3381  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a risky investment? on: May 27, 2013, 06:30:06 AM
Bitcoin is indeed a risky investment if you want to consider it that. The way I've viewed it for a few months now is that either Bitcoin or another digital currency is going to rise to extreme importance over the next few decades. Bitcoin is of course is poised to become this currency in my opinion, no competing currencies seem to have as big of a following/support and I doubt major companies such as google would want to get involved with digital currency and quite frankly I'd probably only trust a "google currency" other than bitcoin.
3382  Other / Off-topic / Re: Arrested Development (NetFlix) on: May 27, 2013, 06:27:27 AM
Started watching it, was a big fan of the first few seasons. So far the new episodes are great in my opinion.  Smiley

You have to watch everything. It's like 1 giant episode. Each episode shows you a little more of what happened. It was probably their first movie idea, but then they had a better one, so they saved that for the real movie.

Yup, what I meant to say is I've started watching the new season. I have however watched all the prior episodes. Sorry if that was unclear, AD is of my favorite series though.
3383  Economy / Speculation / Re: 130 the new 120? on: May 27, 2013, 06:26:32 AM
Either price is fine with me as long as BTC stays stable. I have a feeling a lot of the growth with regards to the amount of merchants using bitcoins is due to the increased stability.
3384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has Twitter account of Jon Matonis been cracked? on: May 27, 2013, 06:13:35 AM
Well.. this certainly must be a very embarrassing situation for him, poor guy. Most people are smart enough to  immediately realize he has been hacked though.

EDIT: They appeared to have deleted his account..

Personally I'd be too afraid to do this. The smudges and dirt add character  Wink

3387  Economy / Economics / Re: If you are being paid interest on your money, why would you spend it? on: May 27, 2013, 05:54:30 AM
Interest is pretty much non-existent in our current economy unfortunately. Holding fiat is the worst thing one can possibly do with their wealth in my opinion, wisely invest and you can double your money several times throughout your lifetime.
3388  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS pair of RARE Google Glass for BTC! NONE FOR SALE ANYWHERE! on: May 27, 2013, 05:46:33 AM
Very cool, I'm very interested in getting a chance to try a pair of these and see how responsive they are. Respect to the first batch of brave buyers.

Bought a logo off him, went smoothly. Recommend him to anyone who needs some graphics done.
3390  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price be 130 USD (May, 25) on: May 27, 2013, 05:36:29 AM
Very nice prediction, I'm curious where you see bitcoins going the following week/month.

Just a reminder to everyone, please do not exceed the maximum signature specifications. If you'd like to remove/change the color or put plain text you may do so.

I am not going to argue with you buddy, you have been warned out of sheer generosity of our not wishing to see you lose your money unfairly, and disproven that your mathematical skills aren't up to par and anyone would think you work for bitZino the way you go on.  Roll Eyes

However more than likely it is because they are the only website with no moral scruples and will take your money I am inclined to believe Josh before yourself I'm afraid just like my genuine statistics and odds over your... I don't how you came up with those odds, but they are incorrect as is your misplaced faith in someone who takes your belongings without any moral scruples and breaks US Federal Law in order to do so which should speak volumes in itself.  Embarrassed

Good day dooglus!  Smiley

*Edit: I will say that if you think 3800BTC's is $380,000 you should go back to sophomore math class and start again!     Cheesy

I don't generally like to get in-between arguments. I haven't ever found myself in a position where I felt strongly enough to circle a specific person out on this forum, however you've crossed the line.

It's good that you have an ambitious project and are sharing it with us, however you have immediately lost my respect. Dooglus is one of if not THE most respected member of the gambling community on here and as Erik mentioned, anyone who matters will take offense to what you've said. Instead of working with the advice Dooglus provided, you instead chose to rudely and unprofessionally argue against it. You don't have the proper attitude to run a successful casino in my opinion. I suggest you return with a more open mind, I wish you good luck with your endeavor assuming you do so.
3394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Alright, be totally honest: who saw this one coming? on: May 27, 2013, 04:35:14 AM
Many saw this coming, bitcoins are poised to be THE virtual currency and now that they have become less volatile they are certainly far more desirable.
3395  Other / Meta / Re: Enhancing the security of this forum by integrating two factor authentication. on: May 27, 2013, 04:32:30 AM
Please, I want this feature goddamnit.  Sad
I can't imagine what would happen if my account were compromised. This is about the last non-trivial site that I don't have 2FA on, and yet it has the most potential of causing damage to me and everyone.

Agreed, this is too important of a feature not to be implemented, if certain people like yourself had your accounts compromised it would be a disaster.
3396  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Way to get round the 5 post limit... on: May 27, 2013, 04:21:30 AM
the limit is perfectly fair, I still enjoy coming on the newbie section myself. Can always learn a few new things.

3398  Economy / Gambling / Re: PrimeDice.com | The New Way to Roll | 1% House | Instant Betting on: May 27, 2013, 02:23:29 AM
Affiliate program will be out within a day or two, if anyone has a website and is interested please send me a PM.

I'd like to see it implemented though, you can already more or less do it, but it just costs more in TX fee's.

That's a good point, cashing out small amounts would just increase TX fee. One of the main benefits of PD is that you're able to do an entire session of bets with only one fee  Cheesy

Is it OK to change the colour?
Like this:
PrimeDice.com | The New Way To Roll | Lowest House Edge | Fastest Way To Make Bitcoins

Edit : Also - Is it OK to use both this offer and the raffle?

Answer to both of your questions is yes, the blue one looks much nicer actually in my opinion. Might just take it myself  Wink

+1

Sounds like a great idea. Of course the opinion/trust of a long time/trusted member is more valuable than that of a someone with little trust. Also makes abusing the system slightly more difficult/obvious.
