241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: December 04, 2017, 09:22:53 AM
yes, bitcoin works like the bank and ATM.if want make transactions we no need depend on the banks,we can make direct transactions through the bitcoin address.the people who face problems with banks can happily change to bitcoin.banks transaction charges is very high,so bitcoin is best options to transfer and receive online payments.

Bitcoin has high fees too specially if you would transfer a small amount. I think there is almost no difference when it comes to fees now.

No matter how we wish that banks would disappear, I think they will always be there. It is not just the money that is in the bank, the people that are operating it  are not just ordinary businessman, they are knowledgeable on what they are doing,so I think they can cope up in the future.
242  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to break teenage video game addiction on: December 04, 2017, 09:02:55 AM
Video game addiction isn't really hard to break, like drugs . We have to stop them for playing video game for a long time to stop that addiction.
i think to break teenage video game addiction is to limiting time so they can break addiction video games

How will we do that? It's very hard specially today that it is the most common thing a teen do so they could kill their time when they are bored. I think keeping them busy at school or enroll them to a tutorial, like those talent enhancing seminars/tutorials.

Without an alternative, I think we can't keep them away from this video games, unless we would force them to stop which I think is not a good idea. It should be done slowly while diverting them to something they might like sooner or later.
243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: December 04, 2017, 08:41:36 AM
Unless you are winning at gambling I don't suggest you to keep doing it.
Even if we keep losing but as long as we are enjoying and we only spend what we can afford to lose then I am sure there will be no problem.
Gambling is a way of entertainment, you don't have to be serious on it, just do it occasionally and everything will be fine.

I agree with you both. As long as you didn't cross your limit, everything is fine. But since it is gambling, winning all the time is not possible, there will always be some time when you don't win. Again, it's fine, as long as you are not using the money that is supposed to be for other important things in life.

Discipline is the key so you won't waste money in gambling whether you gamble with fiat or bitcoin.
244  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Language on: December 04, 2017, 08:21:00 AM
Language is one thing, but humans are extremely diverse, in one country there can be hundreds of cultures and sometime completely unalike.

That is why we need a language where we can all talk, otherwise we will be like dogs and cats when we are talking, or like deaf and dumb, just pointing on something so we could agree or disagree.

Just take a look at this forum, lots of locals but we could understand each other in the main board because we are all talking in English. If you don't do the same, no one can understand you.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: December 04, 2017, 08:02:05 AM
I think the paper money will still be existing in the future since it has been very convenient from the day it was used up until now. If there will be changes it might take time to make it happen.

That's true. Besides, who will use bitcoin in retail stores when you have to pay the transaction fee with almost same or more than the amount that you are going to buy. I would only believe that bitcoin will wipe out paper money when there is a subsidy from the government( they would shoulder the transaction fees  each time we use bitcoin in real life ).

Paper money is more convenient and I think a digital form of it might come true before the government will consider bitcoin. I still believe that paper money will live maybe even after most of us are already gone.
246  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Money can buy happiness? on: December 04, 2017, 07:41:00 AM
No, Money cant buy happiness, There is a lot of people nowadays who are rich but still they are not happy, Money can give us temporary happiness through material things, but real happiness comes from within, from your soul, I believe that its deeper meaning and good relationship with your family and friends and living with your passion can give you the real happiness you are looking for.

Happiness is when your loved ones are happy too, now if they are not happy because they don't have money for their food, isn't it going to make you sad too? or you could be happy but alone? In that case, I think money can buy happiness.

This days, most of the things that could make you happy can be bought especially if you are alone in your life. When you are living along with family member who needs money, you can give them money so they can be happy.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 04, 2017, 07:20:55 AM
No, I dont feel any shame at all for being a gambler, be ashamed if you did something wrong just to gamble like getting loan or selling something that you own just to play, its not a good habit for a gambler to do that and that is very shameful.

