581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Hey, I am new here and looking for 100% LEGAL/TRUSTWORTHY coin/token project on: March 03, 2024, 06:24:53 PM
Could someone help me to find out , how can I be involved in the community so I can hear news about ICO ? thanks Wink Wink Wink Wink
With your sound, I think you're trying to invest in an ICO. Don't get discouraged but most of the ICOs have been dead. But if you think that they don't, check the website that's suggested to you, and aside from that, go to the announcement(altcoins) of the forum and you'd see the lesser pages that seem to be new projects and newly launched. Always DYOR before you invest so that your money will be taking its worth and you're not going to waste it.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If I have 1BTC So how did I use to invest in different Coins on: March 03, 2024, 11:21:45 AM
Altcoins for short term are for real but nothing beats Bitcoin and that's a real thing. If you happen to have a lot of spare money to invest and you're packed already with Bitcoin. That's the time you might want to think that it's now time for you to start buying some altcoins you think are beneficial for you. Not all of them are going to be profitable because as in short term goals of making a profit, you need to be hyperactive at all times because if you're late on it, you'd definitely lose your capital and miss that making profits.
I have good chunks already mate and also have my altcoins and ready for what will market brings yet I am posting about the reality now and it is not always the best interest and strategy to just buy and Hold bitcoin instead this will always have accompanied by altcoins (at least this is what I learned and do in the past few years)  but yeah I am not telling anyone to act as how I do but at least they will pay attention to what will happen if go all in or diversified folio.
Yeah, I understand you and whatever works for you should you follow that. I have altcoins too but I know what works better for me as I have got a lot of failure when  I was too hyped and aggressive with altcoins. But if you have a better stash and allocation for altcoins then that is better.
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you still Invest in the potential heartbreakingly AltCoins? on: March 03, 2024, 10:32:49 AM
AltCoin doesn't sound reputable and reliable because it is like the jungle requiring only the fittest to survive and you must be smart, vigilant and awake in the market if you must not be left heartbroken with its flexibility potnetials to lost of asset funds.
We all knows about this so tell us, why do you still take that risk of investing in AltCoins?
With your knowledges about AltCoins can you afford to advise anyone to stil invest there in AltCoins even with the tussles?
There are some of them that are worth holding and that is why they are reputable. And those that are taking risks in variety of altcoins is trying their luck because of the market right now. If you are aware of things like hit or miss, that is what is happening right now. If they happen to invest to an altcoin that suddenly pumped during this bull run, that's it and they are out. Someone who is going to hold it for so long will miss the value of it.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Acquired knowledge from cryptocurrency indulgence on: March 02, 2024, 09:57:58 PM
I just move on and won't dwell in the past. But if there's one that I regret, it's always been selling Bitcoins at the early stage of my holdings. They're quite hefty amount that I was able to buy early when I got in but that's okay. I still manage to sell them in profits before and used it for something better. That's the consolation that I can give to myself upon investing on it and that's why it's normal to sell at the times of need and never regret that you're able to do so because you used the money wisely. It's applicable to everyone that will always regret selling early and upon seeing the token they're holding, it soared high.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Are You Identifying Potential Coins for the Bull Run? on: March 02, 2024, 07:58:49 PM
Those that didn't peaked yet and never had an all time high. Despite that there were many launching prices that were quite high, that doesn't mean it's already its peak. That's how I have picked some of my altcoins and looking forward to wait for the time that it will start pumping. There is a chance for it to reach ATH for this cycle but if not, it is okay as long as I am able to make money out of it. I don't get attached with many of these altcoins during this bull run and I have to sell them whenever I can for me to max out the profitability that I am seeing with them. I have failed many times doing this so I hope that this time it will work for me.
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin’s Soaring Heights and the Unpredictable Journey Ahead on: March 02, 2024, 11:25:34 AM
The biggest indicator is bitcoin, therefore we cannot deny that when the price of bitcoin soars high, altcoins also follow suit.
That's true. When people are overconfident and happy with the gains they're getting from their altcoins. They forget that it all started with Bitcoin's soaring.

