961  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: May 06, 2016, 04:03:24 PM
Gold isn't easy to use in commerce since it's hard to pay the correct amount with gold. And it is limited in our society. But bitcoin is much better than gold because it is very easy to use but people who doesn't know bitcoin needs to be educated first about it.
Yes, bitcoin is much more popular and in fact it is not comparable with gold for trade and specially in online market.

The popularity of gold is far higher then bitcoin,  the popularity of bitcoin is limited to certain extent but things will change in future and it has potential to overtake gold.
You must think about the future and as you can see now you see that Bitcoin is getting more used and more acceptable because the world is also getting more digital and that is perfect for the coin.
Of course Gold is popular and a strong currency but you must also look forward.

We don't know how long bitcoin will survive but one fact is bitcoin users are limited no doubt the world is getting digital but how  many of total population is using bitcoin at a moment, and you know the answer.

Yes bitcoin is not popular now but mass adaption can make a difference in future, but as of now people have more faith in gold for sure.
962  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 06, 2016, 03:57:39 PM
If bitcoin reaches to $1k and if I am earning 5 btc per month then I can think to quit my job but I know both things are not possible.
963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: May 06, 2016, 03:46:36 PM
It will only make it disappear when there will be a lot of people that is going to use Bitcoin otherwise it will be not possible for them and that will takes indeed a long time.
So you have to know that there will be a lot of people must promote Bitcoin to disappear the Bitcoin.
What? I'm highly confused of what you said. People must promote Bitcoin so bitcoin would disappear? What? That's very contradicting what you said there. How can bitcoin disappear if people must promote them? Or do you mean 'people must promote Bitcoin to disappear banks' ? Well even so, I have to tell you that that would be nearly impossible.

Even if  bitcoin is promoted on highest level it can never make banks disappear, what about poor and illiterate people who only knows banking system.
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: May 06, 2016, 03:43:51 PM
Different people have different opinions. I have no hostility to bitcoin, moreover, I invest some in my anx account.

Yes, different people have different opinions but no one here hate bitcoin as if they hate bitcoin they they would have leave this place long before now, and if still there are some people here who hate bitcoin I will suggest then to go to other forum and it is bitcointalk forum and here you have to love bitcoin.
actually people who hate bitcoin are people who know more about bitcoin. he's looking for errors and shortcomings of the bitcoin. of course to attack bitcoin and create a bad image about bitcoin. so that bitcoin has a negative image in the public mind.
they exist around this forum

I think we should not listen to them as those are rumors only on paper, reality is something else bitcoin is popular and it will continue to grow in future.
965  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin trusted to put your real money on: May 06, 2016, 03:39:53 PM
I invest my fiat to buy bitcoin but I don't invest my bitcoin anywhere as I don't have faith in any online sites when it comes to investing bitcoins.
966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, why do we need to use Bitcoin? on: May 06, 2016, 03:37:48 PM
So, why do we need to use Bitcoin???

why not?
it is the best thing to use, it can be used as both a currency and as an investment and while i would like it to be only a currency with fixed value i also like the fact that it is a good investment that i can make more money with.
also there are a lot more benefits in using bitcoin that have already been mentioned here so i am not getting into them like anonymity, cheap fees,...

Yes bitcoin benefits its users in many ways, the only problem is that it is not too popular yet and not many people knows about bitcoin.
967  Other / Archival / Re: should i save btc for future? on: May 05, 2016, 01:52:37 PM

This is the best time to earn as much bitcoin as possible and hold it for future, and we have many opportunities to earn bitcoin now, so don't want to waste this opportunity.

This is only the best time? Since the beginning and publishing of bitcoin, that's the start of best time to buy and get some coins. And agree today we have lots of opportunity to accumulate coins. I remember back then from my seniors that bitcoin faucet back then gives BTC1 to BTC2 per claim Smiley .

That is history now and no one will pay us that higher, we need to make continuous efforts to grow our coins, and earning and saving for the future is the best thing.

Yes I know that Im just stating it because I remember that while Im writing that post. Of course we are the one who can make our coins grow so give it some nice effort and patience while doing that. All in all, it will bring us good output while we are on journey of saving coins for the future.

Saving coins for future is good but also need to have good patience to enjoy huge profits, as this journey can be really very time consuming.
968  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020 on: May 05, 2016, 01:49:18 PM
The bitcoin is gonna rise for sure because of the halving that is coming and I think the bitcoin is gonna rise in 2020 also, this is because the fact is that there will maybe come another halving in 2020.
Yes the halving is one of the factor that it will increase the value of bitcoin and ith that the factor is that more people are going to adopt bitcoin and so it will also give a good boost to the price of bitcoin as with that the demand for bitcoin will be increased and more people will trust on bitcoin.

