201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 14, 2017, 06:22:23 AM
The best way to quit with no loses is not to play at all, but if you ot in the trap, there is no way to get out.
In that case you got only few ways out, one of them is calling you wife and telling her what you are doing:)

Why you will quit if you didn't play at all? That is making sense that how you can quit if you are not involved? This is particular to the people who used to get attached with gambling. We are discussing about the situation itself, for being there and the best to quit gambling for good is to satisfy yourself that you had enough with gambling and you need to stop doing it when you reached a goal you're aiming with it.

It's a bit exaggerated, and probably he don't have any experience being a gambler and just guessing or just being like a parrot?

Actually there will come a time that you will reach the point that it is becoming boring to gamble and  it is becoming pointless to just click the button and bet, in my experience that's the time that I ask my self "why am I betting" and everything is boring, so I quit, but it doesn't mean that I am not betting anymore, I'm still in, when I have a time.
202  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: December 14, 2017, 05:24:23 AM
Of course not... I will never advise someone to quit their present job so they could do anything else which is still unsure if what will gonna be the outcome, as I see bitcoin is on the steady rise in terms of its value in the market and it's been all over the news but what if someday bitcoin will just suddenly collapse and fade away? so what will happen to you? you will end up jobless or worst homeless... so you just better keep it both bitcoin and your present job.

Before quitting our real life job, we should always think about the benefits we got from that company and what will be our future with bitcoin. We should also think that once we quit our job and we don't have steady income in bitcoin then we will have a financial problem.

Working for bitcoin should only be your second option since there are only few ways to earn bitcoin, and some pay only dust and only when a project is still running. Our daily living would depend on that.
203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do we need to gamble? on: December 13, 2017, 10:22:17 AM
Maybe in game you fill some special thing. You really have a lot of adrenaline. You can anything. The main thing is stopped in time.

Most of the time, it's like drugs, there is a peer pressure so you can't just refuse specially if your friend is the one who invite you to play. You mimic what he say, if he say that he enjoys the game, you do the same.

It's a choice if you want to gamble, but there is always a reason behind why you are there. If you are there for no reason, well you are not thinking then.
204  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people scam on: December 13, 2017, 09:30:02 AM
Because they think this is the best way to make money, they think they can use words and earn a lot of money without putting their labor to create it.
in my opinion people scam because they desperate to have an easy money from the other hard work
People scam because they badly need money in an instant and easy way. They scam because they do not want to work to earn for what they need and what they want in life, they just want to commit bad just to provide their vices in life without thinking the welfare of the victims. Scam is very common nowadays, and its hard to eliminate them so we have to be wise enough not to talk people whom we really don't know at all.

I think OP is not really into scamming and how people do it, but why people are not giving money to those who are begging or asking money. it is simply because it's hard to earn money and if you would just give it away, well, sooner or later you will be the one who is begging for money.

we should always take a look at those who are asking for money, if it is begging, then look if they are really week and incapable of working or if they are doing it for a certain reason.
205  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is violence really the key to a drug-free country? on: December 13, 2017, 09:00:32 AM
Governments should hunt the bigtime drug pusher. Not only those who are small time pushers. Because the bigtime pushers have the resources to produce more drugs. And the public should help the authorities to fight drugs. The public can help big in the drug war.

It's hard, think of them like the queen of ants, you can't touch them without passing thru its soldier ants. Therefore you have no choice but to destroy tear those who bite you so you could get the queen. Same as in drugs, you can't just see the mastermind and if you do, either you are dead or you can't get them since they are protected with not just their own bodyguards, but sometimes their cohorts who are sometimes the authority itself.
206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is the martingale working or not ? on: December 13, 2017, 08:41:04 AM
Martingale is nothing more than a step by step betting just like how you use those script in plinko, when you look at it, it has too many red and just few greens each time you use it. That alone can prove that martingale is not effective, it could fail any time and it could eat your bankroll big time. Which I think is the same in martingale while betting manually.
207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is betting a good choice for a newbie? on: December 13, 2017, 08:21:13 AM
One thing that i've learned is that the more noob you are in gambling the more you'll win, it's part of the beginners luck thing. I think for them gambling is a fun thing to do and they don't take it seriously and they play more recklessly and that's how they achieve more but that's just my opinion.

