421  Economy / Economics / Re: Is USD being used for illegal activities? on: November 14, 2017, 07:49:12 AM
That's possible nit only in USD but also with other currrencies. It is because these currencies are legal and can be used by all people. So using it on things such as on the illegal ones is surely possible. It is already been used for decades on illegal activities but they cannot just ban a currency just because it is used on these things.

Even when it was used by those bastards, it is still money, it is legal and it will be accepted by anyone and anywhere, it doesn't matter where it came from. USD(money) come and go in many hands, therefore, you will not know whic one is clean and which one is not.

It is useless to stop using your money just because it is dirty and it is more useless for the government to refuse accepting dollars just because of that. Money is just a medium, a tool.
422  Other / Off-topic / Re: education and morality on: November 14, 2017, 07:23:11 AM
In the society, greedy people are normal and they are part of it and you can't tell if they are morally right or wrong with what they are doing. Some are doing it for the security of their future, religious people and their subordinates would judge them while people who are educated knows what's their purpose of being greedy.

With that point, you can tell that those who call themselves holy are really losing their moral compass compared to those educated people who are keeping their money and don't waste their money to those religious congregations.
423  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the government know bitcoin in your country? on: November 14, 2017, 07:00:26 AM
That's not true. Why would they ban bitcoin for the reason that they don't own it? I think that's bonkers. Where would those Bitcoin earners would use their earnings? for sure still in their country.

But for sure, countries would always do a measure for Bitcoin users so that they can't get away with their tax. Regulations will always be good instead of banning Bitcoin in a certain country.

424  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will Religions die? on: November 14, 2017, 06:32:45 AM
nothing can kill religions, there are so many religions now a days, and every religion has one perpose, it is to share the good news to everyone, but sometimes the leaders of this religion are already corrupted, by greed, lust and everything. That is why i do believe that no religion can save you, only your own relationship to The Creator, The Father, the most high can save you. many religions claim that only through them can we all be save, only just by joining their religion that you will be truly save, how cruel that would be.

Technology and knowledge will kill religion in the future. Some of those religions are not really religion and would just confuse their followers into following them, preventing them from reasoning out because it was what was written. Some of them are already a cult and not a religion because of they themselves are skeptic of what they want to believe.

I am not against any religions but sometimes if you keep on following them you are not really shaping your self but them misleading you.
425  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why Do People Desire What's Not Theirs on: November 13, 2017, 11:38:21 AM
I don't understand, do you mean those envious people? well, they are part of your life, accepting them or not, nothing will change, except if you would ignore them. They would only linger around you when you keep on leaning on them. If they are claiming your accomplishments in front of your boss( if you are in the office or work ) then that's a different story.

They don't deserve your time, or maybe they have a lot of time that they still have time to think about you and on your progress.
426  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the economy situation in your country that bad? on: November 13, 2017, 11:09:27 AM
Almost 10 years there has been no economic improvement in my country, infrastructure development for several years has made the foreign debt bigger and cause the government to abolish the subsidy.

That means the economy of your country is not healthy. Your government should have a contingency plan since before that crisis would happen, the government already know. If they can't/don't prepare for it, it's either there are lapses in the way your government is managing your country's finances. It is possible that they inherit it from the previous leaders or your country suffer major disasters or worst a civil war.
427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling ends on: November 13, 2017, 10:12:42 AM
Long before you were born, gambling is already there, people win and lose in it but they still survive their lives. Only that there are few who are really buried into debt because of gambling.

You can't remove it and no one would stop any one who wants to put  up a gambling site since the government is allowing it with few conditions. Those fools who don't know how to stop and don't know how much is enough, they deserve the consequences.
428  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: November 13, 2017, 09:44:31 AM
I don't see any restaurant in my country that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment but the good news is that bitcoin is gaining more popularity and many people are getting aware about it so in future I am sure there will be many places where I would be able to spend my bitcoins for buying anything and its just a matter of time and we need to have a patience to see bitcoin getting accepted widely.

It depends, there are people who look at Bitcoin as another scam. So even when it is popular, people won't just trust it, or people who has experience being scammed in the internet, would be hesitant to try bitcoin. Another thing is, the wildly swinging price, it's not healthy for them if they are just a small enterprise. They can't roll their capital anymore when bitcoin price drops. It would mean their money will be stagnant for a few days or more.
429  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is violence really the key to a drug-free country? on: November 13, 2017, 09:16:52 AM
Aside from resorting to violence, what are your suggestions or answers to solve and deal with drug addicts and users in your country?
In a particular country if drug addiction really is a big problem then the only resort I could think of is violence. Violence decreases the peoples tendency to do drugs because of specific circumstances and laws the government have made. But I guess serving their whole lives in jail is reasonable, this might lead to overpopulation of the prisonhouse.

Too bad that there is no such law to just kill drug addicts like stray dogs/cats in the street. Everyone would consider it as murder and another unsolved crime. It would be another burden and another case to handle for the authorities.

Isolating them in prison I think is a good idea, like putting them in dungeons and just giving them water and food so they won't die. Merging them to other prison might still give them an idea on where to score those drugs.
430  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: November 13, 2017, 08:10:49 AM
The time which you want to give to bitcoin is not enough to make 1 Bitcoin in a month or 2 is not possible. You need to give your fulltime and focus on bitcoin trading or else join in the bicoin forum in a year period you will be promoted in senior level and you can earn not 1 bitcoin atleast .2 bitcoin in a month or 2 this is for sure so you need to give time for it not only 2 hours which is not enough.