Yeah bitcoin will be more popular in coming years, and the market cap and the user base will be higher which will take bitcoin price to a higher level.
969  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: May 05, 2016, 01:46:12 PM
Its really difficult to judge what will be the exact value required in next 20 years and also depends on its value after 20 years, but to be safe I think  100 btc would be good to hold.
970  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: May 05, 2016, 01:41:56 PM
I will choose bitcoin in this days, as it is growing positively at a moment and will be more powerful in future holding the best price which will allow me to make good profits.
971  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 05, 2016, 01:39:07 PM
If i could earn enough bitcoin from home i would defiantly quit my job but i doubt that will ever happen any time soon.

Maybe in the future if all goes well.

Let's say you could earn, what job is that you think? The only work I sees here is doing homebased job at home and you will be paid in bitcoin. There's no bitcoin related work that you need to work on 8 hours so I see no reason to quit real life job as you can do it anytime of the week.

Yes and real life job offers us various benefits and provides financial security to us and also to our family, while bitcoin is only temporary with no security.
972  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: May 05, 2016, 01:36:29 PM
I pick both gold and bitcoin because i think this both things have their own advantage. I pick gold because it's good for long investment and i pick bitcoin because it's have a good price.

If you diversify your investments then you are also diversifying your risks too, as any one of the product will give you good returns in future.
973  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: May 05, 2016, 01:33:56 PM
Invested  in doubler hoping that my bitcoins will be doubled in few days and also invested lot in gambling and lost everything, that was the biggest mistake.
974  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: May 05, 2016, 01:31:45 PM
A lot dollars have been lost in gambling. So without thinking, whether the price will increase or not will continue to buy at least for some $1000.

Yeah people keep on loosing bitcoin in gambling, so even if the price falls that low I will continue to keep on buying and will collect atleast 2000 coins.
975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, why do we need to use Bitcoin? on: May 05, 2016, 01:29:26 PM
So, why do we need to use Bitcoin???

Because bitcoin will be the next popular online currencies and many people will also start using bitcoin soon and i need to use bitcoin because when every people using bitcoin, i already use it.

If people comes to know about the benefits attached with it then I am sure they will start using only bitcoin, as there is no other currency which can offer this benefits.
976  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: May 05, 2016, 01:27:26 PM
What i like best in bitcoin is the price of bitcoin itself and we can earning bitcoin freely like signature campaign and faucets, not like other online currencies.

yes the highest price is the best. yes you are right, as long as I looking for money online, it is very difficult. but since I know bitcoin, it is initially difficult. but once I knew the signature campaign, it's easy to make bitcoin and this is really the best.

Yeah signature  campaign is the best to earn exta income in the form of bitcoin, so whatever you earn from it keep it safe for the future to enjoy higher amount of money.
977  Other / Archival / Re: should i save btc for future? on: May 04, 2016, 08:56:24 AM
you should save some BTC as i do, today i create new paper address and i want to save my earning from campaign as investment, so i save 0.03/week in next 20year i have 28.8   Cheesy

I hope that bitcoin will survive that long  Grin but anyways its good to see that you are earning descent amount of coins, saving and selling at the right time is the best thing to do.

bitcoin is very big and I think we can survive that long. let alone every year bitcoin growth is always improving.

Bitcoin is not becoming that bigger that you are expecting, the users are limited at a moment no doubt the users are increasing at a moment which is a good sign.
978  Other / Archival / Re: Should we sell btc? on: May 04, 2016, 08:53:33 AM
Selling the bitcoin is not smart at all, if you ask me, due to the fact the halving is coming, I would wait.
You should wait till the end of this year.

No need to wait till the end of the year, picture will be clear very soon at the time of halving as if price goes higher then that would be the perfect time to sell.
979  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: May 04, 2016, 08:49:06 AM
If I do that then I will be making the worst decision of my life and I am also putting my family into trouble by  doing that, I will always treat bitcoin as an extra income.

Bitcoin will always be just a side income to me and I will never ever quit my day job. I can see a big future with bitcoin but it will still my only source of extra income.

Never say never cause everything can change in one day and you wiil change your mind. I am thinking same as you but i am realize that maybe it will be necessary.
yeah it might just happen. You would not know in the future are you going to do? maybe you're fired from your job and could not find another job? bitcoin is certainly a way out

That's true bitcoin took care of me when I was jobless and I started to earn from signature campaign which took care of my basic expenses but depending only on it is bit risky I guess.
980  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: May 04, 2016, 08:46:13 AM
I am buying at current price as price seems to be affordable for me and if I invest now then I can earn some  extra money by selling at the time of halving when price goes higher.
