521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convert BEP20 to ERC20 on: March 10, 2024, 07:51:00 PM
ETH is going up in price and so as the fees, if you're not comfortable with bep20, you want to spend a lot in fees with erc20. But it's said on how you convert it easily and just transfer them to any exchange and then withdraw it on the other chain that they support which either of the two.
There are also other chains that are being supported by most exchanges nowadays and they're even cheaper than bep20 so, you have to consider these things if that's what you like but I guess that you have a reasonable reason why you want to do this.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selling BTC for Alt Coins? on: March 10, 2024, 07:02:06 PM
I have around 2.1k in btc rn and was wondering if I should sell it and invest in a couple of altcoin projects, would that be a good idea? I know Bitcoin will never ever do another 5x in the near future haha so that's kind of why I would wanna sell.
If you're talking about 5x in the near future, we don't know and only time can tell. But if you think that you are better if you're going to sell that for some altcoins then do so. You can do whatever you want with your bitcoin but with all such, I am recommending to hold still and just use another budget for buying altcoins if you have.

The market cap of btc would have to reach a very high amount for it to be life-changing money to me.
And that's why I am holding mine and won't be selling soon.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto analysis: Ethereum nears $4,000 amidst market rally on: March 10, 2024, 10:31:43 AM
Just a few more bucks and it is very close for Ethereum to $4k. There is no doubt that it is going to be there and will be stable there within the next few weeks or so or even months. Analysis that tells that 4k is going to be there for ETH is easy. With the ETF rolling on soon whether it is going to be approved, $4k is going to be passed on by its price and that's going to happen. But as we wait for that to happen, I think with or without the ETF approval as long as it follows the path of Bitcoin as it will halve soon, the impact of it is no doubt going to benefit ETH's price to pump.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not try out a less popular but promising token? on: March 09, 2024, 10:38:04 PM
It's because that many of them can rug pull anytime. While the hype and tension in the market is still there, it's hard to look at the legit ones on this season because with the vast of new projects coming in on each chain is enormous. You'll have to check each of them on which is worth your money and of course, you're here to make money but you also want not to get victimized by these scam projects and that's why you just don't put your money on those that have been taking the attention of the community lately. DYOR as usual.
525  Economy / Economics / Re: Opportunities During Economic Downturns? on: March 09, 2024, 09:53:22 PM
Try to stay calm, because we are not the only ones experiencing these difficulties, almost everyone is experiencing difficulties due to the current economic crisis.
As much as I want to agree panicking on hard times won't do any good and that's for real. Being calm and trying to figure out on how you're going to survive these hard times will help you out to have ideas on how you should deal with it. It's true that almost everyone from middle class down to the poor level are the ones that are having hardship on this time.

