Anyway... Why are there so many people whining about the decline in price for what... Two weeks or so? When Synereo is barely a bit more than an idea today? Whoever bought AMPs should not be focusing on 2016 price, unless they need to sell it already (which is weird itself).

Companies make profits by selling things to ordinary people.
The same happens here. The problem is what we could possibly do with this "product" whatsoever! Sell it for a profit? Well, that's not the point here. The point here is the companies making money, not ordinary people making money. Plain and simple.

Those 4.7 million dollars mean around 25 million new AMPs available to be sold. Many won't be sold, but some AMPs will be sold. The price goes down when supply goes up. Simple economic rules. Why so much FUD?

That's a lot of support at 40k sat! Those people are happy to buy more at the whale-droppings prices on the trading markets for a few more days.  LOL! I didn't read this! Actually, a price drop is something I am glad for. I like to see things I like selling at a discount. But 99% will blame the market price drop and blame the Synereo team for it. |

Why do you expect the price of decent tokens to rise?
No equity, no dividends. Just some token to buy digital content. But I think people are greedy when it comes to paying for content so I think prices will be rather low.
Why do you think the decent token price will not develop the same way downwards like STEEM?
STEEM economy is all about the Steem Power thing, and developers got the majority of SP to them, leaving a low supply for others. With such a low supply, the price surged. Since them, the devs have started "powering off", which means dumping their STEEM in the market. Authors have been selling their STEEM prizes as well. The supply is now huge, and the hype is over. if you want to fund the developers you have to pay 40k sat, this is unfortunate but please make any other fair offer.
If you set ICO price lower than marketprice , the sale will immediately end since any whale just buys it.... and you will be unhappy as well.
so everything is fine.
Just relax a little and wait for the development which is the important thing.
Whatever the devs did, they would have complained. You are right. Devs should actually be proud for the smoothness of this crowdsale. |

People seriously need to join DECENT ico. I believe only the adult entertainment industry using the DECENT platform can be a huge success, then imagine other industries joining? that could be like saying 1 DCT = $1000... Hopefully the project succeed

No one has any right to be disappointed with Synereo team, just because the tokens devalued afterwards! Grow up and deal with it! So far, it has been strictly running under the rules. Stop moaning about the rules you adhered to. The rules are typical rules of what we call a FOLLOW ON OFFERING (please refer to the following link if you don't know it http://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/followonoffering.asp) Everything has been done according to traditional public companies financing (except for the bonuses and the three steps thing of 33k, 36.5k and 40k, which are pretty much crypto world). If the price is too low this week, buy more or shut down the computer and stop suffering. People are selling this week because they anticipate that many people will receive AMPs and dump into the market, so they want to buy cheaper when it happens. Just let it be and wait... I myself would rather buy this week, because many people might want to buy the other week under this assumption, thus the buying pressure might be even stronger than the selling one, as the majority will probably hold the AMPs. The important thing here is: if the project is good, AMP will appreciate after that. Period. My congratulations for Synereo Team for holding such a smooth second crowdfunding. You are right. What's going on? Synereo's last funding stage ends in one week and the price doesn't follow. Devs should at least try to prevent further dumping by putting up some walls like before. And don't come with the "BTC rise" excuse this is an official crowdfund ffs.
I Agree with you. Devs should protect price during the ICO, otherwise AMP become a playground for whales and price manipulators. How should we protect the price? Please, don't listen to them. They don't make any idea of what they are writing here. |

Why would anyone sell their AMP bought at 40K for 27K ? I would expect the idiots that bought at 40K did it for a longterm investment or else they are double idiots.
That's why I believe most will hold, and that's why I would buy today if I had BTC for that, not after the AMPs are released. Nearly nobody is buying for 40k. I mean people who bought at 31k minus discounts and expected to sell for more than that and do an almost instantaneous profit. |
