Well I simply asked for an update.. that is one. Let me ask you this though. How have you delivered so many boards, and just now hit a problem...
I understand you are overwhelmed, but I ask how your 2-4 week became 6 and no indication of shipping...
Marto.. My questions are vain as many of us have too much money involved in these and there are but a few posting pics. Why were the pics strong till we sent the chips? Why were the boards fine till this GB?
I think I explained this we had 10 good pre-production boards. And then when production started troubled ones. It took us more than a week to find the problem - bad MCU chips batch. Since then we are exchanging them with new delivery batch and testing, simple as that. Anyway again as far we are in violation of the deal terms you are free to go off and get a refund |

Marto.. update please.. Over 6 weeks now  Its one thing to be late.. but this is getting out of hand. Its not like your holding 20+th/s a sec or anything. That is just me. No telling how many others were in GB 1. This aint looking good man. I requested you keep us updated, and since then not a peep. I am hitting a wall. I paid on paypal and lord knows I do not want to reverse this charge, but you are going over. Luckily my cc covers me over that date. We need a serious update man.. shit looking slim here stateside. I understand your frustration and as far we are out of the terms of the deal you can as k for refund and it will be made in 2 business hours. Your chips will be shipped out to your desired location . Hi, Again we had a trouble with components and rechecking every single board. Sorry for that When it is ready the boards will be shipped out. I'm not going to make "Jody's Blog " here. We are not inside the terms of the deal so you do not need to do CC reversal, just ask for refund and it will be done in 2 business hours and your chips are going to be shipped out @ your desired location. I do not like how it all sounds in your post. I'm sorry for the delay and we are making all possible to speed things out. Best Martin |

I never said the board can not make more than 400.
It is only that @ 400 it is close to 1W/Ghs
Also there is ususaly a deviation from board to board.
So We just asure you that it will make 400 GHs that is all.

Thx for the headsup Marto, i appriciate it, i was nearly getting a BA feeling and those are bad..  :D i dont think you would need to test all boards again but a couple of selective ones? you now know if all the asics chips are good or bad ? Very small percentage are failing. We have more common bad soldered chips, that are removed, re-balled and soldered again on specialized repair station |

ok,2 weeks more then promised and we still dont know when we will get boards..where is marto?can someone tell us when shipping starts?as I see some of us already get their boards and I am still not even contacted about shipping :/ how is that possible? :/
I'm here. We have some minor HW problem and fixing it. WE do not want to have endless RMA's later. Just be patient, please. You'll be contacted for shipping 24 hours in adance I know it is frustrating , but do not forget we have to assemble and dissemble cooling on a lot of boards just to make sure it is working ok Thank you for the understanding Marto, can you be a little more specific about HW problem.. what is excatly the problem? Strange I got the same answer from both cointerra and hash fast 3 months back.
A lot of people are mad @ Avalon , but in terms of chip info the thing were always ok.
Black Arrow and bitmine.ch doc were good written and available before chip release.
Bitfury was ok.
And spondo documentation and engineering support is outstanding.
All this from board design perspective

Marto, are you sending the stuff needed to stack these as well? I ordered 200 arctic freezer pros as this is what you recommended, I know you said earlier they can stack, but are you sending the stuff to do that as well? If not, what will I need please as this is the last few pieces I need to get 5 10 stacks going. Thank you so much in advance and look forward to a tracking number Monday.  Also, I have a friend who is an aluminum welder and we are already working on a standard rack mounting solution for 20 per level. I will post more on this as we progress. Scrap' Marto Please respond. We have standard stacking holes in the base heat sink and in a few days I'll put photos how it is assembled |