By trying to stay calm and being able to learn from previous experiences, this can help us recognize opportunities in every existing situation.
You will also have to contemplate on what type of strategies and methods you're going to apply so that you can see the opportunities while the economy isn't doing well. There are calm people that able to figure out what can help them when they're observant and not panicking because by remaining calm, they're able to clear their minds and think properly.
526  Other / Off-topic / Re: specialty or "Jack of all trade? on: March 09, 2024, 01:15:15 PM
I think that you can be a specialist and have that rare skill and have also knowledge about other skills for being a jack of all trades. Quite confusing but if you're mastering a certain skill, that won't stop you from learning more as it's a continuous process for you to have more skills when you're done with the other. Career wise, you can stay and be a specialist but once you're already there and stable, you can now learn other skills and be a jack of all trades.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many new projects are now available for users for testing on: March 09, 2024, 10:14:41 AM
There's been some profitable airdrops lately if you pick the right ones and airdrops can be a great way to snag some free crypto
Too many of these airdrops have been there and I can say that most of them have been profitable. There are still a lot of projects that are into test nets and they want to have as much people test them and give them rewards. I don't get into it and just watch the market closely.
Those that have been exerting effort on this are the ones that will certainly be rewarded and as I watch, I might just buy and trade them shortly for quick profits.
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Selling shib to buy other alt coin? on: March 09, 2024, 07:53:51 AM
I had an initial investment of 250 on Shib and now it's over 800. Should I sell and buy some other alt-coin or should I hold? Also what altcoin should I buy? Sorry for the stupid newbie post I'm just not optimistic about Shib since it's a poop coin haha.
You don't know what to buy and what to do, this is the hardest part when you have no idea what you must do. Because some will just shill you out unknown altcoins because you are intended to do that. So, if you happen to have no idea what they're telling you, DYOR at all times.
If you are in profit and you are satisfied with it now, sell. But if you think that there's going to be a bigger value of it during the altcoin season or once the halving is done, sell.
529  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please don't liquidated yourself on: March 09, 2024, 06:54:14 AM
2x is like close to the safest haven but still spot is the best so that there won't be any liquidation that will happen to you. But I'd agree to mk4 that if you can't take the heat, much better to just not do any leverage at all. Well, I am impressed with those traders that don't have much experience by they set 10x and even more than that. The guts and bravery is there but once they are away and the market slips away, they'd just receive a notification that they can't do anything anymore because they're already liquidated.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can DAI stablecoin be frozen? on: March 09, 2024, 05:34:39 AM
Im not gonna use binance, i just tookthem as example.
There are some exchanges that dont require KYC
You're right, and there goes the wallets that has integrated exchange like Exodus that don't ask for it either but the commission rate is high. I just don't know if one of them suddenly asked for kyc.

Say i have stolen 20 bitcoin and exchange them for DAI on like binance, then i send my DAI to my exodus wallet, can government, police, or others /sieze them?
Anyway, you should have used a better example than this. It makes me feel that there's something that is in actuality about with the example you've said.
531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Profiting from BTC: just luck? on: March 08, 2024, 11:53:22 PM
Right now the way to become rich is with all these meme coins pretty much. Look at that wifdog token. Many became extremely rich if they bought a small part of it early on. Same with shib and Pepe last cycle. These are how millions are made not by investing in bitcoin.
And I think this trend will last even up to the next cycle but those that are late on the party, they'll have to deal with it that they're already late with these meme coins. Whilst for the early bitcoin buyers, they're also lucky and at least for me I've got a bit of it and can be said of being lucky. @OP You tell what's luck for you if you bought early or you discovered bitcoin and you studied about it and then decided to buy in a lumpsum or in a DCA method.
532  Economy / Economics / Re: Recession soon? on: March 08, 2024, 11:20:58 PM
Looks like it is going to happed.
It has already happened.
Japan unexpectedly slips into recession, Germany now world's third-biggest economy
We're now just waiting for US to announce it but it seems they're tough and won't be reporting anything like that.

A recession is typically defined as a significant decline in economic activity across the economy, lasting for a sustained period of time. This decline is often marked by a contraction in Gross Domestic Product, rising unemployment rates, reduced consumer spending, and decreased business investment.
An overall down in the economy and that's why when a country goes through a recession, it hits a lot of citizens that are on the threshold of being poor to the middle class.
533  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Achieving a goal on: March 08, 2024, 10:48:58 PM
You don't want to risk that much because it's probably all that you've got now. But if you are going to pick some altcoins, make sure that you'd pick the best one for you. It takes time to have it like 8x of growth but if you're going to the hectic way, you'd definitely have to jump from one coin to the other if you don't have patience. But if you do, make sure that you'll choose the right one. I'd rather go with a better and more proved way of doing it through ETH and BTC but I won't give myself a timeline of just one year.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to altcoins ? on: March 08, 2024, 10:15:19 PM
If someone who's in the same situation of OP just held for a year, you're now in profit for both bitcoin and Ethereum. But someone who doesn't have patience like that will just have to sell at losses and can no longer wait up to a year or even less than that. As much as you can see, the market is doing well as we've got some clue that it's into bull run and since last year, if someone is patience enough to understand that the halving is coming this year, he'd just hold and have nothing to worry about.
For me i believe if anyone would not hold for upon to a year or less it's absolutely because they are less acquainted with Bitcoin knowledge, if anyone knows about how Bitcoin perfumes in it's circle they would probably not be worried even in the bear market because they already know that it will perform better when the time comes.
True, if someone is aware of how Bitcoin performs they won't be quick into selling at any loss. There's always time for its recovery and when it does, it's more than a recovery because it skyrockets and totally will be able to perform more than expected. Like today, Bitcoin breaks its former ATH and was able to reach $70k, this is a clear sign that whoever is the most patient on this market holding bitcoin will totally rake the profits later on.

