681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: March 03, 2017, 07:41:21 AM
Because it is considered as something "scary",or even something that the politicians are afraid of because it may disrupt the system we are involved in right now.The truth is that either people aren't willing to indulge in a so called experiment with something new or they see the potential and they want everything to remain the same

I do not see it like that. They are not scare about the use of bitcoin. They might not be thinking about bitcoin and probably they heard about it but they don't care. Most probably, at first, they do not see bitcoin as a currency.

I think it's just fine, as long as no one is planning to ban it then who cares if countries don't support bitcoin.
682  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: March 03, 2017, 06:38:18 AM
A very basic but the most difficult part in gambling is to have a control on how much in a day you can lose it and go away . The moment you lose out this control is the time when losses start getting bigger to cover the loss and make profit . If you can make this in your favour you will be in better position any time .

Being smart also means being in control. Meaning, a gambler who is in control don't aim to win as big as the jackpot. They want to win smaller at a time so when they lose, they only lose small too.

It takes time to learn it, and it needs a strong will to refuse and resist everytime you feel like you want to rush or gamble more.
683  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: March 03, 2017, 12:32:53 AM
Communication technology has a dehumanizing factor in relationships. Here you see many people offending, scamming or cheating on online games, because they tend to not think of their opponent or counterpart as human, but as a machine. Allows us to reach further but not in a proper human way.
On the machinery, it makes humans less necessary for production, removing a bit the distraction and bringing forth the unbearable weight of our uselessness.

Husbands and wives now can cheat with each other even while they are talking in front of each other with phone or any communication gadget in between them. What more if the other one is away or sleeping.

It's true that gadgets could make life easier, but we are abusing the use of it, and that gives a negative impact most specially on relationships.
684  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of drinking alcohol. on: March 03, 2017, 12:10:50 AM
Drinking alcohol should be moderate not heavy drinking which is not encouraging, those are advice to stop or not to drink by their doctor should stop or it may affect their heslth

Drinking alcohol is the best only if not too much. Usually when you are alone, you can control it and drink only what you know is right for you, but when you are drinking with friends, peer pressure is there, even if you don't want to drink anymore, you are shy to tell them that you don't want to drink anymore when you already reach your limit. That's one thing we should change, learn how to refuse when you are already at your limit.

It's for your own good.
685  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it illegal for someone to hack my BTC wallet? on: March 02, 2017, 11:40:26 AM
For me, hacking your bitcoin address is a really bad thing, it is illegal and against the law. You can sue this person.
But if someone just get a hold your private key, lets say he just found it written on a paper, and then transfer your balance to their wallet, I think that is not theft. That is just a coincidence.

It's hard to sue people who steal your bitcoin. Most of the countries don't handle such kind of case. Though it is illegal and wrong, you can't do anything about it except cry.  Smiley

So instead of suing them, why not take good care of wallet before it happens to us? Probably if it is stolen it is our own fault and no one else, there's been lots of reminders about how to take care of our wallet, so I think no need to reach the point where our wallet will be hacked.

686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: March 02, 2017, 11:11:22 AM
Well it can be very profitable if you made a lot of profit from it. If you make like a million form gambling it will be profitable on a long term.
But you shouldn't make gambling main source of income. Because gambling is not stable enough to do that.

Which is highly unlikely. No one profit as big as that, except those lucky one and those big time gamblers. Ordinary gamblers are the most addicted one even if they win only dust and lost too much in it.

All I can say is it's not profitable in the long run. No one profits from it except the owner.
687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should governments allow people to pay their taxes in Bitcoin BTC? on: March 02, 2017, 09:47:43 AM
Paying taxes with bitcoin is not a big deal, because governments won't easily accept bitcoin as payment or premium. Only after strong analytical as well reliability testing only governments approve it. If governments accept, no need to think of the anonymity because governments already knew our identity. Upon our convenience we select bitcoin or Fiat that's it.

