181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu token, is there a future for this? on: April 19, 2024, 10:31:40 PM
This doesn't belong to trading discussions but to altcoin discussions as there are a lot of meme coins thread and altcoin discussions about this coin there.

Is there a future for this?
On meme coin investor point of view, the answer will be yes. But for someone who don't invest to meme coins then expect that it's a no.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Market seems in correction mood on: April 19, 2024, 09:31:21 PM
I can really feel that we will still go back to an all-time high because of these bounces every time Bitcoin drops.
We'd be back there for sure and that's the normal move of Bitcoin. These corrections are the essentials of the bull run for it to break the former ATH that we've seen before the halving. That's I think is new in history that before halving, Bitcoin had broken its former ATH.
The market might be in a correction in less than a day but as we look at it again, it was able to bounce back quickly and this is a strong sign that we're actually bullish on it. And to remember, no matter what kind of analysis we've got there, sometimes it shows random bullishness.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge day!!. Expectations??? on: April 19, 2024, 08:29:30 PM
I have no idea about what kind of celebration you're doing for that day. With what I know, it's all about Bitcoin's halving by tomorrow and any celebration that's going to happen tomorrow are just a wise move that you're able to do the same thing so that it might take some actions.
I'm not expecting a lot by tomorrow just after the halving of BTC. I'm more moving forward to the long term impact of it that might take for several months or even at the end of this day, yes only for BTC not for doge.
True, BTC might be the KING, But doge is also well known, might not react due to the state of Bitcoin market, but I think the enthusiasm is there and you can't take it away. Posted a link earlier about an event for Dogeday that I'm in. Hopefully I get lucky and win 😎🤩

https://www.ccn.com/analysis/crypto/doge-day-dogecoin-price-behavior/
Well, I can't remove that but I know that Dogecoin has gained a lot and that's no debate with it. If it's going to increase a lot and will be back to its former ATH then that's amazing. But with all of the increasing supply that it is having everyday, it's already an achievement that it has gone back to $0.2 for which for a dogecoin with a lot of supply, that's great for investors who have held and bought it when it has dumped a lot after the ATH.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of our meme character? on: April 19, 2024, 01:46:27 PM
It's cute.

You can use it widely.
Does this mean that you're allowing other creators to use your logo for propriety purposes as well? If you own this logo as a trademark, I'd say that it shouldn't be used for any commercial purpose.

186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any airdrops you are anticipating this year? on: April 18, 2024, 11:48:36 PM
Guys, most of the airdrops that I am seeing rewarding are in the solana network. While it's okay because fee there isn't that much and TPS has improved. But is it possible that most of them will still be rewarding? I am planning to go with those bridging and testnet setups because I've seen that it's more profitable than just the typical ones that you do for free. What websites you're always checking because I am overwhelmed with what I am searching and don't know if they're good or not.
187  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Leverage on: April 18, 2024, 10:47:07 PM
That is why I understand that it may not feel like something you could do without much trouble. I personally believe that the best thing we could do with this would be avoiding Leverage, because that is the simplest solution.
I have been avoiding trading in futures and have never done leverage anymore. I don't feel that I can do it and it's just best for me to stay in the spot and I am more free to move with it. Compared in doing futures, you need to be active at most times. You'll be surprised by the market's motion and you're not prepared when it suddenly falls down or it suddenly gotten up and it's the opposite on how you leverage your trade and no doubt you'd be liquidated with that.
Trading with leverage is never an ideal one for those traders who want to avoid trading at high risks. It’s still best to trade at your own risk, without putting so much stress and pressures in your own trades. However, while this one gets avoided by regular traders, still there are those who manage to trade using leverage in trading. That’s because there is always an advantage for those who are obviously good traders, as they can certainly increase their potentials to make huge, satisfying profits.
Yes, it's not. But there are risk takers that wanted to do it because they think that it's going to be helpful to them and will make them rich quickly. They don't know how many times those successful traders on it have done and took a lot of losses before they're able to make it.
It sounds easy and chill but to be honest, it's not really ideal for everyone and only a few should do it. But hey, everyone has got money to trade so no one is going to stop them until they realize that it is not for them.

189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Illusion of Trading Success on: April 18, 2024, 12:42:23 PM
Many are teachers only few are traders. They make their money from selling trading courses, teaching trading classes, creating trading contents for YouTube and other social media. They have their own trading podcasts and collaborate with people like them to talk about trading yet, they have never been successful at trading.
You have already nailed it bro with your first sentences. Many of these trading gurus aren't real traders but more of a commissioners from the courses that they're selling and also affiliates and earns a lot of money from their referrals to the exchanges that they're advertising.
You might even see a very successful trader in the forum but just plays lowkey unlike these, they're known for what they are and that's why they're influencers, and that's it.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial Advice for a young millionaire on: April 18, 2024, 10:59:26 AM
What financial advice would you give to a young boy, probably, at the age of 18 who just received a whole lots of money from the inheritance of his late father who was a trader and multimillionaire in the textile industry?

The boy is the only child of the widower and does not seem to be interested in the same line of business and even when he does, he requires more maturity to be able to manage the business such as graduating from the college, etc.
He should keep it.
If he's doing fine then just let his maturing age come to him for him to realize how tough life is and that's going to help him decide, what's best for him to do with that kind of money. But I'm afraid that some bad influence might come to him because at that age, it's all about partying if he is not financially knowledgeable and he might just spend that money on nonsense things. But IMHO, that's the best that he can do for now, to keep it and don't spend all of it at once.
The boy seems so young and it is evident how clueless he is to know the situation of things and his responsibility. How are we sure the father before his demise ensured that a lawyer was in charge of the affairs of his Will, until the son comes of age and is responsible enough to handle such wealth.
The boy obviously has to complete his education but that doesn't stop him from engaging in his own passions and making friends. Good friends I mean, because the bad set of friends can send him down a spiral quickly.
I think that the boy has given some background by his father when he's still alive, given the idea of how the business works. But I agree to OP that he's going to need some time for him to realize that it's a thing that he shouldn't just do when he feels it because it requires attention and dedication. The time will come that he's going to focus on it but as you've said that he should study for now and for me, keep the money, spend money for education first while keeping it.

