1081  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: April 12, 2016, 01:39:17 PM
If you give me 10 btc then I will hold for the halving, and will sell if the price goes higher, Will make some profit and return your 10 btc back to you Grin
1082  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: April 12, 2016, 01:33:30 PM
I wish I could buy more stuff that can be used in our daily life, like food or maybe toilet paper just useful stuff that we all need.
Primary things we need to life, I think that is a hole in the market a online bitcoin supermarket.

Yeah buying daily stuff with bitcoin can be fun but I think that is not possible at a moment, but when bitcoin will hit the mainstream we would be able to buy everything with it.
1083  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: April 11, 2016, 01:44:14 PM
How safe is it?
It is pretty safe but with investing and waiting that long you will never know what the price in the future will be. But you can try to buy a bitcoin know because maybe the price in the future will be high.

Yes keeping 1 btc in cold storage for future purpose is always good, as if the price skyrockets in future then you can expect huge profits from it.
1084  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: April 11, 2016, 01:39:06 PM
It is really hard to say that, but it can be risky because you never know what can happen with the value of Bitcoin so on one time you are rich and another time you are poor so it is risky.
And it is not good if your life will depended on a currency because you cant control it by yourself and that is not good.

Yeah, it's really a big move in your life though. Leave your comfort zone and 'gambling' your job with bitcoin that we don't know is bitcoin future will be good or not.

The risks are just too big to do this at this moment, I think if the bitcoin is stable and it has a better predictability it should be possible and it also would be much safer.
If that is gonna happen I would maybe consider it to go full time in the bitcoin.

Yes cannot afford to go full time with current price, as if price falls more in future then we need to go through financial crunches which can affect our life badly.
1085  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your moondollars Ever on: April 11, 2016, 01:35:39 PM
If you can get profit from selling uᴉoɔʇᴉq why not? It's really stupind to hold your coins every time. Better to get money for smth.

I would sell moondollars but not all of them, I will keep a stash somewhere using a paper wallet because for some reason I feel BTC will be big when my kids are all grown up. They will have good use of it and maybe rate is much higher compare to what we have today...

It's good to save some reserve money for sure but i am agree that people should not sell moondollars now and for some time in fututre.
Definitely no one will sell their bitcoin now, but only those people who having nothing to do with halving and those who do not know about bitcoin price increase with halving.
I agree on that chief. Many bitcoin user are now stocking more btc on wallet and waiting for the value to ruse up again.
Bitcoins just goes up and up by the time of halving.

Indeed, a lot of users are doing this and I consider this as a good strategy, I'm also doing this and I must say I hope the halving will be good if we have to believe the speculators it will be good.

We just have to keep one thing in mind and that is that the bitcoin halving can go wrong and it will not rise, I think we than just have to hold our bitcoins as long as possible till it will rise to a higher amount because this is gonna happen soon or later.

Halving can backfire the price of bitcoin, so we need to be mentally prepared with all the consequences that is possible to occur in future.
1086  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 11, 2016, 01:29:22 PM
I do both.
Half of my money goes to investments, and rest of my money is for savings.
This way I feel it's the best for me.

That's a pretty nice decision to deal with your money IMO. In case you lose with your investments you'll have your saving at least. I personally never invest because I'm afraid with my luck I'll choose the wrong company to invest in.

Yes we should always be careful with our money on when and who to invest it with as we all know that there are many scam sites out there,i too doesnt invest much and only put a few amounts into trading to try it out.

Yeah if any site promises that they will multiply your coins in few hours, then just stay away from it as its surely gonna be ponzi.
1087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: April 11, 2016, 01:23:30 PM
Just explain the basics about Bitcoin first. The best way to teach someone about Bitcoin is to invite to your house and let them watch you. Explaining Bitcoin via chat is going to be hard.

Yes just do the basic in bitcoin and not go through all its hard aspect and we learn easily if we see it how it is being used so watching is a way to teach how to use bitcoin.

They should be shown videos related to bitcoin which are simple and gives basic information of bitcoin as a currency, as watching video can be interesting.
1088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: April 11, 2016, 01:20:28 PM
Yeah I am holding it as right now price is not too high to sell, and have waited so long so I can afford to wait for next couple of months till halving.
1089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: April 11, 2016, 01:16:51 PM
You just have to wait so long with Bitcoin and people simply just do not have the patient for this. People now a days want to make easy and fast money. Waiting is not a option for them.

Fast money in bitcoin is possible by gambling  Grin but I would not recommend to go for it, as people have gone through many losses and now they start hating  bitcoin.
1090  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: April 11, 2016, 01:11:56 PM
The thing I do not like about bitcoin is that there are not many store where you can spend bitcoins. And the fact that it can take a while before you start to make some money with bitcoins.

