Aston Villa have been very impressive this season in the English Premier League and would've drawn level with Liverpool had they won their English Premier League game against Everton yesterday but unfortunately for them, the game ended in a 1:1 scoreline. Many people especially Aston Villa fans weren't happy with result because they wanted a win that'll give them more chances of finishing the season in the top four of the league table.

Roma were comfortably beaten yesterday by AC Milan in the Italian Serie A and it seems they're not strong enough to reach the final of the the Europa League this season.

Jonathan Gradit's red card in in the stoppage time in the first half of his club's French Ligue 1 home game against reigning champions Paris Saint Germaine without doubt made the game easier for Paris Saint Germaine to win it but even without the player been sent off from the game, I still think Paris Saint Germaine would've still grabbed all three points from that game because of how impressive they've been since the start of the season. Before he was sent off Paris Saint Germaine were already leading in the game but in the second half, the home team played better even with 10 man and resisted Paris Saint Germaine from scoring in the game until the 89th minute when Kylian Mbappe finally broke their resistance and scored the second goal of the game.

It's been reported in several news outlets in Europe that Kylian Mbappe will be leaving Paris Saint Germaine at the end of the current season and I guess he wants to do that in grand style by winning as many trophies as possible this season.

Considering the number of world class players in the Nigeria Super Eagles squad, drawing their game against Equatorial Guinea yesterday was poor and wasn't expected from them team. I watched the game and can categorically say that that the performance of the Nigeria team was a true reflection of the poor tactical experience and approach of the manager José Peseiro. The Portuguese manager was absolutely clueless of what would've been done to change the result of the game yesterday and that's why I think he's not the best man of the job of coaching the Super Eagles.

I think his mentality was that since he's got one of the most talented squad in the tournament, he'll just pick up players and send them to the pitch while expecting a good result from them. If not for the brilliance of Victor Osimhen yesterday, Nigeria would've lost their opening match of the tournament. The national team coach of Nigeria must improve his tactical approaches to games if he really wants a better result in their next game of the tournament against host nation.

Bayern Munich's flawless performance against Hoffenheim yesterday was expected if you ask me because they've been absolutely consistent this season in the German Bundesliga. The only club that's been more consistent than them is Bayer Leverkusen but with the current world class players and quality players at the club, I think they are likely to go past Bayer Leverkusen in the league table before the end of the season even when I also know it'll be very difficult to achieve.

Hoffenheim yesterday did not really give Bayern Munich much issues in that match as the German champions had chances of even adding more goals to what they actually scored already. Bayern Munich manager was only able to win the league title last season and was humiliated by Manchester City in the quarter finals of the UEFA champions league competition but this season, he actually wants to prove the club management that he's capable of doing better than he did last season by not just winning the league but also going past where they were eliminated from the UEFA champions league last season. Hopefully, Bayern Munich will have a better season than what they had last season

Serious concerns about the future of Jose Mourinho at Roma was raised yesterday after the were defeated by AC Milan. With the defeat, Roma are now 9th in the Italian Serie A table and fourteen points behind fourth placed AC Milan. Roma since Jose Mourinho arrived have been doing well in the league and even when they couldn't finish in the top four of the league last season, they were able to finish in a position that guaranteed their qualification to play in the UEFA Europa League competition this season. But considering their performances this season, I doubt if they're gonna qualify for the Europa League competition next season.

Many has said that it's Jose Mourinho's "Third Season Effect". Since Jose Mourinho's first spell at Chelsea till this very moment, it is believed that whichever team he's managing always decline in form in his third season as he's been sacked in his third season since then. I doubt if he's gonna be sacked this season by Roma because of what he's done at the club since he arrived but he must improve the performance of the team to continue to retain his job

I think the problem of the Brazilian national team over the past one year is majorly caused by the poor tactical approaches of the coach of the team. Brazil unarguably possesses the best football talents across the globe and it's actually very embarrassing and disrespectful to the national team for anyone to use the injury of just one player as the excuse of their poor run.

Yesterday in the Spanish Super Cup final that'll was played in Saudi Arabia, four goals were scored by Real Madrid and all four were scored by two Brazilians Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo. So it's safe to say that Brazil national team is capable of winning every match they play without Neymar and his absence shouldn't be an excuse for their poor current run. There are so many experienced managers that'll gladly take up the job to coach the Brazilian national team so the country's football governing body CBF should as a matter of urgent sack the current manager and hire a better one that'll bring them back to winning ways.

The result of Manchester United game against Tottenham Hotspur yesterday didn't sit well with majority of the fans of the home club as it has sparked series of reactions from most of them. To the home fans, they were of the opinion that Manchester United should've won the game convincingly which I think was a disrespect to Tottenham Hotspur and their efforts since the start of the season. Tottenham Hotspur was once at the top of the league and were the last team to lose a game in the English Premier League this season so playing out a draw against them shouldn't be seen as a bad result even when their top scorer Son Heung-Min didn't feature in the game.

Now that a lot of the fans of Manchester United are calling for the sack of Erik ten Hag because of his poor performance this season, I think it's safe to say that the manager have been poor and deserves to be sacked. Unless a new manager is brought to  manage the Manchester United team for the rest of the season, I don't think they'll finish the season in the top four of the league.