I doubt if government would allow us to pay bitcoin in our taxes. They need something that is easily being handled by those in the tax division. Just think of it, what if the wallet where your payment was stored was hacked, it would be another burden for the government to trace it and if traced it will be hard for them to use it, except if majority of the people is using it and their economy is alive because of it.
688  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: March 02, 2017, 08:14:41 AM
Why do the durglords not call to arms and fight back?
Violence begets violence. If against drug gangs operate their methods, the results will not be enough. Power will become a drug cartel.
I think otherwise. Only force can overcome the force. If the authorities do not begin to take drastic measures used against all drug dealers, they will only grow and strengthen.

The death penalty is already on its way to 3rd reading in the congress maybe by March 8, drug related cases is one of the main focus of the death penalty, plunder and rape are not in the list.

Looks like the congressmen are afraid to be punished with  death penalty, but anyway, I hope that it will be overruled when it is already in the senate. I really don't see death penalty as solution to it.

Well, this is one of his promise during his campaign that he will bring back the Death Penalty right? So I guess he control the Senate or the Congress because its it likely will pass on the final reading. However, I agree with you that this will not be a deterrent to those criminals because I think they will still commit crimes. But I pity those who are convicted and in jail and they are innocent because they will be executed for the crimes they didn't commit. I hope Philippines will think about it having death penalty in its law.

It's just ironic, they don't include plunder in the cases which can be punished with death penalty. I am pretty sure that the triumph of this law in the senate has a higher percentage, as the demolition job against the yellows is done, and Senator pacquiao admitted that he has meeting with 15 out of 16 senators in his house. I assume that they talk about it.
689  Economy / Economics / Re: Will you invest in a MLM scam in early stage? on: March 02, 2017, 07:24:35 AM
Honestly, NO, why would I take profit from other people's money? It's not legally and morally right.

I'd rather invest in a gambling house than to invest in an MLM even if it promises sure profit. I've been a victim of this before, and I know how it feels to be robbed by this robbers without any knowledge on how to fight them.  Smiley
690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: March 02, 2017, 06:58:46 AM
Gambling is created for it own purpose, most is planned for you to loose than gain , some are created with a higher chances of gain, but looking at the higher risk in case of loss compared to investing in businesses.its better to be surer of whatever you do.Gambling is simply not write.

Gambling is designed for the owners to gain and players are subject to losing. I consider gambling as wrong for those who do not have money and yet has the gut to play, but I don't consider it wrong for those gamblers/poker players/sports betters who play with each other and has the money to use on their chosen game.  Smiley
691  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: March 02, 2017, 06:03:01 AM
Politicians never throw the paper currencies. Because if they stop paper currency and force peoples to use digital currency, the politicians will caught by corruptions. Paper currency don't even need to have bank  accounts. But, in Digital currency each and every transaction will be stored.

Isn't it the other way around? Politicians will be bribed easily as they could just talk and the bitcoin address will be given and sent, then voila!! bribery at its finest.

Though each transaction is recorded, we can't name names on who is the owner of such address, that would look like a mere heresy. While in paper money, they can be caught, we could even use marked money to set them up.  Smiley
692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: March 02, 2017, 05:50:41 AM
Gambling ofcourse is sometimes considered as sickness if you are addicted on it because when you start gambling and been addicted you can't stop it anymore until you loose everything and sometimes people will do everything, become thief, become a killer just to have money for them to gamble.

In this part it is the addiction and not gambling that is considered as sickness.  Gambling is just a trigger device to make you addicted or shall I say sick.  Another example I can say is, can you consider smoking cigaret a sickness?  Lol of course no, it is the cigaret addiction, and the effect of smoking that is what we called disease.  But smoking were never a sickness but a vice.  So how can be a gambling a sickness and not smoking?

As mentioned many times before, addiction is the result of our action, in dealing with gambling. Though I do not consider gambling as sickness, I do believe that it is a tool that leads us in wrong path if the addiction is  not handled properly.

Gambling is only for people who are aware of what they are doing and knows what their limit is.
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Go to Land Based Casinos? on: March 02, 2017, 05:12:33 AM
Yes, I do go on those places before. But sometimes I am just there to watch and seldom play. All I can say is, the players are not just ordinary gamblers, they are very good in playing it, and if you look at how they finish, you could tell that one only wins by a very small point.

