1421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One Bitcoin on: November 27, 2015, 11:29:51 PM
I now own one bitcoin in my coinbase wallet. It feels good. I am not sure why it feels so good but it does. I have a good feeling about Bitcoin. I am already up 20 euro after today. What could possibly go wrong. Grin

20 euros per day is a nice income.

20*365=7.3k euros

It think this was best investment you ever made.

Dude, the price of his one bitcoin went up 20 euros--that's not 20 euros/day of income and I would expect a hero member here to know that.

Also, I have to say it's a sad state of affairs when everyone here is advising OP to get his investment off of the exchange on which he bought it out of fear it'll get stolen from the exchange.  Not saying that this is bad advice at all, but that it's disheartening that scams are so prevalent that such advice has to be given.
Well I would expect a Sr Member to have learned yet the fact that the main point of Bitcoin is owning your own coins and if you don't own your own coins you are always at a certain risk... you know there is always a possibility of a business going wrong and you lossing your money, thats why its better to hold it yourself.

Yes, it is better to hold and keep it safe for the future, as we predict that the value of bitcoins would be much higher in coming days and yes If you are holding 1 BTC at a moment then it is good amount to have in your wallet, and should make efforts to increase your coins for the future.
1422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where and how much bitcoin you spent today? on: November 27, 2015, 11:26:01 PM
Well I haven't actually spent it, I could say more that I have waisted it. Just threw 0.05 down the drain on sports betting!

I know right. I like never spend my Bitcoin, and then I somehow always bet on sports or gamble it away. I think I have a problem. I have lost like almost 1 Bitcoin from gambling, i'm addicted and I suck at it.

1 BTC is a big amount dude to loose, its painful to loose that big amount in gambling, Even I was addicted to gambling in the past but after I lost many times I don't gamble much at a present, but yes I do gamble with a small amount once in a week, today I gambled for 0.005 and result the same, I lost  Angry
1423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: November 27, 2015, 11:23:42 PM
Absolutely i will choose bitcoin for shopping.

No need to verification for register, fees is very small, and transaction is very fast.

Paypal can do this.

You mean paypal can't do that right?
the only things that make bitcoin better than paypal are we dont need to upload our identity and of course low cost even with the high amount of transaction
Yes. Paypal can't do that. Sorry little bit miss " 't ".

When you create new account, especially in process verification you will have to upload personal information. Which i don't like that.

But if using bitcoin, we don't need to verification, even for registration. Just download the wallet and you have account.

That's why i love bitcoin it's so super simple and no one can't froze my money, no limit and low cost, not like paypal they can limited my account anytime
and its really complicated to fix it

First of all if paypal limits your account is for a reason.

But this reason can be justified and unjustified! Trust me, I know some people that had their accounts limited and even frozen and this has killed their income earning over eBay, and they lived from selling stuff on eBay!

Whenever you have a single person that is deciding your destiny during a dispute, you never how will this end!
Thats why bitcoin is getting more and more costumers, with bitcoin sales will be final wont be any kind of chargeback or limit action into any ammount, you holding, bitcoin is the future besides low fees against paypal fees, and those chargeback system and the frozen accounts, besides the main fact of id and bank account to get verified.

Yeah, those who wants to get rid of banking verifications and all that stuff will definitely choose bitcoins over paypal, and bitcoins transaction fees are very low as compared to paypal as paypal involves high level of hidden charges which they do not disclose at the initial stage.
1424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mentioning Bitcoin the Wright way to Family and Friends can raise your status on: November 27, 2015, 11:19:54 PM
Having a well thought out strategy of introduction can make a very significant difference to how they will react or respond, reguardless of any previous Fud they may have heard which u must also take into account with your strategy.

I made a thread about this asking if I should tell my family and friends about Bitcoin, but I still haven't mentioned it beyond my mom once or twice, I think it's useless because they don't understand it, they don't really get why it's huge, therefore I don't think it's a good idea until we are more advanced in time, maybe when it naturally hits mainstream level through TV.

Exactly. Every time I try to tell my friends and family about Bitcoin, they always give me the most retarded look. They never seem to understand such an easy concept. And when any of them do understand, they go and make some dodgy investment, lose their Bitcoins, and then blame me.