Things will change in future and right now few websites have started to accept bitcoin as a payment method, we will see many new sited and physical stores accepting it.
1091  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: April 11, 2016, 01:06:02 PM
Bitcoin is technicaly going to die when last miner will stop work.
It can happen when no one is interested in or using it. This will not happen any time soon.

I don't think bitcoin will die if the miner stop work. if the miner stop works so the amount of bitcoin is not increase again, and it will affect the price of bitcoin. and it makes the price of bitcoin increase.

Bitcoin will not die and people will still use bitcoin on their daily transaction and there wont come a time where people wont use bitcoin because bitcoin gives them money.
extinction of mankind yet I believe bitcoin will still be used by various people. there will be where people love bitcoin, and bitcoin will faithfully use. so bitcoin will never die

Bitcoin is a long term player, and it will not disappeared so easily, it will give tough competition to the banking system in coming years.
1092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much Bitcoins have you EARNED so far ? on: April 11, 2016, 12:59:16 PM
Don't know the exact figure, as I don't keep any record of it and I keep on spending on regular basis but something would be around 2 btc.
1093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL(Indian Premium Leauge) t20 Discussion & Prediction on: April 07, 2016, 03:35:01 PM
well i decided to not gamble in the very fast game in IPL.i want to observe every team performance first, after 1 or 2 match i'll select my pick.since this is a fixing tournament known all over the world,so i decided to stay away from first couple of matches
We all know IPL is the biggest match fixing league in the world ( cricket leagues ) . So yes, its better to have a eye on how the teams are doing and if they are doing good then only gamble on them. Some teams I trust are : banglore and mumbai.

Exactly IPL is an event where players and owners get open ground to fix the matches so that they can earn some huge money from it even by loosing a match.
1094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: April 07, 2016, 03:31:52 PM
If I was rich I would gamble even more and then had nothing to worry about losses i may get

Do you ever think that one day you will lose everything just because of gambling? Although you are rich enough but people still can be poor because of he gambles everything that he had. I suggest if you can diversify your money to good investment or even invest in house so you will slowly get some return

Yes richest guy can become the poorest guy in a single day with gambling, so anything is possible when it comes to gambling its better to gamble with a small amount.
1095  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: April 07, 2016, 03:29:20 PM
Buy bitcoin and hold them in your wallet, so you will do both saving and investment at the same time with one action, by buying bitcoin you will get a currency which even by saving in your wallet can make you earn some money.

It's a good idea though. Buying bitcoins and hold them until halving is come. Yeah you right, it's also save and invest on bitcoin. And remember don't invest all your money into it, spare some for saving in real life.

For investment that is really a good idea but for saving the money no it's not. Make it just part of your source of income. Better to have a stable income like I said in my previous rather than focusing on investing on bitcoin alone.

Bitcoin is always good as an extra, do not over expect from it, try to earn it and save  it at a moment and sell when the price goes higher rather then just holding it for the long term.

Yes an extra, an option, another source of income. And yes I don't believe in long term holding as it will just take you some nice profits when the price fluctuates.

Back to topic in saving, learn also to manage some funds of yours that will use only in investments.

Investing money in bitcoin is also seems to be good at a moment, as price is good to invest and we can expect better return on our investments in future.
1096  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: April 07, 2016, 03:26:55 PM
If people are really expecting a good price increase in bitcoin halving, better to buy at the current price rate since when halving effect will start you won't see now such price like this especially when the halving comes closer.

This is the best time to buy as price is stable at a moment and not too high, so if we buy now keeping halving into consideration then we will see much higher price at the time of halving.
1097  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: April 07, 2016, 03:25:03 PM
I would pick gold because with gold I am sure that I will make money with it in the future. You will never know how to the future of bitcoin is going to be. With gold you are save.

Gold will be the best investment for future but invest part of your money into bitcoins at a moment to enjoy quick profits which is not possible with gold.
1098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: April 07, 2016, 03:22:44 PM
Yes I am holding on to my Bitcoins for a price increase. It can take a while before the prices change. I am just waiting for the right price so that I can sell some my coins and make a profit.

Yes maximum people have feeling that price will increase at the time of halving and that is the reason no one is prefering to sell at a moment as price is not too high at a moment.
1099  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: April 07, 2016, 03:15:21 PM
It's depend. If the price of bitcoin is really high in the next 20 years, i will sell all my bitcoins for enjoying my fiat and spare some for invest on property. If the bitcoin's price is cheap, i will keep it until the price increase.

That's good but I will not wait for next 20 years I will sell my coins much before that when I will see all time high as I feel that would be the best time to sell.
1100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: April 07, 2016, 03:12:08 PM
Showing her/him your income from bitcoin. I do this to my friend and the result is quite good, my friend keep asking how to earn that money and he want me to teach him.

Yeah money factor attached with bitcoin will surely attract many people towards it as everyone wants to earn some extra money and bitcoin is allowing us to that?
