The dips are not looking very... Dippy.  I was pretty sure we'd revisit ~44-45k at least, then resume rise.  Can still happen, of course, but holding up with low volume so far.  Evidence of plenty of BTFD action?

Seems like there was a lot of FUD. There was a strong support at $47,000 and now we see it bouncing back  Grin

The feeling when you didn't yet liquidate and HODL-ed....

$44,000 is the floor for BTC

I suggest HODL-ing and accumulating more BTC because the Stock-to-Flow Model is suggesting something...

Did you buy the dip??? Those that have are now relaxed but those that haven't are still waiting for the dip even though moments ago there was one opportunity...

The point is that you can't really time the market, and as soon as you realize that you should turn to something called DCA or Dollar-Cost Averaging

I think the PolyNetwork team can go and fuck off, good chance they stole the money themselves anyways.

Doubt it...

Looking at Worldwide Google Trends data for the search term 'bitcoin' going back 5 years from now, in 2017, during the climax of the bull market the term got the highest hits with the second bull run this year getting the second highest hits.

The price has since risen 252% beyond that high, and general search sentiment is yet to reach that level.

Conclusion:
Unlike in 2017 where the price of Bitcoin was at large driven by recreational investors, this time the money is coming in from institutions. This then means that there's plenty of room for opportunity and onboarding from the average Joe/s.

It is now, and in the future that average Joe/s will start to Google 'crypto' and then 'when/where lambo'

With Bitcoin's market dominance increasing and the bullish trend, BTC is in a great position to reach new resistances and go on a rampage...

Haha anyone who sold because of this can fuck off and shouldn't have been here in the first place.

WHY sell in an uptrend  Huh a lot of orders must have been triggered there...

To get a handle on this, here's an article highlighting Shelby's story.

Definitely the boat many, many people find themselves right now.

Crazy times call for desperate actions but one could avoid being in the above situation by believing, analysing and planning.

Bitcoin dipping recently took a toll on my mental health. I thought with all the negative news about it might finally be hard to recover but how wrong was I. I am a idiot for doubting my investment and I will make it a part of my daily routine to come here on this topic as I know you guys are always more optimistic than the rest of the internet and I need that in my life!

Just remember this gif exists for a reason

It's the begining of a  new rollecoaster ride for BTC (and only HODLers will survive it)

15  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: November 15, 2020, 05:05:20 PM
Totally different on BTCGOSU, fair and all reviews and facts are written unbiased!

It is nice to see that you endorse this casino review platform so much. While it is clear that you're satisfied with the way this platform is operating in terms of the affiliate rates and reviews, is there any evidence to stand by your comment that the reviews are indeed fact based and unbiased?

Don't get me wrong it is great to see that you value these reviews is just that for others like me who read these types of reviews and this is similar to any reviews you can never be sure if these are real and not fake. So, in this respect having some evidence will help us base our own decisions and opinions about this place in particular.

17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PRIZE OF FIGHTING Boxing’s biggest contracts revealed on: November 10, 2020, 10:06:26 PM
It just means that there is a lot of money revolving around the boxing industry, and it's definitely a fruitful business if you know how to make your money go round. It's still all about the fame and amount of people you bring in when you are performing. It's a performance as well, just like any other show. If you have the chance to be part of this, it's worth it for sure.

For sure. Boxing has always been about fame and performance industry, similar to football.

What makes it even more of a money grabbing industry is the pain and damage you take after every fight. There's a reason boxers rarely go on after their mid 30s,

and because not many people have the appetite for continuous training, stress injury and constant damage the money only go to the limited few.

What's even more scary is not so much the amount they earn per fight but how little they have left after their boxing career ends. Just because you get lots of

money doesn't make you an expert in personal finance. That's not to say that all boxers end up in this position but there are some who definitely do. It's Crazy.

19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: List of useful resources on: November 07, 2020, 04:10:17 PM

I often get asked 'why is BTC so popular and what it actually is?'.

My response to them is always that it is an alternative way of payment system that doesn't involve a single organisation like a bank or one government but it is

something made by many different people. I also need to warn them that it is a no quick get rich scheme and that they should research before investing.

Next time someone asks me to explain BTC to them or how cryptocurrency works I can now point them in the right direction.

This is all thanks to the great resources accumulated in one place, a great resource to be taking advantage of.

20  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] xlux is planning to launch an HYIP soon on: November 07, 2020, 10:10:08 AM
Flag supported, lets hope that no newbie falls for this scam and ends up sending their entire ethereum stash to the accused hoping to generate free money on the go by doing nothing.

You're right. If newbies fall for this it will be over for them. I always say be rational. If something is too good to be true, it probably is.

Don't get fooled by people who can use your money to make you a lot more money like in the meme below.

You can only entrust yourself to do that not others.
