1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: --- ChessCoin 0.32% --- PoS-based cryptocurrency... on: November 13, 2023, 09:10:30 PM
I have tested all exchanges... The exchanges are actually only there to exchange coins and then withdraw them again...

To be honest, the reviews are really not encouraging. If you have tested them and was able to withdraw with no issues, can you help with selling? I can sell you some chesscoins for a discount and you can then sell them on any exchange you want.

but I recommend keeping ChessCoin in your wallet and supporting the network...

I would Smiley, but you know, sometimes there are other priorities in life Wink.

test them first with small volumes before making large buy and sales!  Wink

Well small is relative, Bitcoin withdrawal fees are either 0.0005 or 0.001 so I need to sell more than that. It's relatively small, still I would not like to lose that. Plus there is no guarantee they will let me withdraw big amounts if they let me withdraw small amounts. They could let me withdraw once or twice and then block my funds until I KYC or whatever before letting me withdraw again, or worse they could just keep them...

the mainnet is live...

I misunderstood you. I thought you were talking about a new mainnet, like a fork.

we are waiting for the curiosity about CC32  Wink

What do you mean by that? Where do you think the curiosity will come from? Are you planning some advertising campaigns, or better, a listing on a major exchange Smiley?

An AI that is fed by a chess game... that means everyone can then play chess against the AI... for that we need the ChessCoinWeb browser...

Here you can test an Ubuntu version of our ChessCoinWeb browser... https://www.chesscoin032.com/chess-coin-web
or here: https://github.com/AKKPP/ChessCoinWeb-Browser/releases/tag/v1.0.0

Cool

Yes, we had no deals on Dextrade... but whatever!
You can sell your CC32 however you want...

If only it were that simple... All the exchanges seem to have bad reviews so I'm not comfortable using them. Have you or anyone used latoken, finexbox, coinsbit or exchange-assests with no issues?

Again if anyone has experience with those exchanges and wants to sell on them, or simply wants to buy chess, I'll be happy to sell for a discount. Let me know.

we are waiting for our mainnet to attract curiosity...

That's great, do you know when the mainnet will go live?

We are now making our own AI and adding a browser, we are sticking to the roots and using what has been confirmed...

What kind of AI are you making?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: --- ChessCoin 0.32% --- PoS-based cryptocurrency... on: November 04, 2023, 07:48:15 PM
Dextrade has delisted cc32. I'm looking into alternatives. Does anyone have any experience with other exchanges, like Latoken? Were you able to withdraw safely? Is KYC mandatory?

I'll do my own research, and wanted to get your input as well.

Also if anyone is interested in buying some, let me know, PM or here.

Thanks a lot.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Want to sell Xaurum (XAUR) for a discount on: November 04, 2023, 06:55:35 PM
Bump.

Still selling for 63 sats a piece.

According to https://mercatox.com/exchange/XAUR/BTC, the highest buy order is at 79 sats so that's an immediate 20% profit.

I'm prepared to sell for this discount because I don't want to bother with creating an account on Mercatox.

Feel free to PM me or answer in this thread if you are interested.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Want to sell Xaurum (XAUR) for a discount on: June 27, 2023, 07:13:12 PM
i used to use Mercetox back in the day and never got any serious challenge with them. I will check if my account is still on the platform. The pair is still there though with high spread. So you might wanna consider that with your trading partner.

I could help if my account is still active, but what discount are we talking about here, and how would you want the trade to proceed?
I wouldn't want to lose my funds.

Hi

I put the price in my previous message, 63 sats a piece, so sellable at a profit in the current buy orders (68-67). I've got some positive trust, we can use an escrow if you want, you can suggest a reputable one if you are interested.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Want to sell Xaurum (XAUR) for a discount on: June 17, 2023, 12:00:05 PM
Bump.

The one market I know: https://mercatox.com/exchange/XAUR/BTC. Do your own research.

Selling for 63 sats a piece.

Highest buy order is 68.
Lowest sell order is 82.
Latest trade is 79.

You would make a profit even selling at market price. You could set a sell order and make more.

Thank you for updating the original post.

Another one, great.

I gladly will. I've noticed that information concerning exchanges is not up-ot-date on coingecko, coinmarketcap, coinpaprika, coindataflow and blockspot. Do you know if anyone can contact them so they fix it or is this something only you can do?
No, anyone can write that down... you can do that too... try it...  Wink

Thank you for the info. I may try if I'm not too lazy Smiley.

Listing on Coinsbit.io

I'm curious about how CC32 gets listed. Are you the one who asks exchanges? Do they ask you? Do they just list it without consulting you?

No, there are no exchanges that do something for free... now it's cheap because BTC is still cheap... we're taking this opportunity.

Great and thanks for working on getting it listed. Have you tried reaching out to bigger exchanges?

I think you will help us too...  Smiley

Also this is not our ChessCoin:

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Want to sell Xaurum (XAUR) for a discount on: August 01, 2022, 07:32:16 PM
I'm looking to sell XAUR https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/xaurum for a discount, based on market price https://mercatox.com/exchange/XAUR/BTC. That's the only market according to Coinmarketcap.

I don't want to create an account on Mercatox so I'm happy selling for a discount.

I have no idea if Mercatox is legit or if the XAUR/BTC market in there is, and have no intention of reseaching that, so DYOR.

I can sell for any cryptocurrency that I can easily exchange.