536  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where i can sell fast 1.0036 bitcoins? on: March 08, 2024, 09:13:59 PM
@Op, you never came back since January and I hope that you haven't sold that 1 bitcoin of yours because compared to the price now and then, it's more valuable and higher in value right now.

I don't know what you're trying to prove with the post you made. Are you new to the crypto industry? Don't have an account on the well-known crypto exchanges in this field, like Binance, Mexc, Gate.io, and other top exchanges? In fact, you can go directly to the exchanges I mentioned.
Someone who's got 1 bitcoin, I don't think that he's new and after analyzing what he's said. He's up to Paypal and told me that it's the fastest way. Not to mention that I haven't used that but I don't really like using them that are related to crypto transactions since they have integrated exchange inside their platform for crypto exchanging.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto pump signals for Binance on: March 08, 2024, 08:45:19 PM
Welcome to our community and start earning over 100% profit daily with our crypto pump signals!
Good luck, this is a high assumption and likely a false promise and hope for those that will read your thread. Many of these pump signals aren't really going to do well in the long run. Maybe right now, many of you profit because we're in the bull run but once this cycle is done, I guess that this group will just disappear. Also, that promise of over 100% profit in a daily basis is too good to be true. If you guys make that much with this signals, you don't have to advertise this and remain as a secret group trying to make each other become millionaires.
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in a newly project is worth it or not ? on: March 08, 2024, 08:13:15 PM
Don’t be deceived by thwart people are making from new project, FOMO is always giving a great effect on investment because if you are too eager to invest just because people are making profit from the projects, you might not be a lucky person and might end up losing your money if you do the investment.
Yeah, the FOMO is real with these new projects. They are playing on the emotions of many investors and if you are wrong with that choice of yours, you just thrown money on that project but you have made the pockets of the developers fat again. The risk of losing money into the new projects is high and that's why if you are for those, you better make sure that you are investing to the projects that you know and you've conducted some research before investing.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam called ''INACTIVITY FEES'' - HitBTC on: March 07, 2024, 11:45:27 PM
The problem is that even now I can not withdraw what I have left because the withdrawals are blocked.
That's sad but you have to check every update where you are depositing your coins. This is the reason why it's always said that "not your keys, not your coins". With that, they can charge and suck your coins until you ran out of zero. And that's the reason why many just pull out their funds on these exchanges when they don't even have plans of visiting it once in a while. That inactivity fee is part of their rules and you can't do anything with that and as for that withdrawals that are blocked for that coin, contact and ask them to allow you to withdraw the remaining amount that you have there.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for a coder on: March 07, 2024, 11:16:49 PM
Hi, I have few projects that will need a help of a coder. One will need full rework and two will need some polishment work.

There are a lot of programming languages in this world, I am writing this Because it was unclear for many of us which type of coder are you looking for, language wise. please reply with you preferences. Thank you
I agree, @OP you need to be specific on which kind of PL you need for this job. We've got a lot of good coders here in the forum and that's why you just have to be precise with the details that you need for this task.
If you're going to pay in Bitcoin as well, you might try to post this on the Services for which many of the coders are always lurking for coding jobs there.