Before I believe in beginners luck, but later on I realize that I was just getting more and more greedy every day and I don't want a small win anymore, all I want is  to always win.

I believe that a beginner could do anything they want in gambling, and learn while exploring the game.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country banned bitcoin? on: December 13, 2017, 08:00:51 AM
There are some countries banned bitcoin because the government can't monitored the day to day transaction between bitcoin and it is a digital currency, it is hard to manipulate or altered the bitcoin.

Do they really need to manipulate bitcoin? I think they don't and won't do that, and definitely won't use that as reason to ban bitcoin in their country. Probably they are banning bitcoin because of people misbehaving and using it in illegal things and that's what they can't monitor.

Besides, they need to hire Professional IT's to work for them so they could monitor bitcoin, and that would be another funding, which I think would become useless since all they can do is watch.
209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 13, 2017, 07:43:28 AM
I would not say that holding bitcoin is greed, just many people want to get better profits and there's nothing to call a person greedy

That's what most of us is aiming, a better profit. Most of us are holding their coins the longer we can. It can't be called greed since you are not hauling and you are just holding what's in your hand, and just speculating what could be the price of your investment in the future.

I my self is holding dusts in my wallet and I don't want to move it.
210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing all my savings! on: December 13, 2017, 06:40:46 AM
This is a smart decision, instead of saving you should turn the money into altcoin and hold it for a long time and you will suddenly become wealthy.

I won't do that, investing my whole savings in bitcoin, much more in altcoins and hold them for a long time? that would be a big mistake. Just go 50/50 half in bitcoin and half in fiat. Atleast when the transaction fee rose like this days, you still have money in real life that you can use even if you don't move your bitcoins.

Holding altcoins long term I think is not gonna give you a good ROI, most of them after booming, they return back to being a shitcoin.
211  Other / Politics & Society / Re: do you believe in your government? on: December 13, 2017, 06:21:00 AM
I don't think that the government here in my country is 100% transparent on giving the people the opportunity to see what is really happening about the country's financial aspects and status. Until now the proclamation for Freedom of information is still on its process of becoming a bill.

No need to know those things about the government. Besides, some of it are hard to understand, and I think won't be worth the time to read. As long as the government provide all the basic services its citizens need, I think it's enough and no need to go beyond the line to know what they don't tell you.

Freedom of information bill I think won't cover everything that the government is doing, there are confidential things that the people don't need and should not know. Probably Freedom of information bills is just a whim of those in media to force the government and so that they have a scoop.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: December 13, 2017, 06:00:30 AM
I think for addicted person it is not possible to quit the gambling because these addicted people will take short term loans to gamble but at last they will end up in loss. For them it is very hard to quit the gambling and they don't have choice to solve their loans taken from the other people.

It needs a strong will. If you know to your self that you really want to quit gambling, it doesn't matter if you are addicted or not.

Sometimes a help from the family is needed, if you would tell them your problem I am sure that they are going to help you out, just make sure that you will follow your plan and their advice, otherwise, it will be futile.
213  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are people scared of taxes? on: December 13, 2017, 05:16:46 AM
No people scared with taxes. It so happen that taxes are too much high and the service of the government using the money of the community most of the time is questionable. It is not good to hear and see if the fruit of your labor goes to nothing.

It is our duty to pay taxes no matter what the reason we have. Government moves smoothly because of taxes, without it government would have a hard time dealing with the needs of the country. The result of it will always affect the citizens.

Too many infrastructures and other projects, services are going on day by day because of taxes, imagine if the one of those needs to halt its operation because of lack of budget.
214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best way to quit gambling and start trading?? on: December 12, 2017, 10:41:16 AM
I don't see any problem, quit if you want to quit then turn your attention to trading. If you won't do it and would just make lame excuses then nothing will happen, it will all just become a plan.