Feel free to PM me.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: --- ChessCoin 0.32% --- PoS-based cryptocurrency... on: May 30, 2022, 05:46:28 PM
I'm looking to sell some chesscoins. If anyone is interested in buying, please send me a private message.

I know the exchanges that list chesscoin and I personally don't trust any of them, so for me using an exchange is not an option. I'm prepared to sell for a bit less than market price and we can use a reputable escrow if you want.
13  Other / Meta / Re: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ on: February 12, 2022, 05:27:55 PM

I'm not a @mprep Wink, but I'll allow myself to quote this one:

You are allowed to put referal links in your signature, the main concern with referal links is people creating spam to give out their referal links. You can put whatever you want in your signature as long as its not a link to malware, or if its a link to a NSFW site, please label it as such. Nothing sucks worse than getting into a bad situation because that buycoinsdirect.com link in your signature is actually a cam site. Different user groups, IE legendary/Newbie have different restrictions on what sort of formating is able to be used in their signature. For example newbie accounts can't have links, certain usergroups can't have styled signatures, etc. That is disabled by settings not something you can accidentally mess up.

thanks for answer Xal0lex. But i worry what my link this is exchanche Binance. (I have long seen somewhere on the forum that links to exchangers are prohibited)

Can you find what you saw and where you saw it?

In the opening post, there's this about exchanges:

22. Advertising (this includes mining pools, gambling services, exchanges, shops, etc.) in others' threads is no longer allowed, including, but not limited to, in altcoin announcement threads.

Nothing about signatures in there.

And to add to Xal0lex reply, here is the rule from the opening post about referral links:

4. No referral code (ref link) spam.

Spamming would be positing irrelvant messages with your referral link, including messages saying "check my signature".

So it looks like you are safe to put a referral link in your signature.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DECENT Announcement - Decentralizing Content Distribution on: February 11, 2022, 12:46:36 PM
Not even police can help you with this. It's way too gray legally if they even broke the law. Technically they delivered a product and just quietly faded away, probably because lack of funds. Even if they malice intentions all along, it would be hard to prove they had planned this from beginnig.

Well if people are motivated enough they can surely seek legal council where they live and see what can be done. Hopefully some will. It is infuritaing how easily scams in crypto are still being operated and how scammers can get away with it Angry.

Plus they just removed the opening post which is very suspicious to say the least.

I'm looking to sell my XAUR for a discount, based on market price https://mercatox.com/exchange/XAUR/BTC.

I don't want to create an account on Mercatox so I'm happy selling for a discount to whoever wants to make a quick buck by reselling on Mercatox or hodling for better days.

If you are interested please PM me.

Also, I have no idea if Mercatox is legit or if the XAUR/BTC market in there is, and have no intention of reseaching that, so DYOR as usual.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Obyte: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: January 23, 2022, 09:31:15 PM
Would you use it yourself as developers if your project depends on some other Open Source software?

I believe the answer is in the post you just quoted. There you have how it is used for Obyte wallet repo, which you can also see here https://kivach.org/repo/byteball/obyte-gui-wallet.

On https://kivach.org you can also see how it's used for other Obyte repos. Here's what I found:
- https://kivach.org/repo/byteball/cascading-donations-ui

There are other Obyte repos, check https://github.com/byteball. Probably a mattter of time before many of them are cascading donations.

We are still investigating whether the blockchain has not been damaged...
The clients 1.4 have started and we are carrying out further tests... we will inform you about the results...

The address is very old and this address could belong to the developer...
if the developer has not waited until the blockchain has been sysmronized before starting staking, it would deliberately damage the blockchain!

Good to know. As you said, preventing staking before syncing would be really helpful here. Thank you for the update and for the work.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: --- ChessCoin 0.32% --- PoS-based cryptocurrency... on: November 19, 2021, 09:59:39 AM
We had a hard fork at block 2135726

Is this the serious bug you were talking about here:

We have found a serious bug with clients 1.3 and 1.4!
Please only work with version 1.2.1!
https://github.com/AKKPP/ChessCoin/releases/tag/v1.2.1

Or is it something else?

We had an unusual network contact from Thailand...

What does that mean?

We are looking for a way to prevent blocks from being staked out before the blockchain has been sysnronized!

Is this related to the hardfork/bug?

At the same time we are working on an Electrum server and an Electrum client for Windows with version 1.4

If we have made further progress, we will roll out version 1.4 with a hard fork...

Good luck, you work is much appreciated.

Does anyone have experience trading ChessCoin032 on the exchanges it's listed on? Did anyone manage to deposit, buy, sell or withdraw any chesscoins, bitcoins or usd tethers?

We are in a Russian Telegram group and also in a lichess group...
https://lichess.org/team/crypto-chess
https://t.me/cryptochessgame

Your question should be answered in the telegram group...  Smiley

I appreciate you posting here as you do.  Look, a lot of us stake many of these small coins.  Please don't make us chase information into different groups as small coins tend to be problematic to stake and take more time than they are worth financially.

Can you tell me why you are here???
The only thing you can do is annoy! Is that probably your job too? I would ask you to stop filling this chat with your opinion! Many thanks!

I don't think paramind22 meant any harm and there was actually a compliment in there. I agree that it's better to have all the info here rather than in Telegram or in many channels. It's easier to track.

Thank you for the notification. Please once it's fixed let us know what the issue was and what were the impacts on anyone who ran 1.3 or 1.4.