Where are they investing? You should guide them to make an safe investments as you are already using bitcoins, or just ask them to keep it safe in cold storage, that would be the best savings for the future, it is better to hold rather then loosing it by making wrong investments.
1425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a waste of time mentioning Bitcoin to friends and family? on: November 27, 2015, 03:46:23 PM
I do not think it is a waste of time. It might be a hit and miss but I think it is important to give bitcoin as much exposure as possible.

It is not a waste of time if the information is delivered in proper way, and I feel if your friends and family likes innovative ideas then they would definitely try new things, and for them bitcoins is new so basically depends on how they view at the new technology and ready to accept it or not in the long run.
1426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could you share Your first time BTC Experience? on: November 27, 2015, 01:50:29 AM
1. i was searching about bitcoin in 2014 and since that year i use it until today
2. in 2014 also i did my first transaction bitcoin for recharge my phone number
3. i feel very glad because bitcoin really help me for every online transactions

That's good, I think I am the only guy who was very late into bitcoins, I started using bitcoins before 8 months i.e., in 2015 and the day I started to use bitcoins I haven't used anything else, I earned some coins from signature campaigns and converted it to my local currency, that was the first transaction I did with my BTC.
1427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: November 27, 2015, 01:47:44 AM
I use Bitcoin usually and don't use Paypal , Bitcoin is better than Paypal it's faster and less complicated

Paypal are cheaters, why should we use paypal or WU if we have pleasure to use bitcoins for transferring money online with less fees, speedy transactions and where we have control over our own money, So for me Paypal and WU have become history now, I am very much satisfied with the convinience and ease bitcoins is offering me.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: November 27, 2015, 01:45:18 AM
Yes I am holding my bitcoin until I get the profit that I wanted and I know that its price will increase soon ! I will continually  buy bitcoin when the price is Low and sell when the price increase Smiley

That is the best way to make quick profits, even I invest my money in bitcoins when the price is comparatively low and sell it even at the small fluctuations and make some profit out of it, atleast it takes cares of my basic expenses and rebuy when the price goes down and that is the best strategy to follow.
1429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe we need more ways of advertising Bitcoin currency? on: November 27, 2015, 01:42:34 AM
Even with the bitcoin being promoted heavily online, the interest of the people isnt getting inside bitcoin because we all know that there are a lot risks involved into it,knowing that its potencial is amazing and unlimited but well if there is no fresh money into bitcoin we will see it loosing value on the next years instead growing.

That's true, we need more and more people to be a part of bitcoin community and if the adoption level goes high we can expect a bit of price stability in the future, but bitcoins needs a great level of promotion at the initial stage, if the promotions are done in the best way then only it can create a positive impact on the mindsets of the people.
1430  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: November 27, 2015, 01:39:46 AM
Anything and everything that is worth buying I would like to buy with bitcoin. We all want bitcoin to become mainstream and globally acceptable which is not possible until we can buy every good, product and services that we can buy with fiat

Very rightly said, once the bitcoin is accepted everywhere to buy any product then only purpose would be served and then only bitcoins can get on the mainstream, would love to pay electricity bills or cable bills using bitcoins but that day is far enough looking at the present scenario in my country.
1431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: November 27, 2015, 01:36:48 AM
Invest in trustworthy casinos

Even if you invest in trustworthy casinos it is the luck factor that really matters, I don't see any trustworthy casinos as it leaves us with no coins in our wallet at the end of the day, and if you are addicted to casinos and gambling you would surely end up loosing, casino houses would be getting richer and we end up with nothing.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a waste of time mentioning Bitcoin to friends and family? on: November 27, 2015, 01:33:14 AM
Yeah, I've told all of my friends about bitcoin, but guess? There is no one interested in Bitcoin, and I already told them that Bitcoin has many useful feature.

The problem we are facing is that no one wants to learn something new, they all are busy in their jobs and now they are used to that routine and boring life, so they don't wish to change their attitude and wants to get carried away with the same situation, but I am very much sure they would definitely regret in the future.
1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best investment? on: November 27, 2015, 01:30:15 AM
I think that the best investment can be investing in bitcoin, the price today is being increased so maybe anyone can sell higher. Another thing is to invest in yourself gaining some skills and start working with these skills.