Most of the time we fear to stop because we don't know what's going to happen on the new world that we are going to enter, and that's what stop us from exploring and just do repetitive things that we already know.
215  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: December 12, 2017, 10:24:47 AM
Exactly, so big companies are doing all sorts of ways to keep electric cars from getting stuck, I'm sure electric cars are hard to get popular in the near future, it takes at least 50 years from now.

Well, it is cheaper alternative here in where I am. It is also not noisy compared to those regular cars that pass by. I think it won't take 50 years before it becomes popular.

The only drawback that I see about this electric cars are: If your battery got empty in the middle of the highway with no charging station, well, you gotta push your car til you reach those charging stations. Another one, it doesn't have enough horse power to travel in hills, and I think it will also consume much power if you are going to use electric cars at mountains if it can, and in rough roads.
216  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: December 12, 2017, 10:00:47 AM
Yes bitcoin reduces unemployment...................... There are some who has great qualifications but are not employed to there various line, but bitcoin reduces unemployment, you don't need qualification before you join and trade

Not all the time. There are times too that they are not lucky enough, even if they are qualified on the job that they want, someone might got it because they are lucky or probably know someone in there.

It is the same in bitcoin, even if you are qualified to  earn bitcoin, some might not have internet or gadget, so even if they are skilled, it will be useless. They can't use it, or if they can, they need a middle man who can market their skills in this world. Money won't be whole when it reach their pocket.
217  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: December 12, 2017, 09:05:57 AM
yes of course btc is still be popular, especially to those people like me i know that the price of btc will become higher. we have to wait for it. if you are working with btc you have to wait for the good price then thats the time we can sell it.

If you are working solely in signature campaign, I doubt it that you will like low price when it happen, probably everyone will be spamming this place for them to earn atleast a dust just like a year before, when the price of bitcoin is lower than $500.

I would agree that it will be popular even if it has a lower value, just take a look at the altcoins, they don't have a high price but people keep on trading them, for profit.
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment. on: December 12, 2017, 08:30:57 AM
For me, yes it can be a great way to minimize unemployed employee, but it can’t eliminate all. Yes, there are many ways to obtain bitcoin,  but not all unemployed have a chance to enter the bitcoin world. Even we are living in a technological world; some people still don’t have any accessories to it especially in a lower level of society. Smiley

Most jobless people are in the third world. Most of the poor too are here, most of them are looking for money in the streets and in any way they can, including gambling and illegal deeds.

If only internet is cheap here, then everyone will have a job. Sad to say it's not, and all those that introduce an online job is not really after helping but for their referrals and commission. After that, they will leave their down line (networking). That's what I always see in social media.
219  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: December 12, 2017, 07:40:57 AM
Presenting the bitcoin very well and detailed might help, if you can teach them and help them understand how to bitcoin works and how secured it is you can possibly encouraged to accept bitcoin for transactions. Presenting facts will be a good technique as well and pointing negative facts as well so they can evaluate if those risk are significant that could affect their business in a bad way.

Yeah, showing them both sides of bitcoin could really help them decide whether they would accept bitcoin or not. Presenting bitcoin, sugarcoating everything might lead to misunderstanding between you and the merchant. So better show both sides, so they won't just enter bitcoin world and later on regret it because they've seen something they don't like about it.
220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 11, 2017, 11:26:47 AM
Yeah all the time, i'm feeling shame because gamble is the way lead to social evil in my country , so people are having the bad view about it.

It's not your fault and I think there's nothing you can do about it except ignoring them. It's normal for the community to label you as bad when you are a gambler. Maybe it is because of behavior shown by those people they've met there. The best thing you can do is to show them that you are not like those gamblers that they saw before.
But that's so hard to change the perception or the point of view of the people around you, always that appear in their minds that if you are a gambler you are ruining your life, and there's no good result unless you win in a lottery type of gambling where you can be an instant millionaire and for sure they wont judge you in the way but congratulate you and be inspire.

As I've said, all you can do is to ignore them, otherwise their words would linger around you like an ear worm that keeps on playing on your mind.

Nothing is wrong in ignoring them, in fact it could help you to atleast get rid of their playful minds. Honestly even if you win in lottery, it won'g inspire them to do the same, it would just give them idea to be at your side so you could atleast share to them what you've win.
