81  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you thinking about the future? on: March 16, 2018, 07:04:45 AM
everyone will definitely think into the future how he will live and make his economy better. but I never thought that bitcoin I would prepare for my children in the future. I prefer to prepare for a real business.

In short, it is still safe to invest in real life business compared to bitcoins. But, come to think of it if it is a long term savings for your children. Your children could become a millionaire when you keep a few bitcoin for them.

Everyone should atleast save few cents from their bitcoin earnings. No one knows what the future brings, but just in case, we are ready. Our children's future too will be ready because of that.
82  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: March 16, 2018, 06:04:17 AM
If one already know and experiencing how proud and joyful it is when we got money on our own, and how valuable we are, then the notivation would be grown automatically. Plus, if we have people we love who deoending on us to guarantee their lives, esp our spouse, childreen, parents..

Your reasoning might work with someone who is short of cash. But it will never work with someone who gets handouts from his parents or friends. In such cases, the individual will just sit at home, enjoying booze or weed rather than going out for work.

That's right, it is only possible when someone "really needs to work" or a family guy, with dependents and of course the rice/food they have is just enough for the day. That's not motivation in my opinion.

Some of the rich kids don't even know the value of money still needs to be motivated, and I don't think bribing them with money would work. It should be something that could make them get up, and the only people could know it are those that are around them for a long time.
83  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble? on: March 16, 2018, 05:33:14 AM
Nop,I don't want to live my life in the prison. Embarrassed

If it is illegal in your country then we need to obey the rules of your government. And the online gambling is a big gift for the people who are living in the country where gambling is illegal because still they can gamble even it is banned since it is fully anonymous of we play with crypto currencies.

If it is illegal, it is possible that they would also ban online gambling. Therefore it is not safe anymore even if you are just playing at home. They might start tracking the IPs of those who are playing online and you'll be surprised if a subpoena arrive at your doorstep or your ISP calls you or block those gambling sites.

When it is illegal, I don't think that you'll still have fun playing. From time to time you'll be thinking about the authorities or the consequence of what you are doing.
84  Other / Politics & Society / Re: why are people suffering from jealousy ? on: March 16, 2018, 05:03:49 AM
may be people are not satisfied what they have our what are they. People became envy to the other because they want to experience the things they have or may be because it is they dream to be like the people where they are envy^_^

No one in the world will be ever satisfied with what they are having. They will always try to get better things in life. I would not say that this is a part of jealousy, but if someone is lacking something which his neighbor is having, then he may be feeling animosity towards that guy.

That's common in a crowded places such as tenements, row houses and the kind. People who doesn't have usually look at what their neighbors have then think that they could buy one too or have one, in the end it is more like a never ending competition between them and both would suffer from impulse buying and the budget is at stake.

Seeing someone else reaching where you are supposed to makes you jealous.

Probably yes, if you have the same goal.

Snip
Lack of self contentment. People tend to forget to thank of what they have and posses but keep asking on what they cannot achieve and attain.

Actually there is a positive side on that, it could help them to struggle harder in life and earn/have more.
85  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: March 15, 2018, 11:10:41 AM
Gambling is full of sentiments and for fun and fully thrill it used to play by everyone. Every thing is in control will be healthy for all so blindly I use to play in Sunday's where my whole week mental stress can be released and relaxed from 2.pm till 6 pm only at any casinos. Not the same casinos every week different casinos.

In my country, buying lottery tickets are most common especially for us who couldnt afford casinos. These lottery tickets are just like 10/20pesos, and the jackpot is really big. So many people buy lottery tickets, I sometimes buy these tickets to try my luck, and I usually buy at night at any place. There are lottery outlets available anywhere, so we can buy where there is available outlets.

Lotto outlets are almost everywhere here in the Philippines, specially in Metro Manila, almost every intersection there is an outlet.

I Just don't know why Filipinos are rushing at those outlets after works. You can see them fall in line after six in the evening but I don't see much bettors at day time.

Anyway, I only gamble at night and at home (online) not interested anymore in betting at the casinos/cockpit arena.
86  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to manage water pollution? on: March 15, 2018, 10:37:35 AM
Governments impose laws that could prevent this from happening, but sad to say it is still happening, it is either there is a flaw in the law or there is a problem with people who are mandated to impose it.