The guy is broke and only have 2 hours a day for Bitcoin, that means he must be joking. How could he possibly earn 1 bitcoin if he don't want to work for it. Even traders dedicate more time to analyze the market so they could earn with their capital.

OP should stop dreaming about earning. Even signature campaign could not give him half of bitcoin in a month.
431  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is every country really corrupt? on: November 13, 2017, 07:38:38 AM
Usually those in the poverty line are the ones who complain a lot about their government since they are the one being hit. Or those that are far from the capital. But those who are rich and experiencing a good life in the city, they don't really care since they are not dependent to the government's aid.

In  where I am, I could say that not all that are in the government are corrupt. There are still good government officials who are still doing their jobs for the sake of public service and not just to gain fame and money.
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: November 13, 2017, 07:03:12 AM
there is posibility that bitcoin will end. I think there will be a lot of Altcoin that can replace Bitcoin in the future. However, it really does not need to be replaced by any other currency because it is constantly evolving and gaining high value in a short time.

It is possible that bitcoin can be replaced, but I doubt it if it would really end, (as in no more life) There are altcoins that has potential when it comes to price, but still bitcoin is their father, their beginning, therefore, when they rice, they carry with them the name of Bitcoin.

Only a very strong force could wipe out bitcoin instantly, like if the whole world unite and consider Bitcoin as illegal and whoever caught having Bitcoin in their possession will suffer a great punishment.
433  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: November 13, 2017, 06:45:28 AM

I think it'll be hard for us to teach kids and for them to understand what bitcoin is for their very young age. Even adult people who are close minded and are afraid to try something new wouldn't find it easy. Kids live to play all the time. I think there's a right time for them to learn about bitcoin. Let's just allow them to enjoy their childhood without any preassure.

Kids are not into earning something, instead they want to learn things that they know could satisfy them. Usually those are foods and some good fantasy movies, that would make them imagine something magical could really happen.

I think a movies with bitcoin or a food sold on the street and you swipe with your qr could make them wonder and think what you have done.
434  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to break teenage video game addiction on: November 13, 2017, 06:11:30 AM
Go to school, focus well on your studies, that's all. You only need to religiously follow your aim/goal which is to stay away from those games.

Those dota, and the same games, they are really addictive to teens when you have a boring life, when you don't know how to atleast use your time wisely. It is also a result of parents who are permissive. They should have prevented it from happening if they are attending to their children and not just giving what they want.
435  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe in god? on: October 22, 2017, 09:28:38 AM
Yes I believe, because it was taught by my parents when I was a child until now and I am confident about what they teach.

Hmm... my case was also similar. My parents were quite religious and in my childhood days they would ask me to visit the nearby temples. But when I grew up, I realized the mistake in giving importance to religion over science. I gradually became agnostic and after a few years I became a hard core atheist. For the past 15-20 years, I have remained a hardcore atheist (my parents are still super-religious).

Not a surprise, I was a fanatic catholic, I am always in the church during my younger years, I am also celebrating what my church is celebrating and I am doing what they are doing, I almost reach the point that I wanna go to seminary, but then time comes that lots of questions came to my mind that is unanswerable by my religion and I already hate hearing " it is his plan for you " when in fact you can do something to change your life when you free your self from those shackles.
436  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How can you be part a good change? In this world. on: October 22, 2017, 08:46:26 AM
What do you mean by change? Do you mean change in your country or change in your self?

If it is change in my country, well, I am a tax payer now, unlike before, I work and I am not a liability of my country. I also don't plan to do illegal things in the future so I won't be a burden to the authority too.
437  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: October 22, 2017, 08:24:18 AM
wow it's cool restaurants accept bitcoin as a second payment options if you don't have a cash, hope my country too accept bitcoin in restaurants but the problem is the transaction sometimes it will delay.

Care to share where you are residing?

Anyway, I think it's really nice to see restaurants who are accepting bitcoin as payment. It's one of a kind if it is the only one in the place and bitcoin holders would definitely want to visit a place like that for experience.
438  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Assault on: October 22, 2017, 08:04:48 AM
A Transgender woman who was formerly a man has sexually assaulted a young girl age 10 years. Do  you think its right for them to use the same bathrooms with everyone.

Can you share the link where you get this news? If you don't, I will assume that this is a fabricated story and just another thread for people to talk about.

If this is true, that's terrible, and unbelievable. I didn't expect a transgender to still have that kind of urge in their body. Besides they don't have their piston Grin anymore.
439  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: October 22, 2017, 07:12:13 AM
Omg , I'm a senior highschool to from Philippines, i suggest to all who are senior high we should go to the college. More opportunities , to have more knowledge.

Being in senior high school in the Philippines is like enrolling in a vocational course for two years. it's like a preparatory stage for your college course. I would say that it's fine, I just hope that those that you've learn won't put to waste.

They say that when you are a senior high school graduate you can already find a job. I hope that government really mean that.
440  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe governments can stop bitcoin after all on: October 22, 2017, 06:50:01 AM
Maybe it would take many more years that it would happen. But for now i think they are in the process of studying how they can control the bitcoin.Or maybe government should adopt bitcoin.

No, that's not true, government can take down anything they want, provided that they use the "legality" issue and may sue everyone who use it just to make them stop. They could ban bitcoin and what more if a powerful country issue the same against bitcoin? That would be terrible, since powerful countries could influence the decision of their neighbors.
