242  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: AMT fucks us over again on: September 10, 2014, 11:43:16 PM
Let me explain the stakes here....did you read when Josh outed me on page 14? Mentioned the government connections? High level ones? Something I NEVER told him nor is true? First it is illegal to expose even if he did know and doing it under false pretense is even worse. And to do it at all involves federal prison time. This does not mean I don't know people in US Government positions Wink I just dont do the "high level" work he implies I do as a subcontractor.

Unfortunately you are starting to appear guilty by association and clearly trying to discredit me (poorly at that). And the fact you think I am Josh's "alter ego" just proves how pathetic the attempt is.... the whole internet now knows who I am thanks to your buddy Joshua Zipkin. Give it up and go away. If you still feel this is necessary then maybe we need to start looking at technobit's practices with it's customers? And the 6month failure rate of your hardware that is mentioned by Josh.......hmm. He seemed to know ALOT about what is going on your side of things.

But like I said. Address it with Josh, HE is the one saying these things. I mean those are HIS words there. Take it up with him. Not me. Altho it does not matter. Noone believes anything he says anyway in public anymore.

Let me be perfectly clear Marto74......ANOTHER post trying this crap, and I will certainly expose more information (as there is more) about your connection to Joshua Zipkin. And just for the hell of it in the form of a screenshot. So everyone can see it as it was written. I really am done dicking around with you as well. You come to his defense expect the same treatment.
Ohhhhh
OK
go it is interesting .
Are you sure you are not Josh Zipkin ?
Cheesy
You are just messenger ?But in the same time are threatening me, right
I still think you are just another Josh product in his own  world Cheesy
Anyway I'm out of your drama here.
And please do not show me more of JZ lies and chats ( or yours Wink )

Again I have no busines with JZ You have.

So using Josh words as a truth (!!!!) You make statements .
Really ?
Again
Amt is just a customer , that is all.
And if you insist there is partnership you should prove it.

I just did...read above. As I said. If you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.

Again with the "just a customer" thing. Josh pulled the same crap too.
I already posted the proof. The fact Josh mentioned you are investing already makes you a partner.
Take it up with him. He said it all I did was repost his words. You are defending him when he is there insulting you and outing your business arrangements that clearly are not what you represented as far as a license. There is talk of investment which is usually partnership words on quite a few levels.
Hahaha
and you or Josh Zipkin can prove that I invested in something together with him , right ?
Do you believe that somebody with brain in his head will invest in a venture with somebody that bought a lot of A1 chips and sit on them for months
Cheesy

Oh I won't be doing the proving.....you will see soon enough Wink
?
I still had a feeling that you are just another Zipkin's alter ego.
Smiley
If so ..............

I'm not standing for or against him.
I'm just reacting , because here you personally use the name of our company very often.
I do not like that.
The facts are simple: he ordered boards and paid for them back in Oct/Nov.
In the beginning of this year he purchased a licence for our A1 design and paid for it.
End of story.
Despite yours and Bicknelski statements we do not have other personal contacts and he never met a member of my family or any of my friends.
Just a customer that was correct in our dealings, as a matter of a fact. Of course I always required advance payment Wink
I do not like when all this public writing about my family is going in to the mouth of a troll like Bick. He'll never forgive me that his project was a total failure and ours are working.
And as far I understand this was started by some of your posts.
If I receive a formal court or officials  request I can provide our records concerning our business with AMT and Mr Zipkin.
So again
please just skip Technobit in your daily posts about Josh Zipkin''s affairs !

There appears to be a clear case of collusion among these vendors. Joshua Zipkin mentions these business relationships with other vendors who should be competitors. This could be a disturbing situation for us all who are customers of any of these "troubled" companies. Of course all this is based on the available information that has been posted and Josh's words themselves. While he never outright mentions collusion he does say he has business relationships...which is odd considering they would in effect be competitors. Its like Ford and Chevy working together to sell cars. They could be pooling resources to build "petahash farms" and such to enrich themselves at our expense. An action like this could cause major problems in the mining community. And it's all our worst fears realized. It would also explain the delays we have had as well. Worth looking into if it is the case.

Oh and since Joshua Zipkin and his mentality attitude is of any indication....seeing how he edited the alliance he had with BA (just like Black Arrow has also been doing), Here is the ORIGINAL information that someone else waybacked..

http://web.archive.org/web/20140906213337/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=569926.260

At this point his nonsense editing cannot be taken back. Sucks for me because my info stays out there, but sucks worse for him because its evidence against his hostile and vindictive actions against his clients who gave him money. ALSO the admission that he does indeed work with Black arrow and Technobit. At any rate it might be good for some BA customers and AMT customers to start comparing notes. There could be a collusion here to collectivly rip us off considering the history that the CEO of BA already has with the alleged credit fraud in Romania.
Just be careful when you follow Bicknelski's hate and try to put us into this mess !
And please Josh Zipkin is not a Bulgarian in any way, so stop using "Bulgarian" as an offence

Except I have not. Others may have but I have been sticking with his actions. I largely do not care about nationalities and religious affiliations. Actions make the man. And his actions and inactions are the problem here. Your personal association (because of your wives being friends his words not mine) with him will also have implications for you even if you are not guilty of anything. Just a friendly word of advice Wink I have no quarrel with you. I have mentioned he goes to Bulgaria, but that again is based on HIS own words which have been posted for the world to see. So any association to Bulgaria is based on Joshua Zipkins words and used in reference to the place not his nationality. As far as I am concerned he is an United States national/citizen, which makes him subject to USA laws.

