thus far this season. Juventus is also playing well and is ahead of Inter Milan by a few points, but I still don't think they can win the league title.

Regarding Napoli, I don't think they can win any trophies this season because it is very certain that they will be unable to do so. Last season, Napoli was the favourite team in the serie A league, but this season, they really let people down with their play; they are the team that didn't sell out many players and even their best players don't look good. Napoli is currently in ninth place in the league table, so it is not even safe to say that they will be in the Europa League.
Juventus is working very hard and in a convincing way, we can`t say the same for Milan, I see them limping and not convincing either in their play or in their results. Napoli, well, for me they don`t even reach the cups this year, i mean cup`s zone (cause points).

Inter Milan are the favorites to win the Serie A title this season. Juventus team is strong but their performance is a bit weak compared to Inter Milan. And I would say the biggest weakness of the Juventus team is their attack. The performance of the attacking players is a little weak. However, overall performance is stable and Juventus are able to play well in every match. Juventus team is only 2 points behind Inter Milan. The Napoli team is now out of the title race. On the other hand, AC Milan team is also 9 points behind Inter Milan. The battle for the title is mainly between Inter Milan and Juventus.
Considering the performance of all the teams in the Italian Serie A this season, I don't think there's any one who would want to doubt the fact that Inter Milan are the strongest team in the league and the favorites to the scudetto this season but I also think that it'll not be an easy ride for them because Juventus who have also been consistent this season is closely in contention for the title.

Unlike Inter Milan, Juventus are not playing in Europe this season and are more focused on the league than any other competition. They had a poor campaign last season and are trying to make up for their fans. It'll be a close competition between the two top clubs in the Italian Serie A table
1152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 09, 2024, 07:33:27 PM
Indeed, until today the unbeaten record is still owned by Leverkusen. But with the condition of the difference in points not much I think there will still be many opportunities for Bayern Munich. There will still be many matches and surprises. In addition, the transfer season will change a lot of circumstances and strength. I admire Leverkusen but I'm not sure they can win. I think this will last until the end of the season. The championship will probably be decided by the end of the season.

That is very possible to happen. Even though Leverkusen are still unbeaten, I doubt they will be able to consistently maintain their performance until the end of the season? Xabi is an extraordinary coach who is able to make Leverkusen a strong team but the problem is that Munich has everything to win the league. Especially in the transfer market, if they can bring in some strong enough players then I think this competition will be determined in the last few games at the end of the season.
For a fact, Bayer Leverkusen is still the only club in the German Bundesliga that's yet to lose a league game since the start of the season and I'm very optimistic that they have all it takes to continue their current impressive performance till the end of the season but one thing that's very sure if you ask me is that they'll have to hold on to their current run because they have a very strong competitor in Bayern Munich who will definitely fight till the end of the season.

The club's top scorer this season Victor Boniface recently joined national team to play in the CAF African Cup Of Nations but was ruled out because of injury and news have it that he's expected to be out for the next six weeks. Hopefully, Xabi Alonso will manage the team well in his over a month absence
1153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: January 09, 2024, 07:22:01 PM
It is true that placing bets every single day will increase your chances of winning but how about your loss? Successive loss may ruin your mood of gambling for fun. Is this how rich you are to gamble every single day? I think this is too much and you're missing the bond of your loved ones because of this and for me this is not healthy so I can call this you as an irresponsible gambler if you did this.
For gambling to be fun based, then I don't think it should be played everyday. Playing gambling everyday takes away the fun that comes with ahd thereby making the concerned gambler prone to becoming a gambling addict. I have a friend who was once not gambling everyday and was enjoying every moment of it even when he loses as his losses are mostly little compared to his wins but immediately he started gambling on daily basis, he stopped seeing gambling as a game of fun but a game of earning a living and at the end, he became a gambling addict.
1154  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who does gambling addiction affect the most? on: January 09, 2024, 07:17:02 PM
It depends on the occasion. If the gambler has a family with kids (not necessarily though), then those who suffer the immediate consequences of their addiction are their family members or close ones in general. They may become distant or cause a shortage of funds because all of their money was spent on gambling. Certainly, it affects both parties, but the gambler is usually out of control and has lost his sense of emotion, which means that quite often, they don't immediately understand that they are hurting their loved ones and only focus on what's troubling them, which is their gambling losses.

It's unfortunately quite saddening that any type of addiction, such as alcoholism, can pretty much ruin your life and the lives of your loved ones.
Gambling addiction is one of the worst addictions that anyone can go through in life because the consequences that comes with it won't just affect the addicted person but will also affect people around him. The level of who it affects more between the person that's engaged in it and hisclosed ones depends on how influencial and important the affected person can be to the immediate family.