In the last few days the price of Bircoin has almost touched $60,000 and followed by Ethereum continuing to decline, will the bullish market continue soon and the altcoin season also awaits.
It actually touched $60k and we're on $61k-$62kish of its price. And about the decline, they're nothing compared to the actual gain that Bitcoin and Ethereum has gained for a short period of time.
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has AltCoins thought you a hard time lesson before? on: March 02, 2024, 10:22:58 AM
When there was also that much hype in altcoins during the ICO days. I bought some of them and did profit and brought that thought until the next years to come. And what happened next is probably all of us were aware of it. That time didn't do any good to the market because it was like a complete shutoff where it's entire bear market has got killed a lot of altcoins during that time. From that lesson, I was no longer investing heavily in alts anymore although until now, I hold some.
588  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is never enough! on: March 02, 2024, 09:39:23 AM
Because humans always feel lacking and dissatisfied with what they have achieved.
That is part of human nature to have endless satisfaction and contentment. We have that desire to keep on doing things that we are out of capacity and treats it as a success once we're done with it and we're able to reach that limit of ourselves. We're all achievers and that's why it is not going to stop anytime soon even if there's already money on the lines and you're at the peak of your success whether in business or in your career.
589  Economy / Economics / Re: Keeping money and keeping bitcoins? are they similar? on: March 02, 2024, 08:56:21 AM
There is a similarity between the two. You keep or save money because you're patient and the same goes for holding Bitcoin, you are patient when you're holding. The principle of saving is being upgraded into holding bitcoin but nowadays, when you save money in the banks, you're just decreasing your purchasing power because of the inflation that no one is able to skip it. What matters now is how you grow your money and do everything in your capacity to hedge against inflation.

You need some freelance worker for what? Buyer what? What are the workers going to buy?
Add more details because it is not understandable of what you're trying to offer in here. Give more details of what the workers will do and what is this freelancer buyer. I know some buying positions like media buying and ads buying through social media but with yours, I don't know.
correct , because if this is a legit freelancing Job I will be more than willing to partake.
Me too and that's why I am asking for more details. But if he can't give more details about it, we will never know.
I am being careful too because there have been job offers like this that seem to be interesting but at the end of it, they're just like scam offers and thats' why it's necessary to ask important information about the project, employer, etc.
591  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Growing Account Size on: March 02, 2024, 07:55:49 AM
While there are traders that can manage risks properly in leverage. Some newbies out there think that they can handle the heat of it and can go as much as they can. As what Vitalik said, don't go more than 2x of leverage and that's enough already. Because when you go more than that, you're gambling and you don't know what you're doing. But what's funny is that there are people that are going more than 10x, 20x and even more. Well, that's their money to trade and they can handle it as much as they can. Lessons really will be there but you have to deal with them through expensive experiences.
Leverage is often sold as an amazing tool which will allow traders with a low capital to make the same profits as another trader with much more money on their accounts, but anyone using leverage as big as 10x or more has no chance to last more than a year doing that.

But the worst part is that this will teach really bad habits to those traders, since from that moment on they will find very difficult to trade without leverage, as the profits they may get will look to be very small compared to what they could get before by using leverage, even if at the end they lost it all.
I do agree with those traders that only use small capital and leverage higher and that's fine because those amounts are affordable to lose. But when someone becomes greedy and tries to calculate how much it could be, the problem goes with that big money and being put into high leverage, that's a crazy deal that he's trying to make. Experience will teach everyone how to get low off of themselves so that they are not going to be as aggressive as what they seem to think.
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Planet to be enlisted on binance on: March 02, 2024, 07:22:48 AM
An obvious shill and what you're doing, trying to attract that a project like this will seriously gets listed on Binance? You don't say that but you also don't know if it's going to happen when you bump and go away with this thread and don't have plans to explain what that project is all about.
But yes, it's possible that you get listed there if you're going to pay for the listing fee which will require you sums of money but those beautiful projects gets listed there for free if Binance likes you.
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pangolin on: March 01, 2024, 11:27:54 PM
But I doubt it that he'd come back to say what has the decision he made. Because if I am right, this is just all about giving us the idea to buy pangolin to add up to the volume and market cap.
Otherwise, good luck to his decision and I hope that he won't make any mistake on this bull run just as how I've seen a lot of these folks that did the same in the past and I feel sorry about them. It's already money but turned to ashes with just a mistake of being greedy.
Indeed mate ,because like what you point here He may just shilling for this project and not an investor that he is pretending because an obvious way like what those shill account does for long now.
they are creating thread asking this and that(but pointing to specific project) and never return of not even online after creating thread.
Yeah, most of these newbies and posts like this are for shilling only. But well, for the benefit of the doubt but it seems that our suspicions are going to be right when he don't come back here trying to tell what he's up to because that's what basically he's been doing. It's nothing new and we'd see more of them. When they're done with their task to post and get attention that they need, they will never come back but if he comes back and break that expectation of ours then we're wrong.  Tongue
594  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Growing Account Size on: March 01, 2024, 10:46:06 PM
That guru is right, proper risk management and discipline. Why he's talking about discipline? Because when a trader is in profit, they should take profit asap. And you're also right that whatever strategy works for each of us, we should stay on that. Each trader has their own values and strategies that works and are unique. To increase our account sizes or balances, I think it shouldn't be your first thing as you trade. Learn about trading through several methods and tests what will work for you. Be open with losing because it's part of knowing yourself where you'll be ending up to grow with that working strategy.
Leverage is the most risky thing in trading, as you can stay out of that thing because raisinf the leverage means raising the risk of losing money also, even expert traders who goes for long term trade doesn't use leverage because they believe more in time than short traders who plays with fire using leverage in order to get a huge profit out of short time, but one single error or mistake in leverage trading will burn all of your funds if possible, I happen to play with leverage in o e of my trade in the past in desperate to earn a lot of money through short trade or scalping and I learned the lesson through the hard part or painful way, because I lose all my funds for that account and from that zi never ever use a leverage ever again instead believe in long trade or day trading atleast.