Honestly, there is nothing we can do about it, if you really don't want water pollution or people won't pollute what was left untouched then close those places to public so they won't pollute it.
87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: best sources of information on: March 15, 2018, 10:05:34 AM
You are already in the right place to search for information about bitcoin, in fact threads about bitcoin here are almost duplicated from time to time. There are also people who are sharing articles from the outside and it is easier to read them from here.

Bitcointalk is also safer and ads are just in the signature so it's not annoying.
88  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What are the reasons to support war? on: March 15, 2018, 09:10:54 AM
The only reason i can see is economy growing up and making money from war. Sometimes it is to sell your products like usa do. They start the war take the oil sell theirs guns and make that country as their satelite country. Cheesy

Not all the time. There are also wars that doesn't include economy, just look at the separatists, they are fighting for ideology and they want to build their own country inside a country then separate.

However there are times that it is cause by provocations, and both warlord are short tempered.

89  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: March 15, 2018, 08:42:30 AM
It's pure luck and positive thinking doesn't affect your betting. However, it could make you feel good even if you fail. So stop thinking that when you are positive and you have a strong feeling that you're going to win it's going to happen. If you think like that, sooner or later you'll soon believe in lucky charms, lucky numbers, lucky color etc etc. In the end you will still fail.

90  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does ages really matter in relationships? on: March 15, 2018, 08:05:51 AM
Age signifies so much more than just a number: it can reflect your maturity, your stage in life, and your experience.  At the same time, age can be deceptive.Does  it matter if men date younger women? If so, how much of an age gap is an acceptable one?
So as long as love is the reason for this bond then who are we to judge them. See, age gaps in a relationship only matters if people around you would start to criticize you and people can be very judgemental at times.

In my opinion, if the man/woman dating is having a double of the age of a woman(age gap) and the the older one is a widow or has a wealth in has hand, the presence of love  between two might be one sided. It is also possible that the younger one is just taking advantage of it.

It is common now that love is not there as long as the one is rich and could survive the day to day living of the other then they would join for the sake of the "advantage" that they could get with each other, and I don't think that it's mutual since they would be seeking their different real interest between each other.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: March 15, 2018, 07:34:01 AM
No, it is not good and it is not advisable to quit your job. It is better to have a stable job then do bitcoin. We are not sure if bitcoin will last forever. We cant depend our future in just bitcoin, more important is to have a job to secure your future.

If your job in the crypto world is just a contract, I mean you work for someone and they will pay you few cents for each task you accomplish, then I don't think that it is suitable to quit your real life job( or not looking for a job ) and just focus on bitcoin.

But if you are an investor, a developer and has an extra ordinary skill, then you have a high chance of earning in this world.
92  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you believe January 31 2018 is end of the world? on: March 15, 2018, 07:06:19 AM
What’s The lunar eclipse ? It this mean the end of the world?
January 31 has long passed and nothing happens. Lunar eclipse are natural occurrence that we experience from time to time. Stop believing in such stories because it would do you harm than good.

People should wake up now and stop believing those illogical unseen things around them. If the world is going to end then it is going to happen. It is just making you counter productive since all you will do is debate whole your life defending what you think is going to happen even if it is baseless.

Those are natural phenomenon and I think nothing is wrong with that unless the moon is going to collide with the Earth.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: Choosing the one | What I think! - Real Job or Full Time Crypto! on: March 15, 2018, 06:32:10 AM
I think that immediately go into full employment crypto currency is not worth it. Begin by upgrading your skills and skills in the crypto: read the forum, books, bargain small amounts, invest as small sum, conduct a signature company.
Based on this, evaluate your capabilities, forecast the income, take into account the variability from the profitability season in the crypto, and only then decide on the transition to full employment.

Honestly, it is. Going full time in crypto would mean leaving your comfort zone(if your course is not related to computer) and would mean promotions and increase in income is not possible anymore unless you are an investor with a goal to increase your ROI from your capital.

I have not been able to choose full time crypto, this is still the stage of introduction.

I don't agree with this statement.

Actually in the cripto world there is its own attraction. That makes many investors glance and join but on the other hand many countries do not expect the arrival of crypto in the country that is considered to disrupt the stability of the bank

No, I don't think that the arrival of cryptocurrency would really cause chaos among banks.

