1261  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy] Avalon chips Escrow John K / Please send your e-mails until Friday on: September 21, 2013, 12:49:46 PM
cool job, organizing a failed group buy, postponing best group interests by 2 weeks at the end and getting free 66+ BTC for all that!
Again ,
What happened after waiting 2 weeks??
The refund is done by Avalon and nobody that is not wanting chips anymore is going to be forced to receive chips instead of BTC.
You think that organizing this is a joke?
You and a few  other members joking with the signed messages, what do you want???
I just think I deserve payment for my efforts, but will let you all decide .
Please understand I'm trying to serve equaly all of you .
Avalon fucked us all, but you specially after reselling some of your chips at higher prices ...........
So the group will decide , and YES  with signed messages again , because it is the only way somebody can prove ownership.
And with you I will not make a deal never again, after we finish this messy Avalon deal
Peace
Martin

there's no need for a vote, design fees should be included in PCB cost, not on chips which we never received, at last we saw why your board price is cheaper than another - cause your calculations are all wrong!
You do not need to offend me.

Just say that you think I do not deserve payment for organizing this group. THAT IS ENOUGH

<GB1>,<4>,<hacko.bg>; <16>; <0,93852>; <1L1yVgod8mAhBqQNY1t6mjz9F1RyufDiMd>

16 chips at the price of 0.07821 = 1.25136

Why the refund amount is 0.93852?
My mistake , corrected
Sorry
1264  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT S-HASH minig board, Technobit Nanofury and Bitfury chip distribution on: September 21, 2013, 01:46:58 AM
1.3 Technobit NanoFury USB miner - 52 EUR

1.4 Technobit NanoFury assembly service with your chip

Technical details

* No external power supply is required as the board is USB2.0-powered. If you want to run multiple units via a powered external USB hub you’ll need to get that separately. Powered USB hub is not included in this GB.

* For the same reason the hashing rate will be limited to about 2.3GH/s. (This is because the device can draw no more than 500mA from a standard USB 2.0 port). At this point we estimate that we should be able to achieve roughly 2GH with those power constraints, even though the chips have demonstrated up to 3.2GH/s. It is also possible that due to those limitations we may have to run the chips at a slightly slower hashing speeds , which on the good side will be controlled via software (cgminer) and depending on your specific USB hub you might be able to squeeze out a few more hashes.

* Overclocking: the board does permit some overclocking (with hardware modifications - see also “pencil mod”). Be aware though that if this exceeds the limits of your USB port your computer may just turn off the port completely. Also, with increase of speed you will get more heat. The chip and board is designed to use the back side as a heatsink, but if that’s not enough you may have to add an additional heatsink.

The amounts in the list are based on 0,07821 BTC per chip , that is the Avalon cost that was refunded to the escrow address .
The rest 9 % are the GB tax including the escrow fee.
The escrow fee of 2 % - 0,0015642   BTC per chip is not refundable .
The rest fee of  almost 7 % - 0,0052258 BTC   came to me.
I think I deserve some payment for all the time and efforts in organizing this venture , but if you all decide to ask it in full I'll honor this
I'll left the participants of the GB1 to decide what to do with this tax, in any case I'll be able to refund it in 25 days.
In monday I'll ask for vote about that.
Again everybody , please check the list and in case of any mistakes please send me a PM.
In sunday 18:00 GMT I'll send final list to Jhon K for sending the refund transfers.
GB2 , that is going to be delivered in time is not decided for now, we'll do it next week.

Again thank you for the patience
Best Regards: Martin

1268  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group buy] Avalon chips Escrow John K / Please send your e-mails until Friday on: September 20, 2013, 04:22:02 AM
Martin,
Just purchased 2 boards, you should end up with a chip over, use as you see fit. I only payed for boards + packaging at the moment. Do you have a cheaper shipping option, time is no-longer that important.
I'll check and send you a PM
1269  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Klondike - 16 chip ASIC Open Source Board - Preliminary on: September 19, 2013, 04:54:52 PM
Hi, all
From the mails and PM's that we exchanged with BKK during working on Klondike project  I can say that he is a good man.
I spent a few coins in order to support him and to pay  a license fee too.
Do not turn this tread into shit , please.
After failing the Klondike project our team spent number of sleepless nights in order to deliver 16 chip board to our customers and we succeed, a little bit late  thou .
I know in person how hard debugging and sorting out new PCB design can be.
Let's wait and see.
I think that BKK have a good reason for despairing, so please cool everybody.

Martin

заявил съм какво искам тука https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=217316.msg3165414#msg3165414
не искам да си играем на подписванка и на мейлчета повече, 12 часа ми беше неизползваем компа заради тоя подпис, corrupted DB...
I understand that this is frustrating , but I really need signed msg with payment address.
If you do not send me signed e-mail, I'm not able to proof to Escrow your ownership.
Sending signed e-mail is helping Jhon.k to process payments to you faster.
That's why I'm asking this.
Working with signed msg was written in the OP of this Group buy and is part of the deal conditions.

Best Regards: Martin
1273  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] NanoFury NF1 USB stick - GROUP BUY of BITFURY chips + US PRODUCT ASSEMBLY on: September 19, 2013, 05:15:10 AM
Thanks for the quick reply, I think I missed something in the wording of my question.  I understood (for the most part - the extra detail was much appreciated) why the heat was dissipated from the back of the board.  I was looking more to understand why the traces for the USB power were on that side of the board and not on the side with the components.  After actually checking the traces again, I realized that you did design your board opposite what ASICMiner did and the heat sink will actually face up when plugged in (at least on the two machines I have in front of me).

Ah .. Smiley

The board was initially designed to have the exact same physical dimensions ad BKKCoin's K1 Nano board (so that we can use the same heatsink, plastics, etc). And he had put the USB connector (tracks) on the back, so we just kept it the same. That was probably not necessary but since it didn't hurt either we just left it there and moved on.

Either way - a lot of things happened in the mean time, and with the Avalon fiasco the whole Klondike project development has grinded to a halt. We also got updated quotes for the board manufacturing, and we either have to have those those tracks gold-plated (so that they don't corrode and oxidize) or if we leave them tin-covered it is likely that after a few months to a year they may start having connectivity issues (and you'll have to clean the contacts, etc).  So ... as a result in the next version of the board we're going to replace the USB connector and instead of a printed one on the board (although a bit cheaper) we're going to use a real one.

Hi,
Some info.
Generally you can ask PCB shop to cover contacts with so called "hard " gold plating in order to have this pins long lasting.
Also to if you do not use additional pad the board have to be 2 mm +/- 0.05 mm.
This is the USB connector spec

1276  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Incoming Avalon News 8/9/2013 on: September 18, 2013, 09:39:40 AM
and again bizwoo GB1 is left out. ridiculous. What the hell is Yifu doing. Refund was requested weeks ago. yet marto74 has recieved the refund basically within 24 hours.

Lets hope he has some other address available with enough coins.
Strange...
Having in mind our order was made on 17-th of June.
I was surprised, now we received the funds even not received confirmations from most of the group return addresses or chip order wishes.
Let's hope your GB will receive the refund soon