597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best safe cloud mining site on: March 01, 2024, 09:18:07 PM
Whenever I see the word cloud mining then the term SCAM is what comes to mind immediately with no further thoughts because that's how it has been in all the cases. So if you find a random ad that says make good returns with cloud mining scheme then just skip it at no cost. Don't even think let's try a small investment and how it goes.
True. Most of them are scams and I am glad that the majority of us here have opened their minds about it long time ago. Because there was also a time that it became a trend as if it's a legitimate way to earn crypto/Bitcoin. But then, it was debunked and figured out that there's no real mining facility from these companies and they literally are mining out of thin air, yeah in the clouds means nothing is real with their mining operations. All were numbers and projects and data but there's no actual mining facility that's happening in some parts of the world that they're telling they've got a farm.
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRON is bad coin, here is why on: March 01, 2024, 08:49:40 PM
I don't see that TRON is the worst coin. In fact, I see TRON's success as depending on their success in integrating into the blockchain system. As a project based on a blockchain system even TRX is available on the system and interoperates between the system and external nodes, TRX will probably gain traction among the sea of existing assets. As others have said, TRON is not completely decentralized or even federated.
TRX stays on its line because of its use case through Tether. Without that, I don't think that it's still on its place now. I think that the team should just be more focused on its status and get onto it for it to have more usecases from the stable coins. Because their success was found through there and that's why I think that they have to get into most of it instead of growing their own ecosystem that I don't see any update from it. But I guess once a coin is established and there's the use case that it has, then it shall remain based on how the community sees its usefulness.
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC] Eloncoin - Mars, here we come!! 🚀 - POS Energy Efficient. on: March 01, 2024, 08:23:29 PM
On my wallet, the network was stuck on January 2024 as there's only one or two active in the network but it isn't updating. Unlike when I updated months ago, it was easy and quick to update to the latest block. Maybe there's a problem on that part or technically, there's something to get fixed?
No update yet.
I've tried to do the swap and still zero confirmation. There's only one connection that's online and that's probably me, I think the old desktop wallet needs some update from the devs to make all of these swaps doable and smooth. The block that's on my desktop wallet is still not yet updated and still the same as the one that I've posted before. Moreover a month now and will be more once we enter the month of March.

Same here it has been more than 24 hours. My swap is still pending, I think since it is in its early stages it is taking some time. I was told to contact the team through their discord channel. I don't want to overwhelm the team so I am planning to wait for another 24 hours and after that will contact them. Good to see that the EMC price has gone up so much in the current market condition.
The transaction of mine got confirmed and thanks to the 14 connections that are online. My swap is also pending but it has reflected on my account and waiting for the swap to actually happen. If the team told so that we have to be patient and wait, that's fine. They're migrating currently and that's a normal to wait. I am just so excited to see that it reflects on the new elonchain and how much it will be in USD.
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your strategy to win in this bull run? on: March 01, 2024, 07:53:14 PM
That is okay if you want to come back by 2025, that is the market cycle and you'll never know how the altcoins season will be by that time. Everyone also think that 2025 is going to be the year of Bitcoin and didn't anticipated that it could have been this too early. So, if that's your strategy to wait until next year, that's not only you that are thinking about that. If you keep on accumulating the altcoins that you think will give you significant gains, it's all on how you're going to grow and sell it eventually. We have our own way of determining our times of selling and the right time of when it is satisfying to take those profits.
