Nops , i want to make a purchase without VAT, it specifies on the website :
"If You are EU VAT registered company , please contact us before ordering"
All prices are without VAT , Technobit is operating as Distance sales , so no VAT for induviduals in EU. In order to keep turnover low, for bigger orders we invoice from our VAT registered company OK?

Hi, Our team might be interested hi guys,
as some of you should know, i m working on an asic since sometime.
Perhaps we ll be able to get some progress on this and have finally some proposal where we ll be able to achieve something interesting.
I ll need someone who can help me to build/design the pcb and also someone to help me with the mining software.
These two personns could be same (if they have the required skills)
Please pm about all this as i ll be able to get some details on the chips itself soon
thanks

The problem is Voltage regulator from 12V to 1.2 V 2 x 16 A, so @ 1.2 V it is 38.4 W , so 2.4 W per chip max. @ 282 Avalons are about 2 W @ 450 Mhz our board is about 92 W so 5.75 W per chip i believe it's almost the same with bitburner
That is the limitation of K16
But if you have extra PCBs you can throw less chips in there (or beef up the regulator, I'm not sure what size the traces are you can check on the board) I agree this is the best solution

Our design is working now , so I think AMT will manage to deliver in time

I just received 50 avalon1s pretty cheap and pcbs are on their way. After I successfully assemble them, I would like to try out some overclocking, with extreme cooling (read: dry ice). Someone mentioned OC above, and was shot down. The K16 uses a standard PC PSU, so as long as one is used that can dish out the increased wattage, we should be alright with replacing the clock and lowering voltage resistors to the chips, right?

hi there marto,
my shipped package has now been with speedybg for 3 days no movement. could you maybe chase up for me? 60048244555 is the package no.
Well, my package actually arrived today, so no worries Marto, one of the chips on my boards only hashes between 0.5 and 1.0 gh\s, any ideas? All boards coming out are tested for this. About 3-5 % of the bitfury chips have this problem , so we are replacing them. The solution I can offer you is to exchange the board with new one. When the second batch is ready next week I'll contact you in order to send you new one and you send this one back to us. The transport will be on our account. Let this one hash with you for the moment. sometimes it start hashing stable again with time. OK ?

|
|
Looks great Marto. Is it possible to power them with your ddwrt device you are offering on your site ?
Regards
Yes from the USB of the board everything is the same as HEX16a(Avalon board)
|
|
|
AFAIK, 99% of all HEX16A orders are shipped !!!
I am the 1% Usps Tracking of my chips has been stalled for 5 days now. Martin any sign of these yet, If they come next week when do you think another assembly run will be done on the hex16 (hoping there will be another run) Thanks Do not wory there are 100 + late HEX16B assembly orders for the beginning of next week

Does the firmware emulate Avalon?
The com protocol between PC and PIC controller is exactly the same like on HEX16A board. In our windows miner it is just called Avalon . It'll be the same in Avalon gen 2 HEX16A2 miner too.

Don't ignore me marto or you did this on purpose because i still not pay the shipping cost? Check this thread & your PM how many times i ask about shipping cost payment. Sorry for the delay The invoice required is sent to speedy

Congratulations to all involved. Glad to see the Klondike is finally working as it was supposed to

This thread is to announce that We are finalizing our design of 16 chip Bitfury based mining board 40 - 64 Gh/s 90 + W power supply 16 bit PIC controller USB interface Massive heat sink air cooled Here are some pictures of the board and prototype

Small update The board is hashing @ 41-42 GH/s SO we decided to go with production . In 2 days It'll be added to our site technobit.eu for sales. Initial price about 450 EUR ( to be confirmed)