192  Economy / Economics / Re: Also consider your mental State of health while investing for wealths. on: April 17, 2024, 11:01:49 PM
Right in a summary: let us also consider our mental State of health during when we are taking those risks of chasing wealths so that we can always Invest what we are  are affordable to loose.
To be honest, investing made my mental health stronger and even I was able to improve my emotion because I have no control over my investments but I can control the losses that I may incur. But with that, I'm good that I am no longer pressured and feeling emotional when the market is in correction. It's all normal and it's all gonna be okay when you're able to get used to how the market moves and works, a big correction soon might just be a typical day of your portfolio.
193  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What people some people don't know about trading on: April 17, 2024, 10:08:44 PM
Those who earn massively in trading are those who have dedicated 1-2 years of their time to learning a particular skill to perfection.

So, how can you earn 50-1000k like them if you didn't put in the work?
Can be more of the time that they've allotted in trading. Those that are earning a lot with trading, you have to think how much capital they have. Because in trading, the lower capital you have ,the lower expected gain that you'll have as well. Sometimes, someone becomes lucky that their airdrop money becomes a lot and that also contributes to the amount of money that they earn as they need to trade that airdrop reward for actual money for their own gains.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $25,000 to put into altcoins... on: April 17, 2024, 09:31:18 PM
I think thats quiet interesting, you should also consider investing into some good meme coins also because nowadays meme coins are very much in demand and their popularity is increasing day by day.
I may agree on this but only for half part. It's true that some are doing good but not all of them will do good and done with the increase. But investing in meme coins are like you're doing a gamble so take note of that.

People have been benefitted from meme coins also and that's why they're more in demand then altcoins.
No doubt so while it's there, think of it and take advantage but don't forget to plan your exit.

It's not a bad choice to invest in altcoins especially when BTCs halving is near but you should also consider meme coins category in altcoins.  But remember that do a deep research before Investing into meme coins. They're very volatile.
I'd still focus in the good coins that have long term plans than meme coins but I get your idea that he might get some profit in there if he's lucky.
195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My trading constitution. on: April 17, 2024, 08:58:20 PM
I've come to understand that psychology plays a significant role—about 90%. However, I've realized the importance of having a profitable system as the foundation.
That profitable system that you all are saying is about the strategies that you're going to apply in trading. There's so much to look at with all of these "systems" and "strategies". But the important part here is how profitable they are. Because if they're not profitable at all, you need to make sure that they've been tested and whichever works for you, that's the actual thing that you've been looking for and can that it is your profitable system as the backbone of why you're into trading because you've discovered how to be profitable on it.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market lost over $400 billion in two days, indicates Iran Israel issue on: April 17, 2024, 08:27:45 PM
This is where someone should use a link shortener because it's just too odd to click on some link like yours OP. Anyway, people are still considering about the war that has started with Iran and Israel. There could be a relation to it but I don't see it but if there is then I think that it's just minimal and people shouldn't invest on it if they're into the crypto market as this market indicates and relies on the market supply and demand that we're always been reliant too with the news, good or bad as well.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which airdrops are you currently participating in? on: April 17, 2024, 07:48:50 PM
I have no idea about others but I'm interested in zksync. How can I participate in it's airdrop?
Me either, that's where I am interested with. I'm looking for articles like this: https://www.coingecko.com/learn/zksync-airdrop
Other than that, I don't have someone to guide me for where I should look for the airdrops that are on zksync. Those that are mostly into airdrops have got their radar where they're joining and it's just mostly all about luck and so, good luck and also be wary of the scam and fake airdrops.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WIF was a good memecoin, any other about to go up? on: April 17, 2024, 04:38:56 AM
So when WIF - Dog With Hat coin came out, I wanted it to buy just for fun. Unfortunatelly i did not and the coin went up pretty high. Is there any other prospects to look out for? Risky investments are fun sometimes...  Grin
You have to watch them closely as no one will be able to tell you what exactly is going to be the same as WIF or any other meme coins that you want to prosper. The meme coins are like this, you'll never know if the ones that has the low cap right now might be big by tomorrow.
But most of them won't have that result as WIF but we're seeing more of them like BOME. Again, with too many of them, not all are going to prosper and you have to DYOR.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you think meme coinis? on: April 17, 2024, 03:49:38 AM
Simsol  its gonna moon or not tell me  because solana meme coins are mooning hard these days.
No one knows but I give you some good thoughts to think of. The meme coins are not going to last forever with this craze. There will be a stoppage of this hype and we don't also know when that will happen. And as for the bunch of altcoins and meme coins that we're having in the market right now, it's not possible that we see that many of them are doomed to fail because not just it's labelled as a memecoin in the solana network means that it will be successful.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin halving, historical price surges to follow? on: April 17, 2024, 03:06:58 AM
Why is this on altcoins if it's Bitcoin? It's known to most of us here, especially the ones that have been here for so long about the past halvings.

Keep loading your bags, because in a couple years, you're gonna be one happy camper. This Bitcoin halving cycle is about to go parabolic, I can feel it.
That's the goal, we can have it this bull run those have been accumulating for a lot time and waited for this moment. As usual with the bull run, it's always been parabolic and we'd see a skyrocketing growth of it, but how high it can be this time? We shall see.