So you may want to quote where I mention him being Bulgarian or being bad because he is Bulgarian because I have not. These are things that need to be quoted if I indeed said them. Instead you quoted one of my last posts, instead you quoted my post about collusion. Make of that what you will.

My issue here is not hate. It's about making sure the bad actors in the mining community are permanently removed. If you are above board and all your actions are in accordance with US laws (as you do sell to people here you could be held liable), then there is nothing to worry about. But collusion means this was a concerted effort to rip off the customers. And Considering that there are a few bad actors with the same exact situation as AMT. I feel it is a matter worth some investigation. Again if you are doing nothing wrong and are confident of that position, then there is nothing to worry about.

If you have the occasional customer service issue (which I do see you have), those are understandable. But when your entire customer base is screaming for refunds and suing you, then there is something to be concerned about. For your own good (again I have no problems with you marto74) I would recommend you do not stand up for him. It will not help you.

I just came back in the town.
Was off for 6 days.
We are shipping every day as many boards are ready.
@bobsag3
as far I remember I have to use some of your chips for replacement of bad chips (about 5-6 % until now)
First sending was ready last Friday but due to DHL mistake it went out tuesday. One went out today as far as I know.
And tommorow I'm back @ work so will be able to update more detail.
tommorow I'll post on the website instructions for attaching the base fan with photo.
Generally it is simple there is no tread on the heatsink , you just put 4 threaded bars in the fan holes and then put the bars between the ribs of the heatsink with little pressure like V then press fan towards heatsink and that is it they are like welded

If not working I'll shipp a new one to you tommorow
Hy,

Ignored. Very clearly stated in the title of the thread. BIASED & OPINIONATED. Opt to ignore thread and me problem solved. Simple and easy.

Go fix the fact that Marto74 has lied to his customers yet again which is no bloody surprise if you have been following his antics for the past few years here. That is all you need you to worry about. Not about who wants to point it out so that new users don't fall into that trap.

Feel free to keep bumping the thread so more people see it. Works for me just note I won't be "following" your every word. If you think Marto74 cares about you and your order then I guess you should go ahead and order more. Thought not, thus proving the point you can't trust him to deliver on time as promised. You are not the first person to fall victim and unfortunately you won't be the last.

The fact that he uses multiple accounts to pad his own trust rating and post in his own threads to "change" the perception is pretty transparent to most people that follow his threads. You don't just lie and rip people off and think you can get away with it right? Or maybe you think that is ok as long as you get your stuff right? Funny you want to engage me rather than the person lying to your face openly numerous times.

Bottomline here:

Don't buy any hardware or services from Technobit. Just look at the record you don't even have to use your complaints. Here is just one more 'satisfied' customer posting again for service. There are literally 100s of these posts asking for clarification, answers, service support etc. Obviously the community needs to be informed about this considering it continues on and on without end.

I'll check the outside images and links

Marto, Please check you email regarding the rma return i got. 1 miner is working the other one not. i have been mailing you for the last week.

A week further no response from Technobit.. martin/Marto is hiding?

No response from you.

Hey troll.
Just out of curiosity can you name at least one of the members that posted in my trust rating that is my fake acount.
Can you ?
And please avoid writing about my family.
I know the fact I like women is strange for you Wink

254  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: AMT fucks us over again on: September 06, 2014, 06:48:59 PM

Over the technobit AMT kerfufle a couple months back:
[6/12/2014 11:57:49 AM] Joshua: Yea martin's not pissed, he said he figure it out pretty quick. All is wel
[6/12/2014 11:58:17 AM] Joshua: its kinda hard to break up two guys who's wive's are friends. Its what they are trying to do it seems

Yup nothing to see here eh Marto.

Snakes.

Anyone doing biz with Marto needs their heads examined. 7 weeks now for the Minion GB boards is it?

Pfft... you can't trust either of these guys. Built from the same cloth.
Haha
How  is your WASP fail doing lately
Did you made a design for a new led lights ?
255  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: AMT fucks us over again on: September 06, 2014, 11:56:09 AM
Hahaha Bick you can not resist to try anything, a ?
Both of you with opie here.
Good luck
Again it is simple Amt aka Josh ordered miners back in November, paid and got them.
This year he purchased a licence for our A1 board.
That is all.
end of story.

Isn't Marto74 helping out AMT and Josh anymore?

Funny how that never gets mentioned in passing.

Josh is Toxic, even if he is he would hardly admit to it publicly. But Josh has insider knowledge of technobits inner workings apparently. Martin is Marto74 evidently. Don't shoot the messenger Josh volunteered this info in a chat.