If you invest higher then your returns would also be higher, So if you can afford to make a big investment and looking for quick profits then I think investing in bitcoins is the best option available at a moment, looking at its volatility you can make huge profits if you have bought at the lower price even small fluctuation can make a huge difference if the investment is big.
1434  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: November 27, 2015, 01:24:59 AM
never buy it for a big amount, but sometime i will do it,of course if bitcoin price high and more high in several month.
as long i use bitcoin,i just trade it from other crypto, and so some faucet or giveaway and sigcamp Grin

Yes this is the right time to buy some bitcoins and hold it for the future as we have feeling that the price of bitcoins will be much higher in 2016 and the price is not that too high at a moment, certainly its high as compared to last month, but still afford to buy few bitcoins at a moment and keep it safe for the future.
1435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where and how much bitcoin you spent today? on: November 27, 2015, 01:22:20 AM
Spent none can't spend any of my bitcoins xd

You should spend some bitcoins dude just for fun, I mean a small purchase can make your day, Today I spent 0.01 btc on gambling and unfortunately I lost  Angry but the amount was small so no worries, would earn it back in the coming week and would definitely spend tommorrow to buy a leather jacket.
1436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: November 27, 2015, 01:18:05 AM
Of course Bitcoin is better Than Western Union and the other methods to transfer money
But i think Western Union still the most used method worldwide till now

The only reason behind it is that WU exists since long time and bitcoins is still new to many people and they are not aware about it, and the market cap of WU is far more as compared to bitcoins, but once people gets aware about the bitcoin and its benefits there is possibility that people would switch to bitcoins to transfer money online.
1437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best places to advertise a Bitcoin related product or service... on: November 27, 2015, 01:15:24 AM
If you have something to advertise related about Bitcoin you can create a Twitter campaign
The members here are Bitcoin's lovers and their Twitter accounts could be great tool to advertise your biz

Yeah, Social networking sites are booming at a moment, each and every person is very effectively active and associated with social networking sites, and the customers of this sites are increasing on a regular basis, so it can proved to be an best tool to promote and advertise bitcoins.
1438  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: November 27, 2015, 01:12:50 AM
Because we can pay any service provided remotely, and hide our identity. It is quick and cheap. No one is easy to identify the source of the money.

The bitcoin transaction is traceable. If you pay with your bitcoin to a on line shop, and the goods is delivered to your home. From that moment on, all the bitcoin in that wallet address will be linked to you. It is not anonymous any more. The authority can ask the shops to reveal your identity.
That's absolutely true. You can stay anonymous as long as you only transfer money from wallet to wallet. But if you pay for an item or for a service where you need to reveal your identity, anonimity is over. If you want to hide your bitcoins, you need to have a wallet for spending and you need to top it up only very before the purchase. If you can use variety of wallets to top up the spending wallet, you won't be anonymous but your remaining BTC's were still be hidden.

Yes if you hold multiple wallets then your bitcoins are safe but still your identity would be disclosed once the purchase is made but I don't think there would be any issue if the small purchases are made using bitcoins, but to be on safer side it's better to keep it safe in cold storage for the future and purchases should be made by using fiat  Grin
1439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still use fiat to buy things on Amazon.com? on: November 27, 2015, 01:07:47 AM
amazon needs a platform to pay for a partial order with btc and then some with credit/gift card.  Used fiat to buy 2 ps4 games today which were a great deal! farcry 4 was 15 bucks.

why would you pay with an e-currency like BTC when you already have debit cards? Smiley

BTC is good if you want to specualate or if you want to buy weed online Smiley

Yes and it is also good for gambling, where you can gamble with the small amount of btc just for fun, regarding amazon I haven't purchased anything yet by using bitcoins, it is better to use fiat while you shop from amazon, and bitcoins need to be kept safe for future, can sell in future if the prices goes up and earn profits out of it.
1440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One Bitcoin on: November 27, 2015, 01:05:01 AM

It was so amazing. I also waited for 1 BTC collected at the address of my wallet but is still very long because I had a week bitcoin list and I am very interested in collecting BTC. By the way I want to ask, how long have you collect BTC until now 1 BTC? Grin

Do you really think that anyone out here is going to disclose the correct information related to their bitcoins? No man, no one here can afford to speak the truth that what exact amount of bitcoins he is holding and I think that is the right thing to do, no not share critical information on the forum.
