761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra unveils official backers, future uncertain on: October 15, 2019, 12:05:52 PM
everyone is abandoning Libra already even though it is way before its real launch. so far they have been trying to survive but the project is dead in the womb. i don't think they can get the hype back at all because the real big names they used to hype themselves in the beginning such as PayPal have already pulled out of it. and this should be acting as some sort of red flag for anybody else who dares go near this project as others didn't leave for no reason!

Not everyone is abandoning the Libra right now only 7 of 28 left Libra, there is hope for Libra to continue to exist because there are more than 180 potential backers ready to replace the 7 of them. As the title said the future is uncertain because it still has a chance to fight the regulation. Let's wait until the court finishes, that is the last line for Libra to survive.

762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Fastest growing coin? And biggest up ward movement on: October 15, 2019, 11:42:34 AM
Speaking about growing coin or token, OKB and HT(Huobi Token) did the same thing just like BNB even though its performance was not good as BNB but it can be considered as one of the fastest-growing coins or tokens this year. I do not see anything else other than BNB, HT, Chainlink, and OKB that is listed on big exchange and have a decent volume.
763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think XRP will start to the moon? on: October 15, 2019, 10:32:13 AM
XRP is a shitcoin and it is not at all decentralized so I personally think it would not MOON it mooned earlier because of some pure manipulations from India as it was on premium there. Then it went back to rock bottom I don't think this is happening again anytime soon.

Everybody knows XRP is full-centralized coin because of that they are able to manipulate the price and gaining a pump in every possible way, it happened many times when altcoins were dumping while XRP pumped, do not underestimate the power of centralized coin because they are able to determine the fate of the project itself.
I am sure we are able to see it mooning again in the future not because of their technology and partnership but because of their total manipulation.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges that conduct IEOS You should stay away from ? on: October 14, 2019, 05:47:30 PM
There are many exchanges did that things such as p2pb2b, Idax, and vindax. Idax did not bother about your background and technology, as long as you pay their listing fee for 10BTC then you are fine and get ready to be listed on their exchange after the IEO. Just like p2pb2b and vindax but they do not ask you that much, as long as you can pay the fees. You will get a place on their platform and can do many phases of IEO on their platform.

what else?
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we buy new token or coin? on: October 14, 2019, 05:25:26 PM
For traders, the most reason is buying token or coin to trade it on the exchange hoping for profit from the trade.
but for merchants, they buy it because they want to spend it. And as personal I am buying it because I want to spend it or exchange something that I want to have outside my country.
based on those two options, cryptocurrency still on the speculation period which means almost all of them are doing this for the sake of trade and profit.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Harsh Reality About The Current ICO Project on: October 14, 2019, 03:54:43 PM
it's only about common sense and also how detailed you are in researching a project that you will be participating in.

The research issue about icos has been said severally and it is not like some bounty hunters or investors don't carry out these researches. To this extent, even bounty managers have been deceived to carry on with insincere projects but found out in between or didn't at all till the end. So, a scam project will always hide the signs from investors.

This is what I felt right now, the research does not give you a guarantee but knowledge about the project you are dealing with. Even after doing a thousand of researches, there is a chance for the project to fail or even scam you because everything can happen if they have a desire to do that. In our current market, an existing project with a product still could fail you because we are lacking the demand. There are only 2 things that will happen to every new project which are a scam and fail, it is quite impossible to sucess at this rate.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: some of the points and problems that have occurred in the crypto industry. on: October 14, 2019, 03:07:26 PM
I agree with all of your points and all of them are spot on, for example like with regulation unable to eliminate the scammers completely, relying on regulation to solve this issue is delusional. There is no way we could fix this and the only way to reduce it is by doing research about everything we want to do.
and I experienced it by myself about number 4, I involved with a project that has its own product and can be considered as a quality product because they got a prize in some event before. But the project they started out did not work well, they are only focusing on what they are doing and do not really care about the investor and their community. Causing the community to panic and feel helpless, crypto is in a bad shape right now.
not only because of scammers but the project itself makes crypto looks so terribly bad.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think of ETH Price will be by end of 2020? on: October 14, 2019, 01:52:26 PM
Perhaps he will be hard to come up with any analysis and database to become the basis for his predictions when so many people make speculations according to their inspiration, they just have a feeling that eth is good and except for that, they have almost no element to make it clear about their feelings. Talk about my comment, from what I observe on the graphs of eth values, it is recovering from past accidents, very slowly but very steadily, combined with those updates can be released, that could be a good source for many people to accumulate and help eth prices go up in 2020

As long as the update is released as they planned, in 2020 ETH price will definitely go up because of the demand caused by transitioning to PoS creating a chance for the holders to generate a new coin and the scalability issue that will be fixed by an update from the team. Based on their update, the token holders will get a benefit too in this update because of the scaling issue that will be addressed by this update making the token transaction near-instant and allows code to execute faster than others.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will XRP Claim the #2 Position? on: October 14, 2019, 01:09:34 PM
There is a high chance for XRP to do it, it happened before and there is no reason for XRP to not doing it especially XRP is good at making a move when the market is unpredictable.
if ETH remains the same and nothing major happen with our crypto sphere, It is very likely for XRP to take ETH place before ETH makes an update.
there is a time before ETH making the major update on their system and will likely push the price up. before this happens, XRP has a huge chance to replace it for a moment.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum and stable coins like usdt on: October 14, 2019, 10:53:56 AM
The use of stablecoins on Ethereum certainly has a positive effect on the network. But they cannot and should not influence the price of Ether itself. Stablecoins are also stable because their value is tied, as a rule, to the American dollar. They cannot add value to the Ether.