In a case where the affected person isn't the breadwinner of his family or doesn't have much financial contribution to the family, his addiction will mostly affect him because no one depends on him for survival but if reverse is the case, the immediate family will be more affected because those responsibilities that the affected person undertakes will slightly attended to but in a chronic situation, those responsibilities will be left unattended to.
1155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: January 08, 2024, 05:53:05 PM
The inability to convert domination into goals can indeed be a concern. Restructuring the team and signing a new striker are the needs now. Arteta has been failing his plan with the signing of Jesus and Havert who performed way under expectation. Restructuring and strategic player acquisitions are potential solutions to address performance issues.

Arsenal's recent performances were discouraging that makes Arteta needs to make tough decisions, and Arteta will likely be evaluating the team's strategy and composition. They need to make positive adjustments moving forward to bring better results for the team and its supporters.
The results that follows when a club doesn't stand strong enough and have experience of deep losses have baffled Arsenal. They're currently not anticipating in any solid tournaments except the UEFA Champions League and also a little bit revival in the English Premier League. Goals are scored in every match and we just hoped things go smooth for Gunners. Arsenal working currently on restructuring their team this season. They have been through alot of disastrous form and I hoped Mikel Arteta will definitely bounce his team back to the winning form the fans and the board desires.
As someone who watched Arsenal performances in the beginning in almost the whole of the first half of the season, I'm very surprised with their recent performances because they're absolutely underperforming compared to what they did at the start of the season. Arsenal were so impressive that I thought they were gonna end the season with the English Premier League title but with their recent performances, I don't they'll be able to finish the season with any trophy this season.

Against Liverpool yesterday, I expected Arsenal to make sure they eliminated the Reds since the FA Cup looks like the only domestic cup that they're capable of winning this season. They're currently in the fourth position of the English Premier League table but I don't think they're competitive enough to win the league this season and now that they've been eliminated from the English FA Cup, their only hope of lifting a trophy this season if you ask me will be to win the UEFA Europa League competition and that I don't think will be easy for them since they're are many other strong European clubs that are also contesting for the trophy
1156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A hero or a fool? on: January 08, 2024, 05:41:11 PM
I was reading some comments on line today and a story caught my attention, and I want to know how possible this is.

A guy claimed he won $5000 on a poker machine and that's where his addiction began, and when it get to the point that he lost his rent money to gambling he decide to take matters in his one way.

He proceeded by going to gaming commission and had his name banned by himself, ( Someone please tell me how this is possible?) never seen such in my country before. he claimed he still go back to casinos at times and he knew he can't ever win big again, because his name was flagged in the system, and if he win big they won't pay him.

He said he was limited to winning $200, that anymore than this he would have to sign his name and be subject to prosecution for trespassing. He claimed his move took his joy out from gambling real fast, and now he haven't been near a casino in over 10 years.

What do you think? This is an insanely move on oneself to stop addiction, something done right? Would you do the same if such is possible in your country?
To The gambler who went to the commission so that they will blacklist his name from gambling and has already reduced his opportunity of winning to only $200, I can say that he is a fool at first and the later he is a hero. Why do I call him a fool is because in this life he has limited himself not to regain the money he has lost in gambling by enemies. It could also be a good team to him because why he will not be able to win up to the amount he lost in gambling it is another way of saving his money not to lavish more in gambling.

If actually he needed to stop gambling it is something he could do by himself and not to report himself to the authority and in the end the authority took away the freedom he has. Even if in the future when he regains his sanity and they want to remove the limitation it will be a problem to him because he would receive so much questions that he will not be able to answer. The best thing to do is to remain discipline by yourself and give yourself such limitation so that in the future at any given time you could simply reverse situation or decision and everything will change good for you. I also acknowledge that it is not everyone that will be discipline to this extent so the essence of the measures that he took.
1157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 08, 2024, 05:07:11 PM
The competition is tough, Bayern Munich are just 1 point down if they won their 16th match which they probably would. The league is not through it's halfway yet. Leverkusen taking the lead for so long is a win itself and they proves Bayren Munich can be replaced even if not this time. Xabi Alonso has done an impressive job with what he have in his hands and created one of the most balanced team. He have established himself as a coach with this.
Xabi Alonso has proven he's ready to contend Bayern Munich and possibly end their dominance and possibly win the league title this season and not only is Leverkusen trying to displace Bayern Munich but other teams such as Stuttgart are also looking forward to topping the table and win the league too aswell.

Bayern Munich has got a really experienced coach and so Leverkusen should be weary of not loosing a point because if they do at this point Bayern Munich will stop at nothing to getting back at the top of the table and reclaiming back their dominance in the Bundesliga this season which I'm sure is one of their greatest wishes this season. If Bayern Munich wins their next match, they will be a point behind Leverkusen as they are currently four points behind and if Leverkusen is able to win their next match, they will be able to maintaining the margin between the.and Bayern Munich only that Munich is still goals ahead.
The German Bundesliga this season have been more competitive than it's been in the past eleven years thanks to Xabi Alonso's Bayer Leverkusen impressive performance and just like many other football lovers across the globe who very happy with the development in the German league, I'm also very happy that Bayern Munich is finally facing a strong contention from a strong and determined team on who will finish the season with the German Bundesliga title.