Some commentary on what Josh thinks of other vendors and his leaky anus mouth spouting off business secrets of the competition?:
Also basically claims martos miners do not last for more than 6 months to do shoddy quality is what I understood by that. Make of it what you will however.
Technobit:

[5/31/2014 12:30:10 AM] Joshua: but.. yea, it works. But the think is technobit/martin is a dick and locks him firmware/software on his boards and his connectivity devices. And because he got into an argument with ckolvakis (cgminer author) he wont inlcude technobit drivers in cgminer
[5/31/2014 12:47:18 AM] Joshua: but martin listens to me a bit, like the whole "make it the size of the HDD hardrive and make sure all the connectors are faces on side" is a major improvement

More commentary on business practices:

[8/12/2014 1:47:38 PM] Joshua: it works for A1/A2, BE200 and hopefilly minion if martin gets his shit together

[8/13/2014 1:10:05 PM] Joshua: ok but the lifetime of BTC miners is 6 months
[8/13/2014 1:10:28 PM] Joshua: like Martin skips corners and does shit like that and the lifetime if never touched is like 6 months to a year maybe

Black Arrow and mentions Technobit again

[8/13/2014 12:31:02 PM] Joshua: yea
[8/13/2014 12:31:10 PM] Joshua: but they are good
[8/13/2014 12:31:39 PM] Joshua: also BA is getting pretty desperate
[8/13/2014 12:32:02 PM] Joshua: they have soo many chips and no boards to put them on because they are low on money like us and their board is too expensive to produce
[8/13/2014 12:32:13 PM] Joshua: they just came out with a decent 2 chip board which seemd ok
[8/13/2014 12:32:28 PM] Cust2: mini miner
[8/13/2014 12:32:40 PM] Joshua: like.. slots
[8/13/2014 12:32:49 PM] Joshua: several 2 chilp board slots..
[8/13/2014 12:32:59 PM] Joshua: for X1 devices
[8/13/2014 12:33:18 PM] Joshua: its a nice chip really, just as always chip makers should not be board makers
[8/13/2014 12:33:19 PM] Cust2: Grown up USB key style miners
[8/13/2014 12:33:30 PM] Joshua: and they are just going to copy Asicminers design
[8/13/2014 12:33:57 PM] Joshua: right
[8/13/2014 12:34:14 PM] Joshua: but anyway thats good for me
[8/13/2014 12:34:18 PM] Joshua: because it will look like we did it lol
[8/13/2014 12:34:36 PM] Joshua: and then it'll be like.. AMT, works with A1/A2 BE200 and Minion
[8/13/2014 12:34:54 PM] Me: Who is BA?
[8/13/2014 12:34:55 PM] Joshua: Chip integration specialists!
[8/13/2014 12:34:59 PM] Joshua: Black arrow
[8/13/2014 12:35:01 PM] Joshua: minion
[8/13/2014 12:35:02 PM] Me: ah
[8/13/2014 12:35:18 PM] Joshua: they are romanians based here in shenzhen
[8/13/2014 12:35:32 PM] Joshua: but not the most ehtical
[8/13/2014 12:35:46 PM] Joshua: built a shit load of prospero 3's and are mining with the hardware
[8/13/2014 12:36:00 PM] Joshua: and gave chips to clients as compensation
[8/13/2014 12:36:08 PM] Joshua: who in turn, ofcourse has no where to other than technobit
[8/13/2014 12:36:17 PM] Cust2: yep
[8/13/2014 12:36:22 PM] Joshua: who now spent 200K on compoennts and may go broke on this
[8/13/2014 12:36:25 PM] Joshua: lol
[8/13/2014 12:36:40 PM] Joshua: but martin will be left with several minion boards to sell off
[8/13/2014 12:37:01 PM] Joshua: which will devaluate minion because he sales at the bare minimum and always tries to undercut the market
[8/13/2014 12:37:14 PM] Joshua: and todays chip price for A1, $16
[8/13/2014 12:37:23 PM] Cust2: good lord.
[8/13/2014 12:37:32 PM] Joshua: well its the best price
[8/13/2014 12:37:40 PM] Joshua: even the swiss cant sell  under $20
[8/13/2014 12:37:54 PM] Joshua: but i can sell at $16, quietly

EDIT: Added Some personal chats I had with Josh's thoughts on Technobit's CEO.

Well I simply asked for an update.. that is one. Let me ask you this though. How have you delivered so many boards, and just now hit a problem...

I understand you are overwhelmed, but I ask how your 2-4 week became 6 and no indication of shipping...

Marto.. My questions are vain as many of us have too much money involved in these and there are but a few posting pics. Why were the pics strong till we sent the chips? Why were the boards fine till this GB?
I think I explained this we had 10 good pre-production boards.
And then when production started troubled ones. It took us more than a week to find the problem - bad MCU chips batch. Since then we are exchanging them with new delivery batch and testing, simple as that.
Anyway again as far we are in violation of the deal terms you are free to go off and get a refund

That's just it, I don't want a refund as there is no way to refund all the other stuff I am sitting on, the modifications I have made in electricity etc. I apologize Martin, I am just frustrated. Surely you can understand that.
I understand that and we are doing our  best to move these nminer boards out of the door ASAP