In real life, our reputation will be ruined if are a gambler and we have a lot of debt and we have too many unfed mouths. But if you are not like that, then never feel ashamed about your gambling habit.

Some gamblers I think can't feel anything, even if you tell them that "hey, your sons and daughters are not yet eating and yet you have a money for your vice". That thing should be shameful, but an addict never feel that, they are numb or just want to ignore.
248  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why people are unhappy? on: December 04, 2017, 06:40:17 AM
I think people are unhappy because we are not doing our purpose in life, there are activities that will give us fulfillment but we have to know ourselves so that we will also know what can satisfy our soul. Happiness is also a choice but what we do in our lives, families and relationships are actually a big factor of our happiness. Money alone cant buy happiness.

What if what makes your family happy is money? So you can't give their happiness because you don't have money, and because of that, you will be unhappy too.

Life is really a choice, once you made a wrong choice, make it right, accept it and be happy of what you've choose. Otherwise you'll be frustrated your whole life just because of a single mistake.
249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why I suddenly decided to leave gambling alone. on: December 04, 2017, 06:23:19 AM
Your story is one that is very common, sadly. However yes you have made the right choice. Sometimes we have to make the hard choices. I say follow your instincts. If they say quit, then quit. Sometimes gambling is not worth it if you end up falling deep and deep into debt. Remember, gambling can and does destroy peoples lives as they get addicted. Bravo to you for seeing a problem before it becomes big

Actually OP is amazing, he realize his faults and want to go straight now. I don't see many gamblers doing the same if they are at that point, where they taste to win more than 1 BTC in few hours, that's addicting IMO if I experience that for sure I won't stop too.

OP should just focus on his programming skills, I'm sure that it would bring him fortune in the future, just enough to gain what was lost because of gambling.
250  Other / Off-topic / Re: Special Education on: December 04, 2017, 05:59:18 AM
Just because they are like that they don't deserve education? That's wrong, we should give them chance to atleast express and enhance themselves. They are human too who has dreams for their future. Who knows, some of them are much better than us in terms of talent.

Here's a question, in the future we will have our own family, what if one of them is special child while you are expecting a smart kid?
251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Superstition on: December 02, 2017, 08:41:18 AM
Its weird but i believe in superstision especially if i gamble in a land base casino or playing online. I always rely in my horoscope if im going to win if i gamble this day and i followed the lucky numbers, colors and even bought a lucky charm recommended for me. However i know that it has nothing to do with your faith whatever your business is but believing in superstition doesnt bad at all.

Actually for me, when I was still going to cockpit arena, I was also following those superstition, like I don't want to bet on rooster color that was all dead in a row.  I think it's normal when you are not in ther internet, most of the people in real life gambling has superstition, some even are wearing amulet.

But in online gambling and today, no I am not believing that anymore, maybe even if I go to those casinos, I won't be following any superstitions.
252  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the common cause of poverty? on: December 02, 2017, 07:24:24 AM
I think the common cause of poverty is lack of education. If every family is well educated for example on family planning they will not multiply continously. In our country most of the family who have more siblings are the poor ones.

It's not like that, even if you are educated, you will still have many children if you don't have any discipline in your body.

Aside from poor education, I think lack of job opportunity is what's causing poverty. Mostly those people who don't have a job  have more time to do romantic things and end up in unplanned pregnancy, they should be busy enough to avoid doing it.
253  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why People Are Not Honest. on: December 02, 2017, 07:01:14 AM
For the sake of money and profit, since honesty sometimes fails to get what it deserves, it slowly becomes dishonest

There are people who really have that attitude long before. Mostly are trying to be honest, but in the end, they will realize that it's not returning anything, so they would just do what everyone is doing.

Actually, this dishonest people won't do what they are doing if you won't give them a chance.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: December 01, 2017, 11:08:47 AM
NO it is not a risky thing to turn all money to bitcoin. Because bitcoin is more safe than real money. So you should turn all your money to bitcoin.

