Smoking cigarette can be very hard to quit once you are addicted to nicotine and quitting radically have a negative impact (mood changes, irritability etc). I suggest that you quit smoking slowly. Chewing gums and candies can help and so with inhalers.

During my first days of quitting, I had a hard time coping up with it. I really want to go out and buy some sticks of cigarettes, and I've been chewing a lot of chewing gum/candies, but still I miss the cigarette. What I did is i look at the internet, I keep on reading about what could stop me from buying cigarette.

Hours later I talk to one of my friends on Facebook, I asked her about what could I do to stop myself from buying, she told me to drink lukewarm water each time I feel that I want to buy a cigarette, Oh well, that's F* effective.

Bitcoinboy12 you forget that that has a positive side too. They will be good with computers and maybe work in IT later on. In life balance is of the most importance it's important to socialize too. I know for my self that, because I was not socializing enoght and felt the cosiquences. But now I am older and am a programmer.

That's good for you. However I am thinking that it is not good for everyone to just stay indoor and use their gadgets to play. Though they become wiser and more knowledgeable about today's technology, I am sure that it has a bad effect in their physical health. Their eyes and heart is at stake because of those gadgets.

The kids who are not yet talking, I am sure that they'll talk late because of these gadgets.
143  Economy / Economics / Re: The lack of financial education on: March 07, 2018, 09:01:53 AM
"Economics" is a subject in Junior high school, and I think they are still part of the curriculum today. Schools are not lying about what's gonna happen in the future. They are just opening those subjects to boost your knowledge, who knows, one of those subjects are the reason why you are now a professional and concentrate on your field.

They are also updating so I think no one's left behind, unless no one wants it and there is no demand, also, it would be shame on the school when they are not up to date and during aptitude tests they are at the bottom.

I even see students in high school now who are using Bitcoin in their Baby Thesis.
144  Other / Politics & Society / Re: impact of social media on: March 07, 2018, 07:41:34 AM
I was just discussing with a friend that media has been that much overflow of information that people now care only about slogans and title, never to content. That can be took as a sort of defense of overflow of information and is valid for social media as well Smiley

You have a point, though you are pertaining to media alone, some of the articles written in social media platforms sometimes have a misleading title and sometimes the content itself is sometimes bias and just wanted to show one side where the author is connected.

Anyway, sometimes when I'm alone, I do use facebook to communicate with my family, but most of the time just looking at the marketplace. But when I'm at home and everyone is around I usually just watch TV together with them.

If you really want to stop smoking. You should have the will to stop it. If you really want to stop you can do it. Resist the temptation of cigarettes. You need a strong will.

A will is not enough.. You should go into program to follow, because if you stop, you can't just stop, you need to do something that would keep you busy or atleast every time you miss cigarette you have some alternative.

The busier you are the lesser you'll think about cigarette and why you are quitting.
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your Dice gambling strategy? on: February 27, 2018, 08:33:26 AM
Dice game? No, I don't really set any rules in playing it. I know that it is useless, it is purely based on luck and not the player. If you are lucky then you'll win, if not then sorry. I tried martingale before and believe that it is a great strategy, but I was wrong. I thought it would never fail and would just need a set back losing each time you win, but then again, I was wrong. I suggest that you enjoy the game no matter what, otherwise you'll think that you'll lose bigger than winning.

Nuke 'em all. Kidding.  Grin

Honestly there is no way, unless all the government would impose one child policy, soon you'll see a decrease in population and death is the consequence of not obeying.
A natural way is a disease, then don't search for any cure, you'll see a decrease the population, just like during the black death.
148  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin help out of school youth... on: February 27, 2018, 07:31:24 AM
It depends on the student himself. If he is looking for money so he could continue his studies. Then I think it's fine, they could really make money and at least finish their degree with the earnings coming from bitcoin. But if they are just studying because their parents are giving them their daily allowance, then I think they will end up just earning bitcoin and stop studying.
149  Economy / Economics / Re: how can the beggars access Bitcoin? on: February 27, 2018, 05:58:22 AM
Like you and I and many others, all of us learned how to adapt to this technology. Just take a look at our old fellows. They don't know how to use cell phones, but because it is a necessity, then they learn how to use it.

Same as in Bitcoin, if all the money in the world will be gone and bitcoin will be used, then everyone will learn how, including beggars. Take note, gadgets that could connect to the internet is now getting cheaper and cheaper, so probably they can afford to buy one in the near future.
150  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to manage water pollution? on: February 27, 2018, 05:17:34 AM
There's nothing you can do about it, if a single person didn't contribute to pollution, a hundred will be. Same as the factories, they pollute the environment and not just the water.

A massive government campaign against pollution is the only solution to this. They are the only authority who can make changes.
The only thing we can do is to boycott some products who we know doesn't have any plan to clean up, like the fast food chains who doesn't have proper sewage. The more we didn't eat in their restaurants then the lesser they will wash their utensils.
151  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to stop smoking? on: February 26, 2018, 08:39:15 AM
Keep your self busy, and exercise a lot, sooner or later you will overcome that addiction.

