I understand you frustration, but please do understand that all last hex16a (avalon1) orders were to be combined in 1 batch on PCB and PnP house.
It is not possible to be produced in batches of 2 or 7 or 15 pcs, or it is going to be too expensive.
On the side of customer support We have a lot to improve and We are going to.
Again We are sorry for the terrible customer service that We did or did not provide you.
We are thinking of some kind of present for all of you that will have orders shipped late.

I agree but they where still December shipment so what compensation will you be offering for a missed deadline? Also can we cancel due to missed deadline? I think a lot of customers would like to know. We are doing our best @ the moment not to miss it for now Best Martin |

I am waiting for 6 x 7 GH/s HEX 16A fully Assembled bitcoin miner from 12 november 2013 and still haven't deliver miners to me.

Okay can anyone help me please? 1 got 2 hex16a2 boards. One came with molex (yay) one came without (yuk, now i have to cut cables...) Anyway, I can't get them to run with hexminer. I've installed them (win7 x64) with the driver from the technobit site, installation was without problems. So I've downloaded hexminer, I've set up my pool information on the top-left part of the window. At serial protocol I can chose a COM port and something which looks like a baudrate, but whatever I pick, the device doesn't show up on the right side when I click start. (at least, that's what I'm assuming should happen) There is also a part between serial protocol and pool settings which is called CPU, when I click start, nothing happens either... Eehh... help? please Thanks edit: Hmmmm!! Seems to be doing... something... I think... the software is just really slow when I click start or stop the software freezes but after a minute or so, it unfreezes and does something. edit2: nah sorry, still need help. The device shows up on the right side now, but it just won't start mining... I tried 2 different pools (btc guild and eclipsemc) but it just doesn't start. Team viewer please |

My HEX16A2 finally arrived today (although it was an order that was supposed to be shipped 3rd. wekk of November...) - really dissapointing.
Also it does not have the molex power supply as described just a tiny screw terminals without any markings whatsover. This means I dont know which line is the +12V and which one the ground port.
Does anyone of you guys have an Idea?