94  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Master Degree Important? on: March 15, 2018, 06:05:03 AM
Yes of course it is important because it will help you to develop and learn a lot so if you have the opportunity to take masters degree why not...  Think of your success not your sacrifices...

Yep that's true, your knowledge is enhanced when you  are going to take up a degree since you need to take some subjects that aren't present when you are just going to have a vocational course.

However, if you are going to think of it, it is still a gamble to take up a degree, the future isn't sure when you finish your degree, so if you have money think of just opening up a business related to your course so you won't have to worry about unemployment.
95  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling: Culture on: March 15, 2018, 05:37:44 AM
It's been rooted in the Filipino culture (of some), it can be a form of entertainment if not abused. Just like the cock fighting, it's been here in the Philippines long time ago and as part of the influence from Spanish colonizer, before people doesn't bet that big on the roosters but now, every one in the arena wants to pour their money out.

Actually those games that you saw in carnivals have their permits and I think it is regulated by the City where they would put it up. So, nothing illegal in there. It's all up to the community to decide whether they would gamble or not.
96  Other / Politics & Society / Re: VIRGINITY before getting married on: March 15, 2018, 05:03:38 AM
Virginity nowadays is not important anymore before getting marriage. Only a small percentage or maybe theres no people now are still virgin before the day of there marriage.

That's true. You'll be too idealistic if you are looking for the perfect one. That would disappoint you too if you would look for a perfect(virgin) partner, besides you would only experience it once that she is a virgin.  Grin

Virginity is symbolized of purity of human specially in the women who wants to give from most important person in your life, the person you committed yourself to stay with forever in marriage. Your virginity is the most precious thing you have to give to your spouse. Once you lose it, nothing in the world can bring it back. Don’t lose something so precious in a thoughtless way.

Nah, no one is pure, unless you are alone and no one can influence you.

The society only wants the girl to be a virgin and that is completely wrong.

True.
97  Economy / Economics / Re: how can the beggars access Bitcoin? on: March 14, 2018, 11:14:10 AM
This is a difficult thing, if bitcoin is used internationally, of course beggars will not be able to beg because he can not use the internet to access bitcoin, I hope even though the use of bitcoin is more massive but cash or paper money continues to be available.

They could cope up with the situation. I'm sure of that, besides if you really want to beg all you need is bitcoin address or QR code, it is easy to just show it to the people who wants to offer alms to you. Then for you to access what they give, you can rent a computer in the cafe's and you can now access your wallet.

With regards to withdrawal, I'm sure before beggars could know bitcoin on the streets, the countries already have their universal ID system. I'm sure the rest will follow.
98  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unemployment and the Solution on: March 14, 2018, 10:29:55 AM
It's common around the world and the solution is hard to find specially to the countries stricken by poverty.

In my opinion, if I would become the President of my country, I would focus more on micro enterprise. People needs to have a sustainable livelihood and not employment. Giving them training to manage their own small scale business is the easiest solution I know. They could use every materials around them or they could make their own product and sell it to other entrepreneur (more like a barter) then all of them will have a livelihood since everyone is buying and selling each others products.

It is better that way than giving a greedy company to employ them all with below minimum salary.
99  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Electric Cars - The future ? on: March 14, 2018, 09:02:16 AM
I do like electric cars, but what I don't like is the charging time and you are on a long trip. Another thing is they can't match the HP the gasoline can give their engine. Not suitable to use the electric cars too driving through mountainous highways.

I think it will be hybrid for the time being as electric plugs are not readily available everywhere so car drivers can plug in for those long trips and need to rely on gas power until that day happens.

Electric cars are good for urban usage, with daily charging. They are not quite suitable for long trips, although the Tesla Model S can give you an effective maximum range of close to 550 km (with an expensive 85-kwh battery). The other electric cars, such as the Nissan Leaf are having much lower range.

Isn't the Tesla S using a special type of Lithium ion battery pack which are also produced by their company?
100  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How can one be a good neighbor? on: March 14, 2018, 08:33:21 AM
When I'm new to the community, I observe and see what are their rules, aside from that, I don't look at the other things around.
I don't really look at my neighbors and I don't care either about their lives or how they do their party. I'm not that friendly that I have to go to the other house just to talk with them, there should always be a reason why I should go at their houses.

If you don't care about their lives, then I don't think that they would be thinking about you or what you are doing, it could minimize bad blood in the community.
