the price not going down more right now doesn't mean it won't go down further in the evening or tomorrow. we have seen people get happy because they were thinking the price was stable, and the next day the price was tanking heavily. never count your profits too early. Price fluctuation will always be a part and parcel of bitcoin, you cannot be sure anytime that the price of bitcoin will go high or down or even remains stable, the value of bitcoin is out of our control and we have to act and react according to situation, if bitcoin is earning you some profit then no need to hesitate in selling. |

Thats great. I use to go with online stores to purchase some accessories once in a while. But rare Mostly I use to hold the bitcoin in my wallet for my long term saving. Better you also could have do that.  Holding bitcoin is good for future as it can be proved to be an good investment, but only holding will not serve the purpose, you need to spend it actively, there should be the process of buying and selling, I use bitcoins for recharging my cell phone, or converting it to fiat currency. |

I still have problems to use bitcoin as real money in the daily life, and I am obliged to pay high taxes in order to exchange my bitcoins for "real" money. Besides the high volatility of its value is not so advantageous for me.

I am starting to feel more comfortable with Bitcoin compared to PayPal transactions. Hopefully the price rises and I get some profit from what I bought. Some people around me know about bitcoin but they find it too expensive to buy. I told them that they don't need to spend a penny to earn some bitcoins, they just don't feel the need to spend any time on bitcoin. They simply don't want to waste their time and money on something they don't believe in.

what happens if the next 10 years, bitcoin disappeared and worthless?
it is highly unlikely, because bitcoin offers a lot of good features which are useful. besides it is an open sourced project which is always evolving for the better. so in 10 years it is going to resolve any issues it has and improve in many places. so i don't see this happen. I don't think it will disappear, it might value less especially if majority sees a better (faster) altcoin especially the POS ones but it's kinda hard to tell really. They might come up with a faster way to transfer bitcoins so alt coins won't get some sunshine but who knows. Yeah I don't think it will totally disappear, it will loose some value or it will face competition from new entrants, but bitcoin will overcome all its competitors and will survive for a longer time, if the adoption level is good then there are no chances that bitcoin will disappear and become more popular. |

I lost my btc over at hashie, scrypt.cc and ore-mine. Good thing though I only invested a little and I did claim some so its not a 100% loss. A loss is a loss still no matter how small.
lol always fall into the same hole, What do you not learn from mistakes? You've cheated a few times, but you still repeat for investment on ponzi site, you must learn and study from your mistakes dude It is better to gamble rather then investing into a ponzi schemes, as you never know that if you are luck you might hit the jackpot, but loosing bitcoins in ponzi schemes is really hurting, while in gambling atleast you have opportunity to win some coins, I made mistake of investing into gambling. |
