Not a bad idea, but I suggest starting the pricing lower and making the site look more professional. Also I'd default the site to the actual pixel wall.

Technically you can consider the gambling for entertainment value only and claim that only play money is being used. BTC aren't recognized as an official currency which allows casinos. The future is unclear however.

Yup, @OP try out #bitcoin-otc on irc and trade people who are deemed trustworthy.

The only issue with otc is the massive mark up generally.
