I just find this tread. Great project . It is better than casino for a bit coiner with small hash rate;) Congratz I will take the gamble with 1+ TH happy solo mining all

Marto are you behind in shipping (you said last week you would ship me Friday or last Monday) or in updating our technobit accounts to "shipped" status?
We ship as soon we have ready boards. your order ref ?
Im EU B1. And my status says shipped
Awesome, mine too a couple of hours ago, cheers Martin. Can I chime in for adapters too, I've got a stash on the Intel heatsinks if you need any photos or measurements? please do
So this is our design fail. As far we were using the intel 1150 adapter of the freezer we missed that the outer edge dim is for 2011. So I look over the coolers. The intel stock ones will need 4 small brackets and Zelman and ice edge types ( AMD standrt attachment) will need modified brackets , that is easier.
I'm going to get samples in the morning in order to check adapting parts
For the zalman I have similar model of evercool here that is originally for AMD and circle plastic adapter for Intel. I'll try to make a set of 8 sheetmetal brackets with hinge for the AMD style attachment and ship it to minersource for testing witht he next sending
But wouldn't all 1150 coolers have the legs in the same place with only a slight variance.
Yes but we do not use clips , but screws that fit in to treaded holes in the base heatsink. SO there is no gap while cliping. Excuse my English here
actualy they are 80mm pitch We have only one model here localy that we bought and was diferent - it is some evercool. Anyway with all this troubles with production this is the easy one. If you pre-bought quontity or have one of a choise , just give the model and I'll adopt it. best solution from my point of view . We got arctic freezer 7 from the beginning 3 months back and design it with it. Honestly never cross checked with other vendors coolers . Board redesign is not doable solution now. So we'll produce for you any adapter you will need for free. My non-bitcoin job is mechanical design and tooling production so it is easy part for me

Going by the image you have posted Bobsag3 that mount looks like they have gone with a AMD cooler mounting system as AMD only use one screw on either side not four like Intel.
No this sheetmetal bracket is to fix height diference with the original Freezer plastic holder. Yours is with bended sheetmetal and cutted in two plastic holder. WE came out with this , because cuting and bending of the original parts can lead to some troubles. All Arctic intel coolers are fitting here if you remove the brackets , you should just correct the height There is a HUGE difference between what is posted on your site : "Intel socet 1150 compatible coller for each chip top" and "All Arctic intel coolers" We have tried several zalman and intel stock coolers, not a single one works. height? Give me the exact model you choose and I'll will get one localy and make adapter for you

ok, looks like you are not about to replace mine as you promised Marto.
I'll send you a PM with my order reference, is that enough to send me a new one and i send you the defective one back? or are you still working on that problem with the controller chips.
Would be nice if you can answer me
Both order ref and I'll ship replacement. also ship us the faulty one. We are hand exchanging them and testing. Overhelmed with minion GB orders

Bick.. You should rename the tread to Technobit fuck us over again You are in Action mode again all this will not change the fact your hardware design efforts are failure

Asia has been busy buying 1,000,000s of Avalon chips while the forums have 'boycotted' them thinking its still Yifu when they quite simply don't care. This isn't the company Avalon, this isn't the company that did trade ins, this isn't the company that random batch 1 2 and 3. If people don't want to buy, they don't have to.
I got royally screwed by avalon but they aren't on my boycott list as I appreciate it's not Yifu anymore Sadly all their products since then have been way overpriced/power hungry compared to the competition. Time will tell if these new chips and the machines they spawn are worth buying. And a note to any developers Don't use a few chips clocked up to the max, use lots of chips at the lowest w/GH as that's where the market needs to go. I could not agree more. BUT depends on pricing. AM is asking 0.3 USD per GHS for bare chips based on overclocked range and in the same time 0.32-0.4 for full un assembled solution. Usualy sweet spot is @ about 60-70 % of the full speed ASIC chip can do , but the pricing of chips is in the overclocked mode range . Ant thoughts ?

Martin.
My batch 2 chips are still costumers awaiting your aproval. .
Up As I said earlier. Chips recei ed

We'll order samples for sure Will see where it goes Right in the shitter with so many more of your projects. How about giving people what they order before ramping up production on another DOA miner? You can not resist, do you TROLL And could you be so kind to share your projects progress ?
yes Martin basicly 700 W PSU will run 2 boards @ 230/860 mV you need 2 PCI-e power lines per board , tough
First batch of boards received, waiting on the list of whos who from Marto, will post pics and hopefully? reship tomorrow.
sorry for the delay on this. will try to sort it tonight

@Marto: I paid over €4000 at the €-BTC rate of 07-17-2014. If I opt for a refund, will I get the equivalent of the € price in BTC at the €-BTC rate on the date of the refund, or at the date of paying (as in: the same BTC number as paid on 07-17)?
@Bobsag3, since the 07-22-2014 message I would be sent a check, no word has reached me through your broken Zen system, I had a reply by pm from Thomas my tickets and even your emails (minersource's) never came in or went out, and a fair number of checks did not reach their destinations. I asked to be updated on what is next for my case, but nothing since. What should I do next to get this moving?
Bump We started to ship and problem solved even with hand replacement of MCU's Your order is for EU so will be out tomorrow or in Monday. As far all the boards are produced for the assembly service batch1 no refunds will be available for now. second sending for minersource is out today/tomorrow too

We'll order samples for sure Will see where it goes

So in reality it works great @ about 1.1 - 1.3W/GHs @ 240 GHS 1w/ghs you can reach @ about 200 GHS , depending on your PSU quality .