I also go on billiard halls sometimes, and I love watching those who are battling each other.  Smiley

696  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: March 01, 2017, 01:03:09 PM
see the current price, makes me think that, those who have said bitcoin have died in the past, perhaps currently being embarrassed, and may want to try looking for bitcoin, in fact, there are those who have been looking for bitcoin. Well, I think bitcoin is a technology that will continue to evolve and will not die.

Well, to those butt hurt who left because they were disappointed before, yes, that's true, they are always proclaiming bitcoin as dead. But to those who still trust bitcoin they look at those ups and downs as an opportunity.

Actually, as part of the community, all that we can do to stop thinking that bitcoin is going to dies is to keep on reading, observe how those who have knowledge reacts to the price movement and situation, then that would make you relax and far from making unnecessary and unwanted decision (selling)
697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: March 01, 2017, 12:54:04 PM
Ye i control myself in playing gambling that is called play safe of the game. You know in playing safe you must be analystic and strategic in gaming double or triple your bet if you think you can win and single your bet if you think you are in losing side.

You know if you control yourself in gambling on the time, So its mean gambling can't destroy you, and i believe it is a good habit, because it is difficult to stop ourself when you are greedy.
Everyone has greediness inside but if we cannot control that we should refrain from gambling. The more you get greedy the more you lose, that is the fact that you have to accept and do not wait for the time that you cannot get out in gambling anymore because you are too dependent to it.
Controlling ourselves is very important, not only in gambling but also in risky ventures that will try in our lives so everyone must learn to have discipline to do that.

Control and discipline in gambling is effective, but it is not enough, you will always end up depositing again and again to your bankroll because you will lose. I never see anyone in gambling that only wins, usually they lose a lot and win only once or twice, then in the next days it will be the same.

Anyway, yes, I control my self, whenever I lose, I quit and the same as when I win, when I reach my limit, I quit.  Smiley
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: March 01, 2017, 10:01:50 AM
No because gambling is an addiction if you win once you lost twice therefore there is no chance to win in the game. So it better to invest in some investment site to win your money and harvest it in the long run therefore it is better it is. Try farmon. ph it is an investment which is real farm that is good for money.

Even if you are not an addicted in gambling, you will still lose. Gambling in the long run would bring no good into any one's life. It's good to try it from free bets and from tips.

Investing in gambling bankroll sometimes becomes a habit when we always think that we will win soon. That is why we are always thinking about getting rich from it where in fact it is not gonna happen. Only those who are destined to be rich from gambling became rich from it.  Smiley
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: March 01, 2017, 08:45:01 AM
Every weekends i played gambling because it is relax tp gamble and its my luck to win in gambling every weekends i am just wearing blue then boom i win in the game but after all i will just play safe in the win in the crowd at the very next day which is sunday and 8 out of 10 is my winning chance.

You still have superstition. Nothing is wrong with that.

Actually weekends are the best days where we can gamble since we don't have to worry about the next day. I my self is doing that before. I gamble at weekends and at night so I have nothing else to do.

This days, I am not betting as I am very busy in real life.
700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: March 01, 2017, 06:43:20 AM

Being addicted in gambling will make you very dependent on it, and because you are very dependent, you need to do it all the time and that means all the time you are risking your own money. It has nothing to deliver good to you since the fun is gone and the only thing that remains is your urge to gamble and even if you win, you will still end up losing.

It's disease that must be treated although giving up is not easy, as long as it's possible to quit, there is always a way to quit and we just have to follow it and admit that we are not our old self anymore and we need help.

I don't look at gambling to be as complicated as that.

Quitting gambling is easy, all you need is a will to refuse when your urge. It just looks difficult because we always tend to give in every time we feel that we want to gamble. Always be reasonable with what you are doing, coz if you can't find the proper reason to quit, and you don't know what's your real priority in life, then you are already hopeless and no direction at all.

It's either you lose everything before you wake up or someone pull you up to get out of that.  Smiley