In terms of safety, I think bank is still safer in keeping your money, they are insured and accessible once you need it. While in bitcoin you need to convert it to fiat when you need it, paying the transaction fees.

I would not advise turning all of your cash into bitcoin, it's a bit of a hassle when you need it, except if you can use bitcoin as it is in where you are.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin gambling is legal? on: December 01, 2017, 10:33:28 AM
It depends, but most of the time it is illegal. Authorities are always searching on where this online gamblings are operating. Sometimes they are shady, no permits and considered as illegal so government would really sue them. That means it includes bitcoin gambling, (who knows which one really operates with complete papers)

Maybe it is all because of tax.
256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: December 01, 2017, 10:00:50 AM
hello everyone.
i want to know what do you think about gambling bitcoin.. Does Beneficial or more losses?
Share your story here guys!  Grin Grin Grin

The nature of gambling is either give a gambler a chance of either winning or losing a certain amount.Gambling becomes wrong when it already drives you to addiction and to wrong doing. When someone is already totally uncontrollable. Paper wise, Casinos or gambling provide entertainment and employment to many. Also, it contributes tax for the government. It's just how a gambler react and how the circumstances affect the attitude and behavior of a gambler that makes gambling wrong.
If a gambler becomes annoying, because of his change of behavior( because of gambling, eg. he keeps on talking about his winning and the excitement he gets everytime he gamble,) then gambling is not good for him.

Only the legal ones and most probably just the land based casinos. Online casinos might pay in their country of origin. Online casinos don't employ, except those devs.

257  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Democracy or Dictator ship ? on: December 01, 2017, 09:00:35 AM
It has nothing to do with the government system. It's all about the leadership. If the government has democracy and yet the leader is corrupt, nothing will happen, it would just end up in people exercising their rights and ousting the leader, but the bad side of this is that this people can be used by some crooks to push thru their agenda.

While in dictatorship sometimes the leader is too harsh, making himself more like a king. The result of this depends on the leader too, if they are corrupt then their  citizens would suffer, but when the ruler is good, then  no one would even think that they havea dictatorial government.
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency are considered illegal? on: December 01, 2017, 08:32:47 AM
Truly, even the main TV news program in my country said that, national banking system will banned bitcoin from any payment and there will be an punishment for that.

Wait, I don't understand, did the main TV news program said that bitcoin is banned? or it will in the future?

If it is not yet banned, then why worry? there is still a chance. Who knows, your government might came up with a ruling that it won't be banned,  and just regulate the use of it.

Your parents are just concerned about you, and probably their knowledge about computer and internet is now outdated. You need to explain to them very well.

some article would be great. Thank you all!

Just google it, you can find many good articles about bitcoin, just don't let your parents believe the tv as most of it are just one sided.
259  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why Islam kill Christians? on: December 01, 2017, 07:21:35 AM
This has been happening eversince. Check the history, fight between them is inevitable. They are both religion that wants to be considered as "the one". It's either one is more powerful that they can kill the other religion (people, soldiers).

This may be off topic:
Honestly, if you keep on thinking about religion and their fights and why they are fighting, you would just go crazy, just let it be and never think about Gods or whatever heavenly thing that would make you think that they are twinkling eyes, or go to a cave and smell some ether and do the same for the sake of religion.

religions would just confuse you if you "religiously" follow what was written.
260  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you check Bitcoin price everyday? on: December 01, 2017, 07:01:52 AM
I've been regularly checking bitcoin price since I strated having a two years ago. It's a big leap for bitcoin in reaching $10000 level. If I only hold my bitcoin that I bought two years ago, its price might be tripled now.

I myself is doing that before, but lately, when I stopped trading, I started to just watch the price once each day then look at the chart then go out. Not that important me since I am now working in real life and I can't trade anymore, and my schedule at work is irregular so I have to sleep each time I can.

But sometimes, I can't help it, so  I take a look at the price specially when everything is brewing up in Speculation section.