Thomas Tuchel without doubt is a very experienced manager who have the needed managerial experience and abilities to help Bayern Munich overtake the current league leaders Bayer Leverkusen in the race for the league but Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso have also shown strong signs on why he should also be feared and have proven already that he's ready to match whichever energy that's presented to him by Bayern Munich this season. Considering the the kind of hardwork and energy that Leverkusen have put in this season, I'll be disappointed if they don't end up with the league title

I don't know if you can say that Juventus were lucky that Salernitana got a red card and only after that Juventus could score two goals... But Salernitana played well in the first half... Although bookmakers gave odds for Juventus to win 3.4 after the first goal... So there were still expectations that Juventus would win this match...
Salernitana isn't one of the best performing teams in the Italian Serie A this season but their Italian Serie A game yesterday against Juventus, they really played well in that game and would've won either win the game or at least get a point from the had their midfield player Maggiore did receive a red card in that very match. And despite playing most of the second half of that game with 10-man, Salernitana still held on till the end of normal time. It took Vlahovic's stoppage time goal to seal victory for Juventus in that very important game.

That being said, we must not feign ignorance to the fact that Juventus have been immensely impressive this season in the Italian league and are doing everything possible to make sure to overtake Inter Milan in the league table. The Old Ladies doesn't even look like a team who's gonna give up on their chase any time soon but one thing that's very sure if you ask me is that they'll have to remain this consistent to overtake Inter Milan because the Italian league leaders are also determined to remain at the top of the league table and win the title at the end of the season.

Xavi seems like he cant find the last turn in the team, is like they still have the same failures as always and they are not a consistent team, not matter which team is in front, for example yesterday, you cant allow a weak team like Barbastro score two goals against you.
It was a surprised game yesterday seen weak team to secured such goals from Barcelona and, it makes Many people to know that the coach don't have the strength to make Barcelona to lift this season trophy.

Well, something can still happen at this period if the coach can realize his mistakes to work on it before it's over because the current position of Barcelona in the la Liga league table speak about Barcelona performance this season.
Barcelona have been inconsistent since the start of the season which I think is caused as a result of the limited number of quality players in the squad. The club was unable to sign big players during last summer and will still be limited to do same this Winter transfer  window because of the current financial crises at the club. But I didn't expect all these to make Barcelona perform like an average team against Barbastro yesterday in their Spanish Copa Dey Rey game.

Xavi Hernandez is one manager that's proven that he is capable of managing an average and and still significantly improve their performance in a short period of time so I don't expect his Barcelona side to be performing poorly in some of the matches they've played this season. The truth is that Xavi Hernandez I don't think is capable of helping the club win either of the Spanish La Liga title or the UEFA champions league trophy but winning the Copa Dey Rey wouldn't be a bad idea and Barcelona must perform better in future fixtures in the Copa Dey Rey to at least end the season with the Copa Dey Rey trophy

I'd like to share my experience with you all. Even though I'm not currently employed, I went through a phase of gambling while I was working in the past, and the outcome wasn't positive. It affected my job performance because, as you may know, when you lose, you tend to dwell on your losses and constantly think about strategies to win. When we talk about work, it usually means we're not particularly wealthy, and imagine what happens when we gamble money we can't afford to lose, especially when we're not earning much.

Let me tell you, the feeling is far from pleasant. It leads to a decline in your work performance, which can have significant consequences since that's your primary source of income. It might be manageable if you're winning, but the harsh reality is often quite the opposite. Even when we do win, we tend to spend most of our winnings, so we don't treat it as business money. This leaves us in a precarious situation when we lose because the money we initially budgeted for our families gets diverted to cover unexpected gambling-related expenses.

I'd like to hear from those of you who have experienced this or are still dealing with it. Please share your testimonies.

The act of gambling at work does not just happen because many things must surely surround the circumstance at which they act will happen. One of those factors to consider is the personality of the person at work. If the person at work is a personality that is well disciplined they will be by no means think of gambling at the workplace. But if in the other way round the personality involved is not disciplined, they will not find it offensive to gamble at their workplace.

Another factor to consider is the type of work which the person is doing. If the person is doing some kind of engineering hard work that requires their time and attention throughout the work, they will surely have no time to gamble or even think about it. But in the other way round if the person is working as a receptionist in an office where random number of 12 people visit the office everyday, the person could have enough time to think about gambling and also gamble. However every work environment has their rules and regulations and also has their ethics which I mean gambling should be prohibited in every work environment and if you do so it is at your own risk.