Yes it has positive effect but it does not bring value to the others. Stablecoin is used as a form of digital payment in cryptocurrency, it does not affect the value of the crypto itself because it is just used as a tool to make a transaction or saving the position. The only thing that could affect the price of cryptocurrency itself is the demand, no matter how big the demand of stablecoin is. It will not bring any impact to cryptocurrency because it is like you are trying to move your physical money into digital money and then spend it. Only that, it has nothing to do with cryptocurrency.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum 2.0 Pulls Up Ether? on: October 14, 2019, 09:04:57 AM
This upgrade should solve the scalability issue temporary, they are going to launch Plasma and Raiden on Ethereum 2.0 network. This Plasma is the same as Bitcoin lightening network but it is on ETH network and Raiden is off-chain solution.
those 2 might bring a significant change in ETH transaction speed that could raise its value and address the issue. Do not forget other than scaling, ETH is going to make the transition to PoS which will increase the demand for doing the staking.

773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: StableCoins might increase crypto adoption by big companies ? on: October 14, 2019, 06:26:17 AM
You all might be knowing that Steam used to accept payments in bitcoin through BitPay, but they abruptly stopped it stating the price volatility of bitcoin to be the issue.
Stablecoins eliminates this very issue, could this encourage Steam or other companies like Amazon, etc. to start incorporating cryptocurrencies into their payment systems.
Is it possible some stablecoin might outperform bitcoin regarding this?

The main problem with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not only about volatility but legalization, risk, and authorization. And stablecoin does not solve this problem too, in stablecoin there is an authorization that could mint the money as much as they want, risking the company involved with it to get burned and a problem with security law that might force them to close their company. Until now we do not have a clear line in cryptocurrency legalization until then we are still far away from adoption.
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Classic - Implementing the original Bitcoin Protocol. Launched! on: October 13, 2019, 04:16:59 PM
You can download it from the website

https://bitcoinxc.org/bitcoinclassic-qt.exe

I checked with virustotal its virus free, unless he found a way to hide it perfectly

virustotal might say so.
But I would not touch it, it is very suspicious and dangerous. The project has started 3 phases of airdrop and 2 phases of ICO based on their website while he created this thread today. I would rather forget about this, being curious might kill you.

just be careful guys, it does not look good for me.
775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Classic - Implementing the original Bitcoin Protocol. Launched! on: October 13, 2019, 03:11:49 PM
Is this an old project? because I can see the airdrop distribution schedule on your website and it stated you are in phase 3.
another thing is you have started ICO phase 2 which, but why we can not see anything about the ICO and the airdrop on this thread?
have you guys checked the wallet? do not randomly install it, I am unable to download it right now.

777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]King's stake(King) POW + POS / 3000% - 6000% ROI / X13 algo on: October 13, 2019, 01:33:18 PM

I'm relaunching the coin
in 2018 we didn't make sales
I forced to list on BiteBTC but we could not trade because it was impossible to withdraw coins
https://fedlio.com/trade/king_btc (BitBTC has a new name: fedlio)

What is the point of relaunching this coin again then? if you are able to abandon it before there is a possibility for you to abandon it again in the future.
ah I forgot, you want to relaunch it again because you want to sell it and get quick money.
Because you were unable to make sales before, you felt regret and want to make it up by doing it right now.

Beware of this project, the developer abandoned this project a year ago but now he revived again. There are two possibilites that might happen with this project;
1. he wants to sell the coin again and then abandon the project all over again
2. he attaches a virus to the wallet

just do not do anything with this project, mark it as a scam project because it does not do any good for you.

779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! SO MANY PROJECTS !!! What 's going on ? on: October 13, 2019, 11:40:46 AM
If you think less about the rewards from ICO or other cryptocurrency crowdfunding mechanisms, you could find few serious projects that are currently busy behind the scene. It'd be pretty hard to find such projects without doing enough research on new projects.

The project that I involved with are busy with their things behind the scene, they even shared their photos and videos about their presentation and else.
but the truth told me otherwise, I did my own research and everything I needed to make me believe in that project. After all of this, I believe it is safe for us to get involved in an existing project other than participating in a new one. Participating in a new project gives you nothing but a headache.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! SO MANY PROJECTS !!! What 's going on ? on: October 13, 2019, 10:15:25 AM
For me, they are only making those new project to scam again.
They want the money of some people especially those beginners.
Especially those new ICO, out of 10 projects , maybe there are only 2 projects are legit. Maybe we can say they are legit but it will slowly disappear and abandon their project. This is normal especially in the world or cryptocurrency.

Not even 2 of 10 projects are legit, in my case none of them are legit for now. I had followed a few projects these months and all of them were a scam. A scam project will always tell us about something good while they have not done it yet, even the latest ICO project that I have been following all this time posted about their activity on some event ended up scammed me.
They were trying to get money but because the demand is significantly low, they are not able to get what they wanted and then create another project to get money from it. The cycle moves like this multiple times.