I am a smoker too, but I stop few years ago. The first thing I did is I throw away my lighter and I stay away from smokers. Since the only place where no one smokes is the house, I stayed there most of the time instead of walking and chatting with friends.

Then later on I purchase a stationary bike, I exercise regularly and now, I don't smoke anymore.

Don't force your self if you can't do what I did, there are other ways to quit smoking, just search the google and you will find tons of suggestions, then choose which one is easier for you.
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: February 26, 2018, 08:06:05 AM
Bitcoin isn't like the real money, controlled by goverment, large banks, or any organization..
You can access in Bitcoin everywhere in the world by internet. And Bitcoin's price can rise or down incidentally, not based on any rules.
This is the way for Illicit activities such as money laundering, tax evasion..

I am sure that countries/governments will come up with a solution for that problems. Look at the exchange, they are now abiding the rules given by their central banks, they are now asking documents for verification . Who knows, one day they will again revise their laws so it is flexible enough so they could adopt bitcoin without any problem.
153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: please help me seriously to leave gambling ???? on: February 26, 2018, 07:31:48 AM
You're too serious about your gambling. Avoid that, you'll surely waste money with that way. I suggest that you go out for a while and take a deep breath, do something that is useful then go back to gambling if you feel like you want to. With what you are sharing it seems like you are sitting the whole day and gamble. That's wrong, you will surely have a hard time thinking on what to do with your money when you win.
154  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Does Bitcoin work for online shopping? on: February 26, 2018, 07:02:51 AM
Big shopping centers in the Asia and Europe are accepting bitcoin for shopping and because of that they reserve good amount of bitcoin. In the future the owners of these shopping centers are good traders of this currency.

The thing is if something went wrong in your online shopping, is bitcoin reversible? I think it's not, unless you are shopping in an online shop where they really cater bitcoin as payment and they have such term that if something went wrong they will return your bitcoin and you won't have a problem, just like how paypal works.

If there is a payment processor who can do that and willing to do it, then I think we should encourage everyone to use it as it will protect the consumers from scammers.
155  Economy / Speculation / Re: can bitcoin reach 25k$ on: February 26, 2018, 05:55:08 AM
so much forks appearing
Forks is helpful to Bitcoin. Atleast we now know who are filthy and just want to build their names and of course make money.

It's very possible as long as we are going to support bitcoin and not panic selling whenever it drops, but somehow its impossible for now because of so much forks appearing. However institutional investments will continue until next years of bitcoin by that it will be very feasible.
Its not impossible because the price of bitcoin is not stable pump and dump is gonna happen every day months and  a year.it be exceed more than 25k$ or it may be lower. No one can predict what exactly the price is.

I'm a bit conservative when it comes to predictions, But if we are talking about this coming year, I think yes, it is possible to reach $25k but I don't think that it will be stable at that point.
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why People Can Not Believe Bitcoin on: February 26, 2018, 05:02:16 AM
Jesus, please, next time atleast use a translator and just focus on your subject when writing anything. It looks like your subject is different from your content because of those redundant words and sentences, it is obvious that you are only talking about "why my friends don't like bitcoin?"

Anyway, you are not alone with that, don't mind them, and keep in mind that your goal is to introduce bitcoin and not to impress them.
157  Other / Politics & Society / Re: To travel is to live on: February 25, 2018, 06:05:55 AM
I do travel from time to time. Because of my job that I need to go to our main office and because I love to travel. Every time I travel I feel good and I think it relieves me out of stress. I even tried traveling for the reason that I just want to get away from stressful life in the city.

If you can afford it then you should really travel. But if you only have enough then please don't do it, it's a waste of money and time.
158  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: February 25, 2018, 04:47:51 AM
I agree, I believe btc is some kind of job. You really have to work hard to earn tokens. By that way, you are earning; means you're no longer unemployed. Wink

It depends on what kind of job you have. If it is just signature campaign or any bounty around here and other social media, I don't consider it as a job as it is time consuming and won't give you good reward in the end. But if you are into mining, trading or you have a business related to bitcoin, then it is a job, you would really earn from those three with good knowledge together with consistency on what you are doing/marketing.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: February 24, 2018, 08:34:59 AM
in my opinion, it would be difficult to replace bitcoin as a reference price of other digital currencies. but it can be happen and take a long time.
to invest, now is a good time if you want to invest because the price of digital currency is experiencing a decline in prices.

Other cryptocurrencies won't beat Bitcoin unless it was backed by a rich and powerful individuals who can drive the price and could market their currencies, lucky if they would survive long enough just by pumping their price or marketing it without any big profit.

As far as investing is concern, everyday is a chance to invest, there's no late or too early. So it's either you go along with the flow or you face the current success will be waiting for you.
160  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: January 17, 2018, 01:02:11 AM
Drug free in the Philippines I believed the president can do it as long the around give supporters to the government together to solved the problem.

That's not possible. Filipinos are not united and probably won't be happening. Drug problem all over the world is still unsolve until now, including the countries who can finance and impose its law properly.

If you look at it right now, isn't it a desperation that Duterte keeps on moving the authority on drugs between PDEA and PNP and vice versa? I am thinking that it is a sign that there is no proper plan or probably none at all to solve this drug problem.
